The conditions for market transformations are accompanied by a growing influence on the banks' activity by the flow of destructive disturbances that can cause chaotic behavior of the economic system as a whole and the banking system, in particular. The purpose of the study is to identify the preface of self-organization of the banking system, taking into account the information factor and the level of the entropy of the system. The theoretical questions of mutual influence and interconnection of entropy and information are considered in the paper, as well as their influence on the processes of self-organization in the banking system. From the point of view of the entropy approach the nature and conditions of self-organization in the banking system are disclosed. For the efficient functioning of the modern banking system, the search and analysis of the dependence between the entropy indicators, accumulated information and the synergistic effect, taking into account dualism of chaos and order, are of considerable interest. On the basis of the complex of these indicators, the results of the conducted research, which reveal the dynamic properties of self-organization of the banking system, are presented

UKRAINIAN VERSIONS OF CLASSIC PLOTS AND CHARACTERS: ANENT THE QUESTION OF THE EUROPEAN CANON

    Get PDF
The article focuses on the interpretation by Y. Boyko-Blokhin, Ukrainian emigre literary critic, of Ukrainian versions of traditional plots and characters, his thoughts are actualized with reflections of other researchers about the problem of European identity, and in particular with a variety of views on the European cultural heritage. An approach of the Ukrainian scholar to investigation of the outlined problem (with special attention to peculiarities of the national literature, and an emphasis on clarifying "mechanisms" of creative transformation of traditional material) is conceptualized from the perspective of the literary studies of the 20th century and beginning of the 21st century. Arguments of the scholar concerning authenticity of Ukrainian versions of traditional characters, namely Prometheus (T. Shevchenko "The Caucasus"), Cain (I. Franko "The Death of Cain") and Don Juan (Lesia Ukrainka "The Stone Host"), are analyzed and comprehended in the European context, with due consideration for previous tradition, from the standpoint of the problem of style. Conclusions of the scholar are construed as representational for Ukrainian literature as an integral part of the European cultural space. An important role of conceptual ideas of the scholar, which remain relevant even for contemporary comparative literature studies, not only by contributing to continuous development of national comparative literature (given the impossibility of their full-fledged progress throughout several decades under the ideological pressure), but also regarding the forthcoming of "reformatting" of the global Slavic studies, is substantiated in view of the question of searching for the European canon

The choice of the research subject is determined by the important and ambiguous role of human that is at the same time an object of getting goods and a factor of providing them in global and national economies. Human with its multilevel needs and priorities is an initial object of national economy efforts. World development tendencies of the new economy need using new development mechanisms of the human capital at decreasing transactional costs. The aim of the article is to analyze functioning components of the human capital in the strategic management of the national economy and to substantiate development instruments of the human capital at developing a management strategy in economy. A methodological base of the research work is fundamental positions of a theory of social economy, human development, economic growth, social-labor relations. The study offers the author definition of the notion “human capital” as an accumulated potential of citizens, expressed in their education, life experience, attitude, skills that may be used for improving current and future economic and social prosperity. A research result is the theoretical substantiation of the development of human capital, considered as a function of the strategic management of human resources, integrated with developing a management strategy of the national economy and each economic unit. Such development provides the growth of a market value of the human capital and results in quantity and quality changes in the activity of organizations. At the same time the increase of transactional costs takes place. The scientific understanding of using diverse instruments of the human capital development as an element of the general management strategy is developed in the research. There is used the three-level development system of the human capital, each level of which is characterized by specific problems and unequal readiness of human capital owners to participate in realization of tasks of an organization and correspondingly needs using different methods and instruments. The further research direction provides ordering and systematization of human capital functions in the management strategy of the national economy for determining human capital development mechanisms

List and characteristics of the main development strategies

    Get PDF
There is widespread the agreement among scientists that development is a multidimensional phenomenon, with economic, political, and social aspects, and that the different dimensions of development are interconnected with one another in complex ways. The fact that these different dimensions exert causal influences on one another would suggest that policymakers, dealing with issues of national development need to integrate economic, political, and social approaches, and to think strategically about how to achieve their goals. Strategic thinking implies prioritization and sequencing, seeking to do first that is necessary or helpful to achieve later goals. A strategy begins by defining a clear objective, and then assesses constraints that prevent the achievement of this objective. Strategic thinking looks at alternative pathways that get around those constraints; if this is not possible, it requires the redirection of energies to other goals that are more realistically achievable [1, 2]. In the current conditions, one of the decisive aspects of the functioning of economic systems (enterprises, industries, economics) is the choice of the areas of development, designed and substantiated at the strategic level within the framework of a certain management entity. The need for the most appropriate and optimal choice of development strategies is actualized through the continuous influence of the environment, which is undergoing more rapid changes in the 21 century, has rather complex manifestations, associated with new globalization, information and communication challenges. The scientific novelty of the proposed approach is that we take into account the best scientific interpretations regarding this issue, universalize the provisions of contemporary scientific thought in the definite aspect of the study, point out the innovative areas characteristic of the practice of the entities activity in the industry

Peculiarities of the feasibility study for on-grid photovoltaic installation of private household

    Get PDF
The article is devoted to the development of alternative energy sources, in particular, on-grid photovoltaic installation of low power. The Ukrainian regulatory framework has created the prerequisites for the active development of this industry by a simplified system of interconnection sources of private households to the electrical power system and a high rate of «green» tariff for electricity for private households, producing electricity from solar energy. Similar tariffs are available in other countries, in particular in the countries of the European Union, under the name feed-in-tariffs, so private households can get paid for excess electricity that do not consume on their own households and sent into the grid. The article deals with the disadvantages of existing methods for estimating future profits from the sale of electric energy at a «green» tariff (feed-in tariff) and proposes a method for taking into account the technical limitations on normalized electricity quality indices. It is shown, that ignoring the technical limitations, concerning the level of voltage, leads to overestimating the calculated value of the generated electricity up to 33 %, that can grow due to the increase of payback period up to 1,5 times. The possibility of transforming the overage of unrealized electric energy into heat is also considered

DEFORMATION OF THE AGRARIAN SECTOR AGAINST THE BACKGROUND OF DILEMMA: GROWTH OR ANTI-DEVELOPMENT

    Get PDF
It is accented, that since the end of ХХ century and during almost two decades of XXI the main problem in Ukraine has become the growing imbalance of plant and animal husbandry branches because of the evident decay of the latter. There is offered a thesis, according to which a cause of such deformation of the agrarian sector in Ukraine is distorted levers of the financial-economic of its development regulation. There is stated the fallacy of a stake on the concentration of agricultural production in agroholdings that take a lion share of budgetary dotations, whereas it is difficult for farmers even to get soft loans. As an argument, there are cited agricultural indices of Poland, where the problem of balance between plant and cattle branches doesn’t exist, because farm economies are their base like in countries of the European Union. Attention is accented on a necessity of the cardinal review of financial-economic development levers of the agrarian sector of Ukraine. It is offered to reject budgetary dotations that usually pass over most farmers, and are given selectively, not always for ones, who cannot develop their production without them, and at the same time don’t influence in any way the agrarian sector development because of their insufficiency. There is substantiated the expediency of reorientation of these costs to the privileged crediting of agrarians. It is expressed a conviction that due to that, it will become a financial level that creates possibilities for the development of production not only in agroholdings, but, by the Polish example, in small commodity producers that abruptly increases a need in the working force in villages, so prevents such negative phenomenon as the rural population decrease, mainly caused by the modern tendency of monocultural plant husbandry, ignoring its harmonization with animal husbandry
