Get PDFThe territorial of Islamic dominion was become worth to be struggled in the past era of Islamic development. This circumstance divided the territorial of Islamic dominion in to dâr al-Islâm and dâr al-Harb. This divide has conceptualized a new Islamic exclusive school who has assumed that the infidels who have been in the non Islamic territorial could be battled. They think that every infidels look Moslems away and wish to battle them, even contrary, in the actually. This Islamic exclusive school also think that the governance must be led by Moslem and there is no chance for infidel to be a leader in all aspects of Islamic territorial government. The infidels always and still in the second class. Whatever, this classical thinking still alive in the mind (paradigm) of the present fiqh's scholars. If we remind to the Charter of Madinah, we can find that our prophet Muhammad never sub-ordinated the infidel. He made a charter where every Madinah's society had to obey the rules, there is no different between Moslem or infidel. In this contemporary time, where the system of territorial become a state, the sub-ordination to the infidel should be pushed away. The territorial today is stated by escaping the difference status between Moslem and infidel, because they have the same position and right to develop the state and live besides each other

Get PDFThe concept of good governance in a review of Islamic law is more directed at how to utilize the methods offered in the science of Jurisprudence to formulate the principles of Islamic law to respond to various problems that occur in government. The many problems that occur in government governance, therefore we are required to examine the reality of the current state of government to be better, professional, responsible, trustworthy. One of them is by building the concept of good governance in the hope of contributing to the development of better bureaucratic governance in accordance with the principles and values in Islamic law, such as the value of equality, tasamuh (tolerance), justice (justice), benefit, deliberation (shura), honesty (honesty), objective (comprehensiveness) and this is an indication of the formation of clean and good governance (good and clean governance). The approach used is the Usul Fiqh approach as a philosophical foundation in Islamic law by describing the new theory of Fiqh as the application of theory (applied theory) in exploring the values leading to public service. BMT cooperative Maslahah Capem Wangkal as a distributor and provider of credit funds for the community that does not always run smoothly, there are times when debtors do not fulfill obligations according to the agreed time (default). The formulation of the problem in this study are: 1) What causes the occurrence of bad credit in Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil Maslahah Wangkal Sub-Branch? and 2) what is the strategy to anticipate customers of Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil Maslahah Wangkal Sub-Branch Office to avoid bad credit? Objective 1) to find out the causes of bad credit in Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil Maslahah Wangkal Sub-Branch and 2) to find out the strategy used by BMT Maslahah Capem Wangkal in anticipating the occurrence of bad credit.

No full textتلخيصأن اللغة مجموعة من الرموز الصوتية التى يحكمها نظام معين والتى يتعارف أفراد مجتمع فى ثقافة معينة على دالالتها, من أجل تحقيق اإلتصال بين بعضهم وبعض. وفى مجال التعلم والتعليم ينبغى أن تكون النظرية قابلة للتطبيق، وأن تصاغ بأسلوب مفهوم وجامع، يربط بين الحقائق والقوانين التى توصل إليها الباحث. كما ينبغى أن تفتح النظرية آفاقا جديدة، وأن تكون مشجعة على اإلكتشاف, مفتوحة للتطوير, حسب ما يرد من معلومات إضافية تقود إلى مزيد من البحث والتطوير والتطبيق. يولد اإلنسان أو يتربي اثناء فى بيئة معينة بين والديه وذويه أو في أحضان القائمين على تربيته ويتلقى لغة هذه البيئة فيكتسبها. و يطلق اللغويون على هذه اللغة : اللغة األم أو اللغة األولى للطفل. و على الحقيقة، أجمعاللغويون فى اكتساب اللغة، ولكنهم يختلفون في تفسيرهم لعملية اإلكتساب هذه, وتتعدد آراؤهم حولها. وكل رأي يستند إلى النظرية أو اتجاه نحو طبيعة اللغة من ناحية، واكتسابها وتعلمها وتعليمها من ناحية أخرى. والنظرية السلوكية إحدى نظريات التعلم التى ظهرت فى نهاية القرن التاسع عشر الميالدي وبداية القرن العشرين. بدأت هذه النظرية على يد العالم الروسي بافلوف Pavlov156)9481-9191م( , الذى كان يقيس مقدار ما يسيل من لعاب الكلب عند رؤيته الطعام. وفي نهاية القرن التاسع عشر ميالدي وبداية القرن العشرين ظهر فى أوربا اتجاه لغوي عرف بالمدرسة الوصفية البنيوية Strukturalism أسسه اللغوي السويسري فردينان دى سوسير Saussure de Ferdinand( 9481-9199م( وتحدث عنه فى محاضراته التى نشر ها تالميذه بعد وفاته عام 9191م, مجموعة فى كتاب تحت عنوان : Generale Linguistique de Coursمحاضرات فى العلم اللغة العام. وقد أعثير هذا الكتاب أهم عمل بدأ تحديد األسس التى صدر عنها علم اللغة الحديث Linguistics Modernثم ترجم الكتاب إلى عدة لغات منها العربية و اإلنجليزيةالكليمات األساسيات: اللغة, النفسية ,السلوكية والبنيوي

Get PDFThis type of research is quantitative research that has the aim to determine the assessment and development of Islamic financial performance. Measurements were made using a financial ratio analysis approach consisting of liquidity ratios, solvency ratios and profitability. Audited balance sheet and profit and loss data are used as data sources. Based on an analysis of the development of BSM’s financial performance for the period 2013-2017, the ratio of liquidity, solvency and profitability fluctuated. Then the development of financial performance in the BMI 2013-2017 period based on liquidity ratios experienced a significant increase, then based on the solvency ratio showed fluctuations, while based on profitability ratios showed fkultuation. Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah in the period of 2013-2017 experienced fluctuating performance developments when viewed based on its liquidity ratio, based on the solvency ratio showing fluctuations, while based on profitability ratios showed an unstable increase
