PENGARUH PENGUNGKAPAN ENVIRONMENTAL COST DAN CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR SEKTOR INDUSTRI DASAR DAN KIMIA YANG TERDAFTAR PADA BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE TAHUN 2018-2022
This study aims to evaluate the impact of environmental cost disclosure and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on the profitability of manufacturing companies in the basic and chemical industries listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2018-2022. Utilizing a quantitative approach with data analysis through Eviews software, the research explores the effects of these variables on company profitability. The findings reveal that environmental cost disclosure does not have a significant effect on company profitability. The level of environmental cost allocation does not influence market reactions or investor interest in the company. Conversely, CSR has a positive impact on profitability. CSR is seen as providing a positive signal to investors as it demonstrates the company’s responsibility towards its operational impacts. Simultaneously, the independent variables, namely environmental cost disclosure and CSR, significantly affect profitability, indicating that while environmental cost disclosure does not have a direct impact, CSR plays a crucial role in enhancing company profitability and attracting investor attention. This study aims to provide insights into how environmental cost disclosure and CSR affect company financial performance and how companies can leverage this information for strategic advantages in the capital market
PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN INVESTASI PADA PERUSAHAAN TELEKOMUNIKASI YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA
The telecommunications industry is one of the most dominant industrial sub-sectors. In investing, financial reports are needed by those who want to invest and are the main focus in assessing financial performance to decide whether to keep investing. This study aimed to determine the effect of financial performance (Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Return on Assets, Return on Equity) on investment decisions in telecommunications companies listed on the stock exchange. This research uses a quantitative approach and descriptive research. The population of this study is the annual financial statements of telecommunication companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019-2023 and using a purposive sampling technique in determining. Data collection and processing techniques are secondary data and literature study. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics. The classical assumption test consists of a normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, T-test, F test, and determination coefficient test (Adjusted R2). Based on the T-test, the results of this study indicate that (1) The current ratio is not significant to investment decisions in telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019-2023, (2) the Debt to asset ratio has a negative and significant effect on investment decisions in telecommunication companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019-2023, (3) Return on assets has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions in telecommunication companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019-2023 (4) Return on equity has a negative and significant effect on investment decisions in telecommunication companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019-2023 (5) Current ratio, Debt to asset ratio, return on assets, and return on equity have a positive and significant effect on investment decisions in telecommunication companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023.

Abstrak
Industri telekomunikasi merupakan salah satu sub sektor industri yang paling dominan. Dalam berinvestasi terdapat laporan keuangan yang dibutuhkan oleh pihak yang ingin berinvestasi dan menjadi fokus utama dalam menilai kinerja keuangan untuk mengambil keputusan untuk tetap berinvestasi atau tidak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja keuangan (Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, Return on Assets, Return on Equity) terhadap keputusan investasi pada perusahaan telekomunikasi yang terdaftar di Burse Efek. Jenis pendekatan kuantitatif dan penelitian deskritif. Populasi dari penelitian ini yaitu laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan telekomunikasi yang telah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dari tahun 2019-2023 dan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling dalam penentuan sampel. Teknik pengumpulan dan pengolah data adalah data sekunder dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji autokorelasi, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji T, uji F dan Uji koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R2). Berdasarkan uji T maka hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Current Ratio tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi pada perusahaan telekomunikasi yang telah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dari tahun 2019-2023, (2) Debt to Aset Ratio berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi pada perusahaan telekomunikasi yang telah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dari tahun 2019-2023, (3) Return On Assets berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi pada perusahaan telekomunikasi yang telah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dari tahun 2019-2023 dan (4) Return On Equity berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi pada perusahaan telekomunikasi yang telah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dari tahun 2019-2023. ANALISIS OVERREACTION HYPOTHESIS PADA HARGA SAHAM
The purpose of this research is to see if there is an overreaction hypothesis on stock prices on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study's population consists of 229 manufacturing companies registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2018 and 2022. This study's sample was drawn using a purposive sampling approach, yielding a sample of 127 companies. The study used a significance t test which was processed using SPSS 22 software. The research period is an annual period. Shares are classified into 2 types, namely winner stocks and loser stocks. The results of the study show that winner and loser stocks have experienced several reversals, but these symptoms cannot be proven statistically. As a result, there is no overreaction hypothesis for manufacturing companies registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2018 and 2022.

Abstrak
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apakah terdapat overreaction hypothesis terhadap harga saham di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi penelitian ini terdiri dari 229 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018-2022. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan purposive sampling, sehingga menghasilkan sampel sebanyak 127 perusahaan. Penelitian menggunakan uji signifikansi t yang diolah dengan menggunakan software SPSS 22. Periode penelitian adalah periode tahunan. Saham diklasifikasikan menjadi 2 jenis, yaitu saham winner dan saham loser. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa saham winner dan loser telah mengalami beberapa kali pembalikan, namun gejala tersebut tidak dapat dibuktikan secara statistik. Hasilnya, tidak ada overreaction hypothesis untuk perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2018-2022.

RESPON PASAR TERHADAP PENGUNGKAPAN SUSTAINABILITY REPORT PADA PERUSAHAAN TERINDEKS SRI-KEHATI
The sustainability report represents the development of the sustainability concept and commitment to achieving the United Nations’ SDGs performed by companies. One of the institutions that contribute to enhancing the implementation of the sustainability concept in Indonesia is the Yayasan Kehati, with one of its stock indices named SRI-KEHATI, which is well-known among Indonesian investors. This research examines the effect of the disclosure of economic, environmental, and social indicators in the sustainability report on the company’s market performance. The population of this study is companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and included in the SRI-KEHATI index from 2018 to 2022, with a sample collection of 12 companies using purposive sampling techniques. Using multiple linear regression for panel data and the Eviews data processing software, this research finds that economic and environmental indicators in the sustainability report positively affect market performance, while social indicators in the sustainability report negatively impact market performance. This research indicates that the sustainability report influences investors’ decision-making and successfully impacts the company’s market performance.

Analysis of Indonesia’s Gross Domestic Product Review of Macroeconomic Variables
First, the impact of family spending; second, the effect of state debt; and third, the effect of zakat revenue on Indonesia's GDP are the goals of this research. The information used for this research is derived from secondary sources, including the websites of the Indonesian Statistics Center, the National Amil Zakat Agency, and the Ministry of Finance. A total of forty observations were gathered from these sources between 2012 and 2021. This research made use of statistical analysis techniques and the Error Correction Model (ECM) for its analysis. For the period 2012-2021, at the 0.000 level of significance, the results show that household spending, state debt, and zakat earnings all have a positive effect on Indonesia's GDP. On the other hand, zakat revenue is a short-term variable that significantly affects Indonesia's GDP from 2012 to 2021, while partially state debt has no long-term or short-term influence. The Influence of Income Inequality, Gross Domestic Product Open Unemployment Rate, and Education on Crime Rates in All Regency Lampung
High crime rates are often associated with social and economic problems such as income inequality, unemployment, low education, and inequality in development between regions. This study aims to analyze the effect of income inequality, open unemployment rate (OUR), education (GPR), and gross regional domestic product (GDP) on crime rates in Lampung Province from 2019 to 2022. Using a quantitative approach with a correlational design and secondary time series data per district or city, the analysis was conducted through multiple linear regression and typology. The results of the study showed that the four variables had a significant effect on crime. The cities of Bandar Lampung, East Lampung, and Central Lampung are noted for having high levels of inequality and crime. The local government is expected to focus more on equitable development and addressing social issues, such as unemployment and access to education, to reduce crime rates

This study aimed to determine the effect of product quality and perceived price on customer satisfaction of Mie Endess, in Kamal District of University of Trunojoyo Madura students, both partially and simultaneously. The sample in this study was 100 students from the University of Trunojoyo Madura. The research was quantitatively based, with data analysis methods used as multiple linear regression tests. The results of the hypothesis test show that the product quality variable (X1) has a significant effect on the customer satisfaction variable (Y), and the perceived price variable (X2) has a significant effect on the customer satisfaction variable (Y). Simultaneously, customer product quality (X1) and perceived price (X2) have a significant effect on the customer satisfaction variable (Y) with a coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) of 0.766. It means that 76,6% of customer satisfaction (Y) can be explained by product quality and perceived price. Then, the remaining 23,4% is explained or influenced by other causes (variables) that are not included in this study.

IMPLIKASI KEHADIRAN RITEL MODERN ALFAMART DAN INDOMARET TERHADAP RITEL TRADISIONAL DI KECAMATAN TILAMUTA
The shift of customers in Tilamuta District from traditional retail to modern retail has led to a significant decline in income for traditional retailers. The rapid technological advancements have shaped a mindset in society that prioritizes convenience, particularly in shopping at modern retail outlets. This study aims to explore the implications of the presence of modern retail chains, specifically Alfamart and Indomaret, on traditional retail businesses in Tilamuta District. The research employs an exploratory approach with a qualitative methodology, utilizing primary and secondary data sources. Data collection methods include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis follows the Miles and Huberman model, involving data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Abstrak
Para pelanggan ritel tradisional di Kecamatan Tilamuta telah beralih berbelanja di ritel modern sehingga memberikan masalah pendapatan pada ritel tradisional yang menurun dibandingkan sebelumnya. Perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat membuat pola pikir setiap masyarakat dengan sangat praktis dan sangat mudah terutama berbelanja di ritel modern. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui implikasi kehadiran ritel modern Alfamart dan Indomaret terhadap ritel tradisional di Kecamatan Tilamuta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksploratif dengan jenis penelitian kualitatf. Sumber data dalam hal ini primer dan sekunder. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah obervasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode analisi data yang dapat dilakukan menggunakan model analisis Miles dan Huberman sehingga dilaksanakan dan dilakukan melalui pengumpulan data langsung melalui analisis seperti reduksi data, penyajian data dan kesimpulan/penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian adalah implikasi kehadiran ritel modern Alfamart dan Indomaret terhadap Ritel Tradisional di Kecamatan Tilamuta memberikan dampak secara negatif pada pemilik ritel tradisional. Dimana ritel tradisional dapat meniru produk yang ada di Alfamart dan Indomaret, Bahkan dengan pertumbuhan yang lebih berkembang Alfamart dan Indomaret pada kategori perekonomian yang diatas. Implikasi negatif ritel tradisional, sehingga adanya pesaing-pesaing yang dimiliki pada toko berdekatan pada jarak radius 100 meter.

OPINI AUDIT GOING CONCERN: KAJIAN BERDASARKAN LEVERAGE, KOMISARIS INDEPENDEN, MODEL PREDIKSI KEBANGKRUTAN, DAN OPINI AUDIT TAHUN SEBELUMNYA
This study aims to analyze the factors that influence going concern audit acceptance. The independent variables used in this study are independent commissioners, leverage, bankruptcy prediction models, and previous year's audit opinion, while the dependent variable is the acceptance of going-concern audit opinions. The population in this study are manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. This research is quantitative by using purposive sampling method to determine the sample used in the author's research. Based on the purposive sampling method that has been used, the samples obtained were 38 companies. The analytical method used to test the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable is logistic regression. The results of this study show that the independent variables of the bankruptcy prediction model have a negative effect on the acceptance of going-concern audit opinions and the previous year's audit opinions have a positive effect on the acceptance of going-concern audit opinions, while the independent variables of independent commissioners and leverage do not affect the acceptance of going-concern audit opinion
The Role of Mother’s Bargaining Power on Children's Education in Indonesia
The high dropout rate and low school participation rate at higher levels of education indicate low opportunities for continuing education. It will have an impact on the quality of human capital. In this case, improving the quality of human capital through education could be initiated from children as the generation who will play a role in future development. Several studies have found that education is associated with the mother's bargaining power. However, previous studies used indirect proxies. This research aims to provide evidence regarding the relationship between maternal bargaining power and the continuity status of children's educational levels using a direct proxy measure of the mother’s bargaining power. This study uses the decision-making information from IFLS 2000-2014 as the mother's bargaining power. Using the probit method, the mother's bargaining power based on household decisions has not been proven to be related to the continuity status of children's educational levels.
