    Get PDF
Cisumdawu tunnel is a highway tunnelling which composed of very weak rock mass conditions has an average compressive strength less than 1 MPa. It is located below groundwater level. The shape of tunnell is horseshoe, diameter of tunnel section 14,413 m and height 11,083 m. Cisumdawu tunnel is a shallow tunnel which has a maximum overburden of 52,8 m and minimum overburden approximately 14 m. In the case of shallow tunnel which has a large section could be lead an instability during tunnel construction. Tunnel deformation analysis is using an observation and numerical modelling approach with finite element method which is assisted by RS 2019 (Rocscience) software. Based on the research is obtained that excavation method greatly affects the level of deformation that occurs during tunnel construction. As tunnelling advanced, Vertical displacement in the longitudinal direction using three bench seven step excavation method is smaller than full face and bench excavtion method. The maximum displacement using three bench excavation method is -4.23 mm, the full face method is -5.51 mm and the bench method is -4.91 mm. The amount of displacement is affected by the length of excavation and stage in tunnelling. The rate of deformation is increasing as the length of excavation getting deeper, but this is applied in unsupported tunnel

    Get PDF
In the pursuit of resolving surfactant non-solubility issues for enhanced oil recovery, this study identifies surfactants that are soluble and compatible with the formation brine of the Langgak field. Over the course of 21 days, the solubility and compatibility of 12 various surfactants were evaluated in synthetic brine with a salinity of 100 ppm and a reservoir temperature of 58˚C. The results indicated that surfactants S3 to S11 were compatible, exhibiting no signs of cloudiness or precipitation, thus making them suitable for further testing. These surfactants are recommended to proceed to phase behavior and interfacial tension (IFT) tests to evaluate their performance and impact on brine formation under reservoir conditions. Conversely, surfactants S1, S2, and S12 demonstrated incompatibility with the Langgak field's brine, as evidenced by cloudiness and precipitation. This incompatibility highlighted specific surfactant compositions that do not align well with the brine composition, providing crucial insights for future surfactant formulation. Understanding these interactions aids in improving the process of choosing surfactants that work well in comparable conditions. Overall, this study establishes a foundational understanding of surfactant-brine interactions, guiding the selection of suitable surfactants for enhanced oil recovery in the Langgak field

    Get PDF
Hospitals are health care institutions that provide inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services. One of the services in the hospital is medical record services. This medical record stores various records regarding the identity, examination, treatment, actions, and other services performed on the patient. Along with the development of technology, medical records are present in digital form or called Electronic Medical Records (RME). The purpose of this study is to analyze sanctions for health facilities that have not implemented Electronic Medical Records (RME). The research method used is a literature review with a qualitative approach. The results show that with the regulatory provisions and sanctions, the implementation of RME is expected to improve the overall standard of health services. In accordance with circular number HK.02.01/MENKES/1030/2023, health facilities that do not comply with the RME implementation deadline may face administrative sanctions, including recommendations for revocation of accreditation status. These sanctions also apply to health facilities that have not integrated with the SATUSEHAT Platform by March 2024 or have not submitted patient visit data as required. This regulation is not only a guide, but also an encouragement for health service delivery to become more sophisticated, efficient, and safe through the implementation of RME

Resilience and Psychological Distress in Early Adulthood with Non-Suicidal Self-Injury: A Scoping Review

    Get PDF
According to Orenstein & Lewis (2021), young adults are at a transitional age and have demands on developmental tasks. When these demands are not met, it can cause feelings of suffering, activities that become obstacles and characterized by symptoms of anxiety and depression or called psychological disorders (Kalia & Knauft, 2020; Dharma et al, 2020). Psychological distress that are not balanced with adaptive problem solving can cause maladaptive distress, it called non-suicidal self-injury (Rahmasari, 2021). According to Hans et al (2022) bounce back is needed in young adults, so they can face the problem, or it called resilience. In the previous study by Khan & Ungar (2021), there were limited matters such as the search for coping strategies carried out by the sample in the study and protective factors from the emergence of self-harm and the non-specific definition of NSSI. Aims:identification research on resilience and psychological distress in young adults with NSSI. Method:scoping review. Result: 10 journals that met the inclusion criteria were selected. Hypothesis of this study is the results of the study indicate that the conditions of psychological distress in young adults with NSSI have low resilience and high levels of psychological distress. The benefits of this research theoretically are to enrich scientific references in the field of clinical psychology, especially regarding resilience and psychological disorders in young adults with NSSI and practically this research can be continued by taking into account several limitations and can be developed into interventions for young adults with NSSI

    Get PDF
This study seeks to examine the legal implications of corporate accountability in relation to environmental crimes. To address this difficulty, we rely on theoretical sources written by Philipus M. Hadjon and Tatiek Sri Djatmiati. They contend that under the civil law system, the first approach should be a legal one. The data were gathered in accordance with the relevant legislation and regulations in Indonesia and were subjected to qualitative analysis. This article asserts that legal liability for criminal actions of environmental harm extends beyond people to include legal organizations or companies as entities subject to criminal law. In this scenario, both the board and the business have equal culpability for committing an environmental offense
