Measuring The Infiltration Rate Of Biopore Holes Using Selection And Composittion Of Wase ( A Case Study Conducted At Campus 1 Of Ukrida Jakarta)
Abstract Biopore,a water conservation technique, are holes made on the earth's surface that function as the entrance for rainwater into the soil. This research aims to determine the infiltration rate of biopore holes in various waste to further analyze the waste composition that affects the rate the most. Each hole infiltration rate is tested every week for 10 weeks. The result shows connection between the waste type and composition and the age of the waste. The waste used are dry leaves, meat or fish waste, and organic kitchen waste. Wet waste tends to increase the infiltration rate (98.365%) greater than dry waste (58.06%). Meat or fish waste needs more time (four weeks) to reach maximum increase rate compared to the other types of waste. In addition, the dominant composition of wet waste in the mixture has increased the infiltration rate. The maximum infiltration rate of biopore holes is reached between the second week and the fourth week. Identification Of Benefits From Desktop Virtualization Implementation Using IS/IT Buiness Value Ranti's Generic Model (A Case Study At Ukridaes Computer Laboratory)
uThe use of IS/IT (Information Systems/Information Technology) is no longer seen merely as technical aids, but it has evolved into a strategic tools, as business enabler. UKRIDA (Universitas Kristen Krida Wacana)’s computer laboratory recently made investments to renew their computer from PC (Personal Computer) into virtual desktop. Since the resources required for the initiatives is quite significant, justification (benefits identification) is needed. Ranti's Generic IS/IT Business Value was used as a model for identification of benefits. The identification process found 7 (seven) categories of benefits and 10 (ten) sub-categories of benefits. AbstrakTransaksi jual beli dengan media internet umumnya tidak terkontrol, baik dari aspek kejelasan hukum maupun dari pajak jual beli. Banyaknya kasus penipuan dan kecurangan yang merugikan pelanggan menjadi alasan pentingnya suatu badan atau sistem yang dapat mengatur perdagangan dengan menggunakan media internet. Badan atau sistem tersebut berfungsi sebagai badan yang mengeluarkan ijin resmi atau legalitas website komersial. Dengan adanya legalitas website komersial diharapkan proses transaksi jual beli online menjadi lebih tertib dan jelas aturan hukumnya serta agar pemerintah dapat menarik pajak jual beli dari suatu barang atau jasa. PERANCANGAN PENGUKURAN KINERJA PADA PT JAYA CELCON PRIMA DENGAN METODE PERFORMANCE PRISM DAN SCORING OMAX (OBJECTIVES MATRIX)
AbstrakCelcon Block yang diproduksi oleh PT Celcon Jaya Prima lebih banyak digunakan dalam bangunan bertingkat, seperti perkantoran, rumah sakit, hotel, industri, daripada rumah tinggal biasa atau perumahan. Untuk meningkatkan kepuasan stakeholder dan untuk berkompetisi dengan produsen lain, PT Celcon Jaya Prima perlu melanjutkan pengembangan produknya. Hal ini dapat dilakukan denngan pengukuran kinerja perusahaan. Pengukuran kinerja dilakukan dengan menentukan variabel KPI (Key Performance Indicator) menggunakan metode Performance Prism, yaitu kepuasan stakeholder, strategi, proses, kapabilitas, dan kontribusi stakeholder. Perhitungan KPI dilakukan dengan metode AHP. Setelah melakukan pembobotan, pengukuran kinerja dilanjutkan dengan scoring menggunakan Objective Matrix (OMAX). Berdasarkan pengukuran kinerja, PT Celcon Jaya Prima memiliki tiga KPI yang tidak memenuhi target, sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh, KPI Proses 5 dapat digunakan sebagai strategi untuk memperluas pasar PT Celcon Jaya Prima. Kata Kunci: celcon block , performance prism, KPI, AHP, OMAX  AbstractCelcon blocks produced by PT Celcon Jaya Prima are more commonly used in multistorey buildings such as offices, hospitals, hotels, industries, rather than in residential housing. To increase the stakeholders’ satisfaction and to be more competitive, PT Celcon Jaya Prima needs to develop further its products, one of which is by measuring the company’ performance. Performance measurement is done by determining the variables of KPI (Key Performance Indicator) by using Performance Prism method including stakeholder satisfaction, strategies, processes, capabilities, and stakeholders’ contributions. KPI calculation was done by AHP method. Performance measurement was performed by OMAX scoring after the weighting process completed. The results showed that PT Celcon Jaya Prima did not meet three of the KPI’s targets. Rotary Light Emitting Diode Display with RGB System
Abstrak LED screen adalah pengembangan dari penggunaan LED untuk menampilkan informasi. Alternatif dari LED screen sebagai media tampilan adalah rotary LED display. Teknologi rotary merupakan metode baru dalam menampilkan informasi dengan menggunakan media LED. Teknik ini memanfaatkan pembagian ruang dalam segmen-segmen kemudian LED dinyalakan secara multipleks. Hal ini dimungkinkan dengan memanfaatkan persistence of vision dari mata manusia. Hasil kualitatif dari alat “Rotary LED Display dengan Sistem RGB†menunjukkan bahwa informasi berupa karakter alfanumerik dapat ditangkap mata dalam warna merah, biru, dan hijau. Informasi yang ditampilkan LED screen dapat ditampilkan juga dalam sistem LED rotary. Keunggulan tampilan dengan teknik rotary dibanding LED screen adalah penggunaan hardware LED yang lebih sedikit untuk menampilkan informasi dengan resolusi yang sama. Berkurangnya penggunaan LED menyebabkan daya yang digunakan rotary LED lebih sedikit dibandingkan LED screen. Kata kunci: Rotary LED, RGB,Persistance of Vision Abstract LED screen is the development of LED application as a source of information. An alternative to utilize LED as a medium of information is rotary LED display. Rotary technology is a novelty method in information display by using LED as foundation. The technique is by separating space in segments and then flicking LED in multiplexing sequence. This is made possible by utilizing human eyes’ persistence of vision. The qualitative result of the “Rotary LED Display with RGB System†shows that the information in the form of alphanumeric character can be seen by human eyes in red, blue, and green colors. The same information seen in LED screen can also be shown in rotary LED system. The advantage of rotary LED display is the reduced LED usage for the same resolution result. Design Of Alternative Mouse For The Disabled
Abstrak Mouse merupakan salah satu perangkat keras (hardware) sebagai input komputer yang sangatpenting. Mouse umumnya diletakkan di sebelah kanan dari pengguna, digunakan dengan tangan kanan. Hal ini menimbulkan berbagai efek samping dan berbagai kerugian/kesulitan bagi beberapa golongan pengguna. Kesulitan yang pertama terdapat pada pengguna komputer yang menyandang cacat, terutama pada bagian tangannya. Ketidakmampuannya dalam menggenggam dan menggunakan mouse seringkali menjadi halangan dalam menggunakan komputer lebih lanjut. Bahkan tidak jarang mereka menggunakan kakinya di atas meja, atau meletakkan mouse lebih dekat dengan lantai sehingga terjangkau oleh kaki. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa desain mouse yang diperuntukkan bagi tangan manusia tidak sempurna apabila digunakan dengan kaki. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan mouse yang dirancang khusus untuk dapat digunakan dengan kaki. Meskipun bukan penemuan baru, dan hanya aplikasi lanjutan dari penggunaan mouse, namun rancangan ini dapat memberikan manfaat, khususnya bagi penyandang cacat. Kata Kunci: mouse, komputer, cacat, kaki  Abstract Mouse is one of the most important computer input hardwares. Mouse is generally placed on the right side of the computer user, and used with the right hand. This causes side effects and a variety of disadvantages/ difficulties for some users. The first difficulty is for users with disabilities, especially on their hands. The inability to grasp and use mouse often becomes an obstacle in using the computer. They even put their feet on desk, or put the mouse closer to the floor near the foot. This shows that the mouse which is designed for human hands is certainly not perfect when used with foot. Therefore, specially designed mouse operable with foot is needed. STUDI PERBANDINGAN PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN RESTORAN CEPAT SAJI
ABSTRACT Fast food restaurants is an obvious example of the hybrid product which shows the mix of tangible goods and intangible service. In a fast food restaurant, customers not only buy and consume food from the restaurant, but they also getting the services provided by the restaurant. This shows that there is a combination between products (tangible) and services (intangible) in a fast food restaurant industry. Customer satisfaction can be determined by the quality of the products (food) and the services provided by the restaurant. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction in fast food restaurants mediated by value perception and price perception. In this study, researcher will compare the two models, which is the model of product quality and service quality models. This research is rarely to do, especially comparing two model in marketing research. The non-probability sampling method with convenience sampling technique was used to determine the sample of respondents. At the first step, the full model was tested using Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modelling (CB-SEM) and produced unacceptable goodness of fit indices. However, the statistic test of two separated models shows that the product quality has higher significant effect on customer satisfaction of fast food restaurant mediated by both perceived value and perceived price than the effect of service quality. The study also shows that the perceived value has more important role as mediating variable than the role of perceived price. Gambaran Klinis dan Tata Kelola Batu Saluran Kemih pada Bayi dan Anak-anak
AbstrakPrevalensi batu saluran kemih pada anak saat ini berkisar 2-3%, sedangkan tingkat rekurensinya dapat mencapai 6,5-54%. Penyebabnya sebagian besar faktor metabolik. Penyebab lain berupa kelainan anatomis dan infeksi saluran kemih. Jenis batu paling sering berupa batu kalsium oksalat (40-60%), dan paling jarang berupa batu urat (2-10%). Lokasi batu sebagian besar di ginjal pada anak berusia 0-5 tahun (68%). Sedangkan batu pada uretra lebih sering ditemukan pada kelompok anak berusia 6-10 tahun (64%), dan berusia 11-18 tahun (82%).Keluhan yang dirasakan dapat berupa nyeri perut yang tidak khas, mudah menangis, muntah, sulit mengeluarkan urine, tidak nafsu makan dan sering memegang alat kelaminnya tanpa sebab yang jelas. Namun sebagian anak ada yang tidak mengeluhkan gejala sama sekali. Selain anamnesis yang teliti, diperlukan pemeriksaan radiologis seperti USG (utama), Foto Polos Abdomen atau Spiral CT Scan (dilakukan sesuai indikasi) untuk mencari kelainan anatomis dan mengetahui lokasi batu. Pemeriksaan urinanalisa yang diperlukan antara lain derajat keasaman (pH) urine, dan pemeriksaan urine 24 jam untuk mengetahui kandungan kristal (seperti kalsium, oksalat, sitrat, asam urat, magnesium, fostat, sistin dan kreatinin) pada urine. Pemeriksaan serum (darah), sebaiknya diperiksa kadar Ca, PO4, Na, K, HCO3, asam urat, Mg, Kreatinin serum, serta kadar alkalin fosfatase. Jika batu keluar secara spontan, pemeriksaan analisa batu sangat berguna untuk penegakan diagnosis, penentuan jenis batu dan mencegah terjadinya batu saluran kemih berulang.Penanganan batu saluran kemih pada anak dapat berupa pemberian analgetik, peningkatan intake cairan untuk meningkatkan volume urine, dan tindakan operatif seperti pembedahan terbuka (open stone surgery), ureteroskopi, Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL), hingga Percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL). Kata kunci: Batu saluran kemih, anak, keluhan, pemeriksaan  AbstractThe prevalence of urinary tract stones in children is now about 2 to 3%, while the recurrence rate can reach 6.5 to 54%. The largest cause being metabolic factors. Other causes are anatomic abnormalities and urinary tract infections. These types of stones are most often in the form of calcium oxalate stones (40-60%), while the least common form is urate stones (2-10%). The location is most often in the kidneys in children aged 0-5 years (68%). Whereas stones in the urethra are more often found in the group of children aged 6-10 years (64%) and aged 11-18 years (82%).While complaints of abdominal pain are not typical, patients often suffer from: crying easily, vomiting, difficulty passing urine, loss of appetite, and often touch their genitals for no apparent reason. However, some children do not complain of any symptoms at all. In addition to a careful history, radiological examinations are required, including ultrasounds (foremost), Plain Abdominal x-ray or Spiral CT Scans (performed as indicated) to search for anatomical abnormalities and to know the location of the stone. Urinanalysis examinations are required, among other analyses, to measure the degree of acidity (pH) of urine and a 24-hour urine test to determine the content of crystals (such as calcium, oxalate, citrate, uric acid, magnesium, phosphate, cystine and creatinine) in the urine. Examination of serum (blood) should be conducted as well as examination of levels of: Ca, PO4, Na, K, HCO3, gout, Mg, serum creatinine, and alkaline phosphatase levels. If the stones come out spontaneously, stone analysis is very useful for diagnosis as well as determining of the type of stone in order to prevent recurrent urinary tract stones.Handling of urinary tract stones in children can be pain relief, increase fluid intake to increase urine volume and take operative measures, such as open surgery (open stone surgery), ureteroscopy, extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL), or Percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL). Key words: Urinary tract stone, children, complaint, examinatio
Berbagai Pemeriksaan Penunjang Terkini untuk Diagnosis Intoleransi Laktosa
AbstrakIntoleransi laktosa adalah suatu keadaan ketidakmampuan enzim laktase menghidrolisis laktosa diusus halus, umumnya diderita oleh anak – anak dan remaja. Intoleransi laktosa primer dapat disebabkan oleh berkurang atau tidak adanya aktivitas enzim laktase dan kelainan gen LCT C>T-13910. Intoleransi laktosa sekunder umumnya terjadi akibat infeksi rotavirus. Intoleransi laktosa dapatasimtomatis atau dengan gejala klinis yang bervariasi seperti mual, sakit perut, kembung dan sering flatus. Pemeriksaan penunjang yang umum, antara lain: tes napas hidrogen, tes toleransi laktosa (TTL) dan tes Gen LCT C>T-13910. Ketiga pemeriksaan ini saling berhubungan satu sama lain. Tes genetik adalah yang paling akurat. Primary lactose intolerance is LCT C>T-13910 gene disorder causing reduction or absence of lactase activity, while secondary lactose intolerance is usually caused by rotavirus infection. This condition can be asymptomatic but may cause nausea, stomachache, and flatulence. Diagnositc laboratory tests such as: hydrogen breath test, lactose tolerance test and LCT C>T-13910 gene test are correlated and complementary with their different sensitivities and specificities. Pemberian Nutrisi pada Pasien Payah Ginjal Kronik
AbstrakPayah Ginjal Kronik (Chronic Kidney Disease/ CKD) adalah kelainan pada fungsi atau struktur ginjal dan telah berlangsung lebih dari 3 bulan. Menurut Kidney Foundation’s Kidney Disease Outcomes Quality Initiative fungsi ginjal diklasifikasikan menjadi stadium 1 hingga 5. Pada CKD, nutrisi dan diet memiliki peranan penting baik dalam mencegah progresi penyakit maupun menurunkan gejala yang ada. Asupan protein sebelum dilakukan hemodialisis adalah 0,6 g/kgBB/hari atau setara jika menggunakan analog keton dan kombinasinya dengan diet. Selain dengan pembatasan asupan protein, pasien dengan Payah Ginjal Kronik disarankan mendapatkan asupan energi yang adekuat di mana pada pasien berusia kurang dari 60 tahun membutuhkan 126-167 KJ/hari (hemodialisis) dan 146 KJ/hari (dialisis peritoneal) serta lebih dari 60 tahun membutuhkan 126-146 KJ/hari.
