    Analisis Tegangan City Electric Car Torsi Beam Suspension Menggunakan Metode Finite Element Model (FEM)

    The torsion beam is one of the most important parts of an electric car. The torsion beam can accept the loading of vehicle structures statically and dynamically. The movement of the vehicle, such as turning, turning with a bumpy road contour, affects the stress limit that the torsion beam can support. This study aims to simulate the effects of shifts such as deflection and stress on the use of a torsion beam suspension. The method used is a loading simulation using the Finite Element Model (FEM) model. The results showed that the maximum deflection effect occurred in the 2000N loading of 1.5347 mm, while the maximum stress effect occurred in the 2000N loading of 2342.57N

Currently the teacher\u27s daily agenda is still in the form of books, with learning from home this makes it increasingly difficult for principals to check and supervise learning activities carried out by teachers, homeroom supervision of students is increasingly difficult. So there needs to be a breakthrough in the online learning process, one of which is through the website. The purpose of this research is to design a website-based teacher activity agenda information system. the system development method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the waterfall model. the results of this study have created a web-based teacher activity agenda information system, after the Alpha test with the blackbox method got the results that the existing features were running well in accordance with their function

    The rocket motor tube is the main component of the Dextrose rocket. This paper aims to investigate the effect of tube length and fillet radius on the safety factor of a dextrose rocket motor tube using Ansys Workbench. The Dextrose rocket tube uses Al 6063-T5 material with an outer diameter of 32 mm, a wall thickness of 3 mm, and internal pressure of 5 MPa. The rocket motor tube length is varied by 200, 250, 300, and 350 mm. The fillet radius uses variations of 3, 4, and 5 mm. The analysis was carried out using the finite element method with the help of Ansys Workbench. The simulation results show that the safety factor does not have a significant effect on changes in the length of the rocket tube. The safety factor increases as the fillet radius increases

    Air Glubi Village which is one of the villages in the Bintan Pesisir sub-district, Bintan Regency, Riau Islands province, is one of the villages that is one of the outer islands of Indonesia which still has no electricity, and is difficult to reach by PLN. In this village, there is no water source available for PLTMH, so the alternative for electricity supply in Air Glubi Village is a centralized PLTS. This paper discusses the planning of centralized PLTS in Air Glubi Village, Bintan Pesisir sub-district, Riau Islands province. Because the availability of land, the economic capacity of the population is limited, optimization is needed. This optimization is used to get the optimum electrical energy output with these various limitations. From primary data, electricity demand in the village is 62492 Wh per day. The optimization resulted in a centralized PLTS design with an off grid type with a capacity of 37 kWp. The main component is a solar module made of monocrystalin with a capacity of 200 Wp each, totaling 186 modules. The battery uses VRLA 200 Ah each, totaling 250 batteries. The change of Dc electricity to AC is carried out by utilizing an inverter with a capacity of 10 kW totaling 4 pieces. To build a centralized PLTS in Air Glubi Village need costs Rp 2,983,902,171

    Gas to Liquid transformer oil with iso-paraffinic as the main constituent is an alternative insulating medium with fewer impurities, therefore its insulating strength is increasing. This study aims to determine the relationship of changes in the dielectric characteristics of transformer oil to changes in the chemical characteristics of gas to liquid oil. The object of research for gas to liquid oil is treated as the actual condition of the transformer at a temperature of 1000C, then thermal aging was carried out with temperatures of 1200C and 1500C starting from 362 hours to 1008 hours. the dielectric loss value of transformer oil still met the standard value used, namely ASTM D924 of 0.0015%, but the resistivity value was not in accordance with the standard specified by IEC 60442 which was 60 Gð®m. The value of chemical characteristics such as water content is above the ASTM D1533 standard of 35 mg/kg, the value of the acid content of the oil is above the ASTM D974 standard of 0.20 mg KOH/g, and the color scale value exceeds the predetermined limit of ASTM D1500 by 0,5

    The use of Small Wind Turbine (SWT) technology is currently being developed in residential and urban areas. The application of SWT can be directly integrated into a building called the Building Integrated Wind Turbine and the industrial area is one area that has the potential to develop the SWT concept as a Building Integrated Wind Turbine. Before designing and manufacturing a wind turbine for a Building Integrated Wind Turbine, data on wind density and direction is required. In areas where wind speed and direction have not been recorded, it is necessary to study wind velocity and direction data in real-time and in real conditions for a certain period. This study aims to map wind density and wind direction with real-time properties in the foundry industry area, Ceper District, Klaten Regency, so the potential value and value of wind density energy can be known. This research method includes data retrieval carried out in real time and in real conditions using the Automatic Weather Station instrument which was carried out from August 6 to September 6, 2021. The data obtained were random data and processed using weibull distribution statistics with Microsoft Excel software. The results of this study indicate an average wind speed of 2,038 m/s in stable conditions and sufficient wind gusts with a power density value of 6,994 Watt/m2.     National electrical energy needs are increasing every year. This is accompanied by an increasingly massive use of fossil energy as a power plant. The government is targeting a share of new and renewable energy (EBT) of at least 23% by 2025. As a tropical country, Indonesia has a large potential for new and renewable energy, which mostly consists of solar energy with an average daily radiation of 4.8 kWh/m2/day. The design of a solar power plant (PLTS) at SMA Negeri 3 Surakarta is an effort to utilize NRE and can be used as a model for environmentally friendly schools for similar public institutions and the general public. This PLTS uses a hybrid system with a generating capacity of 1230 Wp, SCC 60A, 24 V 200 Ah battery and a 2400 W hybrid inverter. Using analysis methods with PVSyst and RetScreen simulations, this PLTS generates electricity of 1,653.2 kWh/year. With an initial investment of IDR 25,186,000, the net present value is IDR 1,210,272 and the payback period is 24 years

    Studies on the use of animal waste as charcoal ingredient in the needs of activated charcoal material has been carried out and developed. Activated charcoal is produced through activation process at a certain temperature, condition, and time in order to creat a higher carbon content  in charcoal . One of the important factors in the manufacture of activated charcoal is the temperature during the production process. The purpose of this study is to discuss the influence of temperature factor of mussel shells and beef bones on water content, ash content, volatile matter and fixed carbon during the charcoal production process. The research is carried out through experimental method of  making chorcoal with temperature variations of 400, 500, 600, 700, and 800 oC. The result of the experiment shows the highest ash content and water content found respectively in beef bone charcoal of 800 oC which is 98,697 %, and of 400 oC which is 4,942 %, while the highest volatile matter and fixed carbon levels are found in clam shell charcoal of 800 oC which is 6,717 %, and of 500 oC which is 43,282 %. The result concluded that the effect of the temperature of the production process affects the water content, ash, volatile matter and fixed carbon

    In increasing cattle productivity by using the cage method, adequate feed availability is needed. Farmers in Mandala Village still use the traditional method of chopping feed during the process of providing feed, which requires a lot of energy and time. The purpose of this research is to make a chopping machine for animal feed and to find out the results of the machine chopping. The method used is observation, literature review, experimental method, and design method. The grass chopper machine as a result of the research has a chopping chamber size of 360 x 360 x 490 mm, blade 270 x 50 x 10 mm, with a gasoline motor drive of 5,5 HP, transmission pulley, and V-belt type A-45. The chopping results obtained were 5,75 kg of palm fronds and leaves, 19,25 kg of trees and banana leaves, and 5 kg of grass in the chopping time of 02.00 minutes each at an average engine speed of 2100 rpm with the size of the chopped results between 3-6 cmDalam meningkatkan produktivitas ternak sapi yang menggunakan metode kandang, dibutuhkan ketersediaan pakan yang memadai. Dalam proses penyediaan pakan oleh para peternak di Desa Mandala selama ini masih menggunakan metode tradisional dalam mencacah pakan yang membutuhkan tenaga dan waktu yang lama. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan yaitu membuat mesin pencacah untuk pakan ternak serta mengetahui hasil cacahan mesin. Metode yang digunakan yaitu observasi, tinjauan pustaka, metode eksperimental, dan metode perancangan. Mesin pencacah rumput hasil penelitian memiliki ukuran ruang pencacah 360 x 360 x 490 mm, mata pisau 270 x 50 x 10 mm, dengan penggerak motor bensin 5,5 HP, transmisi puli dan sabuk-V tipe A-45. Hasil cacahan yang diperoleh yaitu 5,75 kg pelepah dan daun kelapa sawit, 19,25 kg pohon dan daun pisang, serta 5 kg untuk rumput dalam waktu pencacahan masing-masing 02.00 menit pada putaran mesin rata-rata 2100 rpm dengan ukuran hasil cacahan antara 3-6 cm

    Wastewater resulted from the batik dying process is known for its environmentally hazardous substances including hazardous natural and synthetic organic matter, suspended particles, and hazardous metal. But in the micro and medium scale batik textile business, wastewater treatment is mostly not carried because it does not give benefit for the owner. Economical wastewater treatment constructions can be an alternative for the business owner for their free operational cost. Batik wastewater treatment ought to be carried out to meet government standards but most importantly to decrease hazardous pollutant’s concentrations so it does not harm the environment. This society service project aims to provide alternatively economical wastewater treatment for batik business owners by applying simples and cheapest yet effective treatment methods to reduce pollutant concentrations in wastewater. Methods applied in this project including sedimentation, filtration, and landfill-bioremediation. The laboratorium analysis result shows that sedimentation and filtration are significantly reduced total suspended solid particles in wastewater from 2450 to 100 mg/L in line with wastewater decoloring from dark blue to clear yellow
