ЕМОЦІЙНИЙ ІНТЕЛЕКТ ЯК ПЕРЕДУМОВА УСПІШНОГО РОЗВИТКУ ОСОБИСТОСТІ
Get PDFThe article deals with the problems related to emotional intelligence (EI) or emotional quotient (EQ), which plays a crucial role in the personality development in general and in its "life program" implementation. EQ concept is closely associated with: emotional culture, emotional competence, creativity, emotional giftedness, emotional literacy, communicative intelligence, and therefore, referring to the formation of EQ, it is necessary to take these into account. The article emphasizes that Ukrainian mentality has got some specific features that allows someone to develop his or her EQ successfully, achieve professional success, to find his or her life purpose. It also reveals the biological, social, age grounds for the EQ formation, so-called "mixed model" of emotionalintelligence, which involves five components that characterize it: self-knowledge, self-regulation, social skills, empathy, motivation. All these components have been considered, the peculiarities of their creation under the influence of the humanitarian studies that are learnt at the higher educationalestablishments have been explored. The crucial empathy importance for professions that students gain in the system of educational establishments of State Emergency Service of Ukraine has been pointed out, the direct dependence of successful career and professional development on the level of EQ has been illustrated. Thus the article proves that the emotional competence is essential for building professional competence.Розглядаються проблеми, пов’язані з емоційним інтелектом (EQ), який відіграє надзвичайно важливу роль у розвитку особистості взагалі й у реалізації нею своєї «програми життя», зокрема. Поняття EQ тісно пов’язане з іншими: емоційна культура, емоційна компетентність, креативність, емоційна обдарованість, емоційна грамотність, комунікативний інтелект, і тому, говорячи про формування EQ, треба обов’язково це враховувати. Підкреслено, що в менталітеті українців є специфічні риси, які дозволяють успішно розвивати EQ, досягати професійного успіху, самореалізовуватися в житті. Йдеться також про біологічні, соціальні, вікові передумови формування EQ, про, так звану, «змішану модель» емоційного інтелекту, яка передбачає п’ять компонентів, що його характеризують: самопізнання, саморегуляція, соціальні навики, емпатія, мотивація. Розглянуто кожен із цих компонентів, наголошено на особливостях формування їх під впливом гуманітарних дисциплін, які вивчаються у вищій школі. Наголошується на вкрай важливому значенні емпатії для професій, що їх здобувають у системі освітніх закладів Державної служби України з надзвичайних ситуацій, підкреслено пряму залежність успішного кар’єрного зростання й професійного розвитку від рівня EQ. Get PDFConsidered the content of the image of "Native Home" in the Metropolitan Andrey Sheptitskogo "How to build a native home?" The mentality of the Ukrainians have long been the understanding of the State exists as a family home, of his own house. This is due to a long tradition and features of Ukrainians as introverts, attaches great importance to, first of all, his private life, in particular in the family, and do not like to live in the community. This Decree Metropolitan raises a number of important issues: the Christian principles of life and their importance, educational church power, the native language in the creation of the State, the government and the people, the role of communities and associations in the life of the people, the concept of "Ukrainian monolith" in the message, the value of the one Church to nation-building. Each of them clearly stated and outlined in detail reasoned. No doubt the Metropolitan pedagogical value ideas as a modern high school brings up a generation of young people who, due to historical circumstances, are called to build a new Ukrainian state. Questions raised by Andrei Sheptytsky, are extremely relevant today, as his predictions about those or other failures in the process of creation of the state, unfortunately, are true. Metropolitan Lessons must be learned, and sufficiently clear guidance on the concept of building Native Hut, States must find expression in the construction processes of the State.Розглянуто сенс образу «Рідної Хати» в праці Митрополита Андрея Шептицького «Як будувати Рідну Хату?» В менталітеті українців здавна встановилося розуміння Держави як рідного дому, своєї власної хати. Це пов’язано з давніми традиціями та особливостями українців як інтровертів, що великого значення надають, в першу чергу, своєму приватному життю, зокрема, родині і не надаються до життя в спільноті. У цьому Декреті Митрополит порушує ряд важливих проблем: християнські принципи життя і їх значення, виховні сили Церкви, рідна мова в творенні Держави, влада і народ, роль спільнот і товариств у житті народу, поняття «український моноліт», значення єдиної Церкви для розбудови нації. Кожна з них чітко сформульована, окреслена й достатньо аргументована. Безсумнівною є педагогічна цінність ідей Митрополита, оскільки сучасна вища школа виховує покоління молодих людей, які силою історичних обставин покликані до будівництва нової Української Держави. Питання, порушені Андреєм Шептицьким, надзвичайно актуальні сьогодні, бо його прогнози щодо тих чи інших невдач у процесі державотворення, на жаль, справдилися. Уроки Митрополита мусять бути засвоєні, а досить чіткі вказівки щодо концепції будівництва Рідної Хати-Держави повинні знайти втілення в державотворчих процесах

Get PDFDuring the last decade in Ukraine 200 cases of catastrophic natural phenomena of meteorological origin with considerable material damage have been recorded. Tornado is smallest of air vortex forms by size and greatest by the speed of movement. Tornado is a quite rare atmosphericphenomenon, characterized by enormous destructive power and unpredictability; often accompanied by huge economic losses and casualties. The article shows the rare tornadoes that raged in Ukraine during the last millennium and their destructive activities. More attention has been given totornadoes in Ukraine during 1930 - 2015. Some calculations of the tornadoes effects has been made due to the gravitational-thermal model.Впродовж останнього десятиріччя в Україні зафіксовано понад 200 випадків виникнення катастрофічних природних явищ метеорологічного походження зі значними матеріальними збитками. Торнадо - найменші за розмірами і найбільші за швидкістю обертання форми вихрових рухів повітря. Торнадо - доволі рідкісне атмосферне явище, характеризується величезною руйнівною силою і непередбачуваністю; часто супроводжується величезними економічними збитками і людськими жертвами. В статті наводяться дані про рідкісні смерчі, які лютували в Україні впродовж останнього тисячоліття та їх руйнівну діяльність. Більше уваги приділено смерчам в Україні за 1930 - 2015 рр. Get PDFAirports are considered from the point of power consumption for the provision of techno-logical processes. The study is aimed to define the potential for energy conservation at airports of Ukraine and for the improvement of environment quality at the adjoined area. The major reasons of energy losses at airports are defined. The best practices of energy saving solutions in European countries are analyzed and recommended for application in Ukrainian airports on the example of the International Airport “Kyiv”. The environmental effects and economic efficiency of energy conservation projects and prospects of their implementation are considered for the International Airport “Kyiv”.У статті розглядаються аеропорти з точки зору споживання енергоресурсів для забезпечення технологічних процесів. Get PDFTypes of outcomes that arise due to implementation and realization of projects have been analyzed. The selection of four groups of effects (technical, resource, economic and social) of the projects focused on training and further education of Ukrainian media on the subject of qualitative renewal of journalism framework in line with European standards has been justified. The method of evaluating the outcomes of project implementation on the basis of expert opinion has been offered. Perspectives for further research in order to generate a valuation project model of resource exploitation for the benefit of optimization of their structure have been found.Проаналізовано різновиди ефектів, які виникають при впровадженні та реалізації проектів. Обґрунтовано вибір чотирьох видів ефектів (технічного, ресурсного, економічного та соціального) від реалізації проектів, орієнтованих на навчання та підвищення кваліфікації українських ЗМІ за тематикою якісного оновлення стандартів функціонування журналістики, відповідно до європейських стандартів. Запропоновано методику оцінювання видів ефектів від впровадження проектів на основі методу експертних оцінок. Виявлено перспективи подальших досліджень, що передбачають побудову моделі оцінювання використання ресурсів проекту з метою оптимізації їх структури

Get PDFThe article analyses the essence and structure of the concept «English-speaking vocationally-oriented competence in oral speech of future paediatrician» in the context of English language learning for special purposes. The notion «vocabulary-oriented competence in oral speech of future paediatrician» has been defined as an integration quality of this specialist, which expresses in the integration of linguistic, speech, sociolinguistic, professional knowledge, ability, skills, and capabil-ity to achieve a communicative goal in the process of English-speaking vocationally-oriented com-munication. The research has established that structure of English-speaking vocationally-oriented competence in oral speech of future paediatrician is bilevel and multi-component. Main approaches, which were and was the English language for special purposes learning based on, namely regis-try-based, genre, discursive, communication, self-oriented approach, which is student-oriented, have been cleared up. The criterions on the base of which the professionally oriented competence of future paediatricians’ oral English speech are estimated have been revealed.Здійснено аналіз сутності і структури поняття «англомовна професійно орієнтована компетентність в усному мовленні майбутніх лікарів-педіатрів» у контексті навчання англій-ської мови для спеціальних цілей. Поняття «професійно орієнтована англомовна компетентність майбутнього лікаря-педіатра» визначено як інтегративну якість цього фахівця, яка виражається в інтеграції мовних, мовленнєвих, соціолінгвістичних, професійних знань, умінь, навичок, здатності досягати комунікативної мети у процесі професійно орієнтованого англомовного спілкування. Встановлено, що структура професійно орієнтованої англомовної ком-петентності в усному спілкуванні майбутніх лікарів-педіатрів є дворівневою, багатокомпонентною. Висвітлено основні підходи, на яких ґрунтувалося і ґрунтується навчання англійської мови для спеціальних цілей, а саме: реєстровий, жанровий, дискурсивний, комунікативний, особистісно-орієнтований, підхід, орієнтований на студента. Визначено критерії, за якими здійснюється оцінювання рівня сформованості англомовної професійно орієнтованої компетентності в усному мовленні майбутніх лікарів-педіатрів
