The Effect of Innovation, Accessibility and Trust on User Satisfaction of Economy Class Railway Services DAOP IX Probolinggo Station
This study aims to determine the effect of innovation, accessibility and trust on the satisfaction of users of DAOP IX Probolinggo Station economic train services partially. The research method used is quantitative with the independent variables of innovation, accessibility, trust and the dependent variable, namely satisfaction. The population of this study were users of DAOP IX Probolinggo Station economy class train transportation services in January and February 2024. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling method as many as 108 people. The data analysis stage begins with the Validity, Reliability, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Coefficient Test and Hypothesis Test using SPSS Version 26. MARKETING COMMUNICATION STRATEGY: Case Study of Product Marketing Communication Strategy on Riseloka.com website
This research aims to find out the marketing communication strategy at Riseloka.com in increasing product sales. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, which is research that tries to describe or describe the object under study based on the facts in the field. The data presented uses secondary data primary data through structured interviews, observation, and documentation related to this research, then the data analysis technique used in this research technique is qualitative data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the marketing communication strategies implemented by Riseloka.com are advertising and direct marketing. Advertising uses the marketplace and through social media. While direct marketing is done using social media to individuals and companies/agencies. Of the two strategies carried out, advertising through social media (online) is more routinely carried out because it is considered more effective and efficient. Meanwhile, direct marketing through the marketplace is carried out regularly at least 3 times a year and can even be more frequent in accordance with technological advances.
 
PENGARUH INFLASI, SUKU BUNGA DAN NILAI TUKAR TERHADAP KINERJA PASAR MODAL INDONESIA
This research aims to contribute to the understanding of the relationship between inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates with the performance of the Indonesian stock market. The research design is an explanatory quantitative study with the objective of determining the influence of interest rates, inflation, and exchange rates on stock market performance. The research sample includes 132 time series data on stock market performance, interest rates, inflation, and the exchange rate of the Rupiah from 2013 to 2023. Sampling was done using a saturated sampling method, resulting in a total of 132 samples. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis with the Statistical Program for Social Sciences (SPSS) 20. The results indicate that inflation, interest rates, and the Rupiah exchange rate simultaneously have a significant impact on stock market performance, with a determination coefficient of 0.442, indicating that 44.2% of the variability in stock market performance can be explained by these three factors. Partially, inflation does not have a significant impact on stock market performance, interestl rates havel a significantl negative impact on stockl market performance, while thel Rupiah exchangel rate hasl a significant positive impact.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman tentang hubungan antara inflasi, suku bunga, dan nilai tukar dengan kinerja pasar modal Indonesia. Desain penelitian ini adalah studi kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh suku bunga, inflasi, dan nilai tukar terhadap kinerja pasar modal. Sampel penelitian mencakup 132 data time series mengenai kinerja pasar modal, suku bunga, inflasi, dan nilai tukar Rupiah dari tahun 2013 hingga 2023. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling jenuh, menghasilkan total 132 sampel. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan Program Statistik guna Ilmu Sosial (SPSS) 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanl bahwa linflasi, suku lbunga, dan nilail tukar rupiahl secara simultanl berpengaruh signifikanl terhadap kinerja pasar modal dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0.442, menunjukkan bahwa 44.2% variabilitas kinerja pasar modal dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga faktor tersebut. Secara parsial, inflasil tidak memiliki dampak signifikanl pada kinerja pasar modal, sukul bunga memilikil dampak signifikan negatif terhadapl kinerja pasar lmodal, sedangkan nilail tukar rupiahl memiliki dampak positif yangl signifikan

Employee performance is an important factor in an organization's ability to succeed and survive. The extent to which individuals or groups succeed in achieving goals and have a positive impact on organizational results is reflected in employee performance. Apart from ensuring compliance with sharia principles, sharia talent plays an important role in growing added value, fostering customer trust, and ensuring the survival of Bank KCP Sidoarjo as a sharia banking organization. Apart from directly assisting Bank BSI KCP Sidoarjo operations in navigating the nuances of the sharia banking sector, training is very important to improve individual employee performance. As a sharia banking institution, the performance and sustainability of Bank BSI KCP Sidoarjo is greatly influenced by employee engagement. Investing strategically in increasing employee engagement can help Bank BSI KCP Sidoarjo achieve long-term growth and success. With employee engagement as an intervening variable, the aim of this research is to determine the influence of sharia talent and training on the performance of BSI KCP Sidoarjo bank employees. This research is quantitative research with SEM-PLS as a data analysis method with Smart PLS tools.4. Consisting of 100 research sample respondents. The research results show that talent sharing, training and employee engagement have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Furthermore, talent sharing and training have a positive and significant influence on improving the performance of Bank BSI KCP Sidoarjo employees through employee engagement
WORK ENGAGEMENT AS MEDIATION THE EFFECT OF EMPOWERMENT AND TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP TO EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE

This study found that empowerment and transformational leadership had no meaningful effect on employee performance. The relationship between empowerment and transformative leadership and employee performance may be mediated, in part, by job engagement, but in a more indirect and significant manner

This sample size is in accordance with the criteria for structural equation modeling (SEM) with the optimal Maximum Likelihood method for detecting significant differences.
