Get PDFThis study aims to find out how the Interpersonal Communication Strategy of a Permata Tour Lubuklinggau Tour Leader with tourist group participants based on the Marketing mix including Product, Price, Place, Promotion to increase the sense of tourist loyalty. This study uses a qualitative approach, we explore information data in the field through in-depth interview techniques to 6 (six) informants based on their own perceptions, in addition to interviews we also conducted participant observations and other recorded documentation. The problem of this research is the extent to which the Interpersonal Communication Strategy of a Permata Tour Lubuklinggau Tour Leader regarding tourists who only use the services of a Permata Tour travel agency, and we found that there are Tour Leaders who do not master the interpersonal communication process well and their goals towards tourists. Based on these findings, we suggest efforts to optimize the performance of tour leaders to apply the basic concept of Hospitality/Excellent Service to tourists. In addition to these findings, we suggest that all Tour Leaders in leading a group of tourists should have carried out a competent test and have a Tour Leader certification from a tourism institution

The purpose of this study is to emphasize that the military criminal sanction system must still refer to the sanctions system in the Criminal Code (KUHP) or the Draft Criminal Code which is currently in the process of being drafted. Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually , and quickly according to the description when the research was conducted. Get PDFThe purpose of this study to understand Implementation of the Kulliyatul Mu'allimat Al-Islamiyah (KMI) curriculum in fostering noble character for students. This study used a qualitative research approach. Data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques, and triangulation. The results show that the implementation of the KMI curriculum, in fostering the noble character of female students at the Annajiyah Islamic Boarding School, Lubuklinggau, is influenced by several Gontor-style leadership qualifications, direction and assignment as an applicative effort to build discipline awareness and foster noble character. The KMI curriculum and discipline in the context of fostering noble character in this Islamic boarding school are applied in patterned activities, daily, weekly, semi-annual, and yearly, fostering the noble character of this boarding school through strategies and methods of implementation, but still has not reached the maximum target, still obstacles, from the factors of students, teachers, infrastructure and guardians of students

Get PDFThe development of the world of education is increasing marked by changes in learning with sophisticated technology or another term called the industrial revolution 5.0, one of which is the use of educational technology. With a background in the changing pattern of teaching and learning during a pandemic with the familiar use of blended learning models or combining online and offline learning. However, with the model used, several problems arise, namely not being able to understand the material presented properly, the learning model used by the teacher has not been able to motivate students in learning. Have not used learning media that can make it easier for students to understand the subject matter presented by the teacher. With this problem, it will be discussed using the classroom action research method with the stages of action research in a cycle including planning or carrying out observations and reflections. Based on the results of descriptive and qualitative quantitative data analysis, the application of the Blended Learning model can improve the learning outcomes of Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects for class VIII MTs Qur'aniah, Musi Rawas Regency first, first, pre-cycle test results, the highest score is 80 and the lowest score is 60. , while the test results in the second cycle the highest score was 100 and the lowest score was 70. Second, the average grade based on the pre-cycle test results was 67.42, while in Cycle II the test results increased to 88.55. Third, students who finished studying from 29.03% pre-cycle and at the end of the second cycle in this study the students who scored according to the KKM increased to 93.55%
Self-Esteem and Strategies to Increase The Student English Achievement
Get PDFIn this study, students in the state's senior high school number two in Musi Rawas' eleventh grade were asked about their self-esteem and strategies for improving their English proficiency. 64 students in the eleventh grade were selected as the sample for this study using cluster random selection. The correlational research design was used in this study. Data for the study was gathered via questionnaires and written records. They were examined using the Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient and multiple regression analysis.The result showed that the sig. value of correlation between self-esteem and English achievement was 0.000 < 0.05, so H01 was rejected with 18.7% contribution of self-esteem. The sig. value of correlation between language learning strategies and English achievement was 0.000 < 0.05, so H02 was also rejected with 21.8% contribution of language learning strategies. The sig. change of correlation among self-esteem, language learning strategies, and English achievement was 0.000 < 0.05, automatically H03 was rejected with 24,3% contributions of self-esteem and language learning strategies

In the 5th century Hijriyah, at the time the madrasa was founded, the scientific development of the community, especially Muslims, could be said to have reached a perfect stage, because almost all knowledge, both al-ulum an-naqliyah and al-ulum al-aqliyah, had been compiled and systematized. Reviewing Nizhamiyah using library research through various reference sources, journals, relevant books. In this study, it is explained that nizamiyah is an educational institution in the form of a madrasa, this madrasa was founded in the city of Baghdad, founded by a prime minister who has great attention to science and education in addition to political and religious factors that use the modern system. By using a socio-political approach, this study seeks to trace the birth of the Nizhamiyah madrasa with a multi-motivation background. With its teacher council based on the Shafi'i madhhab, the Nizamiyya madrasa is seen as the embodiment of the triumph of the theological-dogmatic movement that works hand in hand with the Sunni school of thought to balance the dominance of the Mu'tazilah-Hambali ideology and the dominance of the Shi'ites. So that the subjects of study are Asy'ariyah and fiqh-oriented. The realm of "intellectualism" is lost in the educational process of this madrasa. However, Nizhamiyah is still understood as the most important Islamic educational institution and a model in the study of the social history of Islamic education
