    Analisis Perpindahan Gaya SideLoad Pegas Suspensi Tipe C Menggunakan Finite Element Method (FEM)

    The suspension must provide comfort and safety to the vehicle. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the load\u27s effect on the pressure distribution on the axle so that the spring strength from the sideload force can be simulated. This study aims to analyze the sideload force of type C suspension springs using FEM. Spring variations are the number of different threaded coils, namely 11, 12, and 13. In the FEM simulation, the spring is given a load until 50mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, and 250mm displacement occurs. The loading spreads to the X, Y, and Z axes. Each direction of the axis is measured by the pressure that occurs. The results showed that the pressure values that occur on the X, Y, and Z axes decreased with each increase in the number of screw coils. The lowest X-axis pressure reduction occurs in thread 12 at 63%. Meanwhile, the pressure on the Y axis decreased by 27% on the spring screw 12. The highest decrease in pressure on the Z axis occurred by 34% on the spring screw 12 compared to the spring screw 11.Suspensi harus memberikan kenyamanan dan keamanan pada kendaraan. Oleh karena itu, desain pegas suspensi perlu dianalisis pengaruh beban terhadap pembagian tekanan pada sumbu sehingga kekuatan pegas dari gaya sideload dapat disimulasikan. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisa gaya sideload pegas suspensi tipe C menggunakan FEM. Variasi pegas adalah jumlah kumparan ulir yang berbeda yaitu 11, 12 dan 13. Pada simulasi FEM pegas diberikan beban hingga terjadi displasement 50mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm dan 250mm. Pembebanan menyebar ke sumbu X, Y dan Z. setiap arah sumbu diukur tekananan yang terjadi.  Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai tekanan yang terjadi pada sumbu X, Y dan Z mengalami penurunan setiap penambahan jumlah kumparan ulir. Penurunan nilai tekanan sumbu X terendah terjadi pada ulir 12 sebesar 63%. Sedangkan tekanan pada sumbu Y terjadi penurunan sebesar 27% pada pegas ulir 12. Penurunan nilai tekanan pada sumbu Z tertinggi terjadi sebesar 34% pada pegas ulir 12 dibanding pegas ulir 11

    Kontrol Kestabilan Kapal Autonomous Submarine Surface Vehicle Dengan Metode Fuzzy logic

    The Autonomous Submarine Surface Vehicle is a type of unmanned underwater vehicle. When the ship performs maneuvers, there are large Pitch and Roll motions. This research aims to control the stability of the Autonomous Submarine Surface Vehicle with Fuzzy. The first process is taking Pitch and Roll data followed by the Fuzzification process to change input data with firm values into Fuzzy values. The next stage is Inference by using the rules (if – then) and the Deffuzification process to change the results of the inference stage into output values. The last is the process of stabilizing the ship with a Thruster dc motor. When the system is activated, it has a time of 0.518 seconds faster to steady state than the deactivated system with a roll tilt of (plus) 11°. On the roll tilt of (plus) 20° the highest PWM rotation is 1600µs with a time of 9,342 seconds to steady state and the roll tilt is (plus) 11° with the highest PWM of 1500µs with a time of 4,335 seconds. Based on this research, the Fuzzy Method can control the stability of the Autonomous Submarine Surface Vehicle ship. &nbsp

    Oil reserves are increasingly decreasing in line with the use of non-renewable fossil fuels. One of the renewable energy sources is biomass. Some of the advantages of biomass briquettes are that they are environmentally friendly, more economical, and have better efficiency than coal briquettes. Eucalyptus leaves and stems (M. leucadendron) are the example of the biomass wastes that can be utilized as raw material for briquettes. The objectives of this research are to : Examine the fabrication of biobriquettes from the waste leaves and stems of eucalyptus (M. leucadendron); Examine the effect of the ratio of eucalyptus leaf and stem waste and adhesive on the characteristics of biobriquettes; Examine the effect of carbonization temperature of eucalyptus leaf and stem waste on the characteristics of biobriquettes; and Examine the effect of carbonization time of eucalyptus leaf and stem waste on the characteristics of biobriquettes. The biobriquettes fabrication process starts with the preparation of raw materials (drying), carbonization of biomass with a furnace, mixing raw materials with tapioca flour as adhesive, molding dough, and drying. Variable 6 with leaves and stems ratio is 5:1, with carbonization temperature of 800°C and carbonization time of an hour produces the best biobriquette product of water content 2.21 % and ash content 25.08%

    Public welfare is measured one of which is from public health which is supported through hospital health services, the amount of liquid waste produced. Liquid waste or hospital wastewater can cause environmental pollution. Therefore, it is necessary to treat waste using a Wastewater Treatment Plant (WTP). The purpose of this study was to determine the wastewater content after treatment through WTP with wastewater quality analysis at the Gerbang Sehat Mahulu Hospital at Long Bagun District, Mahakam Ulu Regency. The stages of research carried out are field observations, collecting wastewater samples from WTP output of Mahulu Healthy Gate Hospital and analysis of wastewater content in the laboratory including pH, BOD, TSS, oil and fat, and total coliform. The results of liquid waste are adjusted to the Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia (RI) No.68 of 2016. From the results of the study, the value of the quality content of liquid waste with parameters of pH, BOD, TSS, oil, and fat and the total coliform has been below the standard quality so that it is suitable for release to the environment

    Pengaruh Variasi Konsentrasi H3PO4 Sebagai Zat Aktivator Terhadap Karakteristik Karbon Aktif dari Sekam Padi

    Rice husk is an organic material that has a high lignocellulosic content so it has the potential to be turned into activated carbon. One method of making activated carbon is activation with a phosphoric acid activator (H3PO4). The purpose of this research was to study the effect of varying concentrations of H3PO4 as an activator on the characteristics of rice husk-activated carbon. The characterization refers to SNI 06-3730-1995 regarding the technical quality requirements of activated charcoal. Activation of rice husk carbon was carried out by contacting the carbon with H3PO4 for 24 hours and shaking it. The H3PO4 consisted of 3 concentration variations, namely 4M, 6M, and 8M. From the research results, the water content was 3.936%; 4.037%; 4.070%, the absorption of iodine has met the character of activated charcoal according to SNI, namely 1217.204 mg/g; 1204.255 mg/g; 1184.832 mg/g while the ash content value does not meet the SNI standard, which is still above 10%. The highest adsorption capacity and adsorption efficiency could be activated with 8M H3PO4, namely 22.42 mg/g and 89.68%. IR spectra on activated carbon with three variations of H3PO4 concentration showed the presence of aromatic C-H, C=C, and C-O anhydride functional groups.Sekam padi merupakan bahan organik yang mempunyai kandungan lignoselulosa yang tinggi sehingga berpotensi untuk dibuat karbon aktif.. Salah satu metode pembuatan karbon aktif adalah aktivasi dengan aktivator  asam phospat (H3PO4). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pengaruh variasi konsentrasi H3PO4 sebagai aktivator terhadap karakteristik karbon aktif dari sekam padi. Karakterisasi mengacu pada  SNI 06-3730-1995 mengenai persyaratan kualitas teknis arang aktif. Aktivasi karbon sekam padi dilakukan dengan mengkontakkan karbon dengan H3PO4 selama 24 jam sambil dilakukan penggojokan. H3PO4 yang digunakan  terdiri dari 3 variasi konsentrasi  yaitu  4M, 6M dan 8 M . Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil kadar air, daya serap iodine sudah memenuhi karakter arang aktif sesuai SNI sedangkan nilai kadar abu belum memenuhi standar SNI. Sedangkan kapasitas adsorbsi dan efisiensi adsorbsi tertinggi di dapat aktivasi dengan H3PO4 8M. Spektra IR pada karbon aktif dengan ketiga variasi konsentrasi H3PO4 menunjukkan adanya gugus fungsi  C-H aromatik, C=C dan C-O anhidrida

    Along with the development of smartphones, Augmented Reality technology has begun to be used as a medium of interaction, although it has not been properly implemented and applied as a supporting medium. The use of still image objects in textbooks can make students tend to be more passive and less interactive because media images are unable to provide a reciprocal response. In science subjects, there is solar system material regarding planet recognition. Props are needed as learning media because the object of observation from the planet is too large. Several props are used as imitations of the planets, such as the use of drawing paper, audio, and video. The purpose of this research is to make a breakthrough in the use of Augmented Reality technology to support media for understanding planet recognition material by creating digital teaching aids that can be installed on smartphone devices. The MDLC method is an alternative method for developing multimedia applications that are easy to understand. The results of the test show that the application can function as expected, where each planetary marker that has been made can be recognized properly according to the intended planetary object.Metode pembelajaran yang digunakan pada materi pengenalan planet dalam tata surya saat ini masih menggunakan metode tekstual dimana dalam menyampaikan materi hanya menggunakan buku teks bergambar tanpa disertai praktek maupun pengamatan terhadap objek secara langsung. Cara seperti ini akan membuat siswa cenderung menjadi pasif serta kurang dapat berinteraksi aktif karena media gambar kurang terlihat nyata, kurang menarik, serta tidak mampu memberikan respon timbal balik. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan media bantu dalam proses belajar yang menarik dan interaktif, seperti halnya aplikasi media pembelajaran. Dengan memanfaatkan dan menerapkan teknologi augmented reality dalam pengaplikasian media pembelajaran dapat membantu siswa dalam memahami objek dan material pembentuk planet dalam bentuk 3D. Metode pengembangan aplikasi yang digunakan adalah Multimedia Development Life Cycle ( MDLC).     Klasifikasi Opini Publik di Twitter Terhadap Bakal Calon Presiden Indonesia Tahun 2024 Menggunakan LSTM Secara Realtime Berbasis Website

    The analysis of public opinions from Indonesian netizens regarding the potential presidential candidates for Indonesia in 2024 on Twitter is challenging. Human-based classification of the candidates on Twitter has limitations as it requires expertise and a considerable amount of time to process the data. Therefore, a system that provides realtime visualization of public opinion classification is necessary. Previous research only focused on model evaluation, while this study aims to implement the best model on a website. The objective of this research is to develop a system for monitoring the Twitter-based public opinion classification of the potential presidential candidates for Indonesia in 2024 within specific time frames. The training process utilizes the LSTM method, resulting in a model with an accuracy of 76%. Parameters such as batch size, dropout, and learning rate were tested. The data used in this study was obtained by crawling Twitter using the keywords Ganjar Pranowo, Anies Baswedan, and Prabowo Subianto. The LSTM model was then implemented in a website-based system that generates a dashboard with features such as a color-coded map displaying the highest levels of positive sentiment for each candidate in each province, the overall classification count for each candidate, and filters for sentiment classification based on province and specific time frames. Banyaknya opini publik warganet Indonesia terkait bakal calon presiden Indonesia 2024 di media sosial Twitter sulit dianalisis. Penentuan klasifikasi oleh manusia membutuhkan tenaga ahli dan waktu lama. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem visualisasi klasifikasi opini publik secara realtime. Penelitian sebelumnya hanya berakhir di evaluasi model, sedangkan penelitian ini berusaha menerapkan model terbaik pada website. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menciptakan sistem memantau klasifikasi opini publik Twitter terhadap bakal calon presiden Indonesia 2024. Proses training menggunakan metode LSTM, menghasilkan model dengan akurasi 76%. Parameter yang diuji antara lain batch size, dropout, dan learning rate. Data berasal dari crawling Twitter dengan kata kunci Ganjar Pranowo, Anies Baswedan, dan Prabowo Subianto.     Natural resources (SDA) are wealth that not every country in the world has. Natural Resources are divided into several parts according to their classification, including Mineral Resources. Mineral Resources are natural resources that contain minerals and mining materials that have economic value. The materials contained therein are usually used as high-value production materials, this is what causes mineral resources to sometimes be used inefficiently. One of the mineral resources in Indonesia is in Central Java Province, precisely in the city of Semarang, which is commonly known as "Brown Canyon". The "Brown Canyon" area is rich in natural mineral resources which are ultimately used by the community as work land in the form of mining, on the other hand, "Brown Canyon" is also used as a natural tourist attraction. The mineral content in the form of sand and stone in this area has a promising economic value for the surrounding community, but behind this economic value the existing content or reserves are not yet fully known. In this research the author will analyze the current conditions of the "Brown Canyon" area, especially in terms of the availability of mineral resources in the area using qualitative and survey methods. The results of the calculation of mineral reserves were obtained at 1,918,800 tons. Mineral reserves in the form of stone and sand in Brown Canyon will be exhausted within 17 years with annual mineral resource extraction of 108,000 tons

    Investigation of Exhaust Emissions Combustion Characteristics in Single Spark Ignition-Engine Matic with Butanol-Gasoline Mixture

    Butanol as a fuel has a high oxygen content, so the combustion process will be more friendly to the environment. In this study, butanol will be mixed with RON-90 gasoline with a capacity of 5% (B5); 7%(B7); 10%(B10); 12%(B12); 15%(B15) and 18%(B18). The engine used is an automatic transmission with a capacity of 109.5cc with a compression ratio of 9.5:1. The test equipment for engine performance and exhaust emissions is the 50L BRT Super-Dyno and EPSG4 Gas Analyzer. The results showed that using B18 fuel for CO exhaust emissions decreased by 44% at an engine speed of 6000rpm. CO2 exhaust emissions have decreased by 47% at 8000rpm engine speed. HC exhaust emissions have decreased by 28% at 9000rpm engine speed. Pada penelitian ini butanol akan dicampurkan dengan bensin RON-90 dengan kapasitas 5%(B5); 7%(B7);  10%(B10); 12%(B12); 15%(B15) dan 18%(B18). mesin yang digunakan adalah transmisi matic kapasitas 109.5cc dengan rasio kompresi 9.5:1. Alat uji performa mesin dan emisi gas buang yang digunakan adalah 50L BRT Super-Dyno dan  EPSG4 Gas Analyzer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan bahan bakar B18 untuk emisi gas buang CO mengalami penurunan 44% pada kecepatan mesin 6000rpm. Emisi gas buang CO2 mengalami penurunan sebesar 47% pada kecepatan mesin 8000rpm. Emisi gas buang HC mengalami penurunan sebesar 28% pada putaran mesin 9000rpm. Berbeda dengan emisi gas buang NOx yang mengalami peningkatan sebesar 22% pada putaran mesin 9000rpm, hal tersebut disebabkan oleh temperatur diruang bakar semakin meningkat

    Medical waste management is one of the important things in handling the Covid-19 pandemic. Depok City is one of the areas of West Java Province in Indonesia which in the spread of Covid 19 is in the 5 (five) highest positions. The purpose of this research is the management of infectious waste before and during the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a qualitative method. Stages of research is the identification of performance and assessment of the performance of the management of infectious waste using the Balanced Scorecard method, identification plan management strategies using the SWOT method and prioritizing the implementation of the strategy with the method Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM). The results showed that the infectious waste generation at the Depok City Hospital during the Covid-19 pandemic increased to 2.75 tons per year. The hospital has made efforts to reduce and sort out, but the obstacles faced during the sorting process are the limited number of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) so that it can increase the risk of transmitting Covid-19 to officers and the absence of cold storage in the Temporary Disposal of Hazardous and Toxic Materials. (TPS B3). The Depok City Regional General Hospital (RSUD) has collaborated with third parties who have permits from the government. The most influential strategy that can be carried out by hospitals is to improve waste management facilities and infrastructure and strengthen SOPs with waste management parties
