Kementrian Peranian Republik Indonesia sesungguhnya telah mengupayakan penapaian target swasembada pangan di Indonesia segera dapat tercapai dimulai sejak tahun 2015, Pemerintah melaksanakan program yang bernama Upaya Khusus ( UPSUS ) swasembada padi dengan target produksi Padi pada tahun 2019 dapat mencapai 84 juta ton.[1]
Namun sama-sama kita sadari bahwa upaya penanaman padi ini selalu dihadapkan dengan adanya gangguan untuk meraihnya, antara lain perubahan iklim, bencana alam seperti banjir, kekeringan dan juga adanya pengaruh hama penyakit, misalnya walang sangit, wereng, ulat batang, dan lainnya.
Sebagai cara mengatasi kendala ini maka pemerintah berusaha membantu para petani di Indonesia dengan melindungi tanaman padinya ini melalui program asuransi usaha tani padi ( AUTP ), sebagaimana telah terantum dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2013 tentang Perlindungan dan Pemberdayaan Petani ( UUP3 ) dilanjutkan dengan ketentuan Peraturan mentri Pertanian No.40 Tahun 2015 mengatur Fasilitasi Asuransi Pertanian dan Keputusan Mentri Pertanian Republik Indonesia Nomor : 30/Kpts/SR.210/B/12/2018 tentang Pedoman Bantuan Premi Asuransi Usaha Tani Padi.
Untuk mengetahui sejauh mana program Pemerintah ini sudah dapat diterima oleh masyarakat petani, khususnya di daerah sampel penelitian di Kota Probolinggo maka dapat kami sampaikan seperti tersebut dibawah ini, bahwa Kota Probolinggo pada Tahun 2019, melalui Dinas Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan Kota probolinggo sudah menetpkan peserta Definitif Asuransi Usaha Tani Padi (AUTP) berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Nomor : 520/1703.1/425.104/2019 sebanyak 60 Kelompok Tani sekota Probolinggo dengan luas lahan 945,92 Ha dan jumlah Premi Pp. 34.161.120,-.
Tahapan metode penelitian yang akan dilakukan adalah mulai dari pendekatan masalah dengan Yuridis empiris, sumber data terdiri data primer dan sekunder, cara pengumpulan data dengan dilakukan observasi ke lapangan penelitian maupun penelitian kepustakaan dan terakhir adalah analisa data dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif.

Because women's intelligence is one of the benchmarks of a nation's success. So in connection with this, this article will discuss the intelligence of a woman who inspired many other women in Indonesia, with her intelligence. With the research title, Imitating the Figure of "Susi Pudjiastuti", a Smart Woman who Inspires Indonesian Women. This study aims to see and emulate the life of a female character, Susi Pudjiastuti, who is the inspiration of many Indonesian women thanks to her intelligence, courage, and unyielding spirit, which Indonesian women can apply in their future lives. This research uses data collection techniques by collecting information from scientific books and journals, using content analysis techniques or also known as Content Analysis. Because at this time there are so many views that women cannot move freely like men which make women's movement narrow. So this article was carried out to show Indonesian society that women must also be brave in making decisions, and have an optimistic, intelligent and courageous attitude to face whatever it is. Like the female character Susi Pudjiastuti.

THE INFLUENCE OF STUDENTS’ EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND MOTIVATION IN TAKING RELIGIOUS DEPARTMENT ON THEIR ISLAMIC EDUCATION LEARNING ACHIEVEMENTS
No full textThis study aims to: (1) determine the effect of the educational background of students majoring in religion on the learning achievement of Islamic religious education students of class XI Religion MAN 2 Kota Probolinggo, (2) determine the effect of student motivation in taking religious education. The Department of Islamic Religious Education in class XI Religion MAN 2 Probolinggo City, (3) knows how the influence of educational background and student motivation in taking the Department of Religion on the learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education students of class XI Religion MAN 2 Kota Probolinggo This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The population is students of the Department of Religion, MAN 2, Probolinggo City. The method used was purposive sampling. The research sample was 31 students of class XI Religion. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. To determine the effect of background and motivation to take a major in religion on learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education in class XI of Religion MAN 2 in Probolinggo City, researchers used multiple linear regression analysis. The t test and f test were analyzed using SPSS 21 for Windows software. The results showed that: (1) The educational background of the students had no effect on the learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education in class XI of Religion MAN 2 in Probolinggo City. This is indicated by t arithmetic <t table = 1.873 <2.048 and a significance level of 0.072> 0.05, (2) Student motivation in joining the department has an effect on the learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education. This is indicated by t count> t table = 2.546> 2.048 and a significance level of 0.017 <0.05, (3). Both of these variables simultaneously affect their Islamic education learning achievement. This is indicated by f count> f table = 4.918> 3.33 and a significance level of 0.015 <0.05. Furthermore, the results showed that the influence of the independent variables, student background and motivation to take the department of religion, on the dependent variable, learning achievement in Islamic education, showed a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.260 or 26.0%.

No full text The leadership of a leader always colors the process of organizing the activities of every organization, including organizations in educational units based on the vision, mission, goals and objectives set. Even the success of an organization or its failure is largely determined by the leadership style that is displayed in the organization. A leader must have his own unique and distinctive traits, habits, character and personality so that his behavior and style distinguishes him from others. The essence of the situational leadership style is actually a combined style of various existing leadership styles. The argument used in the discussion of leadership styles is that there is no one leadership style that can be applied to all situations. In fact, the application of the leadership style will be effective, if it is in accordance with the situation at hand, the leadership styles discussed are the charismatic leadership style, the transactional style and the transformational style of the figure of Dr. Abd. Aziz Wahab M.Ag.

In this study, the data source used was the annual report of the South Kalimantan Bank for the period 2015-2019. This research resulted in the Bank of South Kalimantan determining the funds needed to support bank operational activities based on Government Regulations, Minimum Bank Provision Requirement (KPMM), bank operational area, liquidity requirements owned, and the quality level of assets. Meanwhile for good bank fundraising policy Bank of South Kalimantan in accordance with the policy direction of the Regional Champion Program which consists of 3 main pillars, namely (1) improving and protecting bank defense (2) serving as regional development agents and (3) increasing expertise in providing services to communities in the regions
Pembinaan Remaja Putri dalam Adab Berpakaian Sesuai Syariat Islam
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan bagaimana peran,metode dan kendala yang dihadapi oran tua dalam membina remaja putri dalam abad berpakaian sesuai dengan syariat Islam di Dusun Pelaik Desa Singaraya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu: reduksi data, display data dan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat simpulkan bahwa:1) Peran orang tua dalam membina remaja putri dalam adab berpakaian, yaitu orang tua memberikan contoh dan keteladaan, selalu memotivasi, dan memberikan dorongan dengan memfasilitasi remaja putri dan mengajarakan kepada remaja tentang pentingnya berpakaian yang sesuai dengan syariat Islam, 2) Metode yang dilakukan orang, yaitu dengan cara pembiasaan artinya orang tua melatih remaja putri dalam berpakaian yang sesuai syariat Islam sejak dini sehingga remaja putri terbiasa, memberikan nasihat, melakukan pengawan dalam hal bergaul dengan teman-temanya, dan memberikan teguran dan hukuman apabila remaja putri tidak berpakaian sesuai syariat Islam, 3) Kendala orang tua dalam membina remaja putri dalam adab berpakaian, yaitu kurangnya pemahaman dari orang tua, sehingga orang tua hanya mengajarkaan dan membina remaja putri sesuai dengan apa yang mereka ketahui, remaja masih bersifat labil sehingga sulit membedakan mana yang baik maupun tidak baik, lingkungan luar dan internet

Therefore, biology teachers are required to be able to answer today's challenges by utilizing interesting media and learning resources. Media and learning resources for biology that can be used are animation media in the anime Hataraku Saibo which is a Japanese animated film series that tells about the daily life of cells in the human body. EFEKTIFITAS PROBLEM BASED LEARNING MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA SMARTPHONE DITINJAU DARI KEMAMPUAN KOGNITIF SISWA
No full textCurrently, a technology media is needed in a mathematics learning process. However, some technological media such as smartphones are still not used optimally in creating a certain learning method in learning mathematics. This study aims to test the effectiveness of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning method facilitated by smartphone media by utilizing students' cognitive abilities. This study uses a quantitative approach (pretest-posttest with nonequivalent group design) with two treatments, namely the experimental class using the PBL method using Smartphone media and the control class using the Conventional PBL method. The subjects of this study were class VIII students who collected 63 students in the control class and 60 students in the experimental class. The effectiveness of the treatment in both classes was analyzed using the one sample t-test with a significance level of 5%. The data from this study were analyzed using independent sample t-test with a significance level of 5%. The results of this study indicate that PBL using smartphone media is more effective than conventional PBL. Based on the results of this study, a new variation of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) method was found, namely this method can be done through face-to-face learning or online learning.Keywords: Problem Based Learning, smartphone, insturctional medi

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa terkait literasi pasar modal syariah, dimana saat ini tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat, khususnya ekonomi syariah tidak naik secara signifikan. Data yang didapat dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) menyebutkan bahwasannya pada tahun 2016, indeks literasi masyarakat Indonesia adalah 21,8% artinya dari 100 penduduk indonesia yang memahami literasi keuangan syariah hanya 21 orang, pada tahun 2018 indeks literasi mencapai 29,7%, pada tahun 2020 indeks literasi keuangan syariah mencapai 38,03%.
Metode penelitian dalam karya tulis ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan datanya adalah wawancara. Jenis pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling, artinya peneliti mengambil sampel secara acak dari 50 populasi anggota kelompok pasar modal syariah (KSPM) dari berbagai prodi pada Universitas Islam Zainul Hasan Genggong.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kajian yang dilakukan oleh kelompok pasar modal yang diadakan 3 bulan sekali mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan oleh anggota terkait pasar modal syariah, serta setiap 6 bulan sekali akan diadakan sekolah pasar modal oleh galeri investasi UNZAH dan sebagai pematerinya adalah dari BEI (Bursa Efek Indonesia).

No full textThe Indonesian nation, where the majority of the population is Muslim, is the center of the largest concentration of Muslims in the world, definitely requires truly qualified Islamic educational institutions dedicated to the interests of the nation as a whole, so that Islamic insights are always related to Indonesian insights. and research objectives, research methods, and research findings or ideas. This research method is a literature review. The results of the research show that Islamic education wants to give birth to quality human beings who can be happier than their predecessors, by increasing their intellectual capacity, but not abandoning their spiritual model that lives in the culture of the nation and its people.
