Get PDFThis study identify and analyze the performance of employees in the sales department PT. Nungguan Biotek Indonesia Gending regarding how employees can work the best and the more over have a high motivation to get the job done in the presence of incentives. Then the study of demonstrate the significance of the effect of incentives on performance of employees. The descriptive analysis was used to analyze data that contains the distribution items of each variable,also a simple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The result of simple linear regression and partial regression analysis demonstrated that influance simultaneous incentive variable (X) to employee performance (Y) indicated by the value of R Square equal to 0.266. This figure shows that the simultaneous variable incentives (X) used in the regression equation is to contribute to the employee’s performance (Y) 26.6%, while the remaining 73.4% is influenced by other variables such as leadership and others. It concluded that significant and positive of the effect of incentives partially on the performance of employees in the sales department PT. Nungguan Biotek Indonesia Gending

Get PDFThe aim with this study was to see how motivation affects employee productivity as well as to determine which variable most dominant influence on the productivity of employees at the Regional Water Company Probolinggo. Problems which is faced by the company whether the motivation affects the productivity of employees, especially in the Regional Water Company of Probolinggo and which variables are the most dominant influence on the productivity of employees at the Regional Water Company of Probolinggo. From the results of the regression analysis showed that five variables work motivation to work productivity, the obtained physiological needs (X1) = 0.699, needs to security (X2) = 0720, social needs (X3) = 0706, the need for achievement (X4) = 0677, the need for selfactualization (X5) = 0.542. While most dominant variable affecting the productivity of employees is the need for security by 0720. There is the influence of motivation and partially significant effect seen from the five attributes, namely the physiological needs for value thitung (2540), the need for security for value (3869), social needs for value (3163), the need for achievement for value (2294), self-actualization needs to value (3127). and together affect work productivity seen from Ftable value of (54 490)

This study aims to determine the effect of educational background and motivation of teachers to teach to stress teaching in early childhood education (ECD), which is located in the city of Probolinggo. Contributions background of teacher education and teaching motivation was instrumental to the high stress of teaching the teachers, because by knowing the cause of the stress of teaching will be useful to reduce violence against students. This research is quantitative comparative, ex post facto with survey data retrieval at any early childhood teachers in Probolinggo in 2014. Data were analyzed using Anova 2 T test track and research design Treatment By Level 2 x 2. The results showed that teachers with early childhood education background and highly motivated graduates (= 37 and s = 5.12) lower stress than teachers with educational background in early childhood education graduates and non low motivation (= 51 and s = 6.8). so that the necessary background behind belakng ECD graduates to become early childhood teachers, but it is also necessary motivation to teach

In the face of materialism that is sweeping the world today, it needs to be revived spiritualism. Here Sufism with noble teachings of spirituality and morality can play an important role. In the world of Sufism, known by the term makrifah. Epistemologically, makrifah is a science in which there is no doubt whatsoever, he not only protected from all doubt, but also free from any errors and mistakes. This is the “knowledge” that is true, the true reality, atau kebenaran intrinsic built based on perfect belief (Haqq al-Yaqin). Makrifah menurut al-Ghazali ialah “ knowing the secret and rules that consist of the entities”. Makrifah places in the idea of Sufism al-Ghazali not just limited to the recognition of God, but also include the introduction of all His statutes for all creatures. Makrifah, as knowledge essential and reassuring, did not come easily but through struggle (alMujahadah) and exercise (al-Riyadah) heavy, demanding patience and it took a long time to pass through several stations (al-maqamat) and grace God is the impact of the station (al-Maqam) that has beenachieved. This is the path that must be taken by every person who wants to achieve makrifah. According Al-Ghazali, makrifah can not pass the sensory experience and can not be achieved through understanding but through nur of God as Sufi experience. From here revealed all reality that can not be captured by the senses and can not be reached by reason (ratio). To obtain ma’rifah it is a process that is continuous. The more a Sufi obtain ma’rifah of God, the more he knows about the secret of God and he was getting close to God. However, obtaining a perfect ma’rifah of God is not possible for humans is limited (finite), while Godis (infinitife). As for the goal of a Sufi is to meet with God. This is the pleasure that may never be known by anyone other than Allah SWT. If it has been reached, delete all the hardship and the whole desire for heart drowning in pleasure to meet with him. Had thrown into hell, he would not feel the pain of the punishment of hell because she had drowned in that enjoyment. And if offered to him the pleasures of heaven, he will notcare about him because he has reached the highest pleasure and perfect, which no longer higher enjoyment thereof. Al-Ghazali said that it isso difficult to reveal the nature of reality makrifah; ordinary language is not enough to be able to express it appropriately and it is difficult towrite.
