No full textThe main objective of the research is to analyze the influence of Pemotongan PPh Pasal 21 to the civil servants rank IV salaries at Dinas Kesehatan Bandung. The descriptive method was employed in this research using quantitative approach. The data collection was used in this research was done by observations, interviews, documentations, and completed by literature study. The data which used was withholding PPh Pasal 21 and civil servants rank IV salaries, meanwhile, the technique used to analyze the data were the Pearson product Moment correlation analysis, normality test, coefficient of determination, and linear regression analysis. The result obtained from statistical is found that the increase of withholding income tax was always followed by salaries. The Pearson Product Moment obtained 0,910, bigger than 0,80, which then shows that withholding PPh Pasal 21 significant effect on civil servants rank IV salaries. The coefficient of determination result is 82,80%, it means that income tax cuts of article 21 influenced by civil servants rank IV salaries while the rest 17,2% influenced by other variables that is not described

No full textThis study aimed to identify issues related to competitiveness in state-owned sugar mills. The balanced scorecard approach and Porter's competitiveness model are used to analyze and evaluate the competitiveness of the state-owned sugar mills. The data used in this research is taken from survey data in seven state-owned sugar mills in Java. The results show that the state-owned sugar mills that have very good competitiveness categories are only one factory, 2 sufficient factories, and less than 2 factories. From the results of this study can later be used as a reference in rearranging the state-owned sugar mills industry in order to improve the competitiveness of the national sugar industry

No full textThe goal of this research is to measure quality of SISFO_Nilai software based on ISO 9126. Quality Measurement is based on 6 (six) characteristics: functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability. Analytical method used in this research is descriptive statistics with quantitative approach. Data collection technique were carried out by distributing questionnaires to 119 respondents. Every indicator scored by respondents will be classified in five alternate responses by using Likert Scale, which eventually describe response rating. Validity test will be conducted using Pearson product-moment correlation statistic analysis. And reliability test will implement Cronbach Alpha statistic using SPSS software.The results of software quality measurements using the ISO 9126 standard, the actual percentage is an average of 69.97%, it can be concluded that SISFO_Nilai Software by ISO 9126 standards with an average criteria of "GOOD".The result of this research can be used by the institution as a reference in further development of SISFO_Nilai to achieve more optimum performance
