Komunikasi Dan Transformasi Kelembagaan: Studi Peran EX UPK PNPM MDP Dalam Transisimenuju Koperasi Desa Merah Putih
No full textThis study examines the institutional transformation of the Program Management Unit (UPK) of the National Rural Community Empowerment Program (PNPM MPd) into the Merah Putih Village Cooperative in Lebong Regency, Bengkulu. Using a qualitative case study approach with 15 key informants consisting of former UPK managers, local government officials, community groups, and academics, this study analyzes strategic communication and institutional transformation mechanisms through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, participant observation, and document analysis. The findings indicate that effective organizational communication plays a critical role in managing the institutional transition. The UPK has substantial social capital, including 15 years of microfinance management experience, a network with 847 community groups, and local policy support. However, there are obstacles such as unclear technical regulations, limited human resources in the village, and resistance to change. A gradual transformation model is considered most feasible, utilizing a participatory communication approach that maintains stakeholder trust. This study concluded that the transformation of the UPK into the Merah Putih Village Cooperative shows high prospects if implemented gradually with an adaptive communication strategy and supported by clear regulations

No full textHumans are created as social creatures, and need others to sail the ark of life. One way to navigate life is to go through marriage. This study aims to analyze the policies of the Sleman Regency Regional Government in encouraging family welfare, focusing on the concept of the sakinah family in career couples. The phenomenon of increasing the number of career families poses challenges in maintaining household harmony in the midst of busy work. This type of research is sociological law (juridical-empirical). The case study approach is used to provide a holistic and in-depth understanding of the specific phenomena that occur at the research site. The results of the study show that local governments have implemented various policies and programs that support the realization of family welfare, including through the development of the Sakinah family, economic empowerment, religious activities, and community institutional support. However, career couples still face obstacles in the form of limited interaction time, women's double burden, and the influence of the modern social environment. Nevertheless, the application of religious values, openness, mutual respect, honesty, and gratitude have proven to be the main factors that strengthen the concept of the sakinah family in the career family. This research emphasizes that collaboration between regional policies and the resilience of community religious values is the key to realizing a prosperous sakinah family in Sleman Regency
The Effectiveness Of The School Literacy Movement (GLS) Program In Increasing Students' Interest In Reading In Subjects PAI Di SMA Negeri 2 Rujukan Lubuklinggau
No full textThe background to this research is that the School Literacy Movement (GLS) is a program that aims to increase reading interest and reading skills as well as writing skills. Its implementation at SMA Negeri 2 Lubuklinggau has reached the development stage. The problem in this research is the lack of interest in reading and the lack of awareness among students about how important reading is, especially in PAI subjects. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this research were the deputy principal for curriculum, PAI teachers, school literacy ambassadors, and 11 students as samples taken from each class. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that the effectiveness of the GLS program is very influential in increasing students' reading interest in PAI subjects. With the 15 minute reading habit program and writing activities, students increase awareness of how important reading is. However, some students also expect explanations from the teacher to strengthen what the students have read. Students' interest in reading is also aroused by encouragement from technology which increases students' curiosity. The effectiveness of this program also has a positive effect on students' ethics and manners, by reading they become aware of Islamic teachings about ethics and manners so that they can immediately apply them in their daily lives. In this case, literacy ambassadors also play an active role in providing education to students about the importance of reading

Full text linkThe authority and responsibility of the government from the perspective of constitutional law, focusing on the relationship between the two in creating an effective and just government. The authority of the government in constitutional law covers various fields, from policy making to management of state resources, which must be carried out by prioritizing the principles of democracy and human rights. The responsibility of the government, on the other hand, demands accountability in every action and decision taken to ensure that the interests of the people and the state are achieved without abuse of power. This study uses a normative approach by analyzing various regulations and relevant literature to explore the legal implications of the authority and responsibility of the government. The findings of this article indicate that a clear understanding of authority and responsibility within the framework of constitutional law is essential to realizing good governance and maintaining political and social stability. The government must always act in accordance with the law, be transparent, and accountable in exercising its authority in order to gain public trust and ensure justice and public welfare

No full textIslamic education in the modern era faces significant challenges in integrating scientific knowledge with spiritual values. The separation between religious and empirical sciences often leads to a dichotomy that hinders the holistic goals of Islamic education. In this context, kauniyah verses—signs of God's greatness manifested in the universe—hold great potential as a philosophical foundation for constructing an integrative and transformative educational system. This study aims to explore how philosophy can serve as a means of transforming Islamic education through the perspective of kauniyah verses. The research employs a qualitative approach using library research, analyzing primary sources such as the Qur’an and classical tafsir, along with secondary sources including books, journals, and literature on Islamic philosophy of education. The findings reveal that the integration of philosophy and kauniyah verses fosters an educational paradigm that is not only cognitive but also spiritual and reflective. Philosophy acts as an interpretive framework that enables learners to understand natural phenomena not merely from a scientific lens, but also as divine signs pointing toward the strengthening of tauhid values. Consequently, Islamic education grounded in philosophical and kauniyah approaches can produce individuals who are intellectually capable and spiritually and ethically responsible. Kajian Semiotika Dalam Komunikasi Islam (Analisis Simbol, Makna, Dan Interpretasi Dalam Penyebaran Pesan Dakwah)
No full textThis study aims to examine the role of symbols, meanings, and interpretation processes in Islamic communication, especially in the context of spreading da'wah messages. In the midst of the development of digital technology and globalization, da'wah messages are no longer delivered conventionally, but through visual symbols that contain layered aesthetic, cultural, and religious values. By referring to classical semiotic theories such as those proposed by Saussure and Peirce, this study utilizes a qualitative approach through case studies and content analysis of da'wah materials distributed in traditional and digital media. Analysis of religious symbols reveals the dynamics of the relationship between denotative and connotative meanings that have the potential to create a plurality of interpretations among the people. The results of the study indicate that differences in cultural context and adaptation of digital media also influence the perception of da'wah messages, thus requiring adaptive communication strategies that are sensitive to the dynamics of religious values. These findings are expected to provide theoretical and practical contributions in the development of more effective and inclusive da'wah message delivery methods

No full textTikTok as a short video-based social media platform has become one of the dominant news sources among students. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the TikTok account @cnnindonesia as a news media in meeting the information needs of generation Z, especially students of the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication, Islamic Broadcasting Communication Study Program, class of 2021, UIN North Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through indepth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Interviews were conducted with 10 students who actively use TikTok as a source of news information. The results of the study show that the TikTok account @cnnindonesia is effective in presenting concise, interesting, and easily accessible news. Presenting news with a short duration, attractive visuals, and active interaction with users are the main factors that make this account popular with students. Most respondents trust the credibility of the @cnnindonesia account because it is part of a major news media with a good reputation. However, some respondents still verify information through other sources to ensure the accuracy of the news received. The results of the study also show that TikTok is not just an entertainment platform, but also has an important role in disseminating educational and useful information for students. This study concludes that the TikTok account @cnnindonesia is effective in meeting the information needs of generation Z students at UIN North Sumatra. However, it is important for students to continue to apply digital literacy in order to sort out valid information and avoid hoax news

No full textThis study aims to describe the use of endorsements on the TikTok platform as a digital marketing medium for Somethinc beauty products. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation of endorsement content carried out by TikTok influencers. The results of the study indicate that the endorsement strategy on TikTok is able to increase brand awareness and encourage consumer purchasing decisions, especially among teenagers and young adults. The determining factors for the success of this strategy include influencer credibility, creative content delivery style, and the suitability between the influencer's persona and Somethinc's brand image. Thus, TikTok endorsements have proven to be an effective digital marketing tool in reaching a wide audience and building emotional relationships between brands and consumers
Interaksi Simbolik Dalam Upacara Sengkure Di Kabupaten Kaur
No full textThis study aims to analyze the meaning of the Sengkure Ceremony, an annual tradition of the Nasal tribe in Kaur Regency, Bengkulu, which is rich in symbolic meaning and social value. This study uses Herbert Blumer's symbolic interaction theory. The method used is qualitative with a case study design, through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that Blumer's three premises of action are based on meaning. The first premise is that meaning arises from social interaction, with symbols such as ijuk costumes, pandan masks, the Eid al-Fitr holiday, and the journey to the Nasal River representing spiritual transformation and self-purification. The second premise is that a process of interaction occurs in which symbols and beliefs come together in an event. The third premise is that these meanings are passed down through folklore and cross-generational social practices, and adapted in a modern context through cultural festivals and digital media
