Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of leverage, profitability, interest rate, money supply, exchange rate against JCI using study case in minning company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2013 until 2018. This study is done because seing that there is many factors affecting stock price at the IDX and wants to prove this factors empirically. This study is tested using classic assumption test and hypothesis test. The result shows that leverage, profitability, money supply, exchange rate has a positive effect on IHSG. Interest rate has a negative effect on IHSG
Determinan Tingkat Pengangguran: Studi Kasus Wilayah Pengembangan Purwomanggung, Jawa Tengah
Get PDFThis research objective was to analyze the determinants of unemployment rate in PURWOMANGGUNG by using the data panel for Purworejo, Wonosobo, Magelang, Temanggung district, and Magelang city for 2012-2019. Data Resource from Statistics of Central Java province. Analyze method of this research used panel data regression with fixed effect (FE). The result of the study showed that inflation and minim wage have a significant positive impact on the unemployment rate. Others finding demonstrated that economic growth, human development, and minimum wage have no significant effect on the unemployment rate. The study expects that the relevant regional governments of the research hope to find a proper connection between the stability of the inflation value while seeing the magnitude of the effect of the minimum city/regency wages in Purwomanggung on the amount of unemployment. It is expected that the government pays more attention to the calculation of the minimum wage rate currently applied

Get PDFThis study aims to analyze how big the influence of labor, manure, land area, price, experience to the amount of salak production in Wonokerto Village Turi District Sleman District. Determination of respondents using a simple random sampling method (Simple Random Sampling). Analyzer used is an analysis of the Cobb-Douglas production function. The result of the investigation shows the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.5342 can be interpreted variable production amount 53.42% in by independent variables studied influenced research, while the rest controlled by other factors. Result of F test of labor variable (X1), manure (X2), land area (X3), price (X4), and experience (X5) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the amount of salak production in Wonokerto Village. Furthermore, variable of labor, manure, land area has a real impact on production amount in Wonokerto Village. In contrast, price and experience variables have no significant effect on the amount of salak production

The SWOT analysis tool is one of the tools that can be used to develop a strategy through three stages: input, incorporation, decision. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal Rumah Makan Sambel Alu dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Strategi yang didapatkan yaitu mempertahankan citra rumah makan, menjaga kualitas pelayanan konsumen, melakukan inovasi produk, menambah kerjasama dengan berbagai pihak, memperluas pengetahuan masyarakat, menggunakan teknologi terkini untuk pemasaran, meningkatkan keefektifan promosi, dan melakukan inovasi pemasaran pada rumah makan.

Sambel Alu has now become a business that is in demand by the Bandar Lampung community. This business grows rapidly. Sambel Alu Restaurant faces tight competition from competitors and other culinary. This research aims to analyze the internal and external environment of Sambal Alu Restaurant by using SWOT analysis. The strategies obtained are maintaining the image of the restaurant, maintaining the quality of consumer services, innovating products, increasing cooperation with various parties, expanding public knowledge, using the latest technology for marketing, increasing the effectiveness of promotions, and innovating marketing at home.

Pengaruh Kompetensi Intelektual dan Emosional serta Sosial Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Guru
Get PDFThis research aims to know the influence of intellectual competence, emotional competence, and social competence on the teacher’s job satisfaction. This research uses the quantitative causal method. The data used in this study were the primary and secondary data obtained from questionnaires and the results of teacher job satisfaction assessments spread out to 34 teachers of State Vocational School 1 in Samarinda. The sample collection technique uses questionnaires. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that intellectual competence, emotional competence, and social competence affect simultaneously affect teacher job satisfaction. Partially, emotional intellectual significantly influences teacher job satisfaction. Followed by intellectual competence, and social competence significantly influence teacher job satisfaction. However, it can be seen that of the three independent variables, intellectual competence is the most dominant effect on teacher performance.

Secara parsial, kompetensi emosional berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru, diikuti oleh kompetensi intelektual, dan kompetensi sosial. Dari ketiga variabel bebas tersebut, kompetensi intelektual paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan kerja guru.

Determinan Kemiskinan dan Tingkat Kesejahteraan Masyarakat di Provinsi Bali

Paradigma pembangunaan manusia saat ini telah menjadikan manusia sebagai subjek dalam pembangunan ekonomi. Perubahan tersebut akan meningkatkan kualitas manusia, sehingga manusia dapat menjadi modal dalam pembangunan ekonomi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Kesejahteraan masyarakat sebagai point penting yang ingin dicapai dalam SDGs, dapat diukur melalui IPM. IPM Bali secara nasional pada tahun 2016 IPM bali berada pada kategori menengah yaitu sebesar 73,65 persen, namun setelah dilihat di setiap kabupaten/kotanya ternyata terdapat lima kabupaten yang memiliki rata-rata IPM dibawah rata-rata provinsi. Tujuan penelitian yang hendak dicapai : 1) untuk menganalisis pengaruh gini rasio dan pengeluaran non makanan per kapita terhadap kemiskinan di kabupaten/kota Provinsi Bali; 2) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh gini rasio, pengeluaran non makanan per kapita dan kemiskinan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat di kabupaten/kota Provinsi Bali; dan 3) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh gini rasio dan pengeluaran non makanan per kapita melalui kemiskinan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat di kabupaten/kota Provinsi Bali. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis jalur dan hasil penelitian Gini Rasio berpengaruh positif terhadap kemiskinan dan pengeluaran non makanan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kemiskinan. Hasil pengujian variabel Gini Rasio terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat, gini rasio tidak berpengaruh, sedangkan pengeluaran non makanan berpengaruh positif dan kemiskinan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Abstrac
The paradigm of human development has made humans as subjects in economic development. These changes will improve human quality, so that humans can become capital in economic development that aims to improve people's welfare. Community welfare as an important point to be achieved in the SDGs, can be measured through HDI. National HDI Bali in 2016 Bali HDI is in the middle category, which is equal to 73.65 percent, but after being seen in each regency / city it turns out there are five districts which have an average HDI below the provincial average. The objectives of the study were to be achieved: 1) to analyze the influence of the gini ratio and non-food expenditure per capita on poverty in the regency / city of Bali Province; 2) To analyze the influence of the gini ratio, non-food expenditure per capita and poverty on the welfare of the community in the regency / city of Bali Province; and 3) To analyze the influence of the gini ratio and non-food expenditure per capita through poverty on the welfare of the community in the regency / city of the Province of Bali. The analysis technique uses path analysis and Gini research results. Ratio has a positive effect on poverty and non-food expenditure has a significant negative effect on poverty. The results of testing the Gini variable ratio on community welfare, the gini ratio has no effect, while non-food expenditure has a positive effect and poverty has a negative and significant effect on people's welfare

Pengaruh Kepribadian, Kecerdasan Emosional dan Kecerdasan Spiritual terhadap Kinerja Karyawan
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian, kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sampel penelitian adalah 208 karyawan yang bekerja pada perusahaan retail di Lampung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, sedangkan alat analisis data menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian, kecerdasan emosional dan kecerdasan spiritual berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kecerdasan spiritual memiliki pengaruh paling besar dibandingkan kepribadian dan kecerdasan emosional. Saran penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan diri karyawan, senantiasa berfikir dengan baik untuk merespons setiap situasi, memiliki tenggang rasa agar dapat memahami emosi teman kerja dengan lebih baik, serta memperhatikan kemampuan karyawan mengatur rencana kerja sendiri untuk memaksimalkan pekerjaan serta selesai tepat waktu.

This study aims to explore the effect of personality, emotional intelligence, and spiritual intelligence on employee performance. The study sample was 208 employees who worked at retail companies in Lampung. Data collection conducted using a questionnaire, and the data analysis tool uses SPSS. The results showed that personality, spiritual intelligence, and emotional intelligence had a positive effect on employee performance. Spiritual intelligence has the most influence compared to personality and emotional intelligence. The suggestion of this research is to increase employee confidence, be able to think well in response to every situation, have a sense of tolerance to better understand coworkers 'emotions, and pay attention to employees' ability to manage their work plans so that maximize their work and completed on time.
