    Quantized Newton and General Relativity Theory Gives Probabilisitic Quantum Gravity

    Recent advancements in understanding the Planck scale have yielded a new, straightforward method for quantizing the general theory of relativity. This results in a probabilistic theory of gravity that predicts precisely the same outcomes as general relativity. However, it provides a more fundamental comprehension of general relativity that is directly connected to the Planck scale. This approach could accelerate our endeavors to determine whether or not modifications to the quantum scale of general relativity are necessary. Surprisingly, our analysis shows that it is actually standard quantum mechanics that requires modification to achieve a unified theory of gravity, rather than the other way around. We believe that it is crucial for the gravitational community to be aware of this straightforward and potent new path in quantum gravitational theory

    In the last decade, more and more epidemiological and demographic studies have been carried out to discover the risk factors of diseases as well as the causes of death of a population and the classification of these causes, especially the cases of suspicious deaths which are increasing rapidly. In this research project, we focused on the study of the causes of death in the wilaya of Tlemcen by building a database collected at the level of the forensic medicine service of the University Hospital of Tlemcen, Algeria. This research report presents the context of work as well as the various medical concepts associated with it, then we describe the collected database and the various parameters characterizing it, we end with our objectives in the future which concerns the automatic classification of autopsy reports using artificial learning methods.Cette dernière décennie de plus en plus d'études épidémiologiques et démographiques ont été menées pour la découverte des facteurs de risques des maladies ainsi que les causes de décès d'une population et la classification de ces causes, plus particulièrement les cas de morts suspects qui sont en hausse fulgurante. Dans ce projet de recherche, nous nous sommes focalisé sur l'étude des causes du décès dans la wilaya de Tlemcen en construisant une base de données collectée au niveau du service de médecine légale de l'Hôpital Universitaire de Tlemcen, Algérie. Ce rapport de recherche présente le contexte de travail ainsi que les différents concepts médicaux associés a ce dernier, par la suite, nous décrivons la base de données collectée et les différents paramètres la caractérisant, nous terminons par nos objectifs dans le futur qui concerne la classification automatique des rapports des autopsie en utilisant les méthodes d'apprentissage artificiel

    An original primitive formulation of the equation of motion for viscous flows, based on two variables, the velocity and the vector potential of the acceleration, ensures the strict incompressibility of the flow. This equation, which reflects the conservation of the total energy, states that the intrinsic acceleration of the material medium is equal to the sum of the two terms of a Helmholtz-Hodge decomposition, one divergence-free and the second curl-free; the velocity field is itself decomposed into a solenoidal and an irrotational part. The incompressibility approximation of a flow leads to retain only the solenoidal components of all the terms of the equation of motion, viscous, inertial and vector potential of the acceleration; thus, all the terms which are expressed in the form of a dual curl are free of divergence. If, at a given moment, the velocity field is solenoidal, it will remain so both on a trajectory and in the whole domain. This decomposition allows us to state dual Bernoulli's theorem which applies to rotational flows as the equivalent of Bernoulli's theorem associated to irrotational flows
