PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN SARANA PRASARANA TERHADAP NIAT BERKUNJUNG KEMBALI MELALUI PROMOSI DIGITAL DI BUKIT SEKIPAN, TAWANGMANGU
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan infrastruktur terhadap minat berkunjung kembali di Wisata Bukit Sekipan Tawangmangu, dengan promosi sebagai variabel mediasi. Sektor pariwisata di Provinsi Jawa Tengah khususnya di Karanganyar telah menunjukkan pertumbuhan yang signifikan sehingga menjadi salah satu sektor unggulan dalam perekonomian daerah. Bukit Sekipan sebagai salah satu destinasi wisata unggulan menawarkan berbagai wahana rekreasi yang menarik bagi pengunjung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 119 responden yang pernah berkunjung ke Bukit Sekipan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali, sedangkan infrastruktur tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Promosi juga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi. Temuan ini menunjukkan perlunya pengelola meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan mengoptimalkan strategi promosi agar dapat menarik lebih banyak pengunjung dan mendorong minat berkunjung kembali. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan strategi pemasaran dan pengelolaan destinasi wisata di Bukit Sekipan.

The Effect of CSR, Green Banking, Service Quality, and Customer Experience on Customer Loyalty at BRI
This research aims to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility, green banking, service quality, and customer experience on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. This research is a quantitative study using primary data collected through the distribution of questionnaires with 100 BRI customer respondents. The analysis employed multiple linear regression methods and various statistical techniques, including the F-test, t-test, and determination coefficient test (Adjusted R²). The results of the research partially show that the variables of corporate social responsibility and customer experience have a significant effect on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. However, green banking and service quality do not have a significant effect on customer loyalty to PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh corporate social responsibility, green banking, kualitas pelayanan dan pengalaman nasabah terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket/kuesioner dengan 100 responden nasabah Bank BRI dan menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda serta teknik analisis yang meliputi Uji F, uji t, uji koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R2). Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukan bahwa variabel corporate social responsibility dan pengalaman nasabah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. namun, green banking dan kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk
THE EFFECT OF PERCEIVED USEFULNESS AND EASE OF USE ON MSME ENTREPRENEURS' INTEREST IN USING THE CASHIER APPLICATION
The development of information technology has brought significant changes in business management, including the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. To remain competitive, MSME entrepreneurs are expected to utilize technology that can increase efficiency and effectiveness, such as using cashier applications. This study aims to examine how perceived usefulness and perceived convenience influence interest in using cashier applications for recording sales transactions. The research employed a quantitative method with an explanatory approach, focusing on testing causal relationships between variables through inferential statistical analysis. Data were collected using questionnaires distributed to 100 MSME entrepreneurs in Pontianak City. Analysis included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression to examine partial and simultaneous effects. Results indicate that perceived usefulness and perceived convenience both partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on interest in using cashier applications, with perceived usefulness being the most dominant factor. These findings support the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), which explains that technology adoption is influenced by users’ beliefs. The results provide important implications for developers and stakeholders in promoting MSME digitalization through improving application features, education, and digital literacy.
 
How GRDP and Inflation Affect Unemployment in Lampung Province 2013 – 2024
Unemployment is one of the problems often faced by developing countries, including Indonesia. As population growth increases and the number of the Indonesian workforce increases, unemployment also continues to increase. Unemployment in Indonesia is a significant problem, as the unemployment rate increases every year, accompanied by a rise in population. Economic indicators that affect the unemployment rate. Economic growth in Indonesia, the inflation rate, and the prevailing wage rate. The indicators used in this study are GRDP, ADHB, inflation and unemployment. This study aims to analyse the influence of GRDP, ADHB, and inflation on open unemployment in Lampung Province for the period 2013-2024, both partially and simultaneously. The type of data used in this study is secondary time series data spanning the period from 2013 to 2024. The data used is data obtained from the official website of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Lampung Province. The analysis method employed in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, utilising SPSS 26 software. The results of the study indicate that Gross Real Domestic Product (GRDP) has a negative and statistically significant influence on open unemployment in Lampung Province from 2013 to 2024, with a probability value of -1.725. Simultaneously, GRDP and inflation variables have a significant impact on unemployment in Lampung Province from 2013 to 2024. The R test result value is 52.9% and the remaining 47.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study
PENGARUH STRUKTUR MODAL, PERTUMBUHAN PERUSAHAAN, FREE CASH FLOW (FCF), DAN INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY SET (IOS) TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis adanya pengaruh struktur modal, pertumbuhan perusahaan, free cash flow (FCF), dan investment opportunity set (IOS) terhadap nilai perusahaan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan pada perusahaan sektor transportasi dan logistik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) yang dipublikasikan pada situs resmi perusahaan serta www.idx.co.id periode 2019 – 2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel yang didapatkan yaitu sebanyak 56 data perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, Struktur modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Pertumbuhan perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai. Free Cash Flow (FCF) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan Investment Opportunity Set (IOS) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai. DETERMINANTS OF SALES VOLUME OF HEALTH SUB-SECTOR COMPANIES LISTED ON THE INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE FOR THE 2019-2023 PERIOD
The purpose of this study is to measure the influence of production costs, selling costs, and general administrative costs on sales volume in health sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 period either partially or simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method with panel data from secondary data sources and analyzed using panel data regression with Common Effect, Fixed Effect, and Random Effect testing models. The sample and population are sourced from Health Companies listed on the IDX for the 2019-2023 period. The population used is 34 companies with a sample of 9 companies. Then for data analysis techniques, it starts with a panel data selection test, a classical assumption test, and a hypothesis test. Then the results obtained are (1) Production costs affect sales volume. (2) The cost of sales has no effect on the volume. (3) General administrative costs affect sales volume. (4) Simultaneously production costs, selling costs, and general administrative costs affect sales volume. Then an adjusted R-square value of 99.59% was also obtained
Public Service Agency Policy and Effciency of Regional Airports in Indonesia
The Public Service Agency policy began to be implemented in Indonesia across hospitals, educational institutions, and airports following the enactment of Law No. 17/2003 on State Finance and Law No. 1/2004 on State Treasury. However, research examining BLU policy within the airport sector remains limited, with existing studies predominantly focusing on hospitals and educational institutions. This study aims to analyze the implementation process of the Public Service Agency policy at ten regional airports in Indonesia over the period 2016–2024 by examining the policy formulation, its application in airport operations, and airport performance using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Tobit regression approaches. Based on the efficiency analysis using the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) approach, the Public Service Agency policy tends to be implemented at regional airports that are already efficient, although there is a tendency for airport performance to decline after the policy’s is implemented. According to the results of the Tobit Regression analysis, variables that significantly influence the efficiency scores of airports include the distance of the airport from the city center and regional GDP per capita. PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI DAN PEMBINAAN TERHADAP KOMPETENSI KARYAWAN PADA PT. HIU MEGAPTERA DI KOTA TANGERANG
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan coaching terhadap kompetensi karyawan pada PT. Hiu Megaptera, Kota Tangerang. Menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif kuantitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh karyawan sebanyak 90 orang melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Data primer dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda melalui SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan (t = 5,929; sig < 0,05), motivasi (t = 4,052; sig < 0,05), dan coaching (t = 4,439; sig < 0,05) masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi karyawan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi (F = 13,885; sig < 0,05) dengan koefisien determinasi (R² = 0,326), yang menunjukkan bahwa 32,6% kompetensi karyawan dijelaskan oleh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan coaching, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 67,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Temuan ini menyimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan yang efektif, motivasi yang konsisten, dan pembinaan yang terstruktur sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kompetensi karyawan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan didorong untuk menerapkan praktik kepemimpinan yang adaptif, menjaga motivasi karyawan melalui dukungan rutin, dan melaksanakan program pembinaan yang sistematis untuk memperkuat kapabilitas tenaga kerja dan meningkatkan kinerja organisasi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan coaching terhadap kompetensi karyawan pada PT. ANALYSIS OF RECEIVABLE TURNOVER AND DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO ON RETURN ON ASSETS IN LQ45 INDEX ENERGY COMPANIES
This research aims to analyze the effect of receivable turnover and debt to equity ratio (DER) on return on assets (ROA) in energy companies listed in the LQ45 index. The research sample consists of 45 observation data taken from 9 energy companies for 5 years. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression with classical assumption testing to ensure the validity of the model. The results showed that receivable turnover has no significant effect on ROA, while DER has a significant effect on ROA. Simultaneously, both independent variables have a significant effect on ROA, but the largest contribution comes from DER. This finding suggests that the funding structure, specifically the debt-to-equity ratio, plays an important role in determining the profitability of energy companies. This study implies that prudent debt management is necessary to increase profitability and attract investors' interest in the stock market
FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE AND STOCK PRICES: HOW PRICE EARNING RATIO SHAPES CROSS-SECTOR RELATIONSHIPS IN THE STOCK EXCHANGE
This research aims to analyze the influence of the price-earning ratio as a moderating factor on share prices on the Indonesia Stock Exchange by considering cross-sector differences. The data analysis method uses panel data multiple regression with a fixed effect model approach. Financial performance data was obtained from 72 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018–2022 research period. The research results show that the DER variable has a significant negative effect, DAR has a significant positive effect, ROA has an insignificant positive effect, and ROE has an insignificant positive effect on stock prices. Furthermore, the results of the moderation test show that PER is unable to moderate the influence of DER on share prices. However, PER is able to moderate the influence of DAR, ROA, and ROE on share prices. The results of this research provide insight for academics and implications for policymaking in the Indonesian capital market to understand how the role of PER can influence the relationship between financial performance and share prices in the context of cross-sector companies
