No full textLithuanian Society of Paediatric Surgeons was founded in 1994 and organises conference annually. The first conference after the presidency returned to Vilnius University Hospital Santaros Klinikos was dedicated to multisystem trauma as a leading cause of paediatric mortality. Reports from most centres of paediatric surgery were presented together with invited lectures on head trauma, maxillofacial surgery, trauma team activation protocol, war medicine and legal aspects of paediatric surgery. The Abstract Book includes reports on the most complicated cases encountered by paediatric surgeons recently.Lietuvos vaikų chirurgų draugija buvo įkurta 1994 metais ir rengia kasmetines konferencija. Ši pirmoji konferencija po pirmininkavimo sugrįžimo į Vilniaus universiteto ligoninę Santaros klinikas buvo skirta mišriai traumai- pagrindinei vaikų mirties priežasčiai. Nuskambėjo pranešimai iš daugumos Lietuvos vaikų chirurgijos centrų bei kviestinės kitų specialybių paskaitos skirtos traumatizmo temai- galvos, veido/žandikaulių, traumų komandos aktyvavimo problemai, karo medicinai ir vaikų traumų teisiniams aspektams. Abstraktų knygoje atspindėti patys sudėtingiausi atvejai pasitaikę vaikų chirurgams pastaruoju metu

Konferencija suteikia galimybę Lietuvos ir užsienio universitetų psichologijos studentams ir jauniesiems mokslininkams pristatyti savo mokslinius tyrimus ir atradimus. Towards Understanding the Application Areas of Zero Knowledge Proof: A Comprehensive Analysis

ZKP addresses key privacy and security challenges across individual, business, and public sectors by enabling data protection without revealing sensitive information. The aim of this study is to analyse ZKP’s application areas by reviewing current literature and case studies, examining its strengths, limitations, and potential risks. Findings highlight the capability of ZKP to enhance privacy, security, and verification processes across various fields, including blockchain technology, identity authentication, secure data sharing, and digital voting systems. The paper provides a balanced perspective on ZKP’s benefits and challenges, including computational complexity and scalability issues. By suggesting practical use cases, this work aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of how ZKP technology can support innovation across various industries while addressing critical privacy and security needs
Impact of Digital Technologies on the Labour Market

These changes are creating new jobs while simultaneously changing the nature of work, demanding new skills, and reducing the demand for traditional jobs. The aim of the research is to identify the impact of digital technologies on the labour market. The results show that the implications of digital technologies for the labour market and employment of workers are analysed from different perspectives. The rapid development of digital technologies promotes innovation, leading to faster job creation in the labour market. On the other hand, technological processes lead to fewer jobs, which will increase unemployment. There are also those who believe that society will not notice major changes in the labour market because technological progress will create as many jobs as it will eliminate
Process Management Tools for Operation Efficiency in Logistics: Case Study

This study aims to assess the impact of an advanced process management system, introduced in 2022 within one of the largest logistics enterprises, with the objective of optimising internal communication and streamlining operations. Utilising a rigorous analytical framework, the research demonstrates significant improvements in information flow, transparency, and organisational clarity. The system has shown notable efficacy in key areas, including the implementation of quality and environmental policies, the optimisation of core operational processes, and the enhancement of management documentation. The findings suggest that process management contributes substantially to the achievement of higher operational efficiency and process optimisation. Furthermore, this study offers practical recommendations that may guide similar organisations in improving their logistical performance through systematic process management innovations

Furthermore, the contributions reflect current political discussions on the status of German in the region. This course was joined by around 45 voluntary participants from various countries in Europe, Asia, and the USA. Two native speakers of Karay also helped this course participants by providing them with the correct pronunciation of the Karay literary language
