    PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN DAN KESEMPATAN KERJA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DI INDONESIA

    Development is a multidimensional process or approach that involves various perspectives, including fundamental changes to social structures, community attitudes, and national institutions. In addition to continuing to accelerate economic growth, it also addresses income inequality and eradicates poverty. The method used is quantitative with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) approach. The data utilized is Panel data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) source for the year 2021. The research focuses on 5 provinces: South Sumatra, West Sumatra, Jambi, Lampung, and Bengkulu. Data testing is conducted using the Common Effect Model, Fixed Effect Model, and Random Effect Model. The results indicate that through the T-test, X1 (Education: Elementary, Junior High, and High School) does not have a significant influence on economic growth, whereas X2 (Labor Force) significantly affects economic growth. The F-test results show that independent variables X1 and X2 have an impact on economic growth

    ANALISIS FAKTOR DALAM DAN LUAR NEGERI TERHADAP JAKARTA ISLAMIC INDEX (JII) PERIODE 2010-2021

    This study aims to examine domestic and foreign factors on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) using the estimated Vector Error Correction Model. Monthly data used from January 2010 to December 2021 (144 months). This research generally gets two findings. First, in the long term domestic factors (exchange rates) and foreign factors (world oil prices, world gold prices and DJIMI) have a significant positive influence on JII. Second, in the long run domestic factors (inflation) and foreign factors (KLSE) have a significant negative influence on JII. This research is expected to provide benefits for academics and researchers who are interested in examining the factors that influence the Islamic capital market index in Indonesia

    Fraud atau kecurangan adalah tindakan dan menipu guna memperoleh keuntungan pribadi. Fraud dalam laporan keuangan merupakan masalah dalam organisasi yang menurunkan kepercayaan pihak yang berkepentingan seperti pemilik perusahaan atau calon investor terhadap keandalan dan objektivitas laporan keuangan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kompetensi dan tekanan finansial berpengaruh terhadap kecenderungan terjadinya kecurangan laporan keuangan. Variabel independen penelitan ini adalah kompetensi yang diproksikan oleh pergantian serta tekanan finansial yang diproksikan oleh nilai Return on Assets, sedangkan variabel dependen penelitian ini adalah kecurangan laporan keuangan yang diukur menggunakan Dechow F-Score. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan BUMN Non-Keuangan yang terdaftar di BEI dengan 91 sampel penelitian. Data penelitian ini diolah dengan analisis regresi logistik menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS 26. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi sebagai saran dan masukan kepada pemerintah dan perusahaan agar dapat mencegah terjadinya kecurangan laporan keuangan

    ANALISIS DAYA SAING EKONOMI KABUPATEN/KOTA DI PROVINSI LAMPUNG

    This study tries to use the calculation of economic competitiveness analysis which is seen from four indicators, namely the four indicators used to provide a score, namely consumption expenditure per capita, GRDP per capita, GRDP, and the level of employment opportunities in the regency/city of Lampung province using the Standard Deviation value approach. , then followed by analysis of panel regression data to see the effect of economic growth and the Human Growth Index on the value of the Economic Competitiveness Index in 16 regencies/cities of Lampung Province in 2015-2019. The results of the study show that from index calculations I compare the economy in the district/city of Lampung province for 5 years 16 districts/cities are always inconsistent except for the city of Lampung which has a rating of 1 with an average value of 20.77 in 2016-2019 and inversely proportional to the city metro. This research will further provide an economic analysis of how economic growth and the human development index affect the influence of economic competition, where the results of the analysis using the panel data regression method show that the model chosen by Fixed Effect Model  (FEM) has an influence between HDI and the Economic Competitiveness Index with a probability of 0.002 in the negative direction while Economic Growth has no effect on the prob value of 0.377

    This research aims to examine the influence of Online Trust and Product Quality on Repurchase Intentions by using Consumer Satisfaction as an intervening variable on Shopee Marketplace. This research uses a quantitative type of research, with a sampling technique using purposive sampling with non-probability sampling. So, this research took a sample of 120 Shopee users. This research uses primary data by distributing questionnaires in the form of closed and open questions given to respondents via the internet. The data was analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and a support application, namely Microsoft Excel 2019. From the research conducted, it is found that Online Trust did not have a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention on Shopee marketplace, Product Quality had a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention Again on Shopee marketplace, Online Trust has a positive but not significant influence on Consumer Satisfaction on Shopee marketplace on the Shopee marketplace, Product Quality has a positive and significant influence on Consumer Satisfaction on Shopee marketplace, Consumer Satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on Repurchase Intention on Shopee marketplace

    Fokus global pada aspek sosial dan pembangunan telah meningkat sebagai akibat dari keterbatasan dalam menggunakan indikator ekonomi untuk menggambarkan kesejahteraan masyarakat secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini melakukan analisis data panel menggunakan Random Effect Model. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kebahagiaan penduduk Pulau Sumatera pada tahun 2014, 2017, dan 2021. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase orang yang bekerja berdampak positif pada indeks kebahagiaan Pulau Sumatera. tetapi negatif oleh inflasi. Selain itu, variabel Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) di Pulau Sumatera berpengaruhi positif dan signifikan terhadap indeks kebahagiaan. Oleh karena itu, variabel-variabel ini dianggap sebagai penentu indeks kebahagiaan, sehingga untuk meningkatkan kebahagiaan masyarakat di daerah tersebut, pemerintah dapat memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang meningkatkan atau menurunkan nilai masing-masing variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian

    INDEKS KUALITAS LINGKUNGAN HIDUP DAN DETERMINANNYA: STUDI KASUS DI INDONESIA

    Kualitas lingkungan hidup menentukan kualitas kehidupan manusia yang tinggal di dalamnya. Sebaliknya kualitas lingkungan hidup juga ditentukan oleh aktivitas manusia yang ada di dalamnya. Segala aktivitas manusia yang dilakukan menggunakan sumber daya dari lingkungan dan sumber daya alam dan kemudian membuang sisa aktivitas tersebut kembali ke lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi, kepadatan penduduk, dan PDRB sektor pertanian terhadap kualitas lingkungan hidup. Kualitas lingkungan hidup dalam penelitian ini diproksi dengan sebuah indeks yaitu IKLH (Indeks Kualitas Lingkungan Hidup). Data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data panel yang terdiri atas cross section 34 provinsi di Indonesia dengan time series selama 5 tahun (2016 – 2020). Adapun sumber data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah publikasi resmi Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan publikasi dari instansi-instansi terkait yang berhubungan dengan penelitian. Model panel yang digunakan dalamestimasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Model Random Effect, artinya terdapat perbedaan perilaku variabel Indeks Kualitas Lingkungan Hidup, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Kepadatan Penduduk, dan PDRB Sektor pertanian baik antar daerah (cross section) maupun antar waktu (time series). Adapun temuan penelitian ini adalah terdapat dua variabel yang signifikan terhadap kualitas lingkungan hidup yaitu pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berpengaruh negatif signifikan dan variabel kepadatan penduduk yang berpengaruh positif signifikan. Sedangkan variabel PDRB Sektor pertanian tidak berpengaruh terhadap kualitas lingkungan hidup di Indonesia

    Analisis Input-Output: Peranan Industri Terkait Pariwisata di Provinsi Sumatera Barat

    In the 2016-2021 RPJMD, West Sumatra’s government made tourism as one of its development priorities. The rapid development of tourism-related industries in West Sumatra is not in line with the declining economic growth every year. Then, in 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic caused a slump in various industries, especially those related to tourism. Therefore, researchers will identify the role of the tourism-related industry on the economy in West Sumatra and the impact of the decline in tourism-related industry performance due to the COVID-19 pandemic on the West Sumatra economy. This study uses input-output table analysis including linkage analysis, multiplier analysis, and impact simulation analysis. Based on the research results, the land transportation industry, air transportation, company services, and other services are the leading industries in tourism-related industries. Then, the tourism-related industry in West Sumatra is pro-growth and pro-poor which means the tourism-related industry has the ability to increase economic growth and the welfare of the people in West Sumatra. Through impact simulations, the decline in tourism-related industry performance due to the COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in a decrease in total output, a decrease in household income, and a decrease in job opportunities in West Sumatra

    Profil Ketahanan Ekonomi Rumah Tangga di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Berdasarkan Tingkat Pendidikan dan Jenis Pekerjaan (Studi Kasus Kecamatan Sukajadi Kota Bandung)

    In the microeconomic aspect, one of the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic has hit family economic resilience. Economic resilience is a condition of the nation's economic life where people must be able to survive in overcoming all threats, disturbances, obstacles and challenges. This qualitative study aims to analyze the economic resilience of families in Sukajadi District, Bandung City. The technique for collecting data is using a convenience sampling technique using a questionnaire instrument, then data analysis using a descriptive method. The number of respondents was 832 heads of household. The variables used are the level of education and type of work. The results showed that the pandemic had an impact on all heads of households with education levels ranging from elementary to university and any type of work. However, in Sukajadi Sub-district, the education level of SMA/equivalent is the most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, while the type of work most affected is the type of non-permanent work. Following up on the findings of this study, the government can participate in formulating policies that will be made to increase household economic resilience

    This study aimed to analyze the effect of job stress on job performance and job satisfaction by mediating work engagement. This study uses Job Stress as the independent variable, Job Performance and Job Satisfaction as the dependent variables, and Work Engagement as the mediating variable. Data collection from 311 print and online media journalists in Jakarta. The data collection technique in this study used purposive sampling, and the research instrument used a questionnaire sent via Google Form. Data analysis using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) AMOS 22 method. The results show a positive and significant effect of job stress on work engagement but negatively affects job performance and insignificant job satisfaction. Work engagement has a positive effect on job performance and job satisfaction. The results of this study are to maintain the effect of Job Stress on Job Performance and Job Satisfaction mediated by Work Engagement on journalists in Jakarta due to the implementation of the WFH policy as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.   Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh job stress terhadap job performance dan job satisfaction dengan mediasi work engagement. Penelitian ini menggunakan Job Stress sebagai variabel bebas, Job Performance dan Job Satisfaction sebagai variabel terikat, dan Work Engagement sebagai variabel mediasi. Data dikumpulkan dari 311 responden yang merupakan wartawan di media cetak dan online yang bekerja di Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dan instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang dikirimkan melalui Google Form. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Model (SEM) AMOS 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan job stress terhadap work engagement tetapi berpengaruh negative terhadap job performance dan tidak signifikan terhadap job satisfaction, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan work engagement terhadap job performance. Work engagement berpengaruh posisit fan terhadap job satisfaction dan job satisfaction. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu untuk dapat mempertahankan pengaruh Job Stress terhadap Job Performance dan Job Satisfaction yang dimediasi Work Engagement pada wartawan di Jakarta akibat penerapan kebijakan WFH sebagai dampak pandemi COVID-19.
