Service Quality Analysis with Service Performance and Importance Performance Analysis in Hospital
Hospital X is a private hospital in Surabaya which was inaugurated in 1995. There are many types of medical facilities and services is at Hospital X, one of the outpatient services. In implementation, Hospital X received complaints from visitors as a result the services it provides. This research aims to understand the extent where is the quality of service provided using the Service Performance method and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) as well as providing suggestions for improvements right. This research begins with data collection and distribution questionnaire, analyzing data using the Service Performance method and for find out the quality of Hospital X's services and provide suggestions for improvement. Based on the results of research on Service Performance, it was found percentage of patient satisfaction level with the quality of hospital services X is 70%, which means that patients are satisfied with the services provided. The prioritized attributes are fast and precise acceptance procedures (X10), service according to SOP (X11), uncomplicated service procedures (X12), fast drug service time (X13), employees and medical personnel are responsive if there are complaints from visitors (patients) (X15), medical personnel try to help the patient solving problems encountered (X16), speed of medical services (X18), accuracy of medical services (X19), and employees are alert in serving prospective patients (X20)
The Relationship of Workload and Job Stress with Work Fatigue in Factory Employees
Work fatigue will reduce performance and increase work errors, workers who come in and out of the cracker factory because the salary they get is quite small for workers, the majority of whom have married and have dependents in the family, this is supported by the salary slip shown by the worker to the researcher. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between workload and work stress with work fatigue in cracker factory employees in Dolopo District. The research method used is quantitative research. This research uses a cross-sectional study design. Researchers determined that the population came from employees of the cracker factory in Dolopo District, Kab. Madiun with a total of 69 workers, the sample size required for cracker factory employees in Dolopo District, Kab. In Madiun, 60 respondents will be researched. Most of the workers at the cracker factory in Dolopo sub-district experience severe work fatigue and work stress. There is a significant relationship between fatigue and work stress among workers at the cracker factory in Dolopo sub-district. The suggestion that the cracker factory needs to make is to make stress management strategies for workers to minimize fatigue and work stress, for example by conducting outbound events or gatherings between workers. Meanwhile, the advice that workers can do is to do muscle stretching or light exercise periodically while working

Cardiac fibrosis is a pathological feature as a key factor in cardiac remodelling, thus progressing to heart failure. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are crucial intracellular mediators of various biological processes, involved in the regulation of physiological and pathological processes. Recently, it has been shown that miRNAs were found to play a role in exercise-induced cardioprotection. Studies in human and animal subject with variety of acute and chronic exercise were observed. Effectiveness of Chronic Disease Management Program in Lowering Blood Pressure in Hypertensive Patients: Literature Review
Chronic illnesses are a global health issue that kills people. Hypertension is a blood vessel disorder that compromises the body's tissues' oxygen and nutrient supply. In 2025, 1.5 billion people will have hypertension, and 9.4 million will die from it. This research review evaluates the Chronic Disease Management Program's blood pressure-lowering effects in hypertensive patients. A PRISMA Flow Diagram-based literature review. Downloading scientific papers from PubMed, Portal Garuda, and Google Scholar follows SINTA IV and V criteria. This article searches for Prolanis, blood pressure, and hypertension. Search results yielded 103 articles. Using inclusion criteria, 11 research publications were chosen for review. The study found that the chronic disease management program, which included medical consultations, Prolanis participant education, SMS gateway reminders, home visits, club activities (exercise), and health status monitoring, effectively lowered blood pressure in hypertension patients
Marketing Communications Strategy in Increasing the Number of Visits to Rice Tourism Destinations
This research aims to analyze the marketing communication strategy of the Rice Field Tourism Destination in Gunung Mulia Village, as well as the inhibiting and supporting factors of these strategies in increasing the number of tourist visits. The research method employed is qualitative descriptive, with data collection through in-depth interviews, observations, and document studies. Data analysis utilizes content analysis. The research findings indicate that out of the 5 promotions mix in the marketing communication strategy, only three are implemented by D’Wish, namely advertising strategy, sales promotion, and direct marketing. Meanwhile, personal selling, public relations, and publicity have not been applied. The primary inhibiting factor affecting the implementation of the entire strategy is budget limitations, leading to selectivity in choosing marketing communication strategies. On the other hand, there are supporting factors contributing to the success of D’Wish's marketing communication strategy. These include affordable entrance tickets, the absence of competitors in the surrounding environment, and the availability of social media as an effective platform for advertising and promoting D’Wish. This research provides recommendations for destination managers to consider developing a more holistic and optimal marketing communication strategy to overcome budget constraints and leverage the advantages of existing supporting factors
Management System in Strengthening Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Institutions in the Child Friendly City Program in Makassar
The aim of the research is to strengthen the Women's Empowerment and Child Protection institution in the child-friendly city program in Makassar from management system indicators. This research method uses qualitative methods. The research results show that the role of management is also very important in measuring institutional indicators because when talking about management we will of course always mention resources, budget and organizational culture. At the DP3A institution, human resource capacity building has begun to be carried out by involving and including in training or technical guidance for each staff in accordance with their field and main duties and functions. Meanwhile, in terms of financial management or what is usually called the budget, of course at DP3A it has been accommodated according to its function. Some are aimed at agendas or programs that relate to the KLA, some are aimed at increasing HR effectiveness such as training, and there are also activities related to policy making or the latest innovations
Implementation of Public Service Policy through Online Media and Drive Thru at the Bogor City Population and Civil Registration Office
The implementation of public service policies through online media is a service to facilitate the public in managing population documents. With this service, people do not need to queue at the Bogor City Disdukcapil office. This service policy is a form of application of presidential regulation number 95 of 2018 concerning online-based government systems. The purpose of this study is to determine the process of implementing service policies through online drive thru media at Disdukcapil Bogor City and the impact resulting from this policy. This research uses qualitative methods. Data was collected by interviews, observation and documentation. The data is then analyzed by data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results showed that the process of implementing public service policies through online drive thru at the Bogor City Disdukcapil which was seen from the dimensions of communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure had been carried out well. However, there are obstacles in the communication dimension, this is because there are still quite a lot of people who do not know and do not understand about the use of services through online drive thru media. On the other hand, this policy has had a positive impact. This can be seen from the fact that there are also many people who use services through online drive thru media. The implications of research on the implementation of public service policies through the online drive-thru media Disdukcapil Bogor City are theoretically good, but the resulting impact has not been maximized
The Role of Halal Certification and Brand Image in Increasing Consumer Trust (Case Study of MSMEs Crispy Masjef Bananas)
One of the MSME products in the city of Medan that has been certified halal is Pisang Crispy Masjef, founded in 2020 and quite well known among the people around Medan Johor for its crispy bananas and abundant toppings. The problem in this research is whether halal certification and brand image have an influence on increasing consumer trust and promoting Masjef Crispy Banana MSMEs, as well as what the owner's role is in increasing consumer trust. The objectives of this research are: (1) to know and analyze the effect of halal certification in increasing consumer confidence; (2) to explain and analyze the influence of brand image in promotion; and (3) to understand the role of the owner of Masjef Crispy Banana UMKM in increasing consumer trust through halal certification and brand image. The research method used in this study is descriptive quantitative. The research results show that halal certification and brand image have a significant effect on increasing consumer trust, with the t-count value of the halal certification variable being 4.963 and the t-count value of the brand image variable being 9.512, which is proven to be greater than the t-table value of 1.673. Furthermore, this research also indicates that the owner of the Crispy Masjef Banana UMKM plays a role in increasing consumer confidence by arranging halal certification and carrying out re-branding according to surveys and market demand, changing from "Bersama Pisang Horn Masjef" which uses the main ingredient of banana horns to "Crispy Banana Masjef" which uses the main ingredient of kepok banana
The Influence of Work Discipline and Incentives on Employee Performance: Study at PT. Bank KB Bukopin Syariah Samarinda Branch
The objective of this research is to examine the impact of work discipline and incentives on employee performance, with work motivation serving as an intervening variable, at PT Bank KB Bukopin Syariah Samarinda Branch. This research employs a quantitative methodology, using a sample of 83 informants, which represents the whole population of permanent workers of PT Bank KB Bukopin Syariah Samarinda Branch. The analytical tool used is SmartPLS version 3.2.9. PLS data analysis is conducted in two stages: evaluating the outer model, which is the measurement model, and evaluating the inner model, which is the structural model. The findings indicated a clear and substantial correlation between work discipline (X1) and work motivation (Z). Two incentives have a substantial and beneficial impact on job motivation. There is a strong and positive correlation between work discipline (X1) and employee performance (Y). The presence of incentives (X2) has a notable and constructive impact on the performance (Y) of employees. There is no correlation between work motivation (Z) and employee performance (Y). The combination of work discipline (X1) and rewards (X2) has a collective impact on work motivation. The combination of work discipline (X1) and incentives (X2) has a direct impact on employee performance. Employee performance (Y) is influenced by the combined impact of work discipline (X1), incentives (X2), and work motivation (Z). Work motivation cannot act as a mediator between Work Discipline (X1) and Employee Performance (Y). Work motivation cannot serve as a mediator between incentives (X2) and employee performance (Y)
Domestic Component Level in Road Construction Projects Regarding the Regulation of Regulation of the Minister of Industry and Decree of the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing
Indonesia's economic growth occurs in all business fields, one of which is the construction sector, this shows that, the construction sector contributes significantly to the country's economic growth. . The purpose of this study will analyze the application of DCL to government regulatory policies, this research method takes case studies on 3 (three) infrastructure projects with vendor selection using 2 (two) alternatives. Alternative 1 uses the selected vendor with the highest DCL value and alternative 2 uses the selected vendor based on the highest rating from the Final Evaluation Results (FER). From the results of the analysis, it was obtained that the implementation of DCL based on the regulation of the Minister of Industry No. 16 of 2011 still met the minimum of 40%, while the amount of DCL based on the regulation of the Ministry of PUPR No. 602/KPTS/M/2023 did not meet the minimum value of 70%. Meanwhile, from the analysis, it was also found that, by maximizing the DCL value, it will have an impact on high price bids, so that the price submitted during tendering will be less competitive and tend to experience price defeat during tendering
