A Predictive Study of Electricity Consumption Fluctuations Using the Autoregressive-Moving-Average Models: Wilaya of Medea as a Case Study (2011-2017)
Full text linkتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى نمذجة استهلاك الكهرباء في ولاية المدية باستخدام نماذج الانحدار الذاتي والمتوسطات المتحركة للفترة من جانفي 2011 إلى ديسمبر 2017 والتي تشمل 84 مشاهدة ، ومن ثم التنبؤ بالاستهلاك في المدى القصير، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الكهرباء المستهلكة تتبع نموذج SARMA(4 ,0) في شكل نموذج جدائي ذو اتجاه عام متزايد.

Deficit Budgetaire Et Financement Non Conventionnel En Algerie
Full text linkThe purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between the budget deficit and unconventional financing in Algeria. The results of our analysis indicate that the drop in oil prices in mid-2014, resulting in lower oil and gas revenues, which is the primary source of financing for the economy, has led to budget deficits, following which officials have tried to find a new alternative financing instrument. So in the face of this financial crisis, the government decided to resort to unconventional internal financing.L’objet de cette étude est d’analyser la relation entre le déficit budgétaire et le financement non conventionnel en Algérie.
Les résultats de notre analyse indiquent que la chute des prix du pétrole à la mi-2014, entraînant une baisse des recettes pétrolières et gazières, qui est la principale source de financement de l'économie, a provoqué des déficits budgétaires, suite à cela les responsables ont essayé de trouver de nouvel instrument de financement alternatif. Donc face à cette crise financière, le gouvernement a décidé de recourir au financement non conventionnel interne.

The Impact of Organizational Climate on Creative Behavior: An Analytical Study on a Sample of Employees in the High Plateau Tannery in Djelfa
No full textهدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم المناخ التنظيمي السائد، ومستوى السلوك الإبداعي في مدبغة الهضاب العليا من وجهة نظر الموظفين ومعرفة إذا ما كان هناك أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للمناخ التنظيمي على السلوك الإبداعي فيها.
ولغرض الدراسة تم تصميم استبانة وتم توزيعها على عينة عشوائية تمثل (36.45 %)، حيث كانت نسبة الاستجابة (94.28 %) وباستخدام برنامج (spss) تم قياس مستوى المناخ التنظيمي والسلوك الابداعي بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة وذلك باستخدام مجموعة من الأدوات الإحصائية كالمتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية والنسب والمتوسطات وكذلك معامل الارتباط ومعامل التحديد.
اتضح من نتائج الدراسة أن تقييم الموظفين للمناخ التنظيمي والسلوك الإبداعي إيجابيا وأن هناك أثر ذو دلالة احصائية عند مستوى الدلالة ( 0.05≥ α) للمناخ التنظيمي بأبعاده على السلوك الإبداعي للموظفين بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة.
من أهم ما أوصت به الدراسة ضرورة العمل على تعزيز مناخ العمل الحالي والعمل على زيادة قدرته على احتضان السلوك الإبداعي وزيادة الاهتمام بالعنصر البشري ومنحه الحوافز المناسبة.
تصنيف جال : M19.This study aimed to assess the prevailing organizational climate and the level of creative behaviour in the tannery of the upper plateaus from the employees' point of view and to determine whether there is a statistically significant effect of the organizational climate on its creative behaviour. A questionnaire was designed and distributed to a random sample to achieve the study's objectives (36.45% of the size of the study population), where the response rate was (94.28%). The organizational climate and creative behaviour of the institution under study were measured using a set of statistical tools such as arithmetic averages, standard deviations, ratios, and averages, as well as correlation coefficient and coefficient of determination. The results of the study showed that the employees' evaluation of the organizational climate and creative behaviour is positive and that there is a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (α < 0.05) of the organizational climate in its dimensions on the creative behaviour of the employees in the institution under study. One of the study's most important recommendations is to strengthen the current working environment and increase its ability to embrace creative behaviour, increase interest in the human element, and give appropriate incentives

Full text linkتهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التعرض لمفهوم الاتصال عامة ثم إلى الاتصال في المؤسسة بصفة خاصة، ومنه إلى تطور مفهوم الاتصال في المؤسسة عبر المدارس الإدارية بدءا بالمدرسة الكلاسيكية، والتي انصب اهتمامها على الاتصال الرسمي إلى مدرسة العلاقات الإنسانية التي فتحت قنوات الاتصال غير الرسمية. ثم الانتقال إلى النظرية الحديثة للاتصال والتي وسعت من قنوات الاتصال بحيث زاد الاهتمام به من عملية داخلية إلى انفتاحه على البيئة الخارجية.

No full text هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور آليات الحوكمة المصرفية في جذب الاستثمار للمصارف السودانية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحقيق هدفها، والوصول إلى غايتها، وذلك اعتماداً على أسلوب الاستبانة الموجهة إلى عينة من المصارف المدرجة في سوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أبرزها: أدى تطبيق آليات الحوكمة المصرفية إلى جذب الاستثمارات الأجنبية، وتشجيع رأس المال المحلي على الاستثمار في المشروعات المختلفة وضمان تدفق الأموال المحلية والدولية، فيما أوصت الدراسة بعدة توصيات منها: على المصارف السودانية أن تهتم بآليات الحوكمة المصرفية لما لها من أثر فعال في جذب الاستثمار، والاقتداء بالمؤسسات الرائدة عالمياً في جذب الاستثمارات الأجنبية والسير على خطاها.

L’audit Formation Un Outil D’evaluation Au Service Du Systeme De Management De La Qualite

In the current global context of fierce international competition, the lack of quality within the Algerian company has become an imperative for competitiveness, sustainability, and development, creating a framework for improving productivity and organizational and managerial success. And its perfect mastery, through its good transmission and integration through training and skills development, can promote better performance. Given the importance of training in the success of the QMS set-up, Several companies have taken steps to monitor it by setting up an audit structure. The practice of an audit is essential for a company that is part of a continuous improvement process. This article is the result of fieldwork. For this contribution, we could take the elements collected during a survey carried out within the company ENIEM (National Company of the Household Appliances Industries). This is an Algerian public economic company. The survey, as a research tool, not only allowed us to understand the place of training in HRM but also to take the opportunity to highlight the steps that were used to conduct a training audit.Il n’est nul besoin de prouver ou d’argumenter que l’entreprise continue à être le pilier d’une économie durable en représentant l’unique rempart de l’économie de marché. Dans le contexte mondial actuel la concurrence mondiale exacerbée, la démanche qualité au sein de l’entreprise Algérienne est devenue un impératif de compétitivité, de pérennité et du développement .Cette dernière crée un cadre certain qui permet d’améliorer la productivité et le succès organisationnel et managérial. Et sa parfaite maîtrise, par sa bonne transmission et intégration grâce a la formation et développement des compétences, peut favoriser de meilleure performance.
Vue la place importante qu’occupe la formation dans le sucées du SMQ mis en place. plusieurs entreprises ont pris des dispositions concernant son suivi par la mise en place d’une structure d’audit. La pratique d’un audit est indispensable à une entreprise qui s’inscrit dans une dynamique d’amélioration continue.
Cet article est le résultat d’un travail de terrain, pour cette contribution, nous avons pu reprendre les éléments collectés, lors d’une enquête effectuée au sein de l’entreprise ENIEM (Entreprise Nationale des Industries de l’Electroménager). Celle-ci est une entreprise publique économique algérienne. L’enquête, en tant outil de recherche, nous a permis non seulement de comprendre la place de la formation dans la GRH, mais de saisir l’occasion de faire valoir les étapes qui ont servi a mené un Audit formation
