ASPEK KELAYAKAN USAHA PADA ERGO COFFE DI KABUPATEN JEMBER
Ergo Coffe is one of the cafes in Jember Regency with a main menu of coffee and non-coffee menus as well as light snacks whose prices are affordable for the pockets of the people, especially Jember. The purpose of this study was to analyze the feasibility of Ergo Coffee on legal aspects, technical and production aspects, market and marketing aspects, financial aspects, and environmental aspects. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The research design used in this research is library research and field research. Collecting data in research using primary data, namely by interview. Ergo Coffe's financial aspect calculations obtained 515,000 in January and 515,600 in February.Ergo Coffe merupakan salah satu cafe yang ada di Kabupaten Jember dengan menu utama kopi dan menu non kopi serta jajanan ringan yang harganya terjankau oleh kantong masyarakat khususnya Jember. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganlisis kelayakan Ergo Coffe pada aspek hukum, aspek teknis dan produksi, aspek pasar dan pemasaran, aspek keuanga, dan aspek lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dan penelitian lapangan (field research). Pengumpulan data pada penelitian menggunakan data primer yaitu dengan wawancara. Perhitungan aspek keuangan Ergo Coffe diperoleh 515.000 dibulan Januari dan 515.600 pada bulan Februari
PENGARUH RESTAURANT ATMOSPHERE DAN PERCEIVED VALUE TERHADAP CUSTOMER BEHAVIORAL INTENTION PADA RESTO SEAFOOD SITUBONDO
The high growth of restaurants has an impact on tight business competition. It gives the Situbondo Seafood restaurant the right marketing strategy and can influence customer behavior intentions. The appearance of a modern restaurant based on customers' wishes and needs impacts customer behavior intentions that can benefit the company. This study aims to analyze the effect of restaurant atmosphere and perceived value on customer behavior intentions and identify the most dominant variable influencing customer behavior intentions in Situbondo Seafood restaurant. This research method uses a quantitative approach with associative techniques. Data collection used a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling sample through a questionnaire filled out by 130 Situbondo Seafood restaurant consumers. The results of the partial test of this study indicate that restaurant atmosphere has a significant positive effect on customer behavioral intention, and perceived value also has a significant positive effect on customer behavioral intention. Meanwhile, simultaneously, the atmosphere of the restaurant and perceived value have a significant positive effect on customer behavioral intention.

Hal ini membuat resto Seafood Situbondo harus memiliki strategi pemasaran yang tepat dan dapat mempengaruhi customer behavioral intention di restoran tersebut. Tampilan restoran yang modern dan sesuai dengan keinginan dan kebutuhan pelanggan berdampak pada customer behavioral intention yang dapat menguntungkan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh restaurant atmosphere dan perceived value terhadap customer behavioral intention dan mengidentifikasi variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi behavioral intention pelanggan di resto Seafood Situbondo. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik asosiatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan sampel purposive sampling melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh 130 konsumen resto Seafood Situbondo. Hasil uji parsial penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa restaurant atmosphere berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap customer behavioral intention dan perceived value juga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap customer behavioral intention. Sementara itu, secara simultan restaurant atmosphere dan perceived value berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap customer behavioral intention.

PENGARUH CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY DAN ISLAMIC ADVERTISING TERHADAP REPUTASI PERUSAHAAN DENGAN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PADA PENGGUNA LAPTOP ASUS DI KOTA SALATIGA
The study aims to identify and analyze the impact of corporate social advertising and Islamic advertising on the company's reputation, with customer satisfaction as a variable of intervening on ASUS laptop users in Salatiga City. This quantitative research uses questionnaires as a preliminary data source. The IBM SPSS 25 statistical analysis tool is used to analyze a sample of 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of corporate social responsibility, Islamic advertising, and customer satisfaction each has a positive and significant effect on company reputation. Corporate social responsibility has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Islamic advertising has a positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction. The customer satisfaction variable can mediate corporate social responsibility's influence on a company's reputation. Meanwhile, customer satisfaction cannot mediate Islamic advertising on a company's reputation.

Penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai sumber data awal. Alat analisis statistik IBM SPSS 25 digunakan untuk menganalisis sampel 100 responden. Hasil yang diperoleh menjelaskan bahwa implementasi Corporate social responsibility, Islamic Advertising dan customer satisfaction secara parsial berpengaruh pada reputasi perusahaan. Corporate social responsibility memiliki pengaruh positif pada customer satisfaction. Islamic advertising memengaruhi customer satisfaction. variabel customer satisfaction menjadi mediasi pengaruh corporate social responsibility terhadap reputasi perusahaan. Sementara, customer satisfaction tidak mampu menjadi mediasi islamic advertising terhadap reputasi perusahaan.

DISCRETIONARY ALLOWANCE FOR IMPAIRMENT LOSSES PASCA IMPLEMENTASI PSAK 71 DI INDONESIA PADA KELOMPOK BANK BERDASARKAN MODAL INTI (KBMI)
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti empiris perbedaan Discretionary Allowance for Impairment Losses sebelum dan setelah implementasi PSAK 71 pada perbankan di Indonesia serta perbedaan Discretionary Allowance for Impairment Losses perbankan pada setiap Kelompok Bank berdasarkan Modal Inti (KBMI). Kategori per-KBMI dapat menunjukkan karakteristik spesifik dalam menuju keberlanjutan operasional perbankan. Belum adanya penelitian yang mengkaji perbedaan Discretionary Allowance for Impairment Losses pada setiap kategori Bank berdasarkan KBMI sehingga belum ada hasil spesifik atas respon Bank terhadap implementasi PSAK 71. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan Discretionary Allowance for Impairment Losses sebelum dan setelah implementasi PSAK 71 pada setiap Kelompok Bank berdasarkan Modal Inti (KBMI). Implementasi PSAK 71 mendorong pengakuan kerugian kredit secara lebih awal dan lebih tepat, dengan mempertimbangkan risiko kredit yang lebih komprehensif sehingga mengharuskan pihak manajemen Bank membentuk dana cadangan (Allowance for Impairment Losses). Dalam proses pembentukan dana cadangan ini, professional judgement dari pihak manajemen semakin tinggi sehingga peluang untuk melakukan earnings management semakin besar. Perbedaan Discretionary Allowance for Impairment Losses yang signifikan juga ditemukan antar Kelompok Bank berdasarkan Modal Inti (KBMI) setelah implementasi PSAK 71. Bank yang berada pada level menengah (KBMI 2 dan KBMI 3) dan level bawah (KBMI 1) menghadapi tekanan yang lebih besar untuk mempertahankan kredibilitasnya saat Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 12 /POJK.03/2021 diterbitkan, sedangkan nilai Discretionary Allowance for Impairment Losses pada Bank KBMI 4 menunjukkan nilai terendah dari keseluruhan KBMI
DETERMINAN PENGANGGURAN DI INDONESIA: STUDI KASUS DATA IFLS
Unemployment is one of the problems faced by both developed and developing countries. The increasing number of the workforce is not accompanied by an increase in the number of jobs, causing unemployment problems. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence unemployment in Indonesia on a micro basis. These factors include education, gender, and place of residence that affect unemployment in Indonesia. The data used in this study is the 2015 Indonesia Family Life Survey (IFLS) data. The results show that education and residence have a negative and significant effect on unemployment, while gender has a positive and significant impact on unemployment. The education variable shows that individuals who do not attend school are most at risk for unemployment, while individuals with higher education are at least at risk for unemployment. The gender variable shows that male individuals are more at risk for unemployment than women, and individuals who live in rural areas are more at risk of unemployment than those who live in urban areas. From these results, the government must improve the community's education to have the skills to work or create jobs. In addition, the government must equalize educational facilities, not only centered in urban areas but in rural areas necessary to provide adequate educational facilities
LABOR ABSORPTION AND CONTRIBUTION OF THE PROCESSING INDUSTRY SECTOR TO ECONOMIC GROWTH IN THE PROVINCE OF THE BANGKA BELITUNG ISLAND
This research aims to analyze the absorption of labor and the contribution of the processing industry sector to economic growth in the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands. The data used in this research is secondary data of time series for the period 2012 to 2021 which is sourced from the Indonesia Statistics (BPS) of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province and literature studies. The analytical method used to calculate the elasticity of employment opportunities to see the absorption of labor and the proportion method to see the contribution of economic growth this research used the proportion method. The results showed that the Manpower and Workforce Growth Rate in the processing industry sector in the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands in 2009-2021 is fluctuated. The average distribution of workers in the processing industry sector is 6.45 percent. The highest distribution of labor in the processing industry sector occurred in 2020 was 8.19 percent and the lowest in 2010 at 4.47 percent. The absorption of labor in the processing industry sector is mostly absorbed in the tin metal processing industry. The processing industry sector is one of the five sectors that have the largest contribution to the economic structure of the Bangka Belitung Islands over the last 10 years besides agriculture sector, trade sector, mining sector, and construction sector. The average elasticity of employment opportunities in the Province of the Bangka Belitung Islands is 315.41 percent
APPLICATION OF THE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP) METHOD IN EMPLOYEE REWARDS DECISION MAKING
This research aims to formulate a method to help make reward decisions through a UD Restu Bunda MSMEs case study. MSMEs are businesses in the creative economy that can withstand the shocks of uncertain economic conditions. Strong ambition to develop a business backfires because many things are often neglected. The bigger a business is, the more complex the management system is, one of which is rewards management. Rewards are employee appreciation based on criteria. Although no regulations state that business owners are required to provide rewards, giving rewards can also trigger internal conflicts, especially for MSMEs that do not have a structured and rational reward system.
This research used the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), which combines Expert Choice 11 (EC 11) and Microsoft Excel tools. The results of this research are mainly in formula development, where the modification is the discovery of a performance value coefficient that functions to maintain the exchange rate of the performance assessment score against the funds provided. The exchange rate will not change as long as there is no change in the number of employees and funds to prevent cost overruns. Based on simulations conducted at UD Restu Bunda MSMEs, it was found that four important aspects must be given more attention when conducting performance appraisals, namely loyalty, work quality, communication, and discipline.

UMKM merupakan usaha dalam ekonomi kreatif yang tahan guncangan ketidakpastian kondisi ekonomi. Ambisi yang kuat mengembangkan usaha justru menjadi bumerang karena banyak hal sering terabaikan, semakin besar suatu usaha maka semakin kompleks sistem manajemen yang dijalankan, salah satunya manajemen rewards. Rewards merupakan apresiasi karyawan berdasarkan kriteria, walaupun tidak ada peraturan yang menyatakan bahwa pemilik usaha wajib memberikan rewards, namun kenyataannya pemberian rewards juga dapat memicu konflik internal terutama bagi UMKM yang belum memiliki sistem pemberian rewards terstruktur dan rasional.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) dikombinasikan dengan alat bantu Expert Choice 11 (EC 11) dan Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian ini utamanya berupa pengembangan rumus dimana modifikasinya yaitu penemuan koefisien nilai kinerja yang berfungsi menjaga nilai tukar skor penilaian kinerja terhadap dana yang disediakan, nilai tukar tidak akan berubah dengan catatan tidak ada perubahan jumlah karyawan dan dana sehingga dapat mencegah terjadinya pembengkakan biaya. Berdasarkan simulasi yang dilakukan pada UMKM UD Restu Bunda ditemukan terdapat 4 aspek penting yang harus lebih diperhatikan saat melakukan penilaian kinerja yaitu loyalitas, kualitas kerja, komunikasi, dan kedisiplinan.

DETERMINAN KINERJA INDUSTRI TPT INDONESIA
The textile and textile product (TPT) industry is a leading industry for national economic growth. The existence of its performance relies on various factors that turn out to be vulnerable to fluctuations, including the fulfillment of raw materials in the form of cotton fiber from import dominance. Therefore, disruption of the performance of the textile industry will also stimulate disruption to Indonesia's economic growth. This study aims to analyze the determinants of the development of textile industry performance. For this reason, a quantitative approach is used with econometric models prepared based on the Cobb-Douglas theory of production functions. The model construction uses secondary time series data for the period 1992-2021 sourced from the World Bank, Bank Indonesia, the International Monetary Fund (IMF), and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The findings show that the terminology of the development of the performance of the Indonesian textile industry includes capital, labor absorption, world cotton fiber prices, inflation, textile exports, the Covid-19 pandemic, and the global food crisis in 2007/2008. Therefore, several policy recommendations were submitted to encourage more massive TPT machine restructuring programs, improve the skills of TPT human resources (HR), provide incentives for Local Ease of Export Destinations (KLTE), and re-intensify the #banggabuatanindonesia campaign
Minat Penggunaan E-Money di Masa Pandemi: Studi Kasus Mahasiswa Universitas Lampung
The Covid-19 pandemic has encouraged massive use of e-money among the public. The lack of interaction between individuals during the pandemic has made e-money an increasingly necessary payment alternative. This research tries to analyze the driving factors behind the interest in using e-money during a pandemic. This study used a survey method on 97 respondents. The research results show evidence that interest in using e-money among students is influenced by perceptions regarding benefits, safety, and convenience. The government and related stakeholders need to increase the value of benefits, security and convenience to encourage the use of e-money among the wider community in the futurePandemi covid-19 mendorong penggunaan e-money secara masif di kalangan masyarakat. Minimnya interaksi antar individu selama pandemi menjadikan e-money sebagai alternatif pembayaran semakin diperlukan. Penelitian ini mencoba menganalisis faktor pendorong yang melatarbelakangi minat penggunaan e-money di masa pandemi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei pada 97 responden. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bukti bahwa minat penggunaan e-money di kalangan mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh persepsi terkait manfaat, keamanan, dan kemudahan. Pemerintah dan stakeholder terkait perlu meningkatkan nilai manfaat, keamanan dan kemudahan untuk mendorong penggunaan e-money di kalangan masyarakat lebih luas di masa mendatang
Mitigasi Workplace Bullying dengan Peningkatan Kesadaran akan Dampak Negatif yang ditimbulkannya pada Perilaku Karyawan
Workplace bullying can be a significant risk factor for employee depression. Bullying at work can result in anxiety disorders. One of the long-term implications of workplace bullying is the beginnings of hostility among workers/employees, which can disrupt a person's emotional balance and have an impact on mental and physical health, causing emotional exhaustion. According to the Conservation of Resources (COR) theory, intimidation can lead to increased levels of emotional exhaustion and affect employee performance at work, disrupting the organization's overall performance. As a result, the importance of raising awareness about the negative effects of workplace bullying on organizational health is emphasized in this study. The impact of mitigation efforts can begin immediately to avoid damaging it by instilling anxiety and emotional exhaustion in employees, which have a negative impact on organizational performance. Employees from the food industry in Semarang were used as samples, and they were processed using SmartPLS. According to the findings, workplace bullying has a significant positive effect on the occurrence of anxiety and emotional exhaustion in employees. As a result, every company must begin to pay attention to the negative impacts it has and mitigate them through a variety of solutions.Workplace bullying (intimidasi di tempat kerja) dapat menjadi faktor risiko yang signifikan terhadap kejadian depresi pada karyawan. Workplace bullying akan menimbulkan gangguan anxiety (kecemasan). Salah satu akibat dari workplace bullying yang berlangsung secara terus menerus dalam jangka waktu tertentu adalah timbulnya permusuhan antar pekerja/karyawan sehingga dapat memengaruhi keseimbangan emosional seseorang yang berdampak pada kesehatan mental dan fisik yang berakhir pada emotional exhaustion (kelelahan emosional). Teori Conservation of Resources (COR) menyatakan bahwa intimidasi dapat menjadi pemicu timbulnya emotional exhaustion yang lebih tinggi. Hal ini tentu saja akan memengaruhi performa karyawan di tempat kerja, dan akan mengganggu kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berfokus pada pentingnya membangun kesadaran akan dampak buruk workplace bullying pada kesehatan organisasi sehingga upaya mitigasi pada dampak perlu segera dilakukan agar tidak merusak karena membentuk anxiety dan emotional exhaustion pada karyawan sehingga berdampak buruk pada kinerja organisasi. Sampel yang digunakan adalah karyawan yang bekerja di industri makanan di kota Semarang yang dioleh dengan menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil yang ditemukan adalah adanya pengaruh positif signifikan antara workplace bullying terhadap terjadinya anxiety dan emotional exhaustion pada karyawan. Oleh karena itu, setiap perusahaan harus mulai memperhatikan dampak negatif yang ditimbulkannya, dengan melakukan mitigasi melalui beberapa solusi
