Get PDFKuliah Kerja Sosial-Karya Pengabdian (KKS-KP) IAIMNU Metro Lampung merupakan suatu kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan beberapa hari di daerah sendiri atau daerah terdekat dari domisili mahasiswa masing-masing, mengingat situasi dan kondisi saat ini wabah COVID-19 sebagai implementasi dari Tri Darma perguruan tinggi. KKS-KP dilaksanakan menggantikan KKS Reguler sebagai bentuk kesadaran dan kepedulian Institusi terhadap pencegahan penyebaran atau penularan COVID-19, relasi agama dan kesehatan dengan tepat, moderasi beragama dan pendidikan serta dakwah keagamaan islam dengan memanfaatkan bebagai media sosial. Pelaksanaan KKS-KP dilaksanakan pada tanggal 03-09 Februari 2021 di Desa Siswo Bangun, Seputih Banyak, Lampung Tengah, Lampung. Program yang dilakukan di Desa Siswo Bangun yaitu pelatihan budi daya jamur tiram, mendatangkan narasumber yang ahli dalam budi daya jamur tiram, yang diharapkan kepada masyarakat tetap produktif di tengah pandemi, membantu kegiatan masyarakat, dan berbagai kegiatan lainnya. Sedangkan pada kegiatan individu yaitu membuat video edukasi secara individu yang nantinya memanfaatkan media sosial untuk menyebarluaskannya kepada masyarakat pengguna media sosial

Get PDFThe Education Service Program in this case is the Olympic Class, which is one of several excellent programs at MTs PPMI Assalaam Sukoharjo. Every activity in this program can maximize the ability of students in the field of science and motivate them to master and develop the field of science. Every student who takes part in this program is expected to be able to develop scientific potential to compete in cognitive competitions.The process of implementing the Olympic Class at MTs PPMI Assalaam, is very important for evaluation. The appropriate model for carrying out program evaluation is the CIPP evaluation model (context, input, processes, product). The results of the CIPP evaluation will later explain whether this program can be continued or improved for the advancement of the Olympic Class.This research was conducted qualitatively with the aim of obtaining data and analyzing the implementation and program evaluation policies in the relevant places based on the scope of the program evaluation. Data collection was taken by observation, interviews and documents.This research describes that the evaluation of the Olympic Class is divided into four evaluations 1) context evaluation, namely the Olympic class has a goal in the form of a vision and mission and the goal is to jump-start the potential of students who have more abilities in science, social, foreign languages, and technology, 2) input evaluation namely the competence possessed by ustadz and ustadzah in the Olympic class in teaching is very good, while for students they have good types of abilities in learning and understanding lessons, 3) process evaluation, namely the implementation of the Olympic class program goes well according to what has been programmed by the institution, 4 ) product evaluation, namely the achievement of the achievement targets for students obtained in competitions both locally, nationally and internationally have made many results. This study recommends whether the Olympic Class Education service program at MTs PPMI Assalaam Sukoharjo continues or cannot be continued
Kepemimpinan transformasional dan instruksional kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan mutu lulusan (studi kasus di SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Yogyakarta)
Get PDFThis research aimed at (1) analyzing the transformational leadership of the principal to increase the quality of the graduates, (2) analyzing the instructional leadership of the principal to increase the quality of the graduates, and (3) analyzing the quality objectives of the graduates in SMA Muhammadiyah I Yogyakarta. This research used descriptive qualitative method with case study approach. The location of the research was in SMA Muhammadiyah I Yogyakarta. The respondents consist of the principal, the vice principal in charge of curriculum, and the teachers of SMA Muhammadiyah I Yogyakarta. The data collection techniques were with observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis technique used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research result showed that: (1) The transformational leadership of the principal of SMA Muhammadiyah I Yogyakarta has already been good in increasing the quality of the graduates, (2) The instructional leadership of the principal in increasing the quality of the graduates in SMA Muhammadiyah I Yogyakarta has already been good, and (3) the graduates of SMA Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta I were targeted to be accepted in their favorite universities. Because the fighting spirit of the students were relatively not high, the target was not entirely achieved. Institutional Support in Increasing Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy and Performance of Woman Entrepreneurs
Get PDFEntrepreneurial self-efficacy is an important factor in influencing new businesses for the success of woman entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy refers to individual beliefs about skills and abilities in running a business. This research aims to show how women entrepreneurs, policymakers, and institutions maintain new businesses and encourage women's participation or success in entrepreneurship. This type of research is quantitative. The sampling process was carried out using a random sampling technique. Authors are obtaining data using an online questionnaire with a Google form. The filling link was distributed to women business actors in the second week of August 2022. There were 235 respondents as MSME actors. The research results show that: 1) women manage 95 percent of MSME actors. 2) young people manage 96 respondents or 40.85%. From the study results, it can be concluded that: 1) women have many contributions and are driving the wheels of the economy. 2) Women in Indonesia start businesses at a young age to earn income, reduce unemployment and improve people's welfare
Akun Instagram Lambe Turah sebagai Media Informasi dan Bisnis Perspektif Teori Industri dan Ayat Muamalah
Get PDFThe role of social media as a medium for sharing status, photos, and videos has turned into a business tool. There are few accounts on behalf of individuals or organizations. However, the account manager is anonymous, such as the Lambe Turah account, which is the object of research in this article. This paper aimed to analyze Lambe Turah's account based on industry and Muamalah's theory. This paper used a type of qualitative research. Data collection was carried out using the note-taking technique. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive-analysis techniques through the selected theory. The study results show that Lambe Turah's Instagram account is a news account on social media that provides factual and non-factual information for financial gain, so it can be classified as non-journalist media. In the muamalah aspect (socio-economic), the sources of information presented by the Lambe Turah account are not listed as validity indicators. This information related to the news on the account cannot be used as the primary reference. In the view of Ayat Muamalah, the validity of information is the main requirement for the eligibility of information to be reported and disseminated. Therefore, the efforts made by Lambe Turah as a provider of information and business services have yet to be guided by the production principles discussed in the Qur'an

Get PDFThe purposes of this research are (1) to describe the values of religious moderation that are instilled in the teaching of the moral creed at MA Wali Songo; (2) to describe the process of inculcating religious moderation values in the teaching of aqidah morals at MA Wali Songo and (3) to analyze the impact of inculcating religious moderation values on the learning of aqeedah morals at MA Wali Songo. The approach used is qualitative with a case study type. The data collection technique are observation, interview adan documentation. The results of the study show that, (1) The values of religious moderation that are instilled in learning the Aqidah Akhlak are the values of tasamu or tolerance, I'tidal or fairness, and muwatanah; (2) The process of inculcating the values of religious moderation in the learning of the Akhlak Aqidah, namely, tasamuh values are carried out through learning, fair values are carried out by the aqidah moral teacher being an exemplary example, muwatanah values are carried out through apperception. Other efforts made by madrasas in instilling these values through several activities; (3) The impact of instilling the values of religious moderation in learning Aqidah Akhlak according to Aqidah Akhlak teachers still occurs in some students. Get PDFThis paper is based on a problem that occurred in class Grade Four of Madrasah Diniyah Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Lilbanat Al-Amien Prenduan academic year 2021-2022. Authors found that learning insya’ material in that was less effective, this paper aims to find out how nahwu errors form in insya' material Grade Four of Madrasah Diniyah Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Lilbanat Al-Amien Prenduan, what are the factors that cause nahwu errors in insya' material, and what are the solutive efforts to minimize nahwu errors in insya' material. The method used is qualitative research with a descriptive research type, the data analysis carried out is collecting data, identifying errors, classifying errors, explaining errors, and using observation, interview, and documentation methods. The results obtained in this study are First, the nahwu errors that occurred in Grade Four of Madrasah Diniyah Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Lilbanat Al-Amin Prenduan are writing the perfect sentence or jumlah mufidah/tarkibul jumal, using zamir, using idafah arrangements, writing na'at and man'ut arrangements, and writing i'rab signs. Second, the factors that cause nahwu errors in insya' material are internal factors and external factors. Internal factors include the lack of student interest in learning the material of insya', lack of theoretical understanding of the nahwu rules in insya' material, lack of knowledge about mufradat (vocabulary), and afraid of speaking in Arabic. External factors include inadequate time allocation and non-conducive class situations. Solutive efforts to minimize mistakes in writing insya' are familiarizing students speaking Arabic in class, increasing practice or work on questions, correcting immediately, and re-teaching the wrong material

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan kepada guru-guru PAUD di kota Jambi dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran (gamifikasi) dalam pembelajaran anak usia dini. Adapun tahapan pengabdian ini dimulai dengan sosialisasi, pelaksanaan yang terdiri dari pelatihan dan pendampingan serta evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya kompetensi professional guru-guru PAUD dilingkungan kota Jambi. Serta meningkatnya kemampuan guru dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran (gamifikasi) berbasis teknologi. Get PDFAspek visual adalah aspek yang besar dalam pemasaran, namun tidak semua Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki kemampuan yang cukup untuk membangun aspek visual pada pemasarannya, maupun pemasaran pada umumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan utnuk mengidentifikasi dan menjelaskan kualitas foto produk serta desain komunikasi visual dalam beberapa gambar yang diunggah melalui akun Instagram @dekranasda.sleman untuk mempromosikan beragam UMKM. Dari semua gambar pada akun tersebut, dipilih beberapa gambar yang bisa dipakai sebagai objek penelitian, dan objek-objek penelitian tersebut dinilai dan dihitung secara kuantitatif. Dari penelitian tersebut, ditemukan lima gambar terbaik dan lima gambar terburuk untuk kemudian masing-masing dijelaskan tenang aspek-aspek visualnya
