    There are presented the results of the study of led radiation of red-infra-red and blue-infra-red diapasons of Medolight Red and Medolight Blu Doc devices on the growth of clinical isolates of Staphylococcus aureus, and collection test-strain Staphylococcus aureus АТСС 25923.Aim of research – to determine the effect of led radiation on the intensity of Staphylococcus aureus growth on solid nutritive mediums.Materials and methods. For the research there were taken daily agar cultures of microorganisms, led to the turbid standard 0,5 by McFarland. The obtained inoculum was dissolved in 1,6x105 and inoculated again on Petri dishes with further radiation. Separate series determined the influence of led radiation of different wave length, expositions and frequencies. The results were estimated by the calculation of the number of bacterial colonies, grown on Petri dishes, and compared with the control- non-radiated cultures. Results. As a result of experimental studies it was established, that led radiation essentially influences the microorganism growth. The effect of this influence depended on radiation parameters. At short-term expositions we observed the stimulation of bacteria growth, whereas their increase stimulated the bactericidal effect. Rather important influence was inherent to the frequency of the light flow – radiation with the frequency 8000 Hz most essentially decreased the number of bacterial colonies, comparing with the control.Conclusions. Led radiation has the photo-modifying effect on studied Staphylococcus aureus strains. This effect was manifested in the bacteria growth stimulation at expositions for 5-10 minutes or bactericidal effect at radiation during 20-25 minutes.     The study of the general functional state of the brain of 175 students of the first courses of the physical education faculty was realized by the data of a simple visual-motor reaction by T.D. Loskutova’s method in the state of the relative muscular rest and at the fifth minute of restoration after the physical veloergometric activity by the closed cycle (D.N. Davidenko’s method). The studied parameters of the general functional state of the brain of the studied contingent (system functional level, reaction stability, functional possibilities level), despite an age and research conditions, can be divided in three main groups – with the low, middle and high level of the central nervous system. Differences are observed only in the percent ratio of studied persons in groups.There were established two main types of reaction of the general functional state of youngsters’ brain that are characterized by the different directionality, changes depth, quantitative ratio and their dependence on the initial state. The high level of the general functional state of the central nervous system conditions the decrease, and the low one, on the contrary, provides the increase of its criteria under the influence of external factors. The reaction of students’ central nervous system must be evaluated by the diapason of shifts from the initial level, according to the “pendulum” law: changes in the diapason ±25 % must be considered as an activation reaction; ±50 % – as a strain reaction and fluctuations more than ±50 % – as a pre-pathology with a possible transfer to the disease stateПроведено дослідження динаміки функціонального стану центральної нервової системи студентів молодших курсів факультету фізичного виховання за результатами простої зорово-рухової реакції під впливом дозованого фізичного велоергометричного навантаження за замкнутим циклом (з реверсом).     Aim of research. The analysis of the tones processing speed of at their bi- and monaural presentation by the parameters of latent periods of auricular cognitive evoked potentials in musician and non-musicians.Methods. The method of registration of cognitive evoked potentials of auricular modality was used.Results of research. Musicians have shorter latent periods of the components N2 and Р3 of cognitive evoked potentials at bi- and monaural presentation of tones. At left-side presentation of tones there were not revealed any differences between musicians and non-musicians as to the latent periods N2, P3, N3. There were not revealed any differences between musicians and non-musicians as to the inter-peak interval N2-P3; the interval N2-N3 is longer in musicians in the right hemisphere at binaural presentation of tones. The amplitude of the component Р3 did not differ between groups.Conclusions. At binaural and right-side presentation of tones, musicians process them faster than non-musicians, because the process of stimulus recognition starts earlier in musicians. At the left-side presentation of tones, the differences in their processing speed in musician and non-musicians are not revealedУ музикантів при бінауральній і правосторонній подачі тонів їх обробка є швидшою, ніж у немузикантів.     Aim of the experiment was to study factors influencing on effectiveness of the root formation in cuttings of ornamental plants (Buxus sempervirens L., Thuja occidentalis L.).Methods. The experiment was conducted in a nursery at the Sumy National Agrarian University, Ukraine in 2013–2015. The types and mixtures of rooting media and rooting hormones were used, and terms of plant cutting under mist were analyzed.Results. It has been found that the best substrate for rooting cuttings of these species was a mixture of peat DOMOFLOR (pH 6.0) and sand in the ratio 1:1. It has been revealed that its acidity and the optimum time for plant cutting are important components of cultivation technology of plant propagation material. B. sempervirens is proved to be successfully propagated from April to August, and cuttings T. occidentalis – in April. There has been grounded the appropriateness of Rhizopon AA powder for rooting stem cuttings T. occidentalis.Conclusion. The best media for rooting cuttings of ornamental species with the closed root system included peat, sand and humus in the ratio of 1:1:0.5. It set up the effect of using the rooting hormone (Rhizopon AA poeder); propagation of shrub ornamentals: B. sempervirens is more expediently from April to August by stem cuttings, T. occidentalis - in AprilДосліджено фактори, які впливають на ефективність коренеутворення у живців декоративних рослин (Buxus sempervirens L., Thuja occidentalis L.).     Aim of research – the study of microorganisms of different oil-polluted soils (OPS) of Azerbaijan.Methods of research. The objects of the research were samples of soils from two studied deposits: Naftalan and apsheron ones – Bibi-Eibat and Binagadi. The quantitative account of microorganisms was carried out by the method of limit dilutions. The conversion degree was determined by the weight method.Results of research. The results of the realized researches demonstrated that among 108 isolated fungal strains, 69 were isolated from oil-polluted Apsheron soils, 21 strains – from Naftalan oil deposits, 14 strains - from Naftalan oil, 4 strains – from used Naftalan oil. It was revealed that Penicillium sp.3п strain, isolated from Naftalan oil deposit soils, is most active.Conclusions. The isolation of more quantity of hydrocarbon oxidizing microorganisms (especially fungi) from soils of Binagadin oil deposits is explained by the presence of the large number of n-alkanes in its content. The results of conversion of Naftalan oil and its fractions by isolated active strains give a ground to suppose that the prevailing activity of Penicillium sp.3п strain is connected with its substrate specific propertiesИзучена зависимость между составом нефти трех изучаемых месторождений: Нафталанового и апшеронских – Биби-Эйбатского и Бинагадинского, и содержанием микробиоты в почве этих же месторождений.     There were studied the effects of bio-compatible nanostructures С60 on mechanisms of muscle soleus contractions in alcoholized rats at their ischemic lesion for estimating the therapeutic effect of fullerene С60 on the time development of general pathogenesis in the ischemically injured muscular system.The obtained data testify to the expressed protective effect of С60FAS on the dynamics of muscle soleus contractions in alcocholized rats at their ischemic lesion. It indicates the fact that С60FAS may be considered as promising medical means for prophylaxis and correction of the ischemically injured muscle.The studies demonstrated that administration of С60FAS causes different therapeutic effects on different zones of the contraction process.   It was demonstrated, that the use of the water solution of fullerenes in dose 1 mg/kg as a protector on dynamic characteristics of skeletal muscles is effective at initial stages of lesions that is at ischemia during 1 hour.     The influence of microelements (B, Zn, Cu, Co, Mn) on the peroxidase and polyphenol oxidase activity in eggplant leaves and fruit was studied. Activity of the enzymes under the study varies in different phases of plant vegetation. It can be explained by the fact that eggplant bears the technically, physiologically mature and crude fruit as well as buds and blossoms together. In both the control and microelement group with the increase of the peroxidases activity the polyphenol oxidase activity decreases. Compared to the control group the polyphenol oxidase activity increased the most in the phase of vegetation of 4–5 leaves, after treatment with boron and then with cobalt. Boron and zinc have similar action on the enzyme activity. Under the action of boron the polyphenol oxidases activity especially increases in the phase of vegetation of 4–5 leaves and in the later phase decreases. The peroxidase activity changes accordingly. After pre-sowing treatment of eggplant seeds with zinc the peroxidase activity decreases in leaves (in their early phase of vegetable) and fruit. It reaches its maximum in leaves in the fruit bearing period. Under the influence of copper and cobalt the peroxidase activity in fruit increases. In leaves it increases in the late phase of vegetation. The Mn influence on the activity of polyphenol oxidase is less in the early phase of vegetation then in the late phase. Об’єктом дослідження був сорт баклажанів “Dark” (solanum melongela L.),поширений в наших умовах. Перед засіванням насіння баклажану було оброблене 0.02 % – розчином ZnSO4. CuSO4, CoCl2, KMnO4, H3BO3. Контрольне насіння було оброблене дистильованою водою. Після просушки насіння було посіяно на експериментальній ділянці. Активність досліджуваних ферментів змінюється в різних фазах росту рослин

    Vincristine is a preparation of vegetable generation, gotten from the vegetable rose myrtle (Vinca rosea L.), belongs to the group of chemotherapeutic preparations with expressed neurotoxicity. The active use of vincristine in the treatment of malignant tumors, especially in child age, conditions the study of influence of this preparation on peripheral nervous system. In this connection we studied morpho-functional state of neurons and gliocytes of rat cerebrospinal ganglion under effect of vincristine in experiment.Aim of the work – to study the morpho-functional state of neurons and gliocytes of sensitive cerebrospinal rat ganglion under effect of vincristine in experiment.Task of research – to reveal the disorder of structural components of sensitive cerebrospinal ganglion, conditioned by vincristine use.Methods of research. The complex of light optical, morphometric and electromicroscopic methods of research was used to reveal the effect of vincristine use on structural components of sensitive cerebrospinal ganglion. The experimental study was carried out on 31 rats of both sexes (16 – experimental and 15 control ones) with mass 200,0–220, 0 g. The animals were kept in vivarium with free access to the food and water according to bioethics requirements as to the treatment of experimental animals, testified by correspondent act of bioethical expert opinion.Results of research. The features of vincristine use in oncology for treating patients with malignant tumors of different organs and systems of organism and also the side effects of this preparation were considered. On the base of gotten electromicroscopic data we established the vincristine effect on the nervous structures of sensitive cerebrospinal ganglion in pathogenesis of vincristine-induced peripheral neuropathy. Thus, during the experiment there was observed the expressed sensitivity of neurons of sensitive cerebrospinal ganglions to the toxic effect of preparation. The big neurons suffer most, the small ones – least.Conclusions.     Allium ursinum L. – Caucasian-European forest variety with disjunctive area, late-spring ephemeroid was studied. It is registered in the Red Book of Ukraine (2009).The aim of research is the study of A. ursinum L. Variety and the condition of its population under conditions of West Podillia.The study of A. ursinum L. Cenopopulation was carried out in natural conditions on three model populations.It was established, that under conditions of West Polillia A. ursinum L. is a typical variety of broad-leaved forests. It grows in the groups of Fagetalia sylvatica order, Isopyro thalictroidis-Carpinetum associations of Carpinion betuli union (corydaletosum cavae and brachypodietosum sylvatici sub-associations) and Asperulo odoratae-Fagetum Sougnez et Thill 1959, Asperulo-Fagion Tüxen 1955, Stellario holosteae-Fagetum Onyshchenko 2009 associations of Fagion sylvaticae R.Tx.et Diem. 1936 union. On the territory of NR “Medobory” this variety occurs also in the groups of Tilio platyphylli-Acerion pseudoplatani union (Aceri platanoidis-Fraxinetum excelsioris and Anthrisco nitidi-Aceretum pseudoplatani associations), it grows on friable generous forest soils with the strong layer of bedding under the fresh conditions of moistening.The populations of this variety are full-member, ecologically stable. They have the left-side spectrum of age conditions.The seed productivity of variety has the mean indices: PSP – 55,0±6,9 un., ASP – 44,9±7,2, CSP – 81,2 %.The territory of studied region was remarkable for significant fragmentation and developing, that is why the changes of natural biocenoses took place. There is observed the degradation of flora complex at the expanse of anthropogenic load: deforestation, littering with industrial and everyday waists; cutting of plants for sale; disturbance and destruction of places of growth as a result of open pits activity; recreational use of forests.     Aim – to establish changes on the surface of needles affected by insects and infected pathogens, to show its differences from healthy needles and establish appropriate patterns.Methods. Application of clear varnish on the surface of the needles with subsequent separation from reflection by adhesive tape. Further, the material was recorded with a light microscope equipped with a digital camera.Result. It was found that the number of rows of stomata on the surface of needles varies depending on the nature of the effect factor. Differences are also important at the juvenile and generative stage. There is a difference between the number of stomata on the outer and inner sides of the needle, and also the relationship between them.Conclusions. Based on this experience, it can be said that the morphology of the surface device of annual pine needles can serve as an indicator in determining the nature of biological damage to pine at different stages of development. The results also play an important role in understanding the mechanisms for protecting pine from pests and pathogens, and in developing a common adaptive strategy in plantsОпределено значение поверхности хвои для выявления адаптационных изменений.
