This study is conducted on insurance companies only due to a limited period. The adopted research design is a case study as the gathered data is only from one organization. Approximately total population of insurance companies is approximately 460, and the sample size is 210 respondents as per Krejice Morgan's table. A convenient sampling technique is used because of the availability of the respondents for this research. The research technique used in this study is multiple correlation and multiple regression, and the software used for data analysis is SPSS version 20. An instrument is adopted that includes close-ended questions, which is further based on a five-point Likert scale. Results showed that depression, work locus of control, and emotional exhaustion influence job performance, whereas there is no relationship seen between work centrality and job performance. Chronological Discrepancies in Seerah Events (A Study of Maulana Ishaq al-Nabi's Research): واقعات ِ سیرت میں توقیتی تضادات (مولوی اسحاق النبی کی تحقیقات کا مطالعہ )
In the primary sources of the Prophet Muhammad's ﷺ biography, occasional chronological inconsistencies are observed. Maulana Ishaq al-Nabi Rampuri, in his work "Hal al-Tadad fi Tawarikh Seerat Khair al-Ibad", presents a unique scholarly theory to explain these inconsistencies. According to his research, the early biographers of the Seerah encountered reports based on two different calendrical systems: the Makkan (lunar-solar) and the Madinan (pure lunar) calendars. The blending of these calendars led to certain chronological discrepancies in the historical records of Seerah. Maulana Ishaq al-Nabi analyzed these differences through his "dual-calendar theory" and developed comparative charts, incorporating the Makkan, Madinan, and Julian calendars.
This article provides an analytical study of Maulana Ishaq al-Nabi's research and examines the five types of historical discrepancies he identified. The paper evaluates the validity of his analysis by reviewing the chronological differences in key events of Seerah—such as the Hijrah, major battles, the Treaty of Hudaybiyyah, the Conquest of Makkah, and the Farewell Pilgrimage. The findings of this study suggest that the "dual-calendar theory" offers a plausible framework for resolving historical inconsistencies, thereby contributing to a more coherent and reliable chronological understanding of Seerah events
The Role of Financial Inclusion and Digital Banking Accessibility in Promoting Social Equity in Pakistan: The Mediating Role of Economic Empowerment
The purpose of this study was to assess the role of financial accessibility and inclusion in social equity in Pakistan, and the mediating effect of economic empowerment. Further, it was aimed at understanding how access to financial services can lead to economic empowerment, and how that can lead to social equity. A quantitative research design was used with a cross-sectional research flap. For data collection, structured questionnaires were distributed among banking professionals, whose jobs required them to work with customers in some capacity in commercial bank branches in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, and Peshawar. Data from 253 questionnaires were valid to be reviewed in order to test hypothesized relationships between variables. Findings indicated that both financial inclusion and digital banking accessibility significantly impacted social equity. Economic empowerment fully mediated the relationship between social equity and digital banking and was partially mediated by economic empowerment for the financial inclusion- social equity relationship. Results confirmed the theoretical framework for this study and demonstrated the importance of economic empowerment as a tool for achieving social justice. Overall, it was concluded that the expansion of financial inclusion and digital banking services increased social equity in Pakistan indirectly through increasing economic power for recipients of these banking service

Human Capital Outflow under the Effect of Economic Misery and Institutional Quality: Empirical Evidence from Selected Developing Countries
Objective: Broader macroeconomic, monetary, and fiscal policies require reliable variance estimates to minimise economic misery. This research aims to determine economic misery and institutional quality on human capital outflow.
Research Gap: An existing study evaluating the relationship of only one variable (economic misery) with human capital outflow. We are examining the relationship between human capital outflow and economic misery after applying the conditionality of a critical variable, the institutional quality index, another essential variable.
Design/Methodology/Approach: This study avails a fixed effect approach to assess the economic misery effect for the case of 68 developing nations between 2000 to 2019. The study uses the Hausman test technique for the reliability of the results.
The Main Findings: Our results substantiate that economic misery (a
combination of inflation and unemployment) positively and significantly impacts human capital outflow in developing countries. Institutional quality further adds to human capital outflow from developing countries to the rest of the world. Our empirical estimations reveal that economic misery conditional to institutional quality matters in stimulating the outflow of human capital. It contributes positively and statistically significantly in the case of developing countries of the world. Income inequality is also a significant contributor to human capital outflow.
Theoretical / Practical Implications of the Findings: Revisiting the developing nations' planning is recommended to minimise economic misery and increase institutional quality. The abstract reveals that if we control the misery index and institutional quality, the developing nations will achieve prosperity and compete with the developed world.
Originality/Value: The authors are the first to examine how economic misery and conditional institutional quality react to human capital outflow
