    RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM SOLAR CHARGING STATION BERBASIS ARDUINO MEGA2560 DILENGKAPI PEMBATASAN DAYA BEBAN

    The widespread use of smartphones in public places has driven the adoption of power banks as a solution for power needs. However, power banks have several drawbacks. To address these needs in public places, charger station systems have been widely implemented, including solar panel-based charger stations as their power source. These developments have also extended to commercial applications, allowing the use of charger station facilities in public places to be subject to specific charges. In this study, a solar charger station system with coin-operated payment for electricity was developed. Additionally, for system security, a feature was added to limit the current flow to the load to a specific amount. The charger station was built using several components, including solar panels, solar charge controllers, and batteries, which are integrated to produce electricity. An inverter is used to convert DC current into AC current, which is then connected to electrical terminals via a solid-state relay switch. Arduino Uno is used to control the electrical connection from the inverter to the terminal through the solid-state relay based on data from the coin acceptor and the PZEM-004T sensor. An LCD is also used to display information required by the users. The test results showed that the solar charger station system could successfully charge smartphones using 1,000-rupiah coins with a 100% success rate. With a rate of 1,000 rupiahs per 40Wh, the charger station system can disconnect the power supply to each load after consuming 40Wh of electricity.     In an era of rapid technological development, the challenges facing the industrial sector in terms of automation continue to increase. Robotics is now present as one of the solutions and continues to be the focus of various studies. Mobile robots, with different numbers and types of wheels, are one of the types that are being widely researched to meet automation needs. One innovation that is attracting attention is the use of mecanum wheels, which provide omnidirectional motion capabilities that are far superior to conventional wheels. This research develops a control system for the DC motor used in the mecanum wheel mobile robot. This control design aims to provide precision in controlling the speed and direction of the robot\u27s motion. By applying the PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) control technique, the system is able to optimally regulate the speed of each DC motor on all four wheels, allowing the robot to move smoothly in all directions. This research produces a PID controlled DC motor with a rise time of less than 15 seconds and PID parameters of Kp = 10, Ki = 0.5 and Kd = 2. The generated parameters can be used to control the speed of DC motors on mobile robots with mecanum wheels

    Analisis Pengaruh Penambahan Serbuk Pelepah Kelapa Sawit Pada Komposit Berbasis Semen Untuk Peredam Panas

    In palm oil plantations, the fruit and empty bunches are usually used, while waste such as oil palm fronds (PKS) is often disregarded. However, pruned PKS can be utilized in the production of environmentally friendly building materials that serve as heat insulators. PKS waste can be used as an additional aggregate to create eco-friendly bricks by grinding it into powder and mixing it with sand and cement. A multilevel factorial experimental design was used to vary the percentage of PKS powder and the sand-cement ratio. The analysis results showed that the addition of PKS powder significantly improved heat insulation, resulting in a temperature reduction of up to 19.54°C in a mixture containing 20% PKS powder and a sand-cement ratio of 2:1. The percentage of PKS powder also significantly influenced heat insulation capacity, with an F-value of 7.0 compared to an F-table value of 3.88. Additionally, the interaction between the sand-cement ratio and the percentage of PKS powder had an F-value of 19.56, indicating a solid impact on heat insulation capability

    The increasing popularity of e-commerce poses a new challenge to provide customers with a more personalized and effective shopping experience. In situations like this, product recommendations are very important to increase consumer satisfaction and increase sales. Using Random Forest and Boosting ensemble techniques, this research introduces a method for e-commerce product recommendation based on user review analysis. The Aim is to test the Random Forest algorithm with several boosting techniques for ensemble learning. The results show that the Random Forest method combined with the Xgboost technique can provide product recommendations that are 87.25% more accurate and relevant than other boosting techniques. In precision analysis, Random Forest-XGBoost achieved a higher accuracy of 90% compared to other boosting techniques. Additionally, the combined use of Boosting and Random Forest techniques improves the model\u27s performance in handling complexity and variation in e-commerce product reviews

    Corn husks contain a significant amount of cellulose, which contributes to enhancing mechanical properties as a reinforcing material in composites, including FML composites. Several studies on composites have shown that corn husk fibers can significantly improve bending strength due to cellulose\u27s strong microfibril structure, which enhances the material\u27s strength and rigidity. In this study, corn husk fibers are used as reinforcement to investigate the effect of varying fiber volume fractions on the bending strength of polyester matrix FML composites. The method employed is hand lay-up, with the composite structure consisting of 1100 aluminum skin, woven roving fiberglass fibers, and natural corn husk fibers. The volume fraction variations used are 5%, 15%, 25%, and 35%. Test results show that bending strength increases with the increase in corn husk fiber volume fraction but decreases at a 35% volume fraction. The highest bending strength is achieved at a 25% corn husk fiber volume fraction, with a value of 108.84 MPa

    Widarapayung Wetan Village was designated as an innovation village by the Cilacap Regency Innovation Village Determination which is located in Binangun District, Cilacap Regency. The main potential of Widarapayung Wetan Village is in the tourism sector, such as Widarapayung Beach and the pioneering tourist village. The facilities that have been built and already exist in this pilot tourism village are an art performance stage, pavilion, gazebo, gamelan instruments, plantation land, and rice fields. One of the pioneering developments of tourist villages is the development of educational tourism. This community service activity applies appropriate technology by developing water pump technology for irrigating rice fields using solar energy. Apart from irrigating rice fields, this solar-powered water pump technology is also used for educational tourism at the Widarapayung Wetan tourism village pilot, especially in the field of utilizing new and renewable energy. The stages of work carried out included surveying the installation site, designing and manufacturing a solar water pump system, system installation at the installation site, operational trials of pumps, and operational training and pump maintenance.     This study raises the title of the development of android-based interactive learning media on computer assembly material at SMK Negeri 1 Lolayan. Based on the observations and interviews, several problems were found in learning computer assembly material, including teachers still using PowerPoint learning media that is only text-based. During the practicum, one of the computers used was damaged. This is due to limited knowledge and inadequate facilities, resulting in teachers\u27 lack of innovation and creativity in developing learning media, which makes it difficult for students to understand the material. This study aims to develop android-based interactive learning media on Computer Assembly material for class X TKJ students at SMK Negeri 1 Lolayan and test the feasibility of interactive learning media through material and media expert feasibility tests and determine the practicality of learning media through respondent trials (students/users). The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The results of this study were obtained from feasibility testing by material experts, who obtained an average value of ‘138’ with the criteria ‘Very Feasible.’ The results of feasibility testing by media experts obtained an average value of ‘120’ with the criteria ‘very Feasible,’ and the results of testing student response responses obtained an average value of ‘101’ with the criteria ‘Very Feasible’.     Trainer merupakan alat peraga yang biasanya digunakan untuk kegiatan pembelajaran, alat peraga tersebut digunakan sebagai simulasi praktikum. Trainer digunakan untuk mejelaskan simulasi cara kerja suatu proses alat melalui sebuah prototype alat fisik yang dapat di uji coba langsung. Trainner ini dibutuhkan karena dalam proses pembelajaran membutuhkan simulasi situasi nyata agar dapat memahami situasi nyata dan juga bisa berinteraksi langsung dengan konsep yang diajarkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memonitoring tegangan, arus dan daya yang dihasilkan oleh simulasi pembangkit DC sistem 24 volt dengan menggunakan website google spreadsheet. Dari pengambilan data tersebut dapat dinyatakan bahwa tingkat ketelitian pembacaan sensor terdapat selisih berbeda dengan alat ukur. Namun untuk selisihnya yang dihasilnya masih dalam batas toleransi. Untuk perbandingan eror antara perhitungan sensor tegangan dan sensor arus dengan alat ukur mempunyai selisih rata rata eror untuk tegangan dengan beban lampu 200 watt sebesar 14,7 % dan rata-rata eror pada arus sebesar 1,75 %

    Sistem Monitoring Suhu Tubuh dan Volume Cairan Intravena Pada Pasien Rawat Inap

    Penggunaan terapi cairan intravena membutuhkan pengawasan yang ketat. Oleh sebab itu, proses penggantian cairan intravena yang telah mencapai batas minimum harus dilakukan secara tepat dan cepat, sehingga tidak mengakibatkan keterlambatan penggantian cairan intravena. Rentang rata-rata suhu normal pada tempat pengukuran suhu aksila adalah 34,7-37,3°C. Suhu tubuh yang meningkat dari rentang suhu normal disebut demam, yang mana harus memerlukan penanganan cepat dan selalu terpantau perubahan suhunya. Sistem ini menggunakan dua Panel Monitoring Pasien dan satu Panel Monitoring Perawat yang masing-masing menggunakan Arduino Mega 2560 sebagai mikrokontrolernya, sensor suhu DS18B20 dan sensor load cell, serta NRF24L01+ sebagai modul komunikasi nirkabel. Masing-masing panel monitoring terdapat LED sebagai indikator saat suhu tubuh pasien melebihi 37,3°C dan volume cairan intravena dibawah 30ml. Sensor load cell membaca nilai volume dengan akurat, sedangkan sensor suhu DS18B20 memiliki persentase error sebesar 0,47-0,52%. Panel monitoring pasien dapat memonitoring secara real time dan mengirim data suhu, dan volume cairan intravena pasien ke panel monitoring perawat. Panel monitoring perawat dilengkapi dengan buzzer untuk alarm setiap pukul 08.00, 12.00, 17.00 dan 21.00 serta LED indikator volume dan suhu. Komunikasi nirkabel antara node sensor dengan node master dapat berkomunikasi dengan optimal pada rentang jarak 1 sampai 12 meter dengan dinding tembok sebagai penghalan

    Motor induksi tiga fasa umum diaplikasikan di industri. Strukturnya yang sederhana, konstruksinya kuat, dan tahan lama merupakan keunggulan dari motor induksi. Ketidakseimbangan tegangan dan arus dapat menyebabkan penurunan performa motor induksi. Pemantauan tegangan dan arus dibutuhkan untuk mengantisipasi masalah tersebut. Penelitian ini merancang NETMOTOR (network-enabled three-phase motor performance recorder) yang merupakan alat pemantauan tegangan dan arus. Analisis performa NETMOTOR diuji. Teknologi internet of things (IoT) digunakan pada penelitian ini. Akses dan transfer data berbasis IoT, data hasil pengukuran tegangan dan arus terekam secara real-time di web ThingSpeak. Pengujian NETMOTOR dilakukan pada pengukuran tegangan dan arus di beberapa variasi metode pengasutan motor. Hasil rata-rata pengukuran arus dibandingkan dengan clamp meter Krisbow KW0600286, terdapat selisih sebesar 4,32%. Hasil rata-rata pengukuran tegangan fasa ke netral dibandingkan dengan voltmeter Kyoritsu 1009, terdapat selisih sebesar 0,43 %.
