Each resident has the choice to decide to admit or dismiss. This small-scale research is planned to find out and understand the fairness of issuing circulars from scholars regarding the rules for loudspeakers in mosques or rooms asking for God with the peculiarities experienced by non-Muslim community groups in the city of Lubuklinggau. From this, the authors are interested in researching a study entitled, Implementation of Fiqh Learning Using Google Classroom during the Covid-19 Pandemic Period in Class X IPA at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Muhajirin, Musi Rawas Regency. The data from this study were obtained by the author using the interview method conducted to class X fiqh teachers and class XI and XII fiqh teachers. The conclusion of this study shows that online learning in fiqh learning is carried out briefly, and simply begins with an opening greeting. The material presented is only in the form of videos and students are instructed to understand independently. Positive treatment implies that the change is of equal value to the student's assumptions, and creates something new that is superior to the previous one. The dynamic nature implies that change occurs because of the efforts made by students, not without other people, for example because of the development cycle. Get PDFEducation is an effort that aims to develop a complete human being which includes three aspects, namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. To be able to achieve the educational goals which consist of these three aspects, it is necessary to develop various aspects of personality, including intellectual, social, and emotional. Individuals have two intelligences, namely thinking (intellectual intelligence) and feeling (emotional intelligence). Behaviors that refer to indications of low emotional intelligence of students such as not going to school without explanation, arriving late, fighting, saying rude / dirty words, not listening to the teacher during class, lying and fighting against the teacher. This study aims to determine the increase in students' emotional intelligence through a transactional analysis approach. The method used in this study is the Classroom Action Research method with 8 students as the research subject indicated low self-emotional intelligence. The implementation of the research consisted of three cycles, where each cycle consisted of four stages, namely planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The results showed that in cycle 1 there was an average increase in counselee's emotional intelligence of 87.20%, in cycle 2 there was an increase in counselee's emotional intelligence an average of 96.71%, and cycle 3 there was an average increase of 94.53% of counselee's emotional intelligence. From cycle 1 to cycle 3, it shows that there is an increase in students' emotional intelligence through transactional analysis counseling techniques of 84.87%. It was concluded that there was an increase in emotional intelligence from 8 counselees after being given counseling techniques with a transactional analysis approach, the average increase in each counselee was different, in each cycle, the counselee's response to knowing self-emotions, managing self-emotions, motivating oneself, empathy and skills social fluctuations. It is expected that guidance and counseling teachers in madrasas can use transactional analysis techniques in improving students' emotional intelligence

From the results of the dedication at Rumah Quran Raudatusaadah, it was concluded that the methods used by Rumah Quran Raudatusaadah in teaching the Qur'an in Muara Lakitan were the Talaqq method, the At-Tibyan method and the Tilawati method. No full textThis study focuses on discussing the Islamic view of career women, and the implementation of the rights and obligations of wives for career women of female state civil servants, at the Ministry of Religion Office of Lubuklinggau City. The spectrum that is highlighted, of course, explores the position of Career Women, whether they can carry out their obligations in a balanced way, both as wives and as ASN employees. This study uses sociological normative analysis. This normative analysis uses a study approach that examines a problem that arises by referring to religious benchmarks. In this study, the author also refers to the Marriage Law in Indonesia and the Compilation of Islamic Law. The findings in this study indicate that the wife's next obligation is to organize and manage daily household needs as well as possible. From the data above, the wife's responsibilities as stated in the Compilation of Islamic Law in Indonesia for wives who have the status of ASN at the Ministry of Religion of the City of Lubuklinggau have not been implemented properly. The wife has not fully done household chores, starting from taking care of the house, shopping for the house, cooking, or arranging the entire layout of the house is not fully done by the wife, but still involves household assistants and most of them cooperate with each other in household chores, both in terms of household chores. raising children, educating or doing housewor
