Die Auseinandersetzung mit Co-Abhängigkeit aus theatertherapeutischer Perspektive
No full textIn der vorliegenden ästhetischen Forschung wird die Idee verfolgt, Co-Abhängige Erfahrungen mit den Techniken eines Clowns künstlerisch umzusetzen. Dafür wird zunächst die Co-Abhängigkeit theoretisch betrachtet und mit den Besonderheiten des Clowns verglichen. Das Kernelement, das Scheiterns des Clowns wird dabei besonders in Fokus genommen und Co-abhängigen Verhaltensweisen gegenüber gestellt. Neben der theoretischen und künstlerischen Beschäftigung wird hierbei zusätzlich auf Erfahrungen aus dem Alltag Bezug genommen. Die künstlerische Auseinandersetzung erfolgt über die Technik der Improvisation und über die Erstellung einer Bilderreihe. Die Verfasserin reflektiert jeweils ihr eigenes Handeln und beleuchtet Ideen und Möglichkeiten aus theatertherapeutischer Perspektive. Die Arbeit ist ein Impuls, zwei unerkannte Themen, die Co-Abhängigkeit und die Theatertherapie aufzugreifen und über den Clown miteinander zu verbinden
Policy and political consequences of mandatory climate impact assessments: an explorative study of German cities and municipalities
No full textSince May 2019, several German cities and municipalities have declared a ‘climate emergency’, an action which makes climate impact assessments mandatory for all projects or policy proposals. How have the processes in the local governments changed in response to the emergency status? How have the processes in the city and municipal councils changed? And how, if at all, has the relationship between elected politicians (who make up the city and municipal councils) and bureaucrats (who make up the local government) changed? Based on 13 interviews carried out with representatives of city and municipal councils and local governments, we show, first, that local governments expect a higher workload and to spend more time on cross-sectoral coordination and cooperation. Second, the issue of climate change is now part of the political agenda in the local councils. Third, the administrative actors are now in a stronger position vis-à-vis the political ones as they can de facto veto projects or policies. Overall, we conclude that local-level climate politics has changed following the declaration of the emergency status; however, the design of the corresponding policies has not changed to reflect the cross-sectoral character of responses to climate change
Effects of COVID-19 on the glocal management in the orthopedic craft
No full textResearch background: The industrialized world is experiencing a far-reaching crisis situation due to the pandemic triggered by COVID-19. Economies with global value chains are particularly badly affected, including Germany. The associated glocal effects force the management of organizations, including SMEs in the healthcare sector, to place risk management on a strategic level.
Purpose of the article: This research contribution is intended to provide organizations in times of crisis with a profitable outline of the intelligent use of business management tools in the Corona crisis. The focus is on the determination of significant value and risk drivers using SWOT analysis, communicative reporting and the creation of key figures for decision support. The results of the 2nd survey of the Federal Guild of Orthopedic Technology on the Corona effects show high sales and order drops due to a sharp decrease in the frequency of customers at orthopedic companies compared to grocery retailers. In the Corona crisis, both sectors are considered to be systemically relevant and are of major importance for the state community.
Methods: The authors have analyzed pandemic-related secondary data in order to show the economic effects of COVID-19 for SMEs in the healthcare sector and to comprehensively record the problem. It was carried on already available data from WHO, DeSTATIS as well as specialist organs of technical orthopedics were used.
Findings & Value added: In a crisis, managers are primarily challenged to evaluate and redefine their previous management philosophy. Proactive and cross-functional cost management across the entire value chain is essential to ensure the continued existence of the company

Neue Stadtquartiere – Konzepte und gebaute Realität
No full textDie Entwicklung neuer Stadtquartiere ist ein wichtiger Beitrag zur Entlastung angespannter Wohnungsmärkte, von denen vor allem die dynamischen Ballungsräume und Universitätsstädte betroffen sind. In vielen Kommunen ist die Diskrepanz zwischen Angebot und Nachfrage auf dem Wohnungsmarkt so groß, dass kleinräumige Nachverdichtungen im Rahmen der Innenentwicklung nur einen Teil der hohen Nachfrage kompensieren. Vor diesem Hintergrund gewinnen großflächige Entwicklungen wieder zunehmend an Bedeutung. Das BBSR erfasst bereits seit 2004 die Entwicklung neuer Stadtquartiere. Im Rahmen einer Kommunalbefragung im Auftrag des BBSR wurde die Verbreitung neuer Stadtquartiere weiter verifiziert. Die Ergebnisse dieser Befragung zeigen, dass sich die Entwicklungen vornehmlich auf Regionen mit angespannten Märkten konzentrieren. Allerdings gibt es auch vereinzelte Ausnahmen auf stagnierenden oder schrumpfenden Märkten. Im Rahmen der Studie wurden zudem zahlreiche Strukturmerkmale analysiert, die Einblicke in die Veränderung der Ausgestaltung der neuen Stadtquartiere seit 1990 geben
