Standards of Collective Economic Justice of Prophet Muhammd (PBUH)
Get PDFThis research article explores the standards of collective economic justice promoted by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Collective Economic Justice refers to the fair distribution of resources and opportunities within a community, ensuring that all members have access to basic necessities and economic well-being.
The economic principles and guidelines set forth by Prophet Muhammad provide a comprehensive framework for promotion fairness, equity, and social welfare within a community. By investigating into the teachings of Islam, this research article aims to shed light on the Prophet's vision for economic justice and its implications for contemporary society.
The Prophet highlighted the importance of charity, known as "Zakat” & “Sadqa” which involves giving a portion of one's wealth to poor. “Zakat” is obligatory for Muslims. Another key aspect of Collective Economic Justice in the Prophet's teachings is the prohibition of usury, or "riba”. The Prophet encouraged collaboration in economic activities, fostering a sense of unity and shared responsibility.
This cooperative approach aimed to uplift the entire community & reduce economic inequalities. The research also explores the Prophet's stance on ethical business practices, emphasizing honesty, transparency, fairness & prohibition of fraudulent activities.
The principles of Zakat, prohibition of usury, economic cooperation, and ethical business practices serve as guiding beacons for building an economically just and compassionate society. Understanding and implementing these teachings can contribute to the establishment of equitable economic systems that prioritize the welfare of all members within a community.

The study uses a multidisciplinary approach, combining insights from Islamic law, history, and economics to provide linkages to ethical foundation building exists between Muakhat Medina and public economic well-being is clear. Through meticulous analysis, the article aims to identify key principles such as wealth distribution, social justice, and economic cohesion that flow from this historic agreement and its potential impact on achieving economic. Furthermore, the study explores the adaptability of Muakhat Madina principles to modern economic challenges by considering factors such as globalization, technological advancement, and evolving financial systems. No full textFiqh ul seerah is to describe the incidents of seerah in a detailed and reasoned manner and clarify the lessons and wisdom contained in them. Every aspect of the seerah is included in it , which is related to the revision and research of the traditions of the seerah or their authentic status or the events may be from the background of the seerah or from the conflict and application or from the reasoned answers to the objections of the orientaists and atheists or the derivation and conclusions and the full details of the primary sources while jurisprudence is a sub-branch of fiqh ul seerah , in which seerah and jurisprudence issues are described together.
Before these trends emerged as formal art in the 20th century, they were present in various biographies of the pioneers, but as a term they were not in vogue.Jurisprudence biographies were created by the Muhaddithians of the early days, but the first pioneers in biography are Allama Muhammad Bin Umar Waqdi's book al-Mughazi. Regularly, the work in this regard is seen in the biographies of Ibn Hazm Zahri, Ibn Abd al-Barr, Imam al-Sahili, Ibn Qayyim, etc. In addition to this, the nature and status of the rulings and dispositions issued by Muhammad, the requirements of the situation and the times, and his jurisprudential status with the description of the chronological order of events from jurisprudence biography. Role and importance of culturally rich traditional residential Buildings toward heritage tourism and digital marketing in the historic city of Uch Sharif, Southern Punjab, Pakistan
No full textAs in other parts of the Country, traditional buildings are fast diminishing in city Uch Sharif, Bahawalpur, Punjab, Pakistan as well. The irreplaceable examples of traditional wisdom and ingenious craftsmanship are being struck down one after the other by the cyclone of urbanization super-charged by market forces.
Contemporary buildings are seemingly unable to provide what traditional buildings used to offer. That is why the demolition of traditional buildings is considered irreparable damage to our valuable traditional asset. A few traditional buildings that have survived contain valuable information and need to be documented precisely before they are all gone. In-depth analyses of spatial organizations, use and adaptation of various spaces to the requirements of the functions taking place in them, architectural elements, building materials, and construction methods in traditional buildings, is therefore essential. It will give an insight to the solutions that were followed in traditional buildings as the most appropriate response to the multifaceted problem of thermal comfort, cultural appropriateness, and cost-efficiency. It will be of substantial academic and practical value to the present as well as future generation of architects and other building professionals in this region.
This is due to a variety of technical and cultural aspects that have restricted and limited the use of sustainable measures for energy-efficient, culturally sensitive, and cost-effective building design. This research aims to identify and promote such design practices, and develop the community’s acceptance and ability to use compatible designs, materials and techniques.

No full textThe media is one of the basic pillars upon which the Prophet ﷺ relied to deliver his divine message to all the people of the earth, and thus its importance will remain throughout time until the Allah inherits the earth and all that is on it. God Almighty said: And indeed We have conveyed to them the word that perhaps they will remember. The Prophet ﷺ did not leave a means to convey the call to Islam, and he hastened with it. Therefore, we find that the Islamic nation today is in need of specialized Islamic media for all branches and sciences of Sharia, as it is the mother of supplication, communication, and information for the path to heaven. The Prophet ﷺ used private and personal contact with his family and close friends at the beginning of his preaching journey in order to ensure a strong and solid foundation. Al-Bukhari narrated on the authority of Ibn Abbas (R.A) that he said when it was revealed: And warn your closest relatives. The Prophet ﷺ ascended Safa, a famous mountain in Makkah, and started calling: O Banu Fihr! O son of Adi! To the bellies of Quraysh until they gathered together, so if the man was unable to get out, he sent a messenger to see what it was, so Abu Lahab and Quraysh came and said: What if I told you that horses in the valley wanted to attack you, would you believe me? They said: Yes, we have never tried to tell you anything but truthfulness. He said: I am a warner to you before a severe torment. Abu Lahab said: I will afflict you for the rest of the day. Is this what you brought us together? So it was revealed: Abu Lahab’s hand will perish, and his wealth and what he has earned will repent

Essential skills for contemporary teachers encompass participation in teacher education workshops, adept utilization of technology, effective communication, diverse teaching methodologies, and the assimilation of new information along with innovative techniques for its dissemination to students. The significance of co-curricular activities for students has concurrently escalated, prompting serious deliberation on the 'utility' of various fields of knowledge. While all these aspects hold their respective importance, regardless of geographical location, there persists a universal lacuna—the neglect of the true essence of education, namely, character development. Individuals have continuously sought to emulate those with superior character, striving to mold their own behavior in alignment with admired figures. Despite diverse efforts to craft character, individuals have found their self-fashioned models insufficient to meet the complexity of their needs. This quest persisted until modern times, where a paramount challenge emerged: the pursuit of a way of life that is not merely acceptable to humanity, but also dignified and honorable. In response, the Almighty bestowed upon humanity a paragon of such a life in the form of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). Throughout history, he has been acknowledged as an exemplar of virtue, serving as a guiding light for the development of individual character across generations. His biography not only serves as a blueprint for personal conduct but also inspires admiration and emulation from people of all walks of life. It is incumbent upon every individual to forge their own character, drawing inspiration and guidance from the life and teachings of the Prophet (ﷺ)
Tacit Knowledge and Decision Making Practices in the Context of Family Businesses.
Get PDFDecision-making practices in family business are crucial and usually involve several stakeholders. To determine the decision-making mechanism in the family business, qualitative research approach was carried out. 30 semi-structured interviews were conducted involving family owners and non-family managers. Thematic analysis was used to analyze data. Three themes such as Business sense, consultation with elders, and ceremonial approval of the board were generated. Study reveals that decision-making is informal and based on tacit knowledge. Study emphasizes the codification of tacit knowledge, the codification will make decision-making more formal and institutionalized
