    Lean UX: Applied PSSUQ to Evaluate Less-ON UI/UX Analysis and Design

    Indonesian start-up growth continues to show upward growth. Behind the upward movement of change are success statistics that develop contradictions. According to start-up statistics, about 90% of start-ups fail. Up to 75% of unicorn start-ups believe his excellent UI/UX design can boost start-up valuations and additional investment capital. Less-On is a tutoring provider that acts as an intermediary between teachers and students. This research is done by integrating the process of Lean UX methodology into each process present in each phase of software development. The results obtained from this research are final prototypes that have been validated in terms of criticism and suggestions through questionnaires in the form of lessons on start-up branding. The positive user experience and excellent usability will help further the development of the tutor booking application prototype. This plays an important role in the acceptance, satisfaction and efficiency of using this Less-ON application. The user interface has excellent usability for users tested using the PSSUQ, with an overall average score of 2.136, indicating system usability, information quality, interface quality, and overall Satisfaction-based demonstrates that the system is highly acceptable

    Business Intelligence Based on Kimball Nine-Steps Methodology for Monitoring the Feasibility of Goods in Market

    Consumer protection is of great concern to the Government of Indonesia through the supervision of goods on the market by the Department of Industry and Trade in each province. The Bali Provincial Office of Industry and Trade has transactional data from various data sources but has not been able to optimize it to support monitoring of goods circulating in the market. This research designs and implements a Data Warehouse-based Business Intelligence system using the Kimball Nine-Steps Methodology and Pentaho BI tools, to facilitate the storage and processing of goods data on the market, and monitor their feasibility. The results of this research show that the system can assist the Bali Province Industry and Trade Office in monitoring the feasibility of goods circulating in the market through the selection process for determining query priorities and query modes, as well as supporting decision-making processes and determining business strategies

    Relation of Chatbot Usage Towards Customer Satisfaction Level in Indonesia

    In customer service for businesses in Indonesia, chatbot are predicted to be a pillar of business, especially chatbot that are able to reach customers proactively, provide availability 24 hours a day, even fulfill requests and answer customer questions quickly which has an important value in customer satisfaction factor in use of chatbot in Indonesia. The world of chatbots is very diverse to study from various aspects such as from a technological point of view, the study of natural language conversation of chatbots done by Shawar and Atwell concluded that chatbots are useful as a “tool”, entertainment tools, also learning and practice tools, as well as tools to help with e-commerce and other fields. Another chatbot study compared the ability of offline customer service agents in general on marketing and how to represent an online business with a chatbot and its effect on improving relationships with customers. In conclusion, chatbots provide an efficient alternative solution to conventional customer service in reducing the repetitive tasks of human admins in solving customer problems, or allowing the ability to respond to various customer needs

    Stock Price Prediction using Prophet Facebook Algorithm for BBCA and TLKM

    Stocks are an investment instrument that is starting to be in great demand by the public today. However, stock prices are fluctuating, making people feel doubts about when they are going to invest. To overcome these doubts, we need a way to predict stock prices. This study aims to predict stock price fluctuations using Facebook\u27s Prophet Algorithm to help people decide their investment in stock. The research object used is BBCA and TLKM stock price data in the form of a time series from 03 May 2021 to 28 April 2022 with stock price testing data for the next week, namely 01 May 2022 to 07 May 2022. From the training and testing process done, a prediction is produced that is very close to the original value. Using the RMSE, MSE and MAE measurements, we get RMSE 49.6, MSE 2462.1 and MAE 37.5 for BBCA and RMSE stocks, namely 21.3, MSE 456.5 and MAE 19.2 for TLKM shares. The conclusion is that Facebook\u27s Prophet Algorithm is suitable for predicting stock prices

    Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis of Hotels in Bali on Tripadvisor Using BERT Algorithm

    The covid pandemic that began in 2020 has caused enormous losses worldwide, including in Indonesia. Human-to-human contact is the source of the transmission of the covid virus, so the government urges people to maintain cleanliness when interacting. Bali is a popular destination for foreign and domestic visitors in Indonesia. Hospitality businesses in Bali unquestionably face a high risk of covid transmission; consequently, changes in hotel business processes are unavoidable; the implementation of new business processes can have a negative effect on business performance. In order to maintain Bali\u27s reputation as the most popular tourist destination in Indonesia, the government must evaluate the performance of several hotel services that have implemented new business processes. The Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis (ABSA) methodology can be utilized for performance evaluation. One of the finest algorithms for analyzing text, Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformer (BERT), is required for sentiment analysis. The data consists of textual customer evaluations of hotels in Bali that have implemented a new protocol or Standard Operational Procedure (SOP), retrieved from the Tripadvisor website. In the form of a number of evaluations of various aspects of the hotel, the research results can assist the government in analyzing the performance of hotels in Bali based on predetermined criteria

    Prediction of Planning Value School Shopping Income Budget with Multiple Linear Regression

    The School Expenditure Budget Plan or RAPBS is the pillar of school management for allocating the revenue budget and use of school funds to meet all school needs for one year. However, there are problems that occur in the management of the RAPBS, namely the difficulty of grouping the RAPBS data annually, making it difficult to predict the budget for the coming year. This research was conducted to study and implement the Multiple Linear Regression algorithm in predicting the value of data on income and expenditure budget plans which are a reference in planning future budgets. To support predictions of planned school budgets and income, BUMS data, Aid data, School Program Cost data, Original School Revenue data, Other Sources data, and Total Budget data are used. The prediction system method used consists of the planning stage, the analysis stage, the modeling stage, interface design, and implementation using the PHP and MySQL programming languages for database management and system testing and analysis. The results of testing the data analysis using the multiple linear regression method with SPSS software have a 100% result according to the manual calculations performed

    The Sorong Islands District Office has problems in terms of employee payroll, because it is still carried out by means of recording using an employee job record book and tax deductions, etc. So it takes a very long time to record the salaries of employees according to class and position. This problem can be solved by utilizing ICT, which is to create a payroll information system according to class or position and the deductions evenly. The method used to design this payroll information system is the waterfall method, with Unified Modeling Language (UML), Macromedia Dreamweaver CS 6 for interface design and XAMPP for database design. The purpose of this research is to be able to process all employee salary data at the Sorong Kepulauan District office in detail so that it is effective and efficient in order to produce an information system that is fast, precise, and accurate

    Network Reconfiguration of 20 kV Sample Connection Substance LG-04 Lhokseumawe City Using Digsilent Power Factory Software Simulation 15.1

    In this final project, we describe the study of reconfiguring the distribution network at the LG-04 feeder at the Lancang Garam substation, Lhokseumawe, to improve the performance of the distribution system. The focus of the parameters considered includes continuity, voltage, and power loss. The reconfiguration is to change the initial network topology which is in the form of radial into a loop. After reconfiguration, the calculation of power flow, voltage drop, power loss, and short circuit calculation is also carried out which becomes a reference for whether or not the quality of the network is good. The results of the simulation of the existing conditions show that continuity is not good, after reconfiguration and fault testing, the network does not experience blackouts like the network before reconfiguration. The power loss generated in the network after reconfiguration is 0.507 kW or a decrease of ±84% from the previous form of the network

    Performance Comparison of the SVM and SVM-PSO Algorithms for Heart Disease Prediction

    Data analysis for datasets with very large dimensions, classification is needed to predict from large datasets, in this study compare a method for classifying large data where the data will be processed to obtain the desired data prediction information. In this study, the Support Vector Machine (SVM) is used to provide the classification results of an algorithm that will be compared with the incorporation of the Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) where the test results will be compared with the SVM classification algorithm only as a comparison algorithm. better at predicting than data sets. SVM is used as a single algorithm to see different experimental results when SVM is combined with PSO. From the experiments carried out, SVM got an Accuracy value of 81.85% and an AUC value of 0.823 while SVM-PSO got an Accuracy value of 84.81% and an AUC value of 0.898
