    The Constitutional Court (CC) plays a crucial role in safeguarding the rule of law in Indonesia by ensuring that all laws and governmental policies adhere to the country's constitution. This research explores how the CC functions as an independent guardian of the constitution, balancing power among branches of government, and protecting citizens' rights from potential abuses of power. Through a qualitative approach utilizing literature review, this study analyzes the establishment history, organizational structure, and authority of the CC to conduct judicial reviews on laws deemed unconstitutional.Findings indicate that the CC has played a pivotal role in ensuring legal consistency and constitutional justice in Indonesia. CC decisions, whether through law reviews or constitutional interpretations, have provided the necessary legal certainty for political and economic stability in the country. However, the research also identifies several challenges facing the CC, including political pressures, resource limitations, and the need to enhance compliance with CC decisions among relevant stakeholders. In conclusion, the Indonesian CC holds a vital role in upholding the rule of law by ensuring that the constitution serves as a respected foundation for all within the nation. To maintain relevance amidst evolving social and political dynamics, the CC must continue to enhance its independence as a fair and impartial judicial institution. This study contributes significantly to understanding how the CC contributes to building a democratic and just legal system in Indonesia

    This research discusses the concerns of KKN program students at Pangkalan State Elementary School who have several problems regarding inadequate school facilities and infrastructure in the implementation of teaching and learning. The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of facilities and infrastructure management from an Islamic perspective to increase awareness in maintenance at Pangkalan State Elementary School. This research uses a descriptive-qualitative approach with the service learning method. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation in the field. The results of this research reveal that Pangkalan State Elementary School has not met the criteria for good management of educational facilities and infrastructure, thus having several impacts on the teaching and learning process in the classroom. The solution offered to this problem is, first, improving performance with human resources (teachers). Second, increase public awareness in the Pangkalan Elementary School environment to jointly maintain and maintain educational facilities and infrastructure in accordance with the recommendations in the Holy Qur’an

    Early childhood social-emotional development is vital in forming mentally and emotionally healthy individuals. Collaboration between educators and families is critical in creating a supportive environment for developing these social-emotional skills. This paper aims to investigate the role of cooperation between educators and families in supporting the social-emotional development of early childhood in the family and school environment. This research uses a qualitative approach by analyzing related scientific literature, case studies, and practical experiences collaborating with educators and families to support early childhood social-emotional development. The research results show that collaboration between educators and families can strengthen the social-emotional development of early childhood by providing open communication channels, providing resources and information, building solid educational partnerships, providing parenting skills training, supporting families in problem-solving, and increasing people's involvement.     In the 4.0 era, human life is inseparable from gadgets. The impact of the development of the internet is very large, both positive and negative. In this day and age, many children are addicted to gadgets that have the potential to be very bad for their future, be it because of laziness to learn or poor education. This affects the role of parents in providing prayer habits for children. Who will be disturbed by the impact of technology if they are not accompanied by their parents? This research is discussed using a type of literature study approach by analyzing facts sourced from books, journals, and other news that are in accordance with the topic of discussion. The results of this study show that parents have an important role in fortifying children in the 4.0 era. Especially in increasing the spirit of learning and the desire to pray and carry out prayers. The importance of parental strategies includes being a good example, making a regular schedule, and teaching prayer in a fun way. So that the habit of prayer provides an important lesson that there are educational values, namely, the value of awareness, sense of responsibility, cleanliness, discipline, vigilance, prudence, and tawadhu'. Thus, the habit of prayer for children can be a valuable lesson in increasing one's faith and devotion

    This study examines the role of the Sore Ceria Program on RRI PRO 2 Bukittinggi in attracting and retaining listeners through informative, educational, and entertaining content. Using qualitative methods with observation, interviews, and documentation, this study involved the Broadcast Coordinator and broadcasters of LPP RRI Pro 2 Bukittinggi as the main informants, as well as students and listeners as supporting informants. The results of the study indicate that the Sore Ceria Program plays an important role in providing information, education, and entertainment that not only increases insight but also overcomes listeners' boredom. Active interaction between broadcasters and listeners creates a pleasant atmosphere, while educational content provides real benefits, so that this program has succeeded in providing a positive impact in filling listeners' free time in the afternoon

    Da'wah bil maal means the activity of calling on people to have other people's rights in the property they own. The rights of other people such as the needy and poor, building mosques, building hospitals, educational institutions, humanitarian institutions. Qualitative descriptive research means that the study focuses on problem with the existing data, analyzes the data and draws conclusion at the end. The sample was chosen by purpossive sampling method by selecting informants who met the criteria, including preachers, BAZNAS leaders, BAZNAS employees and the community. Observation, interviews and documentation were used to collect the data. Meanwhile, trigulation is used to analyze the data;data reduction, data display and verification or draw conclusions.The research result showed that BAZNAS bil maal da'wah are aimed at the citizen interest is both building religious facilities and building educational institutions. Preaching by inviting people to give wealth (zakat, infaq, alms). The concept of this activity emphasizes the wealth used. BAZNAS bil maal da'wah is the spearhead for alleviating poverty. BAZNAS Lubuklinggau City in alleviating poverty can be seen from the strategy for collecting and distributing funds. BAZNAS fund collection carries out various innovations, collaborating with all parties (government, BUMN, entrepreneurs). Meanwhile, the distribution of zakat funds must be launched so that it is effective, efficient and on target. In distributing funds, BAZNAS has programs, namely economic programs, education programs, health programs, da'wah programs and humanitarian programs. The obstacles faced by BAZNAS Lubuklinggau City in alleviating poverty are limited operational funds, public awareness in paying zakat, public awareness in using zakat funds, the society has has strustless on Zakat institutions, zakat administrators still do not understand zakat governance

    This study examines publication, promotion, in public services in the perspective of the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW with a thematic hadith approach, which highlights the values ??of honesty, transparency, simplicity of information, and prohibition of fraud. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with primary data sources from Kutubu Tis'ah and its commentary, as well as supporting literature in the form of interpretations and academic journals. The main findings indicate that relevant hadiths provide important guidelines in maintaining the integrity of information and interactions in transactions. The values ??of honesty, transparency and prohibition of fraud are not only limited to the dimensions of the buying and selling process but have direct relevance to modern public service practices. In addition, the principle of simplicity of information encourages publication and promotion of honest, accurate, and realistic services. The implementation of these principles has the potential to create a more just, transparent, and blessed public service system. This study contributes to the development of thematic hadith studies that are relevant to the dynamics of contemporary life, especially in the context of public services

    Abstrak Kemajuan arus modernisasi yang bersamaan dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan teknologi (IPTEK) akan semakin mewarnai komunikasi ataupun hubungan yang berlangsung di masyarakat secara luas. Terlebih kembali kehidupan beragama yang itu merupakan inti sendi manusia di dalam menjalankan aktifitasnya di masa modernisasi ini. Upaya dan langkah perfentif di dalam membersamai perkembangan arus modernisasi ini adalah dengan selalu memperhatikan kaidah-kaidah nilai dan implementasinya bagi kehidupan. Ditambah konsentrasi para pegiat dakwah untuk terus memperhatikan terbarukannya pola dan dinamika penyampaian pesan agama, baik metode, strategi, dan sikap di dalam mengantisipasi kecenderungan masyarakat. Da’I dalam hal ini  harus terus dituntut selalu menginofasi motodeloginya di dalam menyampaikan pesan-pesan dakwah. Sebab perkembangan zaman dan globalisasi akan mudah menggerus pola-pola lama dan menghilang jikalau tidak ada upaya di dalam menginofasinya secara efektif. Penelitian ini adalah upaya peninjauan integrasi strategi dakwah era modern yang dinamis seiring dengan perubahan zaman. Dengan mengedepankan kualitatif deskriptif sebagai tabulasi dan kemasan datanya adalah literature riview atau kajian pustaka (library reaserch). Dengan luaran adalah da’I mampu mengintegrasikan arus modernisasi ini kedalam dakwahnya. Sehingga dakwah ini tetap bernilai pesan Islamnya, namun juga tidak meninggalkan perkembangan pengetahuan dan teknologi yang dijadikan sebagai alat (wasilah dakwah). Artinya pendakwah mampu turut dan ikut serta di dalam meramaikan perkembangan zaman yang berupaya menjelaskan syariat Islam dari sisi modernisnya. Dan orientasi dakwah di era ini adalah bagaiman pendekatan dakwah kepada mad’u yang secara notabene adalah akumulasi masyarakat modern dengan mengikuti trend masyarakatnya. Dengan menggunakan metode bi al tadwin atau pemanfaatan media dan langkah perfentif pendekatan bil hikmah wal mauizah hasanah. Selaras dengan da’I merupakan individu yang harus juga mampu menguasai wawasan materi, metode, media, IPTEK yang relevansi penyampaian pesan dakwah kepada mad’u adalah masyarakat modern.     Toleransi meliputi banyak hal yang salah satunya tentang agama. Toleransi beragama memiliki peranan yang penting dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat dikarenakan setiap warga Indonesia memeluk dan meyakini suatu agama. Untuk menanamkan toleransi beragama perlu adanya peran guru dalam mengajarkan dan membimbing siswa dalam menerapkan toleransi beragama. Tempat penelitian adalah di SD Negeri Muara Tiku Kecamatan Karang Jaya Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara. Salah satu alasan yang utama hingga penulis memilih judul dan lokasi di SD Negeri Muara Tiku  ini karena SD Negeri Muara Tiku adalah salah satu lembaga penddikan umum yang memiliki siswa-siswi yang berlatar belakang agama dan suku yang berbeda, meskipun masih didominasi oleh para siswa yang berasal dari keluarga yang berlatar belakang menganut agama Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Peneliti merupakan instrumen dari penelitian dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang dilakukan pada data yang diperoleh dengan mereduksi data yang tidak di perlukan, menyajikan data dan verikasi yakni menarik kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya guru PAI dalam menenamkan sikap toleransi pada siswa, di SD Negeri Muara Tiku Kecamatan Karang Jaya antara lain; Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam selalu berusaha memberikan contoh teladan, tidak memojokkan atau menjelekkan siswa lain, memberikan pemahaman tentang tauhid secara baik dan benar, memotivasi siswa dengan menceritakan kisah toleransi pada zaman nabi, memperkuat rasa ukhuwah Islamiyah, dan ukhuwah Insaniyah  yaitu dengan cara bergotong royong

    Education is something that must be taken by every human being. In teaching and learning, there must be a phase where the teacher explains to the students then the students are given tasks according to the lessons given by the teacher. This is certainly a reference to how students understand about the lesson. In this study, the authors used a quantitative method, method used is simple linear regression using the assignment variable (X) and the dependent variable, namely learning outcomes (Y). The next stage, the questionnaire was analyzed with a simple linear regression which serves to prove the research hypothesis. The data that has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test and assumption test are processed to produce the following regression: Y : 0.876 X : 0.648 Testing the hypothesis using the T test shows that variable X (assignment) has a positive but significant effect on variable Y (learning outcomes). The R Square number is 0.21, so the results of the termination are 0.21% which explains that giving assignments (X) results in learning (Y). That is 021 and the rest is influenced by other variables
