Optimization of Phoska Fertilizer Production Planning Using Dynamic Programming Method
Indonesia's agricultural sector plays a crucial role in ensuring food security and bolstering the national economy. A major challenge, however, is the declining quality of land due to the unregulated use of chemical fertilizers. PT Gresik Nusantara Fertilizer addresses this issue by producing soil-enhancing fertilizers. Their main offerings include GNF Mutiara, GNF SP-36, and GNF Phoska, which aim to enhance soil health and increase agricultural yields. The company operates with a continuous production system, where raw materials represent the most significant expense due to their variety and volume. Labor costs arise from worker wages involved in tasks like mixing, granulating, and packaging. Energy costs, especially electricity, are critical for operating production machinery, particularly during the drying phase using a rotary dryer. Packaging costs entail the use of sacks for distributing the fertilizer to markets. To effectively manage these components and minimize resource waste, a strategy is needed to optimize production and maintain cost-efficiency. This study employs Dynamic Programming (DP) to enhance the use of raw materials in producing Phoska fertilizer. This method helps determine the optimal mix of raw materials by considering potential price variations, thereby promoting more efficient production. Additionally, forecasting techniques are utilized in the study to predict fertilizer demand based on historical data
Public Complaints Information System in Government to Improve Website-Based Public Services
Optimal public service is one indicator of the success of village government in responding to community needs. However, in Lahar Village, the public complaint process is still carried out manually, such as verbally or by hand, so it is prone to data loss, slow in handling, and less transparent. This condition indicates the need for a system that is able to digitize the complaint process to be more effective and efficient. This study aims to design and build a website-based public complaint information system to improve the quality of public services in the Lahar Village government environment. The methodology used includes direct observation, interviews with village officials, and literature studies as the basis for system design. System development is carried out using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The expected results of this study are the creation of a computerized complaint information system that is easily accessible to the public, and supports the process of recording, handling, and monitoring complaints in a more transparent and structured manner. With this system, it is hoped that public services in Lahar Village can be significantly improved, both in terms of time efficiency and data accuracy
Digital Transformation through Electronic-Based Government System Policy in Indonesia: A Policy Narrative Analysis
In the era of digital transformation, the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) in Indonesia has become a priority to enhance the efficiency and transparency of governance. This study aims to analyze the government's policy narrative on SPBE, compare it with emerging counter-narratives, and formulate strategies to strengthen the policy. Using a post-positivist approach and Narrative Policy Analysis (NPA), data were analyzed from reliable news articles published between 2019 and 2024. The articles were selected from the top three ranked media in Scimago Media Rankings Kompas, Republika, and Okezone ensuring credibility and relevance. The findings indicate that the government's policy narrative emphasizes SPBE as a strategic solution for data integration, cybersecurity enhancement, and improved public service efficiency. The main protagonists of this policy include the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB), the National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas), and the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (Kominfo). However, challenges arise from sectoral egos, technical infrastructure weaknesses such as disruptions in the National Data Center (PDN), and recurring data breaches. Counter-narratives highlight the risks of data centralization and suboptimal inter-agency coordination. The study concludes that strengthening the SPBE policy narrative requires inclusive dialogue, comprehensive evaluations of cybersecurity and infrastructure readiness, and intensive public outreach to build trust and ensure effective policy implementation

The Influence of Family Support and Emotional Intelligence on Self-Acceptance in Kidney Failure Patients Undergoing Hemodialysis
The low level of self-acceptance in hemodialysis patients with kidney failure indicates the complexity of internal factors (such as emotional intelligence) and external factors (such as family support) that may influence the psychological quality of life of patients. The purpose of this study is to experimentally determine how family support and emotional intelligence affect self-acceptance in kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis. Using multiple linear regression analysis, this study sampled 100 kidney failure hemodialysis patients. The findings of the study suggest that emotional intelligence and family support play a significant role in the self-acceptance of kidney failure hemodialysis patients. Kidney failure patients may feel better about themselves during hemodialysis sessions by improving their emotional abilities and receiving greater family support
The Relationship Between the Length of Hemodialysis with the Level of Depression in Patients in the Hemodialysis Room
Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) stage 5 is a condition of chronic kidney function decline with GFR less than 15 mL/minute/1.73 m2 . CKD stage 5 requires renal replacement therapy either by transplantation or dialysis. Currently, the most common renal replacement therapy is hemodialysis. Hemodialysis is undergone by patients throughout their lives and is carried out in hospitals or hemodialysis centers. CKD patients stage 5 who undergo hemodialysis have many setbacks and limitations in their lives so that they are susceptible to depression. This study aims to determine the relationship between the length of time patients undergo hemodialysis and the level of depression. The design in this study was descriptive analytical with a cross-sectional approach with 31 respondents who underwent hemodialysis therapy at Ruteng Regional Hospital in September - October 2024. Depression data were taken using the Zung Self-rating Depression Scale questionnaire. Bivariate data analysis used the Spearman Rank test with a significant value at p-value <0.05. The Spearman Rank test showed a negative correlation between the length of time patients underwent hemodialysis and the level of depression with a p value = 0.002 (p <0.05) and a correlation coefficient (r = -.539) which showed that the longer the patient underwent hemodialysis, the lower the level of depression

Based on the one way ANOVA test, P values were obtained successively in the administration of black rice extract, namely total cholesterol (p=<0.001), HDL cholesterol (p=<0.001), LDL cholesterol (p=<0.001), and triglycerides (p=<0.001). Likewise, in the administration of simvastatin, the lipid profile levels were obtained (p = <0.001). The conclusion of this study was that there was a significant effect of giving black rice extract on the lipid profile of hypercholesterolemia mice which was as effective as simvastatin
Effectiveness in Handling People with Mental Disorders
The research addresses how well North Kalimantan Province of Indonesia executes mental health policies to deal with mental disorders (ODGJ) among its population. The practical implementation of Law No. 18 of 2014 faces substantial hurdles because the law specifies integrated service delivery with promotive and curative approaches while preventive and rehabilitative approaches. The study adopted qualitative methods to gather data by interviewing stakeholders along with analyzing documents and performing field observations. The analysis through thematic methodology revealed five significant obstacles which include insufficient infrastructure, poor inter-agency cross-sectoral coordination along with continuous financial limitations and inexperienced workforce shortage and the failure to maximize community health services. Multiple actors take part in implementing the system yet it remains ineffective because policy and execution operate apart from each other structurally. Research results demonstrate an immediate necessity for mental health infrastructure funding alongside improved governance systems and budget inclusion policies as well as human resource development and official recognition of community-led mental health care designs. Through this study researchers gain essential knowledge about strengthening mental health policy in resource-limited settings for providing sustainable and inclusive care to ODGJ patients
