Виявлення основних закономірностей корпоративного управління в міжнародних компаніях на сучасному етапі в умовах глобалізації світового господарства.Методика дослідження. Для досягнення поставленої мети в процесі дослідження застосовано: методи системного аналізу (для аналізу проблем під час планування інновацій в компаніях); теорію стратегічного управління, теорію категорій (для опису методів та прийомів корпоративного управління в міжнародних компаніях); наукової абстракції, дедукції та індукції (для формулювання наукової гіпотези роботи, законів та принципів); абстрактно-логічний (для здійснення теоретичних узагальнень, обґрунтування методології дослідження, формулювання висновків); монографічний (для детального дослідження функціонування управління в міжнародних компаніях).Результати дослідження. Розглянуто теоретичні та організаційно-практичні засади інноваційного розвитку в міжнародних корпораціях. Встановлено, що сьогодні відбувається модернізація та перегляд низки питань щодо ефективності системи управління в корпораціях у зв’язку з активним переходом до цифровізації. Актуалізовано вектор інноваційного розвитку як основного формату управлінського мислення менеджерів корпорацій в умовах цифровізації. Проведено аналіз ринкової капіталізації найбільших інтернет-компаній світу. Розглянуто послідовність етапів (фаз) цифрової трансформації бізнес-моделі міжнародних корпорацій.Наукова новизна результатів дослідження. Дістало подальшого розвитку уточнення інструментів корпоративних інновацій міжнародних компаній. Визначено напрями застосування інноваційних інструментів у створенні ефективної стратегії інноваційного розвитку компанії.Практична значущість результатів дослідження. Окреслені пропозиції щодо напрямків розвитку процесів інноваційного розвитку міжнародних компаній можуть бути використані задля покращення ефективності їх діяльності.Ключові слова: аналіз, планування, стратегічне управління, міжнародний бізнес, інновація, інноваційний процес, корпоративне управління. Bahlei R.R. PECULIARITIES OF CORPORATE MANAGEMENT OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT IN INTERNATIONAL COMPANIESPurpose. The article is aimed at identifying the main patterns of corporate governance in international companies at the present stage in the context of globalisation of the world economy.Methodology of research. The following methods were used in the study to achieve this goal: methods of system analysis (for analyzing problems in planning innovations in companies); theory of strategic management, theory of categories (to describe methods and techniques of corporate governance in international companies); scientific abstraction, deduction and induction (to formulate a scientific hypothesis of work, laws and principles); abstract and logical (to make theoretical generalizations, substantiate the research methodology, formulate conclusions); monographic (for detailed analysis of the results of the study).Findings. The theoretical, organisational and practical foundations of innovative development in international corporations are considered. It is established that today a number of issues related to the effectiveness of the management system in corporations are being modernised and revised due to the active transition to digitalisation. The vector of innovative development as the main format of managerial thinking of corporate managers in the context of digitalisation is updated. The market capitalisation of the world’s largest Internet companies is analysed. The sequence of stages (phases) of digital transformation of the business model of international corporations is considered.Originality. The instruments of corporate innovation of international companies have been further developed. The directions of application of innovative tools in creating an effective strategy for the company’s innovative development are determined.Practical value. Вивчення стану та обґрунтування пропозицій із розробки організаційно-економічного механізму забезпечення розвитку критичних технологій в енергетичній сфері.Методика дослідження. Методологічною основою дослідження є діалектичний метод наукового пізнання. В процесі дослідження використані загальнонаукові та спеціальні методи, зокрема: аналізу і синтезу, діалектичний – для визначення вихідних умов та змісту критичних технологій; аналітичний – при опрацюванні літературних та Internet-джерел щодо змісту критичних технологій в енергетичній сфері; причинно-наслідковий – для визначення постулатів розвитку енергетичної сфери України; абстрактно-логічний – для окреслення основних напрямів функціонування критичних технологій у сфері енергетики, формування висновків та пропозицій; візуально-схематичний ‒ для оприлюднення креативних пошуків розвитку енергетичної сфери України.Результати дослідження. Узагальнено діючі та перспективні критичні технології в енергетиці, які зможуть забезпечити зростання ефективності енергетичної сфери України. Уточнено зміст, розкрито характерні ознаки та виділено пріоритетні напрями розвитку критичних технологій. Обґрунтовано перелік перспективних енергетичних технологій в сфері енергетики України.Визначено, що ефективним механізмом взаємодії держави та бізнесу в енергетичній сфері може виступати організаційно-інноваційне забезпечення створення і розвитку критичних технологій на засадах енергетичної кластеризації національної економіки. Цей механізм має бути спрямованим на розвиток та впровадження критичних технологій, які дозволять виконувати стійку та ефективну роботу енергетичного сектору та забезпечити енергетичну безпеку країни. Обґрунтовано принципи управління критичними технологіями в сфері енергетики.Наукова новизна результатів дослідження. Зроблено припущення щодо необхідності удосконалення організаційного механізму управління інноваційною діяльністю з розроблення і супроводу критичних технологій в енергетичній сфері на засадах енергетичної кластеризації національної економіки. Здійснено спробу створення дорожньої карти з розроблення і впровадження критичних технологій в енергетичній сфері.Практична значущість результатів дослідження. The aim of the article is to study the state and substantiate the proposals for the development of an organizational and economic mechanism for ensuring the development of critical technologies in the energy sector.Methodology of research. The dialectical method of scientific knowledge is the methodological basis of research. General scientific and special methods were used in the research process, in particular: analysis and synthesis, dialectical – to determine the initial conditions and content of critical technologies; analytical – when processing literary and Internet sources on the content of critical technologies in the energy sector; cause and effect – to determine the postulates of the development of the energy sector of Ukraine; abstract and logical – for outlining the main directions of functioning of critical technologies in the field of energy, forming conclusions and proposals; visual and schematic – for publicizing creative searches for the development of the energy sector of Ukraine.Findings. Current and prospective critical technologies in the energy sector, which will be able to ensure the growth of efficiency of the energy sector of Ukraine, are summarized. The content is clarified, the characteristic features are revealed, and the priority directions for the development of critical technologies are highlighted. The list of promising energy technologies in the field of energy of Ukraine is substantiated.It was determined that an effective mechanism of interaction between the state and business in the energy sector can be organizational and innovative support for the creation and development of critical technologies based on the energy clustering of the national economy. This mechanism should be aimed at the development and implementation of critical technologies that will allow the sustainable and efficient operation of the energy sector and ensure the energy security of the country. The principles of management of critical technologies in the field of energy are substantiated.Originality. Assumptions regarding the need to improve the organizational mechanism for managing innovative activities for the development and support of critical technologies in the energy sector on the basis of energy clustering of the national economy are made in the article. An attempt is made to create a road map for the development and introduction of critical technologies in the energy sector.Practical value. Get PDFОлексюк В.О. ОНТОЛОГІЧНІ ПЕРЕДУМОВИ ІННОВАЦІЙНОЇ МОДЕРНІЗАЦІЇ ЕКОНОМІКИМета. Узагальнення онтологічних передумов та особливостей інституціонального забезпечення модернізації економіки.Методика дослідження. Теоретико-методологічною основою дослідження є системний підхід до виявлення онтологічних особливостей й елементів інституціонального забезпечення модернізаційних перетворень. Теоретико-методологічною основою дослідження є системний підхід до виявлення онтологічних особливостей модернізації економіки, інституціонально-еволюційний підхід до дослідження елементів інституціонального забезпечення модернізаційних перетворень, графічний аналіз – для відображення динаміки параметрів інноваційного індексу.Результати дослідження. Акцентовано, що онтологічним фундаментом модернізаційних змін національної економіки стали специфічні реалії перехідного стану соціально-економічної системи. Констатовано, що на даному еволюційному етапі для національної економіки ключового значення набувають ефективні інститути й інновації, які в своїй сукупності становлять основу для модернізації соціально-економічної системи.Аргументовано, що модернізація забезпечує економічні й суспільні зміни та реалізує поступальний перехід соціально-економічної моделі до нового етапу розвитку. На сучасному етапі розвитку таким вектором є постіндустріальна модель, яка базується на досконалішому технологічному способі суспільного виробництва, розширенні сфери послуг, інформації і знаннях. Реалізація модернізаційного процесу потребує оптимізації регулюючих впливів та взаємодій рушійних сил трансформаційних перетворень (держави, суспільства, ринку).Наукова новизна результатів дослідження. Обґрунтовано, що регулюючі інституціональні впливи на модернізаційну динаміку в національній економіці мають враховувати глобальні трансформаційні чинники: зростання ролі інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій; поширення економічної інтеграції, експансію транснаціональних корпорацій, лібералізацію торгових відносин; орієнтацію національних господарств на зовнішні зв’язки, взаємопроникнення і взаємовплив макроекономічної політики, інтернаціоналізація освіти й культури.З огляду на завдання модернізаційних перетворень, аргументовано прийняття заходів з активізації інноваційної діяльності за допомогою обґрунтування й реалізації інструментів державної підтримки, матеріально-технічного забезпечення наукових структур сучасним інструментарієм і обладнанням для наукових досліджень, формування фінансової мотивації до продуктивної праці дослідників та впровадження європейських норм і стандартів організації й фінансування фундаментальних досліджень.Практична значущість результатів дослідження. The aim of the article is to generalize the ontological prerequisites and peculiarities of institutional support for modernization of the economy.Methodology of research. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is a systematic approach to identifying ontological features and elements of institutional support for modernization transformations. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research is a systematic approach to identifying the ontological features of the modernization of the economy, an institutional-evolutionary approach to the study of the elements of institutional support of modernization transformations, a graphic analysis – to reflect the dynamics of the parameters of the innovation index.Findings. It is emphasized that the specific realities of the transitional state of the social and economic system became the ontological foundation of the modernization changes of the national economy. It was established that at this evolutionary stage, effective institutions and innovations, which in their totality form the basis for the modernization of the social and economic system, are of key importance for the national economy.It is argued that modernization ensures economic and social changes and realizes the progressive transition of the social and economic model to a new stage of development. At the current stage of development, such a vector is the post-industrial model, which is based on a more advanced technological method of social production, expansion of the sphere of services, information and knowledge. Implementation of the modernization process requires optimization of regulatory influences and interaction of driving forces of transformational transformations (state, society, market).Originality. It is substantiated that regulatory institutional influences on modernization dynamics in the national economy should take into account global transformational factors: the growing role of information and communication technologies; spread of economic integration, expansion of transnational corporations, liberalization of trade relations; orientation of national economies to foreign relations, interpenetration and mutual influence of macroeconomic policies, internationalization of education and culture.In view of the task of modernization transformations, the adoption of measures to activate innovative activity through the substantiation and implementation of state support tools, the material and technical support of scientific structures with modern tools and equipment for scientific research, the formation of financial motivation for the productive work of researchers and the implementation of European norms and standards are argued organization and funding of fundamental research.Practical value. HOTEL AND RESTAURANT BUSINESS OF UKRAINE DURING THE WAR: PROSPECTS OF SURVIVAL
Get PDFДаниленко-Кульчицька В.А. ГОТЕЛЬНО-РЕСТОРАННИЙ БІЗНЕС УКРАЇНИ У ЧАС ВІЙНИ: ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ ВИЖИВАННЯМета. З’ясування масштабу впливу війни на вітчизняну сферу гостинності та пропонування шляхів вирішення деяких проблем, спричинених нею. Методика дослідження. В процесі дослідження використано загальнонаукові та спеціальні методи, зокрема: методи аналізу та синтезу – при обґрунтуванні процесу діяльності готелів та ресторанів; методи спостереження та логічного узагальнення – при розгляді особливостей функціонування закладів сфери гостинності в умовах війни.Результати дослідження. Відзначено, що для багатьох закладів вплив війни виявився катастрофічним і призвів до того, що вони були змушені припинити свою роботу; водночас, будь-яка криза приводить до появи нових можливостей. Проаналізовано зміни у веденні бізнесу, викликані війною. З’ясовано, що сьогодні ключовим показником ефективності готельно-ресторанного бізнесу є відсутність збитків та об’єктів, які потребують дотацій. Відзначено, що на заході та в центрі України ситуація є більш оптимістичною. Основною причиною цього стало вимушене і раптове прибуття у цей регіон великої кількості внутрішньопереміщених осіб. Попри значне просідання в перші місяці війни, сьогодні більшість закладів харчування західних та центральних регіонів за рівнем продажів вийшли на довоєнний рівень. З’ясовано, що основними проблемами, які створила війна підприємствам сфери гостинності, є: фізичне знищення закладів, порушення логістичних ланцюгів, падіння купівельної спроможності населення, зростання собівартості продукції, відтік кваліфікованих працівників за кордон. Розглянуто можливі кроки, до яких можуть вдатися заклади готельно-ресторанного бізнесу з метою утримання позицій на ринку, зокрема: заміна одних інгрідієнтів іншими, гнучке оновлення меню, створення власних ланцюгів поставок, організація власного імпорту, суворий контроль доходів та витрат, відкриття нових закладів у безпечних регіонах України або за кордоном, релокація бізнесу в інші регіони України, тимчасова відмова від маркетингових заходів, зміна форми оплати праці та робочих графіків тощо. Запропоновано використовувати позитивний досвід повоєнного відновлення економіки готельно-ресторанного сектору таких країн, як Хорватія, Кіпр, Грузія.Наукова новизна результатів дослідження. Встановлено, що показником ефективності готельно-ресторанного бізнесу в умовах війни, є відсутність збитків та об’єктів, які потребують дотацій. В сучасних умовах тотальної непередбачуваності компаніям дозволять економічно вижити поєднання двох принципів: системність (розуміння стратегічних цілей, система контролю, прозорі внутрішні процеси та аналітика) і гнучкість (швидкість прийняття креативних, нестандартних рішень).Практична значущість результатів дослідження. Отримані результати дослідження сприятимуть ефективному відбудовуванню та відновленню готельно-ресторанного бізнесу у післявоєнному періоді.Ключові слова: сфера гостинності, готельно-ресторанний бізнес, війна, криза, стратегії закладів готельно-ресторанної сфери, перспективи відновлення, шляхи подолання кризи. Danylenko-Kulchytska V.A. HOTEL AND RESTAURANT BUSINESS OF UKRAINE DURING THE WAR: PROSPECTS OF SURVIVALPurpose. The aim of the article is to find out the extent of the impact of the war on the domestic hospitality industry and to propose ways to solve some of the problems caused by it.Methodology of research. General scientific and special methods were used in the research process, in particular: methods of analysis and synthesis – when justifying the process of operation of hotels and restaurants; methods of observation and logical generalization – when considering the peculiarities of the functioning of hospitality establishments in the conditions of war.Findings. It was noted that for many institutions the impact of the war was catastrophic and led to the fact that they were forced to stop their work; at the same time, any crisis leads to the emergence of new opportunities. The changes in doing business caused by the war are analyzed. It was found that today the key indicator of the efficiency of the hotel and restaurant business is the absence of losses and facilities that need subsidies. It was noted that the situation is more optimistic in the west and in the center of Ukraine. The main reason for this was the forced and sudden arrival of a large number of internally displaced persons in this region. Despite a significant decline in the first months of the war, today most of the catering establishments of the western and central regions have reached the pre-war level in terms of sales. It has been found that the main problems created by the war for hospitality enterprises are: physical destruction of establishments, disruption of logistics chains, drop in the purchasing power of the population, increase in the cost of production, outflow of qualified workers abroad. Considered possible steps that can be taken by hotel and restaurant establishments in order to maintain their positions in the market, in particular: replacing some ingredients with others, flexibly updating the menu, creating their own supply chains, organizing their own imports, strict control of income and expenses, opening new establishments in in safe regions of Ukraine or abroad, relocation of business to other regions of Ukraine, temporary refusal of marketing activities, change of payment form and work schedules, etc. It is proposed to use the positive experience of the post-war economic recovery of the hotel and restaurant sector in countries such as Croatia, Cyprus, and Georgia.Originality. It has been established that an indicator of the effectiveness of the hotel and restaurant business in the conditions of war is the absence of losses and facilities that need subsidies. In today\u27s conditions of total unpredictability, a combination of two principles will allow companies to survive economically: systematicity (understanding of strategic goals, control system, transparent internal processes and analytics) and flexibility (speed of making creative, non-standard decisions).Practical value. МЕНЕДЖМЕНТ ФОРМУВАННЯ КРЕДИТНОЇ ПОЛІТИКИ КОМЕРЦІЙНОГО БАНКУ В СУЧАСНИХ УМОВАХ

Обґрунтування передумов, складових менеджменту формування кредитної політики комерційного банку та основних елементів організаційного забезпечення цього процесу в сучасних умовах.Методика дослідження. Теоретичною та методологічною основою дослідження є фундаментальні положення загальних економічних теорій, загальних теорій розвитку. Для досягнення поставленої мети в роботі, зокрема для визначення напрямків удосконалення менеджменту формування кредитної політики комерційного банку застосовано методи, аналізу, синтезу та узагальнення. Для обґрунтування пропозицій щодо зниження кредитного ризику комерційних банків використано системний метод. Ряди динаміки, середні величини, порівняння, графічний методи використано при проведенні оцінки динаміки кредитів; оцінки величини кредитів, наданих нефінансовим корпораціям, за видами економічної діяльності і строками погашення; оцінки кредитів, наданих домашнім господарствам, за цільовим спрямуванням і строками погашення.Результати дослідження. Обґрунтовано, що комерційні банки стикаються з безпрецедентними проблемами кредитного ризику, оскільки фінансовий ринок стає все більш нестабільним. Встановлено, що комерційні банки, як фінансові установи з найбільшим впливом, найбільшою кількістю та найширшим охопленням на фінансовому ринку, відіграють різноманітні ролі, включаючи фінансування грошового капіталу, скерування потоків капіталу та регулювання балансу суспільного попиту та пропозиції. Визначено, що, оскільки економічна глобалізація продовжує поглиблюватися, банки стикаються з дедалі жорсткішою конкуренцією і це ускладнює точну оцінку кредитного ризику.Наукова новизна результатів дослідження. Визначено основні елементи організаційного забезпечення процесу управління формуванням кредитної політики комерційного банку в сучасних умовах.Практична значущість результатів дослідження. MANAGEMENT OF CREDIT POLICY FORMATION OF A COMMERCIAL BANK IN MODERN CONDITIONSPurpose. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the prerequisites, management components of the formation of the credit policy of a commercial bank and the main elements of the organizational support of this process in modern conditions.Research methodology. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research is the fundamental provisions of general economic theories, general theories of development. In order to achieve the set goal in the work, in particular, to determine the directions of improvement of the credit policy formation management of a commercial bank, the methods of analysis, synthesis and generalization are applied. A systematic method was used to justify proposals for reducing the credit risk of commercial banks. Series of dynamics, average values, comparison, graphic methods are used in the evaluation of the loans dynamics; estimates of the amount of loans granted to non-financial corporations by types of economic activity and repayment terms; estimates of loans granted to households by target direction and repayment terms.Findings. It stands to reason that commercial banks are facing unprecedented credit risk challenges as the financial market becomes increasingly volatile. It is justified that commercial banks, as financial institutions with the most influence, the largest number and the widest reach in the financial market, play a variety of roles, including financing money capital, directing capital flows and regulating the balance of public demand and supply.It is determined that as economic globalization continues to deepen, banks face increasingly tougher competition and this makes it difficult to accurately assess credit risk.Originality. The main elements of organizational support for the process of managing the formation of the credit policy of a commercial bank in modern conditions are defined.Practical value. Вивчення впливу ділових комунікацій в проєктному менеджменті міжнародних компаній задля виявлення основних залежностей та розробки рекомендацій для ефективного їх застосування в діяльності компаній.Методика дослідження. В процесі дослідження використані загальнонаукові і спеціальні методи, зокрема: аналітичний метод застосовувався при огляді літературних джерел; метод класифікації дав змогу диференціювати основні компоненти впливу ділових комунікацій у проєктному менеджменті; метод опису – надати їм детальну характеристику; монографічний метод був використаний при вивченні літературних джерел з питань деталізації елементів ділового комунікування в проєктному менеджменті; системно-аналітичний метод застосовано при обробці отриманої інформації.Результати дослідження. Розглянуто теоретичні та організаційно-практичні засади розвитку ділових комунікацій в проєктному менеджменті. Встановлено, що ділові комунікації проєктного менеджменту сприяють ефективному управлінню знаннями та людськими ресурсами, раціональному використанню віртуальних команд, розвитку цифрових навичок. Обґрунтовано процес розроблення проєкту та його впровадження через виконання необхідних процедур ділових комунікацій, це дало змогу запропонувати авторське бачення процесу здійснення проєкту в міжнародних компаніях.Наукова новизна результатів дослідження. Дістало подальшого розвитку обґрунтування життєвого циклу застосування ділових комунікацій в проєктному менеджменті міжнародної компанії за різними стадіями. Визначено ключові етапи та алгоритми здійснення ефективних ділових комунікацій в компанії.Практична значущість результатів дослідження. The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of business communications on project management in international companies. The study aims to identify the main dependencies and provide recommendations for their effective application in company activities.Methodology of research. The study employed various scientific methods, including the analytical method for literature review, the classification method to differentiate the main components of business communication\u27s impact on project management, the description method for detailed explanation, the monographic method to study literature on business communication elements in project management, and the systematic-analytical method for processing obtained information.Findings. This text discusses the theoretical, organizational, and practical foundations of business communications in project management. It argues that effective business communications in project management can aid in the management of knowledge and human resources, the rational use of virtual teams, and the development of digital skills. The text describes the process of project development and implementation, including the necessary business communication procedures, is substantiated. The author presents their vision of the project implementation process in international companies.Originality. The substantiation of the life cycle of business communications in the project management of an international company at different stages has been further developed. The key stages and algorithms for implementing effective business communications in a company are identified.Practical value. У процесі дослідження використовувалися наступні методи та прийоми: діалектичний – для пізнання сутності та природи процесу екологізації економіки; індукції та дедукції – для пошуку, систематизації та обробки необхідної інформації; монографічний – для засвоєння досвіду екологічної модернізації економіки європейських країн; системний – для обґрунтування комплексу заходів з підвищення ефективності екологізації виробництва; абстрактно-логічний та узагальнення – для формування висновків з проведеного дослідження.Результати дослідження. Узагальнено основні причини необхідності екологічної модернізації економіки країн світу, зазначено про актуальність проблеми для України в умовах інтеграції до Європейського Союзу. Розкрито основні еколого-економічні проблеми розвитку держави, виділено перешкоди на шляху реалізації принципів «зеленої» економіки, проаналізовано наслідки повномасштабного військового вторгнення Російської Федерації для довкілля та економіки України. Узагальнено досвід імплементації природоохоронної складової в економіку країн Європейського Союзу. Зазначено про неможливість проведення ефективної екологізації економіки до завершення війни, в умовах нестабільної політичної ситуації, хронічної нестачі фінансових ресурсів, неналежного інвестиційного клімату в державі.Наукова новизна результатів дослідження. Дістали подальшого розвитку напрацювання щодо адаптації вітчизняного природоохоронного законодавства до нормативів ЄС, розробки і реалізації державної програми відновлення довкілля, зруйнованого війною.Практична значущість результатів дослідження. The aim of the article is to substantiate the priority areas of greening of the domestic economy for the realization of Ukraine\u27s desire to become a full member of the European Union.Methodology of research. Appropriate methods and techniques were used in the research process: dialectical – to learn the essence and nature of the process of greening the economy, induction and deduction – to find, systematize and process the necessary information, monographic – to learn the experience of ecological modernization of the economy of European countries, systemic – to substantiate a set of measures on increasing the efficiency of production greening, abstract and logical and generalization - to form conclusions from the conducted research.Findings. The article summarizes the main reasons for the need for ecological modernization of the economies of the world, and indicates the relevance of the problem for Ukraine in the context of integration into the European Union. The main ecological and economic problems of the state\u27s development are revealed, the obstacles to the implementation of the principles of the "green" economy are highlighted, and the consequences of the full-scale military invasion of the Russian Federation for the environment and economy of Ukraine are analysed. The experience of implementing the nature protection component in the economy of the countries of the European Union is summarized. The impossibility of effective greening of the economy before the end of the war, in the conditions of an unstable political situation, a chronic lack of financial resources, and an inappropriate investment climate in the state, was noted.Originality. Work on the adaptation of domestic environmental protection legislation to EU standards, the development and implementation of the state program for the restoration of the environment destroyed by the war was further developed.Practical value. Дослідження проблем експлуатації та їх розв’язання: екскурс в минуле та сучасний погляд в різних проявах і формах.Методика дослідження. Дослідження за обраною темою здійснено з використанням різноманітних методів проведення деталізованого вивчення основних складових даної теми. При цьому надано перевагу таким методам: історичному (явище експлуатації розглянуто в історичній ретроспективі), діалоговому (процеси експлуатації досліджуються з позиції формування питань автора, а відповіді – з відповідного джерела), системно-структурному та абстрактно-логічному (всі структурні складові даного дослідження подано у певній логічно-абстрактній послідовності). Всі процеси дослідження тісно пов’язувалися з позиції діалектичного їх розвитку.Результати дослідження. Проведено дослідження розвитку експлуатації з акцентуванням уваги на процеси зародження цього суспільно-економічного явища в різних сферах взаємовідносин у людському суспільстві. Підкреслено важливість і роль процесів експлуатації у різних сферах суспільних відносин та, одночасно, недостатній обсяг і рівень дослідження цього явища. В процесах дослідження основна увага була сконцентрована на: з’ясуванні сутності і явищах розвитку експлуатації та його трактування в наукових виданнях; періоди та умови виникнення експлуатації при різних способах виробництва; поєднання економічних і позаекономічних форм експлуатації; розвиток нових форм експлуатації та їх вплив на погляди і твердження щодо розвитку процесів цього суспільного-економічного явища.Наукова новизна результатів дослідження. На основі одержаних даних досліджень сформовані конкретизовані висновки та пропозиції щодо подальших кроків вивчення закономірностей процесів розвитку нових форм експлуатації в сучасних умовах.Практична значущість результатів дослідження. Заслуговують на увагу пропозиції щодо розширення діапазону досліджень процесів експлуатації, зосередивши особливу увагу на таку важливу складову цього соціально-економічного явища, як самоексплуатація. Слід також у сучасних умовах і на перспективу передбачити вивчення основ експлуатації в закладах освіти України. Shulskyi M.H. THE DEVELOPMENT OF EXPLOITATION: FROM THE PAST TO THE PRESENTPurpose. The aim of the article is to explore the problems of exploitation and their solutions: an excursion into the past and a modern view in various manifestations and forms.Methodology of research. Research on the chosen topic was carried out using various methods of detailed study of the main components of this topic. At the same time, preference was given to the following methods: historical (the phenomenon of exploitation is considered in historical retrospect), dialogic (processes of exploitation are studied from the standpoint of the formation of the author’s questions, and the answers are from the appropriate source), system and structural, abstract and logical (all structural components of the study are presented in certain logical and abstract sequence). All research processes were closely related from the standpoint of their dialectical development.Findings. A study of the development of exploitation was carried out with an emphasis on the processes of the origin of this social and economic phenomenon in various spheres of mutual relations in human society. The importance and role of exploitation processes in various spheres of social relations and, at the same time, the insufficient volume and level of research into this phenomenon are emphasized. In the research processes, the main attention was focused on: clarifying the essence and phenomena of the development of exploitation and its interpretation in scientific publications; periods and conditions of exploitation in various production methods; combination of economic and non-economic forms of exploitation; the development of new forms of exploitation and their influence on views and statements regarding the development of the processes of this social and economic phenomenon.Originality. On the basis of the obtained research data, specific conclusions and proposals regarding further steps in the study of the patterns of the development of new forms of exploitation in modern conditions have been formed.Practical value. Proposals to expand the range of research on exploitation processes, focusing special attention on such an important component of this socio-economic phenomenon as self-exploitation, deserve attention. It is also necessary in modern conditions and for the future to provide for the study of the basics of exploitation in educational institutions of Ukraine. В процесі дослідження використані загальнонаукові і спеціальні методи, зокрема: аналітичний метод застосовувався при огляді літературних джерел; метод класифікації дав змогу диференціювати основні компоненти проєктного менеджменту; метод опису – надати їм детальну характеристику; монографічний метод був використаний при вивченні літературних джерел з питань цифровізації елементів проєктного менеджменту; системно-аналітичний метод застосовано при обробці отриманої інформації.Результати дослідження. Розглянуто теоретичні та організаційно-практичні засади розвитку проєктного менеджменту в корпораціях. Встановлено, що сьогодні відбувається модернізація та перегляд низки питань щодо ефективності системи керування проєктами в корпораціях у зв’язку з активним переходом до цифровізації. Актуалізовано вектор розвитку проєктного менеджменту як основного формату управлінського мислення менеджерів корпорацій в умовах цифровізації. Визначено роль таск-менеджерів в управлінні проєктами корпорацій. Обґрунтовано, визначено та запропоновано використання інформаційних програм-інструментів для управління проєктами корпорацій.Наукова новизна результатів дослідження. Дістало подальшого розвитку обґрунтування програмного інструментарію супроводу проєктів корпорацій, що на відміну від існуючих, роблять процес управління проєктом простішим, швидшим і зручнішим для всіх членів команди.Практична значущість результатів дослідження. The aim of the article is to study of the peculiarities of project management of corporate structures, its main tasks, principles, criteria for implementation in business thanks to modern digital technologies.Methodology of research. General scientific and special methods were used in the process of research, in particular: the analytical method was used when reviewing literary sources; the classification method made it possible to differentiate the main components of project management; the method of description is to give them a detailed description; the monographic method was used in the study of literary sources on the digitalization of project management elements; the system and analytical method was applied in the processing of the received information.Findings. The theoretical, organizational and practical foundations of the development of project management in corporations are considered. It has been established that today there is a modernization and review of a number of issues regarding the effectiveness of the project management system in corporations in connection with the active transition to digitalization. The development vector of project management as the main format of management thinking of corporation managers in the conditions of digitalization has been updated. The role of task managers in the management of corporate projects is defined. The use of information programs-tools for the management of corporate projects is substantiated, defined and proposed.Originality. There was further development of the substantiation of the software tools for supporting the projects of corporations, which, unlike the existing ones, make the project management process simpler, faster and more convenient for all team members.Practical value. Методологічною основою дослідження є діалектичний метод наукового пізнання. В процесі дослідження використані загальнонаукові та спеціальні методи, зокрема аналізу і синтезу, діалектичний – для визначення вихідних умов та змісту Smart Grid; аналітичний – при опрацюванні літературних та Internet-джерел; причинно-наслідковий – для визначення динаміки розвитку технології Smart Grid в світі; абстрактно-логічний - для окреслення основних напрямів функціонування Smart Grid технологій у сфері енергетичної сфери, формування висновків та пропозицій.Результати дослідження. Узагальнено діючі та перспективні Smart Grid технології в енергетиці. Обґрунтовано необхідність інтелектуалізації електроенергетики через формування цифрової електроенергетичної мережі. Визначено заходи зі створення єдиної технічної та інформаційної інфраструктури виробників та споживачів електроенергетики завдяки концепції Smart Grid. Проведено оцінювання динаміки інвестування в технології Smart Grid у світі, визначено обсяг світового ринку технологій Smart Grid, проаналізовано дохід світового ринку постачання та управління електроенергією.Наукова новизна результатів дослідження. Обгрунтовано заходи щодо зростання упровадження Smart Grid в енергетичну сферу, що дасть можливість посилити енергонезалежність України та сприятиме впровадженню енергоощадних технологій. Запропоновано основні вектори розвитку електроенергетики із застосуванням концепції Smart Grid: проєктування та використання модернізованих, нових та проривних (критичних) технологій; розробка нових систем енергоменеджменту на основі принципів інформаційної взаємодії об’єктів енергетики; залучення індивідуальних та колективних споживачів до управління енергоспоживанням.Практична значущість результатів дослідження. The aim of the article is to substantiate the concept of Smart Grid application from the point of view of technological, organizational and economic aspects of development in the energy sector, outlining the features of their use in modern conditions and in the future.Methodology of research. The methodological basis of the research is the dialectical method of scientific knowledge. General scientific and special methods were used in the research process, in particular analysis and synthesis, dialectical – to determine the initial conditions and content of the Smart Grid; analytical – when processing literary and Internet sources; causal – to determine the dynamics of Smart Grid technology development in the world; abstract and logical – for outlining the main directions of operation of Smart Grid technologies in the field of energy, forming conclusions and proposals.Findings. Current and prospective Smart Grid technologies in the energy industry are summarized. The need for intellectualization of the electric power industry through the formation of a digital electric power network is substantiated. Measures to create a unified technical and informational infrastructure for electricity producers and consumers thanks to the Smart Grid concept have been determined. An assessment of the dynamics of investment in Smart Grid technologies in the world was carried out, the volume of the world market of Smart Grid technologies was determined, and the income of the world market of electricity supply and management was analysed.Originality. Measures to increase the introduction of Smart Grid in the energy sector are substantiated, which will make it possible to strengthen Ukraine\u27s energy independence and contribute to the introduction of energy-saving technologies. The main vectors of the development of the electric power industry using the Smart Grid concept are proposed: design and use of modernized, new and breakthrough (critical) technologies; development of new energy management systems based on the principles of information interaction of energy facilities; involvement of individual and collective consumers in energy consumption management.Practical value.
