Enjeux commerciaux et norme qualité : du conflit à la complémentarité
No full textInternational audienceL’idée que la norme qualité ISO 9001 version 2015 permette de renforcer l’orientation client est séduisante et peut sembler évidente dans la littérature qui porte sur ce sujet. Cependant, cette norme est souvent perçue comme une contrainte qui freine la performance commerciale. Objectifs commerciaux et objectifs qualité peuvent ainsi diviser les acteurs, alors même que l’orientation client est censée les rassembler. Grâce à une recherche-intervention menée dans un magasin de grande distribution, nous évaluons le coût des dysfonctionnements dans la qualité intégrale pour mettre en lumière leur enjeu économique et commercial. Les résultats des groupes d’amélioration qui ont suivi les diagnostics de dysfonctionnements révèlent des leviers pour enclencher un cercle vertueux en faveur de la performance de l’entreprise

Monitoring of Riverine Aquatic Vegetation Using Satellite PlanetScope Imagery: Feasibility, Limitations and Prospects
No full textInternational audienceSpectral interference induced by the water and the spatial resolution of many satellite images (≥ 10 m) limit the efficiency of remote sensing for monitoring riverine aquatic plant stands. In this study, the potential of using PlanetScope satellite images (3 m in spatial resolution, ~daily acquisition) for monitoring seasonal and interannual aquatic vegetation surface area was evaluated. Airborne images (≤ 0.2 m) acquired on four dates on three aquatic plant stands were used to create, through visual interpretation, reference maps indicating whether the pixels of each PlanetScope image acquired at ±8 days correspond to aquatic vegetation or nonvegetated aquatic areas. For each PlanetScope image, the green normalized difference vegetation index (GNDVI) was calculated and centred on the mean (GNDVI centred ) to distinguish aquatic vegetation from nonvegetated aquatic areas while minimizing variations in their spectral signature over time. Reference maps from the date when aquatic vegetation was the least developed were used to calculate the GNDVI centred classification threshold. To reduce classification errors from radiometric inconsistencies, the frequency at which pixels of PlanetScope images acquired at ±8 days from airborne images were classified as aquatic vegetation was also calculated. Aquatic vegetation was then empirically defined as pixels with a frequency ≥ 85%. Although the classification of PlanetScope images indicates that low abundances of aquatic vegetation cannot be detected, our results show that large changes in stand surface area can be monitored using a multidate classification threshold, thus providing new opportunities for the monitoring of riverine aquatic vegetation on large scales

A particular category of writings were the monographs in French devoted to the history of the main Parisian lyric theatres, such as the Opéra, the Opéra-Comique and the Théâtre-Italien. The aim of this article is to offer a comparative analysis of twenty of these works published between 1847 and 1913 by Solié, Castil-Blaze, Véron, de Lasalle, Thurner, Nuitter, Royer, Fouque, d’Heylli, Malherbe, Soubies, Pougin and Huret. This study examines the professional activities of these authors, their links with the theatre industry, the nature of their sources, and the choice and hierarchy of subjects. The first two parts of this article consist of a comparative presentation of the twenty works in the corpus and their authors. The third part is devoted to the internal organisation of the works and the fourth to the gradual transition from musicographer to musicologist.Au XIXe siècle, la vie musicale parisienne est attentivement suivie par la presse généraliste ou spécialisée à l’échelle européenne. Une catégorie particulière d’écrits est constituée par les monographies en français consacrées à l’histoire des principaux théâtres lyriques parisiens, tels que l’Opéra, l’Opéra-Comique, le Théâtre-Italien ou le Théâtre-Lyrique. L’objet de cet article est de proposer une analyse comparée d’une vingtaine de ces ouvrages publiés entre 1847 et 1913 par Solié, Castil-Blaze, Véron, de Lasalle, Thurner, Nuitter, Royer, Fouque, d’Heylli, Malherbe, Soubies, Pougin et Huret. Cette étude interroge les activités professionnelles de ces auteurs, leurs liens avec l’industrie théâtrale, la nature de leurs sources, le choix et la hiérarchie des sujets. Les deux premières parties de cet article consistent en une présentation comparative des vingt ouvrages du corpus et de leurs auteurs. La troisième partie est consacrée à l’organisation interne des ouvrages et la quatrième au passage progressif du musicographe au musicologue
