MODEL APLIKASI PENGUKURAN KINERJA PERGURUAN TINGGI SWASTA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN PERFORMANCE PRISM (STUDI KASUS PADA 2 PERGURUAN TINGGI)
In the face of increasingly fierce competition, Higher Education is required to improve itself in order to improve the quality and competence of the output therefore it can compete in the labor market. To realize this purpose, each University should need to assess their own performance so that they can see what needs to be improved and enhanced. This research aims to design a performance measurement University using Performance prism model. Private Universities are taken as sample are University with A accreditation and B accreditation. Data Analysis Methods using the identification of Key Performance Indicator (KPI), Hierarchy Analytical Process (AHP) and assessment of performance with Scoring System (Omax). Results of university’s design performance measurement using Performance prism are 39 elements of performance indicators or KPIs that consists strategies, processes and capabilities criteria which each of the 13 units consisting of: 3 KPI stakeholder students, 3 KPI stakeholder lecturers, 3 KPI stakeholder foundations, 2 KPI stakeholder supplier (book publishers) and 2 KPI stakeholder alumni. From the calculation of performance measurement using Objective Matrix obtained value of the company’s performance for university with A accreditation is 7.57 and university with B accreditation is 7.45.

Implementation Of Web Based Reservation System On Lembur Pancawati
Website and the development of computer and internet, has big impact in the growth of hostelry business around the world including in Indonesia. Website can be used as a big data storage that efficient, effective, and persistent, which can be useful for hostelry management, like Lembur Pancawati. The use of website also simplify reservation staff at Lembur Pancawati to recording, saving, searching, and reporting guest data, better and faster, if compared with manual system. The use of reservation system based on website also helping the chair of Lembur Pancawati in monitoring and supervising guest data, through on time and detail report with minimal human error. YII framework is one of technology that can be used to make a website. The benefit of using YII framework is the availability of rules to speed up the process of website’s development. MENENTUKAN SUHU OPERASI MESIN DRYER DENGAN METODE TAGUCHI UNTUK MENGURANGI JUMLAH BENANG BASAH PADA DIVISI YARN DYING DI PT MULIA KNITTING FACTORY
AbstrakPT Mulia Knitting Factory (PT KMF) adalah industri tekstil yang menghasilkan gulungan kain untuk pembuatan pakaian, selain pakaian sebagai produk utamanya. Terdapat dua jenis gulungan kain yang dihasilkan, yaitu gulungan kain polos dan gulungan kain bermotif. Ditemukan bahwa setelah proses pengeringan, masih terdapat gulungan kain basah. Hal ini terjadi karena operator tidak mendapatkan pelatihan, mesin pengering yang sudah tua, tingkat penyerapan bahan yang berbeda, dan suhu yang tidak tepat. PT MKF ingin menurunkan gulungan kain basah setelah proses pengeringan dengan meningkatkan kinerja mesin sehingga potensi kerugian dapat diminimalkan. Oleh karena itu, metode Taguchi digunakan untuk menentukan temperatur proses yang harus digunakan dalam proses pengeringan. Metode Taguchi memberikan temperatur dalam 100oC dan temperatur luar 96oC untuk benang putih, suhu dalam 103oC dan suhu luar 98oC untuk benang berwarna terang, dan suhu dalam 108oC dan suhu luar 103oC untuk benang berwarna gelap. Dengan menggunakan pengaturan suhu yang diperoleh menyebabkan jumlah benang basah menurun. Benang putih mengalami penurunan dari 20,2 chees hingga 10,999 chees, benang berwarna terang menurun dari 12 chees sampai 6,999 chees, dan benang berwarna gelap dari 25 chees hingga 10,833 chees. Kata kunci: peningkatan, Metode Taguchi, suhu proses, desain eksperimen  AbstractPT Mulia Knitting Factory (PT KMF) is a textile industry that produces cloth rolls for the manufacture of clothing in addition to  underwear as its main product. There are two kinds of cloth rolls produced: plain cloth rolls and patterned cloth rolls. After the drying process, wet cloth rolls were still found. The operator’s lack of training, the old drying machine, the different absorption level of materials, and the inappropriate temperature were estimated to be the causes. PT MKF wanted to decrease the wet cloth rolls after the drying process by improving the machine performance so that potential losses can be minimized. The Taguchi method is therefore appliedto determine the process temperature to be used in the drying process. Taguchi method resulted in100oC internal temperature and 96oC external temperature for white yarn,103oC internal temperature and 98oC external temperature for light colored yarn, and 108oC internal temperature and 103oC external temperature for dark colored yarn. Using the obtained temperature settings had decreased the numbers of wet yarns. The white yarn decreased from 20.2 chees to 10.999 chees, the light colored yarn decreased from 12 chees to 6.999 chees, and the dark colored yarn from 25chees to 10.833 chees. Keywords: improvement, Taguchi Method, process temperature, desain of experimen
SISTEM PAKAR PENENTU KECERDASAN JAMAK PADA ANAK BERBASIS WEB
AbstrakKecerdasan jamak merupakan sebuah penilaian yang terdiri atas sembilan aspek yang melihat secara deskriptif bagaimana individu menggunakan kecerdasannya untuk memecahkan masalah dan menghasilkan sesuatu. Setiap anak memiliki berbagai kecerdasan namun terdapat kecerdasan khusus yang paling menonjol dalam dirinya. Penentu kecerdasan jamak pada anak dapat dilakukan melalui bantuan sebuah sistem pakar. Sistem pakar ini menyajikan sejumlah informasi dan tes penentu kecerdasan jamak pada anak berbasis web yang dapat diakses melalui browser pada komputer. Dengan sistem pakar ini, setiap pengguna, khususnya orangtua dan tenaga pengajar, dapat mengenal kecerdasan jamak yang paling menonjol dan perlu dikembangkan dalam diri anak melalui tes kecerdasan yang ada. Kata Kunci: kecerdasan jamak, sistem pakar, web  AbstractMultiple Intelligence considers nine aspects of intelligence. SISTEM INFORMASI KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT PADA PERGURUAN TINGGI STMIK WIDYA DHARMA PONTIANAK
AbstrakKnowledge sharing merupakan salah satu hal yang penting di tingkat perusahaan, karena knowledge sharing merupakan pendekatan yang diperlukan untuk memfasilitasi pencatatan knowledge dan mendorong efektivitas dalam berbagi dengan rekan. Dengan adanya Knowledge Sharing akan terjadi percepatan pada Knowledge Transfer. Penerapan Knowledge Sharing dengan sebuah sistem berbasis web, diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi dari kebutuhan  organisasi. Tidak adanya kebijakan dan budaya para dosen untuk melaksanakan Knowledge Management (Knowledge Sharing) berbasis web, menyebabkan knowledge yang dimiliki oleh para dosen tidak dapat dibagi (sharing) dengan baik. Keadaan tersebut menyebabkan lambatnya transfer knowledge, baik di antara dosen sendiri maupun dosen dengan mahasiswa, terlebih lagi pada jangka panjang akan mengakibatkan hal yang tidak baik karena menyebabkan kemungkinan hilangnya knowledge itu sendiri. Pemodelan Sistem Pengendali PID dengan Metode Ciancone Berbasis Matlab Simulink pada Sistem Pressure Process RIG 38-714
AbstrakPengendalian sistem di dunia industri sangat diperlukan dalam keadaan offline sehingga proses produksi tidak terganggu. Pemodelan sistem bertujuan untuk melakukan simulasi sistem dan mendesain pengendali untuk memperbaiki respon sistem, salah satunya dengan menggunakan pengendali PID. Pemodelan sistem dan Pengendali PID dapat dilakukan dengan metode Ciancone. Salah satu sistem yang sering digunakan untuk pemodelan adalah sistem Pressure Process Rig. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan pemodelan sistem dan desain pengendali PID dengan metode Ciancone pada sistem Pressure Process Rig 38-714 dengan menggunakan Matlab Simulink.Kata Kunci: pengendali PID, pemodelan sistem, pressure process rig 38-714, metode Ciancone.AbstractControl System in industry is indispensable in offline mode to keep the production process uninterrupted. Pengaruh Capacitor Bank Switching Terhadap Kualitas Daya
Capacitor bank merupakan peralatan yang mempunyai fungsi untuk memperbaiki power factor, mengeliminasi gangguan tegangan, dan mengontrol daya reaktif. Di dalam usaha untuk meningkatkan kualitas daya dengan menggunakan kapasitor bank, timbul masalah baru dalam pengoperasian capasitor bank yang dikenal dengan nama capasitor bank switching, yaitu timbulnya gejala tegangan transient yang tinggi (transient overvoltages). Paper ini memberikan hasil pengujian dan analisis simulasi transient overvoltages dengan menggunakan software Matlab berdasarkan data-data transmisi, seperti tegangan dan impedansi saluran yang didapat dari Gardu Induk Waru. Hasil yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa transient overvoltages yang dihasilkan oleh pengoperasian capacitor bank switching pada sistem transmisi di Gardu Induk Waru dapat mencapai nilai tertinggi 1,74 pu pada sistem transmisi 150 kV dan 2,2 pu pada sistem transmisi 70 kV. Di samping itu, dapat dilihat juga bahwa transient overvoltages yang dihasilkan akan semakin meningkat apabila posisi level tegangannya semakin dekat dengan beban. Pengaruh Pemasaran Emosional Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Melalui Mediasi Citra Merek pada Produk Nike
In a saturated market where competition between producers is increasingly competitive and consumers have many choices in each category of goods / services required. This situation resulted in the desire of consumers to be more important than the needs. This results in a state of mind, emotion, sympathy being dominant, so many companies are looking for ways to make strong connections with consumers emotionally. Emotional connections of consumers are also motivated by the discovery that emotional connections bring consumer loyalty to a higher level, and ultimately hope to improve corporate finance. This journal discusses the influence of Emotional Marketing on Purchase Decision through Brand Image Mediation on Nike Products. This study is quantitative with a sample of 120 respondents who are buyers and users of Nike products in West Jakarta. Collected data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique with SmartPLS program. The results showed that the emotional marketing applied by Nike had a significant positive effect on the brand image as well as the purchase decision with the mediation of brand image. Heterogenitas pada Struktur Genotipe Hepatitis C Virus
AbstrakHepatitis C merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus hepatitis C (HCV), famili Flaviviridae, genom Ribo Nuclead Acid (RNA), berutas tunggal, polaritas positif. Hidup dan bereplikasi di dalam sel hapatosit. Stuktur genom HCV terdiri atas satu ORF (open reading frame) yang memberi kode pada polipeptida komponen struktural, terdiri atas nukleokapsid (inti C), protein selubung atau envelope (E1 dan E2), serta bagian non struktural dibagi menjadi NS2, NS3, NS4a, NS4b, NS5a, dan NS5b. Bagian genom HCV yang paling stabil adalah nukleokapsid atau protein inti (core), dan dipakai untuk deteksi antibodi dalam serum pasien. Protein envelope E2 merupakan bagian HCV yang sangat heterogen, dan yang paling tinggi variabilitasnya sehingga disebut hypervariabel region 1 (HVR 1). Berdasarkan struktur genom HCV yang heterogen tersebut penggolongn HVC berdasarkan genotip, subtipe dan kuasispesies. Penelitian sekuens genom HCV membuktikan bahwa keragaman kuasipsesies pada HCV memunyai korelasi yang kuat dengan kemampuan progresivitas dan kronisitas virus terhadap hospes. Selama proses replikasi virus, menutup fungsi normal hepatosit atau membuat lebih banyak lagi hepatosit yang terinfeksi. Tingkat penularan yang tinggi terjadi pada pasien dengan riwayat sebagai pengguna narkoba jarum suntik (53%), dan janin akan tertular dari ibu pengidap HCV (25%).Kata Kunci: HCV, Flaviridae, Hepatosit, Quasispesies, Hypervariabel Region 1. Abstract              Hepatitis C is a disease caused by the hepatitis C virus (HCV), family Flaviviridae, genome Ribo Nuclead Acid (RNA), single-strand, positive polarity. Live and replicate inside hepatocyte cells. Structure of the genome of HCV consists of ORF (open reading frame) that encodes the polypeptide structural components, consisting of nucleocapsid (core C), protein sheath or envelope (E1 and E2), as well as parts of non structurally divided into NS2, NS3, NS4a, NS4b, NS5a and NS5B. HCV genome is part of the most stable nucleocapsid or core protein and used for the detection of antibodies in the serum of patients. E2 envelope protein of HCV is part of a very heterogeneous, and the most high variability so-called hypervariabel region 1 (HVR 1). Based on the structure of the heterogeneous HCV genome. HVC classified by genotype, subtype and quasispecies. Research proved that the HCV genome sequences in the HCV quasipsecies diversity has a strong correlation with the progression and chronicity of the virus to the host. During the process of viral replication closes normal hepatocyte function or make more of an infected hepatocytes. Efek Statin dalam Menurunkan Angka Kejadian Penyakit Kardiovaskular
AbstrakStatin adalah golongan obat penurun kadar lemak yang dikenal juga sebagai penghambat HMG-CoA reductase yang memiliki efek penurunan Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL), anti inflamasi, anti trombotik, anti proliferatif, dan anti oksidan. Keuntungan pemakaian statin dalam menurunkan insiden terjadinya Cardio Vascular Disease (CVD) telah banyak diketahui dari berbagai penelitian. The National Cholesterol Education Program Adult Treatment Panel III (NCEP ATP III) 2004 dan American Heart Association (AHA) 2013 merekomendasikan statin sebagai terapi pada CVD, dimana didapatkan jumlah pasien yang layak untuk diberikan terapi statin meningkat pada rekomendasi AHA 2013 dibandingkan NCEP ATP III 2004. Penelitian lain juga memperlihatkan efek positif dari penggunaan statin terhadap insiden CVD pada pasien Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD), Diabetes Melitus (DM), Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), dan Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). Statin terbukti bermanfaat dalam menurunkan insiden CVD pada berbagai kasus. Kata Kunci: Statin, CVD, AHA, NCEP ATP III AbstractStatins are class of lipid lowering drugs also known as HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor which have Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL)-lowering effect, anti inflammation, anti thrombotic, anti proliferative, and anti oxidant. The advantage of using statins in lowering the incidence of Cardio Vascular Disease (CVD) has been widely known from various studies. The National Cholesterol Education Program Adult Treatment Panel III (NCEP ATP III) 2004 and American Heart Association (AHA) 2013 also recommend statin as therapy for CVD, where AHA 2013 recommendation showed that the number of eligible patients for statin therapy was increased compare to the NCEP ATP III 2004. The other studies also showed the positive effect of statin in reducing the incidence of CVD particularly in patient with underlying disease such as Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD), Diabetes Mellitus (DM), Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).
