Pelatihan Aplikasi E-PONPES sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Manajemen Pengelolaan Data dan Donasi Pondok Pesantren Riyadus Sholihin
Community Service is an integral part of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which aims to increase the level of intelligence in the lives of many people around the campus, the curiosity of learning interests of the board members and students of the Riyadus Sholihin Islamic Boarding School to increase the scientific repertoire of improving data management and donations that are accurate and effective and efficient. The data analysis method was processed using a mixed qualitative and quantitative descriptive method to describe the characteristics and tendencies of respondents towards the training of the E-Ponpes application from primary and secondary data. The routine of PkM activities carried out by Lecturers of the Faculty of Engineering and Informatics UBSI Tegal Campus who are members of PkM in collaboration with Riyadus Sholihin Islamic Boarding School in carrying out face-to-face events by complying with health protocols. The results are very unique from the 10 respondents participating in the E-Ponpes Application training where interestingly the participants are very enthusiastic to learn to explore the E-Ponpes Application with the initial test results of 100% with less predicate and 83% final test with the good predicate

The topic of community service chosen by the community service team was sourced from initial observations made at the “Supel†Smoked Fish Home Industry (IRT) using local wisdom products from the East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) Province, namely Smoked Fish, so it needs to be preserved. This “Supel†Smoked Fish IRT will survive if it has good management in the form of financial management in accordance with accounting standards. Based on the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) conducted with IRT owners, it was found that the financial management of this IRT was not optimal, because while running the business, the "Supel" Smoked Fish IRT owner had not implemented financial records according to accounting standards, this was due to several obstacles, including: first, the owner\u27s lack of understanding of financial records so that financial records are not carried out periodically. Second, the marketing of "Supel" Smoked Fish IRT has not been maximized using electronic media. The methods of implementing the service include Bookkeeping training and marketing counselling using electronic media. The final result of this service activity is that the owner of the "Supel" Smoked Fish IRT has an understanding of financial records that are in accordance with accounting standards which are then applied through periodic financial records, then product marketing assistance using electronic media in the form of Instagram in marketing "Supel" Smoked Fish products so that sales are achieved. Parents need to understand the child\u27s condition from an early age, pay attention to the behavior of children who are growing normally in general so that they can take various actions and also other things that are considered important related to the child\u27s future. Choosing to enroll children in special schools is certainly supported by the daily lives of children who do require special behavior in studying school learning. The formulation of the research problem is to determine the class of children with special needs using the Certainty Factor method based on the diagnosis of symptom and characteristic data that can help teachers and parents get information about the types of characteristics of children with special needs students at the State Special School (SLBN) Serdang Bedagai. The characteristics of children with special needs according to the data on the number of symptoms and characteristics discussed are 52 symptoms and 5 characteristics. (Autism JK01, Tuna Grahita JK02, Deafblind JK03, Blind JK04, Tuna Daksa JK05. This application can help teachers and parents find out the characteristics of children with special needs quickly and accurately. IMPLEMENTASI SENSOR LDR DAN APLIKASI ANDROID UNTUK DETEKSI KEBUSUKAN TELUR
Telur merupakan bahan makanan yang memiliki nilai gizi yang baik. Telur dapat menurun kualitasnya apabila disimpan dalam waktu yang lama, sebagai konsumen harus teliti dalam menentukan kualitas telur, karna proses pendeteksian yang dilakukan secara manual menggunakan senter dan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama, tidak semua konsumen mengecek telur yang dibeli apakah baik atau busuk. Sehingga untuk mengatasi hal tersebut, maka perlu adanya pengamatan khusus agar telur yang dijual dalam keadaan layak untuk dikonsumsi konsumen. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka dibuatlah sebuah alat yang dapat melakukan proses pendeteksian telur secara otomatis berdasarkan kondisi telur baik dan busuk menggunakan sensor LDR. Alat ini bertujuan mampu mendeteksi telur dalam kondisi baik dan busuk dengan menggunakan sensor LDR dan dapat memonitoring hasil pendeteksian telur melalui smartphone. Pada penelitian ini sensor LDR berfungsi sebagai sensor pendeteksi kualitas telur kondisi baik atau busuk. Ketika LDR menangkap nilai ADC kurang dari 100 maka telur dikatakan busuk, dan sebaliknya ketika LDR menangkap nilai ADC lebih dari100 maka telur dikatakan baik. Setelah melewati proses pendeteksian, indikator LED menyala ketika busuk dan buzzer berbunyi, selanjutnya data telur ditampilkan pada LCD begitu pula pada google spreadsheet dan aplikasi android. Pendeteksian telur menggunakan sensor LDR dapat bekerja dengan baik dan berfungsi sesuai dengan fugsinya. Pengujian ini didapatkan hasil dengan rata-rata nilai ADC telur busuk 45,138 dan telur baik 285,97 dengan 4 kali percobaan dan pengguna dapat memonitoring data kualitas telur pada smartphone
IMPLEMENTASI WSN DENGAN PLUG AND PLAY SENSOR PADA TAMBAK UDANG VANNAMEI
Salah satu yang harus diperhatikan dalam budidaya udang vannamei adalah kualitas air. Kualitas air ini harus dicek secara berkala karena akan berpengaruh kepada kelulushidupan udang. Parameter-parameter yang mempengaruhi kualitas air tambak udang vannamei adalah keasaman (pH), Oksigen terlarut (DO), Salinitas (TDS), suhu air, ketinggian air, dan kekeruhan air. Data kualitas air tambak udang dapat dikirimkan secara wireless dan sensor dapat disebar keseluruh tambak dengan jenis sensor yang berbeda pada setiap nodenya. Node sensor akan mengirimkan hasil pembacaan dari masing masing sensor yang terpasang ke gateway dan kemudian dikirimkan dan diolah di server. Hal ini memudahkan pemilik tambak dalam mengakses data sensor dikarenakan udang vannamei sensitif terhadap perubahan kualitas air sehingga dengan ini bisa dilakukan tanggapan ketika data kualitas air tambak udang vannamei berubah. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut maka dikembangkan alat WSN dengan plug dan play sensor. Alat WSN terdiri dari integrasi sensor keasaman (pH), Oksigen terlarut (DO), Salinitas (TDS), suhu air, ketinggian air, dan kekeruhan air (Turbidity) dengan topologi bintang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada jarak 50 meter alat dapat mengirim data 250 byte ke server dalam rentang waktu dari 100 sampai 790 mikrodetik dengan protokol esp-now. Selanjutnya nilai kesalahan pembacaan sensor dalam rentang 0% - 4%

In our daily activities, we can never be far from using electronic devices either at home or at work. And we always use a switch to control the on or off of the electronics that we will use, for example, the use of lights, room curtains, or fans. So far, we still use manual switches that are mounted on the wall to turn on or turn off the electronics. In this research opportunity, a smart switch will be used that utilizes an android application that can be accessed by a cellphone to carry out controls to turn on or turn off electronic devices. There are many advantages, where electronic users can access where they are and this research utilizes Bluetooth communication for communication between android and existing hardware systems. The results of the study obtained a system success rate of 100% with a maximum control distance that can be used as far as 15 meters without interference and 10 meters with interference
Rancang Bangun Simulator Kincir Pembangkit Listrik Floating Hydro
Energy consumption in Indonesia is increasing every year, the fulfillment of the energy needed must be overcome. Energy is something that is really needed by anyone, from humans or animals to be able to do something or work. This energy is also abstract, its existence can be felt, but it is difficult to prove. Electricity needs of the community today are a basic need. Electricity usage is almost 24 hours nonstop. To cope with the increasing demand for electricity, it is necessary to utilize natural resources that can be used as new energy resources. The floating hydro power plant simulator is a hydroelectric power plant that utilizes the flow of water from a pump to drive a waterwheel, a device designed to make it easier for students to learn basic electrical engineering and fluid mechanics. The purpose of this design is to design and build a floating hydro power plant and test the tool. The design method used the VDI 2222 method approach, which includes planning, conceptualizing, designing, finishing. The results of the design were according to the method used, namely in the form of a waterwheel simulator design for power plants. The estimated production process time for the manufacture of a floating hydro simulator for cutting 3.9 hours; process of gurdi 3.08 hours; lathe process 1.3 hours; 1.58 hours assembly process; finishing process 2.75 hours = 1.2 days (1 day = 8 hours). The total cost of making the machine was Rp. 2.605,740.00. The driven pulley test results in 65.4 rpm and the driven pulley produced 304 rpm and the output was 12.3 volts
Pengaruh Suhu Pre-Heat Friction Welding Terhadap Sifat Mekanis dan Morfologi Baja AISI 201
This study aims to determine the mechanical and morphological properties of AISI 201 Steel Material. The forging pressure is 80 Psi using a rotating speed of 5600 Rpm and the preheat temperature used is 4000C, 5000C, 6000C. The method in this research is descriptive method. The test results produce an average tensile stress of 4000C preheat temperature variation of 523.1 N/mm2, 5000C preheat variation of 534.3 N/mm2, 6000C preheat variation of 566.6 N/mm2, and raw material of 696.35 N/mm2. For this reason, the largest average tensile stress in this variation of raw material is 696.35 N/mm² and from the data results obtained the average tensile strain of 4000C preheat variation is 10.83%, 5000C preheat variation is 11.05%, 6000C preheat variation is 11.73%, and raw materials 23.14%. The average bending stress of the 4000C preheat temperature variation is 21.85N/mm2, the 5000C preheat variation is 52.31 N/mm2, the 6000C preheat variation is 53.38 N/mm2, and the raw material is 117.71N/mm2. The results of the largest average tensile stress in this variation of raw material are 117.71N/mm², in the hardness test a value of 294.7 VHN is obtained and the SEM test on the specimen is the best in the HAZ area which is enlarged 5000x, 200x, and 100x, it can be seen that in the The friction welding penetration welding HAZ is completely filled with no weld defects
Analisis Perbandingan Kinerja Refrigeran R134a dan MC-22 pada AC Split
AC (Air Conditioner) is one of the cooling machines, whose use is currently increasing. One important component that helps cooling the AC (Air Conditioner) is the refrigerant. Refrigerant is a kind of material or substance in the form of liquid and gas which is usually flowed in the refrigeration machine installation. The purpose of this study was to determine the performance (COP), electrical energy consumption, and cooling rate from the use of refrigerants R134a and MC-22. The independent variables in this research are refrigerant R134a and refrigerant MC-22. The dependent variable in this study is COP (Coefficient of Performance), electrical energy consumption, and cooling rate. The control variable in this study was using time variations. The research material is refrigerant R134a and MC-22 The results of this study showed that R134a refrigerant has a better COP value than MC-22 refrigerant, where the COP value at 60 minutes for R134a refrigerant is 8.6 while for MC-22 refrigerant is 8.0. At 60 minutes the use of refrigerant R134a, the electrical energy used is 385.00 W.h. Meanwhile, 60 minutes of the use of refrigerant MC-22, the electrical energy used is 455.40 W.h
Industri Tahu Rakyat dalam Tinjauan Life Cycle Assessment
Tofu is a type of food that is preferred and widely produced by Indonesian people. The existence of the tofu industry will have an impact on the quality of the environment. To reduce this impact, an analysis related to the Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) is required. The research aims to determine eco-friendly tofu products and the part of the process that has a high potential to pollute the environment in the micro tofu industry. The research method uses a cradle-to-gate approach, which focuses on the processing of raw materials into products in the form of white tofu and fried tofu. The stages of this research are based on SNI ISO-14040: goal and scope, inventory analysis, life cycle impact assessment, and interpretation. The results showed that fried tofu has a high potential to pollute the environment compared to white tofu, namely the contribution value of white tofu is 0.121 pt and the contribution value of fried tofu is 2.83 pt, this is based on the highest value on important issues (hotspots) related to the impact category, namely global warming potential is 154 kg CO2(eq), ozone depletion potential is 1.43.10-5 kg ​​CFC-11(eq), acid rain potential is 3.83.103 kg SO2(eq), eutrophication potential is 145 kg PO4 P-lim, energy use is 154 kg CO2(eq), and human health is 0.822 DALY. Based on the contribution analysis, hotspots on the results of the life cycle assessment of the micro tofu industry are in the frying process and the procurement of the main raw material used, soybeans. Alternative improvements can be made by changing the main ingredient of soybean seed into soybean slurry and replacing palm oil with soybean oil in frying, and firewood into biogas
