This research is an analytic descriptive study using a normative juridical approach. The collected data were analyzed qualitatively with deductive and inductive thinking methods. In the end it can be concluded that the problem of Covid-19 vaccination, which is suspected to contain unclean elements, does not need to be questioned, as long as in medical tests it will not endanger human health or in maqashid language, as long as it reflects hifzh an-nafs or maintains the soul and hfzh an-nasl or maintain humans as a whole

The spread of hoaxes during the pandemic has a negative impact, including influencing public perceptions. One of the disturbing hoaxes in the pre-covid-19 pandemic was a hoax related to Islam and China. Researchers reveal how the relationship between Islam and China is represented in the Covid-19 hoax. If the relationship between Islam and China is misrepresented, it can create a wrong perception for society. This study uses an analytical model of the critical language approach of Roger Fowler et al. The results of the research, most of the hoax narratives in the pre-pandemic period represented Islam in a positive narrative, while China was represented in a negative narrative. However, the represantation of Islam and China is based on unsubstantiated claims

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of active participation in the Intra School Student Organization (OSIS) on student learning outcomes in the subject of Islamic Religious Education at SMA Negeri 09 Bengkulu City. This type of research is a quantitative study with an associative quantitative approach. Test the validity of the instrument using SPSS16 with Product Moment Correlation and reliability also using SPSS16 with Cronbach's Alpha. The results showed that the activeness of intra-school organizations had an effect on student learning outcomes. This is evidenced by the t count of 2.981 while the t table of 2.064 at the significant level of 0.05. Based on these results t count is greater than t table. So it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected so that there is an effect of active participation of intra-school organizations on student learning outcomes by 4% while the remaining 96% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. In addition, divorce in Lubuklinggau is quite high, ranging from 1,200 cases. This research is a qualitative research with a field research method and uses a statute approach or a law approach. This study concludes that, firstly, premarital marriage guidance at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office of Lubuklinggau City was held quite well, that the participants who were guided did not include the total number of prospective brides who registered at KUA because it adjusted the Budget Dipa/RKA-KL and there were no other policies. The implementation is flawed because many informants have not been educated. Get PDFThis research is a field research (field research) aims to determine the implementation of Whatshap Group Media in the learning process in the PAI UM Palembang Study Program, student learning motivation after being applied by the Whatshap Group Media in the PAI UM Palembang Study Program during the Covid 19 pandemic, and to see the advantages and lack of application of Whatshap Group Media in learning in increasing learning motivation in the PAI UM Palembang Study Program. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques with data collection steps, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of the study were the Covid 19 pandemic period of student learning at the Palembang UM Campus, especially the PAI study program, experienced a change from face-to-face learning to online learning. Online learning requires lecturers to use technology more in learning and requires students to be more independent in the learning process. In online learning, lecturers use a lot of technological learning media, namely whatshap media, zoom meetings, google classroom. Learning with whatshap group media has a good effect on learning motivation, results, and understanding if there is collaboration with other media such as zoom, google met or google class room, because so far students learn face-to-face, directly seeing the lecturer explain. When discussing there is a reciprocal response between lecturers and students. But for some lecturers, some students are not very active in the learning process if they only use whatshap media, students are only as readers but not as implementers. Online learning carried out using the WhatsApp group application has advantages and disadvantages
