The Influence Of Capital Structure And Company Size On Financial Performance On The Construction And Building Sub Sector Listed On IDX 2016-2020
the company's abilities to make profits using the exclusive period can b measured by the success and abilities of the company to use its assets productively. For profits to b achieved, companies need components that can increase their profitability. This research uses a quantitative approach method. The analysis was taken according to secondary data from the annuals report of construction & building sub-sector companies listed on the IDX in 2016-2020. The population is 24 construction & building companies listed on the IDX. The Effect Of Profitability, Leverage And Liquidity On Exchange Rate And Stock Price (Study Of Food And Beverage Sub-Sector Companies Listed On The Idx)
This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, leverage, and liquidity on stock prices through (intervening) currency exchange rates. Using the financial reports of manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector, the food and beverage sub-sector, we retrieved profitability data (ROA), leverage data (DER), currency exchange rates (rupiah against the dollar), and stock prices (closing prices) of 26 companies that selected as a sample from 2019 to 2022. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results showed that: Profitability, Leverage, and Liquidity have a positive and significant effect on the stock prices of Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Companies. THE ROLE OF BRAND AMBASSADOR AND BRAND IMAGE ON CONSUMER PURCHASE DECISIONS AT TOKOPEDIA
The research objective was to determine the influence of brand ambassadors and brand image on consumer purchasing decisions. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. In determining the number of samples using non-probability sampling techniques with sampling techniques using purposive sampling. 115 respondents as research objects as Tokopedia consumers and BTS fans. Data processing uses the SPSS version 26 program to carry out validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive tests, coefficient of determination tests, multiple linear analysis tests. Research data collection was carried out by dividing questionnaires consisting of 23 servers using a Likert scale with five scores online using Google Form. THE INFLUENCE OF WORKLOAD AND WORK ENVIRONMENT ON THE PERFORMANCE OF 25 KORAMIL SERVICES IN PASURUAN CITY
In the era of globalization, company competition is getting higher and more complex so that companies/agencies are required to improve matters related to each company and be more responsive in order to continue to survive and continue to grow. This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work environment on the performance of Koramil 25 soldiers in Pasuruan City. The population used was Babinsa Koramil 25 Pasuruan City using the census method because all soldiers were sampled and only 42 respondents were Koramil soldiers in Pasuruan City. The analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that: Workload and work environment affect the performance of Koramil 25 soldiers in Pasuruan City. This can be seen based on the results of the F test with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R2) or the simultaneous contribution of workload and work environment to the performance of Koramil 25 Soldiers in Pasuruan City is48.3%, while the rest is influenced by other variables outside of this study such as working hours and work facilities.

ANALISIS PENGARUH MODAL, BIAYA BAHAN BAKU, BIAYA TENAGA KERJA TERHADAP KEUNTUNGAN PENJUALAN PADA UMKM SUMBER REJEKI BABAT LAMONGAN
AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial, simultan dan dominan Modal (X1), Biaya Bahan baku (X2), dan Biaya Tenaga Kerja (X3) terhadap Keuntungan Penjualan (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda yaitu adanya hubungan variable atau berlawanan antara variable modal dengan keuntungan, adanya hubungan positif antara variable biaya bahan baku dengan keuntungan dan hubungan yang ariable antara variable biaya tenaga kerja dengan keuntungan. Uji T menunjukkan ada pengaruh yang signifikan secara parsial terhadap keuntungan penjualan. Dari uji F menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan antara modal, biaya bahan baku dan biaya tenaga kerja terhadap keuntungan penjualan. Dari koefisien determinasi menunjukkan modal, biaya bahan baku dan biaya tenaga kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keuntungan penjualan
PENGEMBANGAN EDUWISATA GARAM DI DESA BUNDER BAGI PEREKONOMIAN MASYARAKAT
Salt tourism is one of the unique tours that offers natural scenery in the form of salt fields with piles of salt piled up. This tour is the first salt tour in Madura whis is located in Bunder Village, Pademawu District, Pamekasan Regency. Over time, tourism development is carried out by the manager, namely BUMDes Mutiara Saghara in the hope of increasing the number of visitors. However, the development process requires considerable costs. This must be in line with the benefits that will be obtained. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of salt eduwisata development on the economy of the surronding community. This research uses a qualitative approach with purposive sampling technique. The results showed that many benefits were felt by the community with the presence of salt eduwisata. Wisata garam merupakan salah satu wisata unik yang menawarkan pemandangan alam berupa lahan garam dengan tumpukan garam yang menggunung. Wisata ini adalah wisata garam pertama di Madura yang berlokasi di Desa Bunder Kecamatan Pademawu Kabupaten Pamekasan. Seiring berjalannya waktu pengembangan wisata dilakukan oleh pengelola yaitu BUMDes Mutiara Saghara dengan harapan dapat menambah jumlah pengunjung. Akan tetapi, dalam proses pengembangannya membutuhkan biaya yang cukup besar. Hal ini harus sejalan dengan manfaat yang akan diperoleh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak pengembangan eduwisata garam bagi perekonomian masyarakat sekitar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa banyak manfaat yang dirasakan masyarakat dengan adanya eduwisata garam. 
ANALISIS PENGARUH LIKUIDITAS, PROFITABILITAS DAN LEVERAGE TERHADAP RETURN SAHAM DENGAN NILAI PERUSAHAAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI
This study aims to determine the effect of Liquidity, Profitability and Leverage on Stock Returns with Firm Value as a moderating variable in Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2021 period. The research method is descriptive quantitative, namely an explanation of the number measurement system, and the data obtained for conducting the research is taken through the financial reports of the food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The number of samples obtained in this study were 11 companies taken from companies in the food and beverage sub-sector group of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2016-2021 period. The results and conclusions found are that the liquidity ratio proxied by the current ratio has no significant effect on stock returns, the profitability ratio proxied by return on assets has a significant negative effect on stock returns, the leverage ratio proxied by the debt equity ratio has no effect significantly to stock returns, firm value proxied by price to book value is not able to moderate the current ratio to stock returns, firm value proxied by price to book value is able to moderate the return on assets on stock returns, and firm value proxied with price to book value unable to moderate the debt equity ratio to stock returns.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh daripada Likuiditas, Profitabilitas dan Leverage terhadap Return Saham dengan adanya Nilai Perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi Pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Makanan dan Minuman yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2016-2021. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif deskriptif yaitu penjelasan mengenai system pengukuran angka, dan data-data yang diperoleh untuk melakukan penelitian diambil melalui laporan keuangan pada perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdapat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Jumlah sampel yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini sebanyak 11 perusahaan yang diambil dari perusahaan dalam kelompok perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode 2016-2021. Hasil dan kesimpulan yang ditemukan adalah Rasio likuiditas yang di proksikan dengan current ratio tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap return saham, Rasio profitabilitas yang di proksikan dengan return on asset berpengaruh negatif secara signifikan tehadap return saham, Rasio leverage yang di proksikan dengan debt equity ratio tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan tehadap return saham, Nilai perusahaan yang di proksikan dengan price to book value tidak mampu memoderasi current ratio terhadap return saham, Nilai perusahaan yang di proksikan dengan price to book value mampu memoderasi return on asset terhadap return saham, dan Nilai perusahaan yang di proksikan dengan price to book value tidak mampu memoderasi debt equity ratio terhadap return saham
Analysis of Factors Influencing Consumer Purchasing Decisions at Culinary Micro Small and Medium Enterprises Centers in Sidoarjo Square
This study aims to analyze what factors influence consumer purchasing decisions at culinary MSME centers in Sidoarjo square, and what are the stages, with a qualitative descriptive approach. The analytical method uses data reduction, presentation and conclusion. The results of the study found that consumer purchasing decisions were influenced by cultural factors, social factors of family togetherness enjoying culinary delights, psychological factors of consumers, namely purchase motivation based on needs, as well as perceptions about product, price, and taste. The Influence of Servant Leadership Style and Interpersonal Communication on Employee's Work Motivation in Office
This study aims to determine the effect of servant leadership style and interpersonal communication on employee motivation for case studies of staff at the West Nias Regency Personnel and Human Resources Office and to find out the variables that have the most influence on employee motivation. This type of research is quantitative research. The sampling technique was carried out using saturated sampling technique with a total sample of 36 respondents. From the research, it can be concluded that Variable Servant Leadership Style (X1) has a significant influence on Employee Work Motivation, while the Interpersonal Communication Variable (X2) from the study, it can be concluded that the Interpersonal Communication Variable (X2) has a significant influence on Employee Work Motivation. The Influence of Convenience and Benefits on The Decision to Transaction by Using Electronic Money in Students of HKBP NOMMENSEN University Medan
This study aims to find out how convenience and profit influence the decision to transact using electronic money for HKBP Nommensen University of Medan students. The population in this study were HKBP Nommensen University of Medan students with a total of 8417 students. The sampling technique uses non- probability sampling. The results of multiple linear regression testing show that the Ease variable has a positive effect on the decision to transact using electronic money with a coefficient of 0.405. The benefit variable has a positive effect on the decision to make transactions using electronic money with a regression coefficient of 0.466. The results of the t-test calculation (partial) Convenience (X1) have a positive and significant effect on the decision to transact using electronic money, this is indicated by the value of tcount = 4.082 > ttable = 1.988 with a significance of 0.001 <0.05. The benefit variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on transaction decisions, this is indicated by the calculation results of tcount = 4.335 > ttable = 1.988 with a significance of 0.001 <0.05. Simultaneously the convenience variables (X1) and benefits (X2) have a positive and significant effect on transaction decisions. This is shown from the calculation results of Fcount of 80.892 with a Ftable value of 3.09 (80.892 > 3.09) with a significant value of 0.001 <0.05.
