Designing The Estimation of The Need for Spare Parts and Inventory Policy on The D32 CP8 Compressor Machine
Based on damage data owned by PT XYZ, the compressor engine that has a history of high damage is the D32 CP8 Compressor Engine. Critical components of the D32 CP 8 Compressor are determined using a risk matrix. The critical components selected from the D32 CP8 Compressor Engine are Screw Motor, Refrigerant Air Cooler, and Cylinder Bearing Oil Cooler. This study uses the Reliability Centered Spares (RCS), Min-Max Stock, and Reorder Point (ROP) methods. The data collection and processing results obtained the need for critical components in the next 1 year based on the MTTF critical component data. These calculations show that the value of the required spare parts for the Motor Screw, Refrigerant Air Conditioner, and Cylinder Bearing Oil Cooler in a year is 8 components. The minimum Stock of the Screw Motor is 3 components, the maximum stock is 8 components, ReOrder Point point is 4 components. The minimum stock of 4 component air coolers, maximum stock of 7 components, ReOrder Point when 3 components. The minimum stock of a Cylindrical Bearing Oil Cooler is 2 components, the maximum stock is 6 components, and the ReOrder Point is when there are 2 components.Berdasarkan data kerusakan yang dimiliki PT XYZ, mesin kompresor yang memiliki riwayat kerusakan tinggi adalah Mesin Kompresor D32 CP8. Komponen kritis dari Kompresor D32 CP 8 ditentukan menggunakan matriks risiko. Komponen kritis yang dipilih dari Mesin Kompresor D32 CP8 adalah Motor Sekrup, Pendingin Udara Refrigeran, dan Pendingin Oli Bantalan Silinder. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Reliability Centered Spares (RCS), Min-Max Stock, dan Reorder Point (ROP). Hasil pendataan dan pengolahan yang dilakukan didapatkan kebutuhan komponen kritis dalam 1 tahun ke depan berdasarkan data komponen kritis MTTF. Dari perhitungan tersebut diperoleh nilai kebutuhan suku cadang Motor Sekrup, Pendingin Udara Refrigeran, dan Pendingin Oli Bantalan Silinder dalam setahun adalah 8 komponen. Stock minimum Screw Motor adalah 3 komponen, stock maksimum 8 komponen, ReOrder Point point bila 4 komponen. Pengaruh Pemadatan Dua-arah Penekanan terhadap Densitas dan Kekerasan AMC diperkuat Serbuk Silikon Dioksida
The compaction method of powder metallurgy technology is an important process in influencing the density and hardness of the resulting product. This study aims to determine the effect of a one-way compaction method compared to a two-way compaction method on the density and hardness of the resulting composite product. The experimental method for making aluminum matrix composites with silica sand reinforcement applies a compaction pressure of 4500 Psi. Mixing utilizing mechanical alloying used a horizontal ball mill machine. The density test refers to the Archimedes principle with the ASTM B962-17 standard, while the Rockwell Brinel hardness test uses the ASTM E110-14 standard. The results of the sample density test of the two-way compaction method of compaction showed a higher value compared to the sample density of the one-way compaction results, respectively; values of 2.132 g/cm3 and 2.119 g/cm3. The hardness value of the sample resulting from two-way compression compaction also has a higher value than the sample hardness resulting from one-way compression compaction, respectively; worth 43.67 HRB and 36.78 HRB. Furthermore, based on the results of microstructural analysis, the interlocking bonding occurs in composite samples with two-way compaction. It is also better than the interlocking mechanical bonding in composite samples resulting from one-way compaction
Analisis Potensi Pencemaran Airtanah di Daerah Dok IV Kota Jayapura
Groundwater contamination is a threat that can endanger human health. Therefore, correct information is needed on the sources of groundwater used by the community. Seeing the development of the community around the Dok IV area which is very rapid and the use of groundwater which is quite large, it is necessary to carry out an investigation regarding groundwater in this area. This groundwater investigation aims to describe the hydrogeological conditions, to determine the chemical elements that are the pollutant load in groundwater and to determine the potential for seawater intrusion. The research method used is the hydrogeological mapping method, namely analysis of recharge and recharge areas, analysis of hydraulic slopes and well geometry. The subsurface investigation uses the subsurface estimation method with Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR). For chemical investigations carried out by taking groundwater samples and analyzing them at the Jayapura regional health laboratory.The results found showed that there were several chemical elements that exceeded the quality standard values. TDS increased in wells 1 and 2, iron increased in well 4, fecal coli in well 1 and coliform in all wells. Based on empirical calculations, the water absorption in this place is 4,069,391.723 m3. The presence of seawater is at a depth of 30 m, so it has not had an intrusive effect on groundwater
Studi Optimalisasi Rute Pengangkutan Sampah Stationary Container System Berbasis Sistem Informasi Geospasial (SIG) di Kecamatan Balikpapan Timur
Waste transportation in East Balikpapan District currently does not have an effective waste transportation route, this has resulted in not optimal waste transportation, which is indicated by the large amount of waste accumulated at the TPS. Based on these problems, East Balikpapan requires optimizing waste management, especially in waste transportation, to reduce the accumulation of waste in TPS, which can cause environmental pollution. The research procedure used is to optimize the Waste transportation route in the East Balikpapan District using a qualitative descriptive method. Through this method, this research can improve the waste transportation system at the research location by providing improvements that are modelled using Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Determination of the most effective transportation route will be adjusted to the condition of the road being traversed, the distance travelled and the speed of the vehicle in the waste transportation process as well as the time it takes for the SCS (stationary container system) system to transport waste. Based on the existing conditions, transporting two dump trucks takes 7 hours, and one dump truck takes 6 hours and 30 minutes, with a distance of 69 km, 68 km and 104 km. The distance and time for transporting waste under existing conditions can be optimized with alternative routes, optimization results for the three dump truck fleets, namely the distance of 68 km with a time of 6 hours, a distance of 46 km in 5 hours and a distance of 68 km with a time of 5 hours in 2 trips per day
Peningkatan Kosakata Bahasa Inggris Melalui Games Bagi Siswa SMA Negeri 1 Penebel
Vocabulary is an essential element in learning English. However, many students experience problems in learning English vocabulary. One of the factors that cause student\u27s lack of vocabulary mastery is the lack of variety in the learning methods. Therefore, this community service activity aims to improve English vocabulary mastery and foster the motivation of grade 11 students at SMAN 1 Penebel. English training using games provided a new atmosphere in class. The students seemed enthusiastic during the learning process. In addition to increasing English vocabulary, games can also develop student\u27s ability to work in teams, train memory and concentration, and improve their English skills. The evaluation results through the Google form showed that the average score for the vocabulary quiz students worked on at the end of the training was 91.43. Based on the result, it can be concluded that the student\u27s understanding of the vocabulary being taught is quite high
A Survey of Applications of Blockchain in Collective Decision-Making Scenarios in Swarm Robotics
Blockchain is a distributed ledger that was introduced to decentralize monetary systems. However, with time, the applications of blockchain in different realms have been identified. Swarm robotics is a field that combines swarm intelligence and robotics to solve real-world problems that cannot be solved by monolithic robots. Collective decision-making is one of the major behaviors implemented by swarm robotics. This study analyzes existing literature on the applications of blockchain in the collective decision-making scenarios in swarm robotics. Consequently, this study introduces a novel taxonomy to study the different applications effectively. The taxonomy categorizes existing literature into (i) application of blockchain in other areas of swarm robotics, (ii) application of blockchain in continuous collective decision-making scenarios, (iii) application of blockchain in discrete collective decision-making scenarios, (iv) application of blockchain in other discrete collective decision-making scenarios, and (v) application of blockchain in the collective perception scenario. Finally, the limitations of existing work such as excessive resource consumption and violation of swarm robotics principles are discussed

Alat pemantau energi adalah alat yang digunakan untuk memantau arus, tegangan dan daya listrik. Sebagian besar orang belum mengenal teknologi ini dan saat ini tidak ada fitur untuk membatasi penggunaan energi listrik. Pembuatan alat pemantau energi bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah penggunaan energi yang berlebihan dengan menciptakan perangkat pemantauan serta pengatur batas konsumsi energi listrik. Perangkat ini mampu memantau penggunaan arus, voltase, daya, dan energi, dan pengguna dapat mengatur konsumsi energinya melalui aplikasi seluler. Alat ini menggunakan modul bluetooth yang dapat dikontrol dengan mudah oleh pengguna. Beberapa komponen utama untuk membuat alat ini adalah Arduino Mega 2560, PZEM-004T. Pada hasil pengujian alat pemantau energi diperoleh pembacaan multimeter dan pengukuran PZEM dengan tegangan rata-rata 0,88 V, dengan selisih rata-rata 0,31 A pada pengukuran arus

Substitusi Terigu dengan Tepung Kernel Biji Mangga pada Produksi Cookies
Mango seed kernel flour contains high carbohydrates, besides that it also contains almost equal levels of protein and fat, so it has the potential to be used as a substitute for wheat flour in making cookies. This study examined the effects of tape yeast and tempeh yeast at concentrations of 1%, 2% and 3% and fermentation times of 15, 28 and 41 h, so there were 18 experimental units. The best results were obtained by using 2% tempeh yeast for 41 hours, namely 7.18% protein. Further optimization of the fermentation process study gave optimum results in the fermentation process of 2.23% tempeh yeast in 500 g of mango seed kernel flour for 41,04 h. Under these processing conditions, mango seed kernel flour can be produced with a protein content of 7.24%. Furthermore, for the application of fermented mango seed kernel flour as a substitute for wheat flour in making cookies, the best results were obtained at a ratio of 30% mango kernel flour and 70% wheat flour based on the taste and aroma of the cookies product. Substitution of wheat with mango kernel flour is only feasible organoleptically at a maximum level of 30%
