Get PDFTrichomonas vaginalis merupakan protozoa pada traktus urogenitalis dan salah satu penyebab penyakit menular seksual. Dengan mengetahui beberapa teknik laboratorium dalam diagnosis trikomoniasis, mulai dari pemeriksaan sederhana sampai pemeriksaan molekuler, termasuk kelebihan dan kekurangannya diharapkan dapat membantu menegakkan diagnosis, pengobatan, maupun kontrol penyakit ini secara lebih akurat, sehingga dapat mengurangi kejadian trikomoniasis sebagai penyakit menular seksual.Kata kunci : Trichomonas vaginalis, metode, diagnosti

No full textABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the product, price, place and promotion on purchase decisions. The population is people who buy cars mazda 2R At PT Nusantara Batavia Motor Jakarta. The samples used were 125 people who buy cars mazda 2R using questionnaire techniques. The collection of data through questionnaires. The results of multiple linear regression analysis, using SPSS show that all variable products, price, place and promotion has a significant positive effect on the variable purchase decision.Keywords: product, price, place, promotion, and purchase decisionsABSTRACTTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh produk, harga, tempat dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian. Populasinya adalah orang yang membeli mobil mazda 2R Pada PT Nusantara Batavia Motor Jakarta Pusat. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 125 orang yang membeli mobil mazda 2R menggunakan teknik kuesioner. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Measurement Of Speakeraes Power Response And Impluse Response
No full textOne way to find out the acoustic performance of a room is by measuring the impulse response. These measurements will obtain an overview of interaction between the sound source and the surface in the room, which can be described in a time sequence patterns of sound energy reflection at any point in the room as well as the reduction of sound energy at any time or any sound reflections information. This research aims to determine the amount of power response and impulse response of sounds produced by speakers. Variable in this research is sounds produced through a microphone and that go out through the speaker. To determine the power response, pink noise is measured, while the impulse response is measured using impulse signals. SPL meter is used to measure the power response and impulse response. The research is literature study and field observation. The result shows the impulse response measurement is not easily interrupted by frequencies from other sound sources. Application of Computer Assisted Inatruction (ACI) For Helping Primary Teachers In Teaching of Indonesia Culture
Get PDFAbstrak Metode pengajaran yang menerapkan Computer Aided/Assisted Instruction (CAI) telah mendukung pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan efektif, khususnya bagi guru dan siswa sekolah. Penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa CAI membantu guru dalam menyampaikan materi dan membantu siswa dalam memahami materi dengan lebih baik, serta memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan CAI pada metode pembelajaran pada siswa sekolah dasar. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa perangkat ajar CAI dengan mata pelajaran kebudayaan Indonesia pada sekolah dasar dengan memadukan gambar, tulisan, suara, serta latihan atau kuis. Metodologi perancangan menggunakan rational unified process yang meliputi tahapan business modelling, requirements, analysis and design, implementation, test, dan deployment. Kesimpulan yang didapat dari penelitian ini, yaitu aplikasi perangkat ajar CAI dapat membantu guru dalam menyampaikan materi dengan lebih menarik, membantu siswa memahami materi, serta adanya soal latihan sebagai evaluasi terhadap hasil pembelajaran siswa. Kata kunci: metode pengajaran, computer aided instruction, computer assisted instruction, CAI, rational unfied process, kebudayaan Indonesia  Abstract Teaching method that implements Computer Aided/Assisted Instruction (CAI) has made learning more interesting and effective, especially for teachers and students. Previous research has suggested that CAI helps teachers in delivering learning materials and students in understanding the materials better.  CAI consequently gives positive impact to student learning outcomes. The goal of this research is to implement CAI as a teaching method in primary schools. The research output is a CAI based teaching tool for the Indonesian Culture lesson by combining images, texts, sounds, and exercises or quizzes for elementary schools. The methodology development uses a rational unified process that contains business modeling, requirements, analysis and design, implementation, test, and deployment. Analyzing Addressing Techniques on Wireless Sensor Networks
Get PDFAbstrakWireless Sensor Networks terdiri atas sejumlah besar titik (nodes) dengan kemampuan untuk melakukan sensing, komputasi, dan komunikasi. Dalam banyak aspek, sensor networks memiliki kesamaan dengan mobile ad hoc networks (MANET), namun memiliki beberapa perbedaan yang penting. Kemiripannya adalah dalam hal topologi, medium komunikasi yang digunakan bersama, dan permasalahan dalam konektivitas. Perbedaannya adalah sensor networks biasanya mencakup mobilitas yang lebih rendah dan sumber daya yang jauh lebih terbatas, oleh karenanya menimbulkan permasalahan skalabilitas. Dalam paper ini, dibahas teknik-teknik pengalamatan untuk sensor networks, trade-off dalam desain skema pengalamatan tertentu, dan perbandingan di antara berbagai teknik. Kata Kunci: wireless sensor networks, nodes, pengalamatan, wireless access media, RETRI  AbstractWireless Sensor Networks consist of nodes which are able to perform sensing, computation, and communication. Border Gateway Protocol pada Teknologi Software Defined Network
Get PDFPeningkatan kebutuhan internet harus diseimbangkan dengan mempertahankan kinerja routing. Protokol routing Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) digunakan untuk menghubungkan semua Autonomous System (AS) di internet dengan mekanisme eksternal BGP (eBGP) untuk pertukaran informasi routing antar-AS. Namun, BGP masih bekerja dalam jaringan tradisional yang kompleks dengan pengendalian dan penerusan paket berada dalam device yang sama. Teknologi Software Defined Network (SDN) akan memisahkan control plane dan data plane, dengan pengendalian berpusat pada kontroler dan penerusan paket dijalankan oleh device jaringan. Penelitian ini mensimulasikan BGP pada teknologi SDN untuk melihat cara kerja BGP dalam pemilihan jalur jika ada link yang putus dan menguji kinerja dari protokol routing BGP dalam dua AS yang berbeda pada teknologi SDN. Simulasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan Mininet. Indikator kinerja yang diuji adalah jitter dan throughput. Dari serangkaian simulasi yang dilakukan, terlihat bahwa protokol routing akan mencari jalur yang lain jika terdapat link yang putus, jitter sebesar 0,44 milisekon dan throughput sebesar 99,78%. The objective of this research was to identify the factors that influence the market price of firms listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange over the period 2004-2013. The methodology of this research was non-linier multiple regression (log-lin model) with Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) analysis which is test is done by classic assumption. Sample in this research is 25 non-financial companies from seven sectors they are agriculture, mining, basic& chemical industries, consumer goods, property& construction, infrastructure utilities& transportation. Finding and contribution this research was earnings per share, book value, price earnings ratio and size have influence toward market price significant at 5% probability level. Other independent variables they are dividend per share and dividend payout ratio do not have influence toward market price. Research limitation or implication in this research was to financial manager used the information that earnings per share, book value, price earnings ratio and size have influence toward market price than increasing company performance.
