Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the factors that influence income inequality in the province of West Java. The data used is in the form of a cross-section of 28 districts or cities in the area of West Java and a time series for a period of 6 years, namely from 2015-2020. This study uses panel data regression analysis using a fixed-effect model and is processed with the help of Eviews 10. The results showed that the Human Development Index had a significant positive effect on income inequality. The population had an insignificant negative effect on income inequality. The open unemployment rate had a positive and minor impact on income inequality
Analisis Peningkatan Upah Minimum Terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja di Provinsi Jawa Tengah
Get PDF This study aims to analyze the short-term and long-term relationship of increasing the minimum wage in Central Java on employment. The research method used is ECM. The variables of this study include labor, minimum wages, PMDN, and economic growth. The data used are time-series data from 1990-2020. The results show that the minimum wage has a positive and significant relationship to the employment in the long term but not significantly in the short time. PMDN has a negative but significant correlation in the short and long term. At the same time, the variable economic growth has a positive but not meaningful relationship to employment absorption in the long and short term

Srategi Pemanfaatan Instagram Sebagai Media Periklanan
Get PDFThis research aims to find out the right strategy in using Instagram as an advertising medium for MSMEs in Amoira using descriptive qualitative methods. The data is taken by doing two ways, namely interviews and also observations. The data obtained is processed by several methods such as internal resources analysis, Sustainable Competitive Advantage (SCA) analysis, VRIO framework, and also TOWS analysis. Then the researchers conducted a content analysis to propose strategies for using Instagram. In this study, generate strategies that can be carried out based on the analysis conducted on Amoira.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui apa strategi yang tepat dalam pemanfaatan Instagram sebagai media periklanan pada UMKM Amoira menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, data diambil dengan melakukan 2 cara yaitu wawancara dan juga observasi. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan sejumlah metode seperti analisis internal resources, analisis Sustainable Competitive Advantage (SCA), framework VRIO dan juga analisis TOWS. Kemudian peneliti melakukan analisis konten untuk mengusulkan strategi pemanfaatan Instagram. Pada penelitian ini, menghasilkan strategi-strategi yang bisa dilakukan berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan pada Amoira.

DETERMINASI KEPUASAN MAHASISWA KELAS INTERNASIONAL IIB DARMAJAYA LAMPUNG
Get PDFIn attracting international class students, IIB Darmajaya tries its best to give all the best to meet student satisfaction. English is an obligation for international class students in every given course, and they must graduate from that course. This study aims to determine the factors that determine the satisfaction of international class students of IIB Darmajaya and to determine what factors are the most dominant in the satisfaction of international class students. The population in this study were active students of IIB Darmajaya. The sampling method used in this study is non-probability sampling using a purposive sampling technique to obtain a sample of 100 respondents. The analytical tool used in this study is descriptive analysis. The results of the Importance Performance Analysis show the essential attributes, namely regarding students having problems, lecturers/employees can solve problems, the department always finds out what students need. Students feel safe with the final grades of lectures. In general, the student satisfaction index in the international class for the attributes tested is in the reasonably satisfying criteria.Dalam menjaring mahasiswa kelas internasional, IIB Darmajaya berusaha memberikan yang terbaik untuk memenuhi kepuasan mahasiswa. Bahasa Inggris merupakan kewajiban bagi mahasiswa kelas internasional dalam setiap mata kuliah yang diberikan, dan mereka harus lulus dari mata kuliah tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menentukan kepuasan siswa kelas internasional IIB Darmajaya dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang paling dominan dalam kepuasan siswa kelas internasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif IIB Darmajaya. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil Importance Performance Analysis menunjukkan atribut penting berikut yaitu mengenai mahasiswa yang bermasalah, dosen/karyawan dapat menyelesaikan masalah, jurusan selalu mencari tahu apa yang dibutuhkan mahasiswa. Mahasiswa merasa aman dengan nilai akhir perkuliahan. Secara umum indeks kepuasan siswa kelas internasional untuk atribut yang diujikan berada pada kriteria cukup memuaskan
ANALISIS PENDAPATAN BERBASIS KAS DAN BERBASIS AKRUAL DALAM LAPORAN KEUANGAN PEMERINTAH DAERAH
Get PDFThis study aims to examine cash basis income (LRA-income) and accrual basis income (LO-income) in the financial statement of provincial gov ernments in Indonesia. The sample in this study used 33 provinces in Indonesia within a period of 10 years from 2010-2019. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant difference in the increase in the total income of LRA-LRA and LRA-LO in provincial LKPD in Indonesia before and after the application of accrual based SAP. There is a significant difference in the increase in local revenue of LRA-LRA and LRA-LO in provincial LKPD in Indonesia before and after the application of accrual-based SAP. There is a significant difference in the increase in local taxes LRA-LRA and LRA-LO in provincial LKPD in Indonesia before and after the application of accrual-based SAP. Deteksi Spatial Dependence terhadap Fixed Effects Model Prevalensi Stunting
Get PDFStunting is one of the three things that affect the growth of children and, more broadly, is an indicator of malnutrition problems. The indicators of chronic nutritional deficiencies are children who are underdeveloped, stunted and underweight. Some children in Indonesia who are under 5 years of age are stunted. This figure puts Indonesia as a country that has a high prevalence of stunting according to the World Health Organization (WHO) classification. Every country has a different character of society and different policies and different approaches. Likewise with Indonesia, there are different variations in terms of demographics, economics and socio-culture. Spatial analysis is one of the analytical tools in capturing regional characteristics. This study uses panel data sourced from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) from all provinces during the 2015-2018 period. The test results show that there is spatial dependence, and the spatial error model can be an alternative in choosing a spatial model
Pengaruh Konsumsi Energi dan Deforestasi Terhadap Output Nasional Lima Negara Anggota ASEAN
Get PDFThe economic development aimed at improving people’s welfare often ignores the negative impact of the surrounding environment. The high use of energy aimed to increase the national income of the five ASEAN members hurts the environment by increasing CO2 levels in the air. This research aims to analyze the effect of CO2 emissions, coal consumption, electricity consumption and deforestation on national output in five ASEAN members. The variable used in this research is national output as the dependent variable and CO2 emissions, coal consumption, electricity consumption and deforestation as the independent variables. This research uses secondary data. The data is the panel data of five ASEAN members (Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Myanmar) from 2002 until 2018. The research method in this time is panel data regression, using Fixed Effect Model. This research shows that in five ASEAN members from 2002 until 2018, CO2 emissions harm national output, coal consumption, and electricity consumption positively affects national outcome, while deforestation does not affect national output

The Population in this study were MSMEs in Pasar Rakyat Tani Bandar Lampung. The sample selected using purposive sampling and obtained as many as 135 respondents through a questionnaire. The data analysis method used was the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) program version 20. The instrument testing included validity and reliability tests. The prerequisite test includes a classic assumption test consisting of normality test, muticollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test as well as hypothesis testing consisting of partial test with t-test. The results of the research get accounting knowledge and the level of education has an effect on business performance. Accounting knowledge has a positive effect on business performance. PENGARUH KEPUTUSAN INVESTASI, KEBIJAKAN DIVIDEN, DAN PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN
Get PDFThe decisions that managers in a company will take will affect firm value in their company. This decision consists of investment decisions, financing decisions, and dividend policy. The firm value determined not only the decisions taken but also the amount of profit earned. This research aimed to examine the effect of investment decisions, financing decisions, and dividend policy on firm value. The secondary data in this research was obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. By using the purposive sampling method, the sample selected was 11 manufacturing companies listed in the LQ45 index. The analysis technique used in this study were descriptive statistics and multiple linear regressions. The error rate used is 5%. The finding shows that investment decisions and profitability positively affect firm value, while dividend policy does not.Penentuan keputusan oleh manajer dalam perusahaan dapat berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Keputusan tersebut terdiri atas keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan, dan kebijakan dividen. Nilai perusahaan pun tidak hanya ditentukan oleh keputusan yang diambil, tetapi juga tingkat keuntungan yang dihasilkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keputusan investasi, kebijakan dividen, dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sumber data sekunder diperoleh dari website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian sebanyak 11 perusahaan manufaktur yang tergabung dalam indeks LQ45 dan dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah statistik deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda. Tingkat kesalahan dalam penelitian sebesar 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keputusan investasi dan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, sementara kebijakan dividen tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan
