Persepsi Masyarakat Terhadap Kinerja Penyuluh Kehutanan Dalam Pengelolaan Kawasan Hutan Di Desa Watang Kassa Kecamatan Batulappa Kabupaten Pinrang
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi masyarakat terhadap kinerja penyuluh kehutanan dalam pengelolaan hutan di Desa Watang Kassa Kecamatan Batulappa Kabupaten Pinrang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantatif, karena dalam pelaksanannya meliputi data, analisis dan interpretasi tentang arti data yang diperoleh. Data yang digunakan data primer dan sekunder. Terdapat 64 sampel, dan analisis dengan mengunakan teknis analisis Likert. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh : bahwa Variabel ( X) adalah persepsi masyarakat tani hutan terhadap kinerja penyuluh kehutanan dalam pengelolaan kawasan hutan yang didasarkan pada beberapa indikator, meliputi terbentuknya kelompok tani hutan, terbitnya izin pengolahan kawasan hutan, tersusunnya rencana kerja tahunan (RKT), pemberian informasi yang terkini (up to date) tentang kehutanan, tersusunnya peta wilayah kerja , tersebarnya informasi kehutanan secara merata, tumbuh kembangnya pemberdayaan dan kemandirian masyarakat kawasan hutan, terwujudnya kemitraan masyarakat yang menguntungkan dalam pengelolahan kawasan hutan, terwujudnya akses masyarakat ke lembaga keuangan dan penyedia sarana produksi, terwujudnya peningkatan produktivitas agribisnis komoditas unggulan dari hasil pengelolaan kawasan hutan, terwujudnya peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat tani di sekitar kawasan hutan. Sedangkan variabel (Y) adalah kegiatan penyuluhan dalam pengelolaan kawasan hutan seperti : pembinaan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat, pemberian informasi terkini (up to date), berbagi pengalaman, peningkatan produktivitas, efisiensi usaha, peningkatan kesejahteraan dan menjaga kelestarian dan keamanan kawasan hutan

Pengaruh Current Ratio Dan Debt To Asset Ratio Terhadap Net Profit Margin Pada Pt. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk Periode 2012-2021
Get PDFTujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh antara Current Ratio (CR) dan Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) terhadap Net Profit Margin (NPM) pada PT. Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk periode 2012-2021. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hepotasis (uji t dan uji f) dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2) dengan tingkat signifikan 0,05% dan sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa CR berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap NPM, dengan hasil thitung 3,700 > ttabel 2,365 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,008 < 0,05. DAR berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap NPM dengan hasil thitung 0,343 < ttabel 2,365 dan nilai signifikan 0,742 > 0,05. Secara simultan CR dan DAR berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap NPM dengan hasil Fhitung 16,361 > Ftabel 4,46 dengan nilai signifikan 0,002 < 0,05. Kemudian diperoleh nilai R-square sebesar 0,773 yang menunjukan bahwa pengaruh CR dan DAR memberikan kontribusi sebesar 77,3% terhadap NPM. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 22,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel bebas lain

The data from this survey is Habib Rishiq Shihab\u27s talk uploaded to YouTube social media, including hate speech. The data source for this research is a video format document uploaded to YouTube social media related to Habib Rishiq Shihab\u27s speech, including hate speech. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. See Data acquisition techniques and annotations. Data analysis using data analysis method, namely qualitative content analysis method (qualitative content analysis). The results of this study indicate that: Habib Rishiq Shihab\u27s speech on YouTube is declarative and question-based. The form of intra-speech action uses declarative and directive idioms. A speech act is a form of effect that affects the interlocutor. The statement is seen as a form of provocation/incitement that can create feelings of hatred or hostility towards specific individuals or groups based on ethnicity, religion, race, and inter-group (SARA), which can be carried out and is classified as illegal, so that it can be categorized as having committed an unlawful act as referred to in paragraph, which is regulated in the formulation of Article 45A paragraph (2) of the ITE Law and Article 160 of the Criminal Code
Roleplayer World: Identitas Roleplayer, Relasi, dan Komunikasi
Get PDFIndonesia is one of the countries with a fairly large number of K-pop fans, which is also supported by a significant number of social media users. These two aspects create a phenomenon that is popular among fans who are active on social media, named roleplayers. Roleplayer is a term that refers to K-pop fans who create a fictional figure through a new identity on social media and live their lives and roles through such identity while keeping their true identity a secret. This article focuses on the virtual communication method that roleplayer has improved from K-pop fans.
This study was conducted between March and July 2022, involving 18 informants who were interviewed through Zoom Meeting and Goggle Meet. Virtual participant observation was also carried through Twitter as one of the most dynamic and crowd social media with the researcher being a roleplayer and observing the uploads of roleplayer accounts and being directly involved in their communication.
The roleplay performed by K-pop fans on social media Twitter is a fictional figure with a new identity called a roleplayer. Roleplayers live a double life with different identities, one as a roleplayer who "lives" in a virtual space and the other is a real self who lives in an actual space. Their lives in the actual world with real identities are called real life, while the roleplayer world is a "space" where they "live" with a fictional identity. Roleplayer identity and real identity must be strictly separated so that life in the roleplayer world and real life do not intersect with each other. In an effort to develop identity, roleplayers create story lines, namely a series of essays of events/stories made by roleplayers, so that it is as if the essay is a "journey of life" for them. In addition, roleplayers also establish relationships with other roleplayers, both personally and in groups. Communication is needed in carrying out these relationships. However, because the existence of roleplayers only revolves around Twitter and closes themselves to direct interaction, their method of communication is limited to text by utilizing Twitter features. However, roleplayers strive to be able to communicate as much as possible by improvising their communication methods through the use of special terms and abbreviations, imagining through text, and visualizing the text through images or videos. Basically, all identities attached to roleplayers are just fantasy or fictitious being transferred to a virtual space. But all the affection felt by the roleplayers is real, especially when a roleplayer is in a relationship with other roleplayer. Therefore, the fantasy that exists in the relationship becomes a "common property" fantasy that is connected to each other
Strategi Bertahan Mahasiswa Perantau di Tengah Pandemi Covid-19 di Kota Makassar
Get PDFThe Covid-19 pandemi has had a number of impacts on students in the City of Makassar. Many students choose to remain in the City of Makassar than to go back to their hometown in the midst of uncertain and insecure conditions from Covid-19. This article discusses the strategies adopted by students in the City of Makassar to survive during the Covid-19 pandemi.
This research was conducted in the City of Makassar involving ten students who studied and stayed in this city during the Covid-19 pandemi. They consist of one man and nine women aged between 19 and 21 years, whose come from various tertiary institutions, study programs (prodi), and semesters. I combined in-depth interview and observastion as my data collection methods.
The study indicates that many students did not return to their hometown during the Covid-19 pandemi and this was based on three reasons, namely: first, fear that they would be regarded as carriers of the virus when they returned home; second, the fear of being infected with Covid-19 while on the way to their hometown; third, limited facilities and infrastructure that support online lectures in their hometown. However, when they choose to stay in the City of Makassar they face many challenges, and to overcome them they carry out various strategies in order to survive. In general, the survival strategies implemented by these students are divided into three, namely strategies related to preventing Covid-19 by adhering to health protocols, limiting mobility, and keeping busy playing with their cellphones; strategies related to online lectures which consists of solidarity among fellow students and taking advantage of neighbors\u27 help; and strategies for fulfilling daily needsby (utilizing the distribution of groceries by government and regional organization, working part time, living super-efficiently

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh aplikasi pupuk kendang sapi dan itik pada tanaman padi. Rancangan Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode RAK dalam bentuk faktorial yang terdiri dua faktor, faktor 1 jenis pupuk kandang yang terdiri dari pupuk kandang sapi dan itik dan faktor 2 dosis pupuk kandang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu 0,4 kg/perpetak, 0,6 kg/perpetak, 1 kg/perpetak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat terdapat intraksi antara pupuk kandang sapi dan dosis 0,4kg/petak (setara 2 ton/ha) yang memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan parameter berat 1000 butir dan memberikan rata-rata hasil terbaik pada parameter panjang malai, berat gabah perpetak, berat gabah berisi
It Is Music to My Ears! Teaching English to High School Students Through Song
Get PDFSongs have been used in teaching English as a foreign language for several decades with considerable positive results. The purpose of our study was to assess the benefits of using songs in the EFL classroom. The study was conducted throughout the first semester of academic year 2020-2021, precisely between the months October-January, at Samuil Micu High School of S?rma?u, Romania and involved two groups of participants. The participants were divided into the study group represented by students in class 10 B, while the control group consisted of students in class 10 A. Pre- and post-tests were administered to assess students’ knowledge of the investigated elements: grammar and vocabulary. Following the study, the post-test results of the study group were assessed and showed a significant increase in language acquisition.

Efektivitas Pembelajaran Matematika dengan Pendekatan Induktif Selama Masa Pandemi Covid-19
Get PDFSalah satu upaya meningkatkan motivasi siswa dalam pembelajaran adalah dengan menggunakan pendekatan pembelajaran yang tepat, salah satunya adalah pendekatan induktif. Penelitian yang dilaksanakan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana efektivitas pembelajaran matematika dengan pendekatan induktif selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, dalam penelitian ini dilibatkan MA Darussalam Barandasi Maros yang pembelajarannya berlangsung secara tatap muka dengan enam rombongan belajar pada tahun ajaran dimana penelitian dilaksanakan. Berdasarkan analisis dengan menggunakan uji tes, diperoleh hasil penelitian sebagai berikut. Pada tes kemampuan awal (pretest) nilai tertinggi dan terendah sebesar 40 dan 10. Sedangkan pada tes setelah di beri perlakuan (posttest) nilai tertinggi dan terendah sebesar 93 dan 81. Dari hasil lembar pengamatan aktivitas siswa yang diisi setiap pertemuan maka diperoleh persentase aktivitas positif siswa melalui pendekatan induktif adalah 84,75%, sehingga aktivitas siswa dikatakan efektif karena telah memenuhi kriteria aktivitas siswa secara klasikal yaitu ? 70% siswa terlibat aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan bagi guru untuk mengarahkan dan membimbing siswa dalam mencapai hasil belajar yang lebih baik, dapat memberikan manfaat dalam rangka meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran matematika dan kualitas dari siswa dan sekolah, serta memberikan sumbangsih positif pada dunia pendidikan
Pengaruh Aplikasi Mol Rebung Bambu Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Produksi Tanaman Kacang Panjang (Vigna Sinensis L.)
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Efektivitas Pemberian mol rebung bambu terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman kacang panjang (Vigna sinensis L.) (2) mengetahui dosis yang terbaik dari pemberian mol rebung bambu untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman. Penelitian ini di laksanakan didesa Mario Kabupaten Bone. Mulai dari bulan Desember sampai Maret 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri dari 6 perlakuan 4 ulangan dan setiap ulangan terdiri 2 tanaman jumlah keseluruhan 24 unit dan 48 tanaman yaitu P0: Kontrol, P1: mol rebung bambu 50 ml/ltr air, P2: mol rebung bambu100 ml/ltr air, P3: mol rebung bambu 150 ml/ltr air, P4: mol rebung bambu 200 ml/ltr air, P5: mol rebung bambu 250 ml/ltr air.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian mol rebung bambu dengan dosis yang berbeda tidak berbeda nyata terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kacang panjang. Dimana perlakuan P4 dengan mol rebung bambu 200 ml/ltr air memberikan hasil tertinggi pada tinggi tanaman yaitu 108, 70 cm, kemudian jumlah daun yaitu P3: 28,38 helai, kemudian bobot buah yaitu P5: 223,38 gram, selanjutnya jumlah buah P5:11,88. Hal ini di tunjukkan bahwa perlakuan terbaik pemberian MOL rebung bambu yaitu P5 dengan dosis 250 ml/ltr air
