Get PDFKartosuwiryo was known by many as the plagiarist of the Islamic State of Indonesia, on August 7, 1949 in West Java. Kartosuwiryo has a very complex movement, including the conception of politics, military and religion, even considered as a revolutionary way. Kartosuwiryo made Islam an ideology of politics, where according to him every political struggle must hold on to political faith, which is ideology and realistic. The military movement began when Kartosuwiryo formed the Suffah Institute, which became the forerunner of Hizbullah and Sabilillah soldiers. The emergence of the Indonesian Islamic State proclamation movement was the implementation of a Kartosuwiryo thought which contained the concept of hijrah and jihad. Basically this attitude aims at the PSII political foundation, which is sourced from the Qur'an and the Sunnah. This attitude contains, among others: First, contains devotion to God. Get PDFEra Industri 4.0 has prompted academics to be able to apply a technology in a learning. However, this condition is still not supported by the availability of learning media used in schools. Therefore, this study aims to describe the response of academics, to educational game in learning. Two hundred twenty one students and fifty-three teachers from Probolinggo were randomly allocated to be the subject of this study. The responses collected with non-test techniques, were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results indicated educational game gain a positive response and greatly needed by academics. Furthermore, this result can be followed up for media developers and researchers to test the educational game in learning

Pendidikan Islam sekarang ini dihadapkan pada tantangan kehidupan manusia modern. Dengan demikian, pendidikan Islam harus diarahkan pada kebutuhan perubahan masyarakat modern. No full textAs a method of Tafsir - in the context of classical science -, hermeneutics is used to solve, interpret and interpret the meanings contained in scriptures, jurisprudence, ancient documents and texts. Hermeneutics as a theory of interpretation will surely give birth to hetereutic products as operational-applications tafsirnya. Fazlur Rahman is one of contemporary Muslim thinkers using the hermeneutic approach in nash interpretation. He grew up in a strong family environment in holding religious teachings by adopting a system of schools against Imam Hanafi (Sunni) as a figure of mujtahid madhhab ulama with traditional-conventional Islamic thinking and developing his scholarship to Western world which influenced many modern-contemporary thinking patterns. Rahman's education with traditional and contemporary background is apparent in his ijtihad results by carrying on the Qur'an, systematic-interpretation and logical-synthesis approaches. Rahman's traditional-liberal form of thought can be understood from his superior theory of double movement theory which was launched in 1982 AD with his basic ideas and ideas about the fundamental differences between the legal aspects of the Qur'an and the ideal aspects of the moral al -Qur'an. The integration of an education system of the traditional system in the state of origin (Pakistan) with the modern system of philosophy while continuing its studies in the West (France) made Rahman consistent with the position of al-Qur'an and sunna as the source of the first and main Islamic teachings as a means to uncover the meaning of the text and messages of both mashdar al-hukm. Fazlur Rahman classified as a unique and prominent thinker of his time is very interesting to be studied. He grew up in Pakistan and expanded his science to France and then to Chicago Canada who was later invited by his local government to return to help in Pakistan. But his struggle in his birthplace did not last long which made Rahman have to move back to Chicago, Canada. It seems like this hijrah experience as a reference to make it easier to remind us of the popular hermeneutic theory which is also pacing or reciprocity between inductive and deductive ie double movement theory around text, context and contextualization

The society considers that the implementation of this sawah (paddy field) mortgage as an appropriate alternative and solution of financing. In fact, it often causes problems between both parties; despite it is completed with written evidence and witnesses in its implementation.The research problem in this study is: How is the practice of sawah (paddy field) mortgage in Tamanan district, Bondowoso regency. How is the practice of sawah (paddy field) mortgage in the perspective of sharia economic law. How are the solutions for the practice of sawah (paddy field) mortgage in Tamanan district, Bondowoso regency in the perspective of sharia economic law. The aim of this study is to describe the practice of sawah (paddy field) mortgage in Tamanan district, Bondowoso regency, to describe sawah (paddy field) mortgage in the perspective of sharia economic law and to describe the solutions for the practice of sawah (paddy field) mortgage in Tamanan district, Bondowoso Regency in the perspective of sharia economic law. This study is expected to provide beneficial input for the development of sharia economic law, so that it can enrich the body knowledge related to sawah (paddy field) mortgage. It is also hoped to give answers to the problems studied and considered as socialization among societies. This study applied qualitative research approach and a field case study was chosen as the research design. The data analysis was performed by using Miles and Huberman analysis model.The results showed that the practice of sawah (paddy field) mortgage in Tamanan district takes place for the reason of urgent need from the society themselves. It is based on the agreement of both parties, rahin and murtahin. The agreement is set forth in the letter of agreement, which rahin borrows money to murtahin with sawah (paddy field) as the bail. The utilization of marhun is handed over to murtahin based on the permission given by rahin until the due date of repayment. When the due date of repayment comes and rahin has not been able to pay off the money, so the utilization of marhun is still taken by murtahin. If it lasts for years and rahin still cannot pay the money, he can sell out the sawah (paddy field) to repay his debts. Based on the perspective of sharia economic law, the practice of sawah (paddy field) mortgage in Tamanan district, Bondowoso regency have fulfilled the elements of an akad (contract in Islam), in which the terms and conditions are agreed upon by both parties; rahin/mortgager and murtahin/sawah (paddy field) owner. The utilization of marhun is taken by murtahin based on the permission of rahin, but in the fact of its utilization, it still contains the element of riba (usury) taking advantages for years. The practice of sawah (paddy field) mortgage in Tamanan district, Bondowoso regency should apply the concept of bay 'al-wafa instead of rahn
