Pengaruh Penambahan Butanol Sebagai Campuran Bahan Bakar Premium Terhadap Torsi dan Daya Mesin Bensin Dengan Sistem EGR
Increased vehicle volume causes a high use of fossil fuels and increased exhaust emissions. Butanol is a renewable fuel that can replace fossil fuels. This is because butanol has better characteristics than gasoline such as high octane value and oxygen content. This results in a more complete combustion process in the combustion chamber so that engine torque and power increase. This study was to observe the effect of using butanol on torque and power in gasoline engines with the EGR system. This test is carried out using a constant engine speed of 2500 rpm. The percentage of butanol in premium fuel is 5%, 10% and 15% of the total fuel volume. The test results show that the addition of 5% butanol to premium fuel can increase torque by 4.88% using a cold EGR system. Engine power experienced the highest increase in the addition of 15% butanol using a cold EGR system of 15.6 kW
Mekanisme Soft Starting Pada Pengaturan Kecepatan Motor BLDC Menggunakan Kendali Logika Fuzzy
Penelitian ini merancang sistem kecepatan motor brushless DC (BLDC) dengan menggunakan metode kontroler logika fuzzy. Penelitian ini menjelaskan perancangan kontroler logika fuzzy pada motor BLDC dengan mekanisme soft starting. Kontroler logika fuzzy digunakan untuk mengendalikan kecepatan yang berubah-ubah, sedangkan soft starting pada motor BLDC digunakan untuk mengurangi lonjakan arus saat start dengan mengatur duty cycle pada DC-DC buck converter. Hasil pada penelitian ini, respon pada kecepatan motor sesuai dengan refferensi yang diinginkan. Kontroler kecepatan logika fuzzy layak untuk di rancang dan di implementasikan. Respon kecepatan yang berubah-ubah dan beban 5 Nm dapat bekerja sesuai dengan respon yang di inginkan yaitu saat perubahan 700 rpm naik sebesar 2000 rpm kemudian turun sebesar 500 rpm. Saat diberi torsi beban kecepatan sempat berosilasi tetapi dapat kembali ke respon yang di inginkan
Lengan Robot Pemindah Barang Berdasarkan Ukuran Tinggi
Abstrak- Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk merancang dan membuat lengan robot pemindah barang berdasarkan ukuran tinggi. Dengan adanya lengan robot pemindah barang ini, maka ketika memindahkan benda dengan massa yang berat dan jarak yang jauh tidak perlu membutuhkan tenaga manusia. Karena hal ini dinilai kurang efektif mengingat keterbatasan kemampuan manusia dalam memindahkan barang berat dan keterbatasan waktu manusia dalam bekerja. Lengan robot ini didesain untuk mengambil dan memindahkan barang dari konveyor ke tempat penempatan barang. Lengan robot menggunakan sensor ultrasonik untuk mengidentifikasi barang. Input dari sensor tersebut akan diproses oleh mikrokontroler dan memberikan instruksi untuk pergerakan lengan robot tersebut. Input dari robot ini berupa koordinat awal dan koordinat akhir yang kemudian dikomputasikan dengan metode inverse kinematics dengan output berupa besar sudut yang dibutuhkan masing masing joint agar lengan robot mencapai titik koordinat tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan, sensor ultrasonik dapat membedakan tipe barang yang ada dengan error terkecil sebesar 0,01% dan error terbesar 4,68%, serta sensor proximity dapat mendeteksi barang pada jarak 0 sampai dengain 10 cm. Rata-rata error yang terjadi antara koordinat yang diinginkan dengan koordinat yang dihasilkan berdasarkan perhitungan invers kinematics adalah 0-2 cm. Pada pengujian pemindahan barang lengan robot dapat memindahkan sesuai dengan ukuran tinggi dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100 %. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut lengan robot pemindah barang dengan menggunakan metode inverse kinematics ini efektif dalam menjalankan fungsinya memindahkan barang.

Distribusi Medan Listrik di Kompartemen Busbar Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) Menggunakan Charge Simulation Method
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengilustrasikan distribusi medan listrik di kompartemen busbar tipe gas insulated switchgear (GIS). Gas Insulated Substation (GIS) merupakan rangkaian peralatan gardu induk yang terpasang di dalam sebuah metal enclosure dan diisolasi oleh gas bertekanan yaitu Sulfur Hexafluoride (SF6). Dalam simulasi ini, diasumsikan titik referensi berada di sekitar contact pin busbar, dan titik muatan buatan berada disekitar kompartemen busbar. Simulasi dilakukan dengan menentukan titik referensi dan titik muatan bantuan untuk menghitung nilai muatan yang akan dicari yaitu contact pin. Titik muatan buatan ini terletak disembarang titik disekitar kompartemen busbar GIS dan akan dihitung nilai muatannya melalui metode simulasi muatan (charge simulation method) dengan bantuan komputasi Matla
Narative Review: Electromyography sebagai Pengendali Lengan Prostetik
Kehilangan anggota gerak (tuna daksa) pada manusia baik yang disebabkan secara lahiriah ataupun kecelakaan merupakan kasus yang bisa dibilang tidak sedikit di Indonesia, bahkan dunia. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sebuah alternatif agar dapat membantu bagi seorang tuna daksa dalam melakukan kegiatan sehari-hari, misalnya artificial limb (prostetik). lengan prostetik digunakan sebagai alat bantu bagi seorang yang kehilangan upper limb. salah satu dari jenis lengan prsotetik adalah yang dikendalikan secara elektrik. Untuk membuat lengan prostetik tersebut, diperlukan sensor EMG (Electromyogram) dalam mengendalikan gerakan pada lengan dan jari. Hal tersebut merupakan bahan utama dalam penelitian ini. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan melakukan kajian literatur yang sudah ada dan data yang disajikan berupa data sekunder dengan tahapan flowchart. Hasil yang diharapkan dari penelitian ini adalah ada beberapa tahapan dalam kendali tangan prostetik
Pengembangan Sistem Modul Komisi Dinamis pada Modul Penjualan ERP - Odoo12
The improvement of the sales system not only focuses on the advantage result of the sales transaction but also can use another parameter to improve it. One of a parameter used is commission. Giving commissions to the salesperson can improve their work performance and have an impact on increasing sales targets. Based on the study literature, the problem faced by the company is the discrepancy of commission. It canbe affected by several factors such as the commission system are not integrated with the main system, improper formula, or there are many systems used in the company so it the staff are difficult to integrate the system. For example, the company using Odoo ERP to support sales transaction and use commission information system separately. The salesperson must integrate sales data into both of the systems. It can affect the time delay of decision commission. Based on the problem above, we propose a prototype commission system that integrates with Odoo12. The salesperson does not need to integrate data manually into the system because it automatically integrates into the system. This study uses a prototyping model as a software development method. Study Analisis Elemen Tetrahedron dan Hexahedron Plat Tulang Material Magnesium AZ31B dengan Finite Element Method (FEM)
Metallic-based materials are commonly used as bone plates as well as orthopedic implants, due to their mechanical properties. This study aims to perform a finite element analysis based on three-point bending test data according to the ASTM F382-99 standard. The dimensions of bone plate material was 120 mm x 14 mm x 5 mm (length x width x thickness) with 6 and 10 screw holes. The load given to the plate analysis was 986.89 N with element size of 0.55 mm. The hexahedron elements have the total number of 62,179 elements for 6 holes and 62,960 elements for 10 holes. The total number of elements of the tetrahedron were 63,609 elements for 6 holes and 64,822 elements for 10 holes. Also, finite element analysis for plates with 6 holes and 10 holes using hexahedron elements yielded a total deformation of 6.1963 mm and 6.7852 mm, respectively. Furthermore, the tetrahedron element for plates with 6 holes and 10 holes resulted in a total deformation of 6.1762 mm and 6.7651 mm, respectively. Based on the above data, it can be concluded that the finite element analysis calculation for bone plate using hexahedron elements is more accurate when compare to the tetrahedrons
Simulasi Rangka Engine Trainer dengan Lengan Adaptor sebagai Penunjang Pembelajaran Assembly dan Disassembly
Overhaul is a method of engine maintenance where the engine is dismantled and all components are checked and replaced if there is damage. In carrying out overhaul activities, engine trainer tools are needed, therefore the operator can reach the components in the pinch point. Engine trainers on the market are usually only specific to one engine. However, in this study, a universal engine trainer was designed with various adapter arms that can rotate on one axis. This engine trainer is equipped with a buffer that is useful for reducing vibration when the engine is started. The design of the engine trainer frame was tested for strength using a static load simulation with an engine load of 400 N. The simulation showed that the frame deflection due to the load was 0.7781 mm. This value can be said to be safe from a static load test
Pengelolaan Limbah Industri Pengolahan Hasil Perikanan: Studi Kasus pada Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Sambal Ikan Tuna di Kabupaten Cilacap
One of the fisheries and marine potentials in Cilacap Regency is tuna fisheries. Catch tuna that landed at the Cilacap Ocean Fishery Port (PPSC) is high. Based on the analysis of the needs of actors in the tuna fisheries system in Cilacap, one of the components included in the system is the tuna fish processing industry. This is because there is only one tuna fishing company in Cilacap in 2009. The existence of these problems causes an increase in the growth of the micro-industry in the tuna fish processing business in Cilacap. This increase certainly has an impact on increasing the waste generated. This study aims to identify the type of waste generated and the waste management efforts of micro-industry players (MSMEs) processing tuna chili sauce in Cilacap and analyze the appropriate management design to be applied in the tuna fish sauce processing industry. The research data collection method was carried out by direct observation by conducting interviews with the owners of MSMEs. The results of field observations on MSMEs that produce tuna fish sauce produce organic and non-organic waste and the waste is simply thrown into the environment without any treatment first.Efforts to manage waste produced by MSMEs with tuna sauce have not yet been carried out due to limited human resources in knowledge about waste management. Based on the characteristics of the waste produced, several types of designs can be carried out by MSMEs, namely the management of organic and non-organic wastes to minimize the waste generated both in terms of quality and quantity as not to pollute the environment
Sosialisasi Aplikasi Pembelajaran Interaktif Berbasis Multimedia
The socialization of multimedia-based interactive learning applications is a community service for STMIK Bina Adinata lecturers at Inpres Elementary School Number 207 Linrungloe which aims to increase knowledge and understanding of educators, especially classroom teachers about multimedia-based learning applications. This activity is in the form of counseling about an interactive multimedia-based learning application using a computer. The method used in this service is socialization and training, starting with an explanation of the material about applications, interactive learning, and multimedia, after which an introduction to the use of applications to educators and finally explaining the use of applications to students. The results of this socialization increase the understanding and ability of educators in the application of multimedia-based learning and increase the learning interest of SDI 207 Linrungloe students in the learning process in the classroom using multimedia-based learning applications
