Pacung Village in Tejakula District, Buleleng Regency, is one of Bali’s traditionalcommunities rich in living heritage and local wisdom. Amid social change and economicpressures, Balinese women play a pivotal role in sustaining cultural traditions, managingcommunity-based natural resources, and supporting household economies. Thiscommunity service project aims to identify the strategic role of women in culturalpreservation and explore how local traditions can be revitalized to strengthen communitybased creative economies. A participatory approach was applied through counselingsessions, focus group discussions (FGDs), and field observations involving women’sgroups (PKK), customary leaders, and village youth. The findings reveal that women act ascultural guardians, informal educators, household economic agents, and communitymobilizers. Local traditions such as crafts, traditional food processing, ritual plants, andcultural tourism hold great potential to be developed into new sources of income. Four keyempowerment strategies are recommended: thematic and regular training, cross-sectorcollaboration, the use of digital media for cultural documentation and promotion, and theestablishment of women-led cooperatives based on customary values. The revitalization oflocal wisdom through women’s leadership proves to be an effective pathway for achievingculturally rooted and sustainable village development

Competitiveness Analysis and Factors Affecting Indonesian Rubber Exports in BRICS Plus Countries
By leveraging its potential as a new member of BRICS, Indonesia can enhance its international trade through increased economic and trade cooperation within the group. BRICS integration can help improve Indonesia's trade balance and reduce its dependence on traditional markets, as it provides Indonesia with access to new markets and opportunities to diversify its export partners. This is the first study to analyze Indonesian rubber competitiveness and key determinants specifically across BRICS-Plus countries following official 2025 accession, providing one of the first empirical assessments in the context of Indonesia’s prospective 2025 BRICS accession. Using Revealed Comparative Advantage (RCA) and multiple linear regression methods with annual data from 2001 to 2023, the study evaluates both comparative advantage and the factors influencing export performance. The independent variables include the GDP of BRICS countries, Indonesia’s GDP, world rubber prices, exchange rate, inflation rate, population, and export restriction policy. The RCA results show that Indonesia holds a comparative advantage in most BRICS markets; however, competitiveness remains relatively weak in India and China, the two largest importers of Indonesian rubber. Regression analysis indicates that three variables significantly and positively affect Indonesia’s rubber export value, namely the GDP of BRICS nations, international rubber prices, and the rupiah exchange rate. These findings imply that macroeconomic coordination, diversification of export destinations, and stabilization of the exchange rate are crucial to enhancing Indonesia’s trade performance within BRICS. Strengthening competitiveness in key markets will be essential for Indonesia to optimize its economic gains and reinforce its position in the global rubber trade following full integration into the BRICS framework
The Influence of Altitude Toward Vegetative and Generative Growth of Sugar Palm (Arenga pinnata)
Sugar palm is a member of the palm family that offers many benefits. Palm sugar is produced from the male flower, while the fruit is produced from the female flower. The potential of this resource has not been fully realized because most of it is sourced from the wild. This research aims to determine the differences in the growth of palms based on altitude. The research was conducted from October 2023 to March 2024 in Sleman, Kulon Progo, and Purworejo regions. Treatment of altitude is divided into three, namely lowlands (0-400 masl), medium (401-700 masl), and highlands (>700 masl). The parameters used in this research were plant height, stem, number of leaves, leaf width and length, number of productive and unproductive leaves, number of bunches, number of female and male flowers, and number and weight of fruits. Data on vegetative growth were analyzed using ANOVA, and then LSD for further and data on generative growth used the Kruskal Wallis test with a significance level of 95%. The result showed a significant difference between vegetative growth and altitude except for the number of productive leaves and generative growth; there was only a significant difference in the number of male flowers

Effect of Fertilization Package on Vegetative Growth of Tejakula Tangerine (Citrus reticulata cv. Tejakula) After Transplanting to the Field
Farmers have applied fertilization but have not achieved optimal vegetative growth of Tejakula tangerine plants. This study aims to find a combination of fertilization packages that can provide the best response to vegetative growth and improve the soil quality of Tejakula tangerine plants after moving to the field. The research was conducted in Tembok Village, Tejakula District, Buleleng Regency, Bali from July to December 2023. The experiment used a one-factor Randomized Block Design (RBD) with fertilization package treatment consisting of 3 levels, namely: 5 kg cow manure per tree, 5 kg cow manure + mycorrhizal biofertilizer 20 spores/50 g volcanic sand carrier + probiotic liquid organic fertilizer 20% concentration per tree and 5 kg cow manure + urea 50 g + SP-36 25 g + KCl 20 g per tree. Each treatment was repeated 8 times, resulting in 24 experimental units. Observational data were analyzed using the Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) test, and further tests were carried out using the Least Significant Difference (LSD) test. The results showed that the fertilizer package treatment had a very significant effect on the variable number of primary branches and leaf P nutrient content, significantly affected the variable number of plant stem diameter and leaf chlorophyll content, but had no significant effect on the variable number of plant height, relative water content (RWC) of leaves and leaf color. The package of cow manure + inorganic fertilizer influenced the vegetative growth of Tejakula tangerine after transplanting to the field very significantly on the increase in primary branches, significantly influenced the increase in plant stem diameter and leaf chlorophyll content. The organic fertilization package + mycorrhizal biofertilizer + probiotic liquid organic fertilizer can improve the soil quality of Tejakula tangerine plants
Optimization of Growing Media to Support Microgreens Growth and Nutritional Profile
Microgreens are young seedlings of edible vegetables, herbs, and flowers. Growing media plays a vital role in plant growth and the biosynthesis of multiple metabolites that improve the nutritional profile of microgreen. This study evaluated the effect of growing media from a combination of soil, husk charcoal, and perlite with a specific ratio of 1:1:1 (TAP 111), 2:1:1 (TAP 211), 1:2:1 (TAP 121), and 1:1:2 (TAP 112) on the nutrition profile and fresh weight of several microgreen plants, including water spinach, red spinach, green mustard, red lettuce, green spinach, and bok choy. The nutrient contents of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium in the growing media were quantified in this study. The data analysis was performed using Duncan’s multiple range test to assess the quantity of vitamin A, vitamin C, antioxidant capacity, and fresh weight at a 5% confidence level. The results showed that TAP121 media exhibited moderate levels of nitrogen (0.23%), very high phosphorus (238.68 ppm), and high potassium (324.69 ppm. The highest vitamin A was found in red spinach in TAP111 (27.77 mg 100 g-1) and TAP112 (22.72 mg 100 g-1) media. The highest vitamin C was found in green mustard in TAP111 media (66.44 mg 100 g-1) and in bok choy in TAP112 media (61.25 mg 100 g-1). The highest antioxidant capacity was found in Bok choy in TAP121 media (386.4 mg AAEAC 1000 g-1) and the highest fresh weight was found in water spinach in TAP121 media (4.03 g). In conclusion, TAP121 media can be recommended to support the balanced growth and nutritional quality of microgreen plants, especially bok choy, and water spinach. This study provides insights into how specific combinations of growing media can enhance the growth and nutritional content of microgreens. Future studies could focus on optimizing nutrient levels and environmental conditions to maximize the antioxidant properties and other bioactive compounds in microgreens

Analysis of Factors Influencing Seed Breeder’s Decisions to Certify Rice Seeds in North Sumatra Province, Indonesia
The number of breeding rice seeds in North Sumatra Province is decreasing every year. This will have an impact on the availability of rice seeds for farmers. Meanwhile, a certification process is needed to produce quality rice seeds. The aim of this research is to analyze how the differences in factors such as level of education, knowledge of certifying seeds, experience as a seed breeder, seed selling price, land area, and rice seed production costs can influence the seed breeder's decision to certify the rice seeds produced. The method used is the Average Difference Test with Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) Test with sample determination using saturated samples (census) totaling 44 seed breeder groups. The results of the analysis show that the variables of knowledge, experience, selling price, and production costs differ significantly for each decision taken by seed breeders in rice seed certification activities. While the variables of education level and land area are not significantly different, this is because the education level of the seed breeder group is almost the same, namely an average of high school / vocational high school graduates, while the area of land controlled by the seed breeder group is also not significantly different between the 3 groups, the average land area of the Non-Seed Certification group is 16.25 ha, the average land area of the Unfinished Seed Certification group is 17.42 ha, and the average land area for the Seed Certification group is 27.35 ha
