    Critical thinking in the context of recruiting election organizers using online systems is an urgent topic in constitutional law studies. In the digital era, technological transformation has fundamentally changed the electoral landscape. This research aims to analyze the implications of constitutional law for the use of online systems in recruiting election organizers. This research uses qualitative research approach with a document analysis and literature study. Through a critical approach, this research explores aspects such as fairness, transparency and accountability in the online recruitment process. By considering the democratic principles underlying constitutional law, this research highlights the legal challenges that may arise along with the adoption of technology in the recruitment of election administrators. An in-depth analysis of applicable legal norms will be carried out to assess the effectiveness and sustainability of the online system in maintaining the integrity and legitimacy of the general election process. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide valuable insight for the formulation of legal policies that are more adaptive to technological developments in the context of holding elections

    The funeral management education program carried out by students of the STAI Bumi Silampari Lubuklinggau Real Work Lecture located in Sukamana Village, STL Ulu Terawas District, Musi Rawas Regency, aims to improve community understanding and skills in funeral management in accordance with Islamic teachings. This activity includes theory and direct practice regarding the procedures for bathing, shrouding, praying, and burying the dead. This program was responded positively by the village community who previously had minimal knowledge about the correct procedures in handling corpses. Increasing the community's understanding and skills in caring for the body in accordance with Islamic teachings The results of this activity show a significant increase in the community's understanding and ability to take care of the body independently and in accordance with sharia. This education is expected to be a valuable provision for the people of Sukamana Village in dealing with grief situations more calmly and in a directed manner. This education is supported by the role of the Sukamana village government in the education of funeral management is to encourage the socialization of management and the right procedures in dealing with the situation and provide resources including funds, facilities and manpower to support the socialization of funeral management

    Inclusive education is a concept that is increasingly introduced into the global education system, particularly for early childhood. The goal of this concept is to provide equal opportunities for every child, including those with special needs, to develop in a supportive and diverse environment. In this context, inclusive education from an Islamic perspective holds significant relevance, as Islam emphasizes principles of equality, compassion, and respect for differences. However, while inclusive education has been widely discussed in academic circles, there is limited research focusing on the application of Islamic values in inclusive education for early childhood. Therefore, this study aims to analyze how Islamic principles can be applied in inclusive education for young children, with a focus on the values of compassion and respect for differences. This research adopts a library research method, analyzing various literature and previous studies related to inclusive education, Islamic education, and early childhood education. The data used consists of journal articles, books, and other relevant sources. Through the analysis of these sources, this study seeks to identify and develop an understanding of the role of Islamic education in creating an inclusive educational environment that supports the development of young children, including children with special needs. The findings of this study indicate that Islamic principles such as compassion (rahmah), brotherhood (ukhuwah), and equality (al-musawah) play a crucial role in supporting inclusive education for young children. These values can be applied in daily educational practices, both in teaching and in creating an inclusive school environment. Islam teaches to accept differences and respect every individual, so that children, including those with special needs, can learn in a mutually supportive and respectful atmosphere. Thus, inclusive education from an Islamic perspective can make a significant contribution to the character development and socio-emotional growth of young children

Traditional leadership practices in Islamic education must be re-evaluated to remain relevant and practical. This emphasizes the importance of integrating technology into educational practices while ensuring that these innovations are aligned with Islamic values. This article outlines several key strategies for reshaping Islamic educational leadership, including cultivating a disruptive mindset among leaders. A disruptive mindset, in this context, refers to a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving, where leaders are encouraged to challenge the status quo and embrace change. This mindset is crucial in navigating the complexities of the digital era while upholding Islamic values. Other strategies include promoting self-driven initiatives and reshaping educational paradigms to meet contemporary needs. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a literature study. The results obtained are the importance of digital literacy and the ethical use of technology in preparing educators and students to face the challenges of the digital era. Developing professional training programs that equip educators with the skills necessary to utilize digital tools effectively while upholding Islamic principles is recommended. This article also emphasizes the importance of character education, encouraging institutions to foster moral and ethical values ??in addition to academic achievement, and, ultimately, the need for a comprehensive approach to leadership in Islamic education that balances technological advancement with preserving core Islamic teachings. By embracing innovation and cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, Islamic educational leaders can ensure that their institutions thrive in the Age of Disruption, producing knowledgeable and morally grounded individuals.     The problem of bullying that often occurs in the educational environment, especially in schools, is a behavior that discriminates. The cause of bullying is in economic factors, there is a physical difference. Thus, it is necessary to prevent stop bullying through various ways such as providing education to elementary school students related to bullying problems. The implementation of stop bullying counseling was carried out at MI Bahrul Huda Sukaseneng, Compreng, Subang. The stages of this implementation include environmental socialization, implementation of providing education to students through a sharing system, discussion or question and answer, and conducting evaluations. The purpose of stop bullying counseling is to increase students' awareness of violence and discrimination. This implementation includes grade 4 and grade 6 students. The result of the implementation of counseling is that it can have implications for students on awareness of violence, and can understand that bullying is something that must be avoided. &nbsp

    Socioculturally, the Rama Agung village community is generally predominantly influenced by the legacy of ancestral values, regulations, and customary laws, as well as past traditions brought and adopted from various ethnic groups. Communication will be better established when someone can see broadly and openly the contexts of tolerance in diversity. This study aims to determine the communication management carried out by the Rama Agung community in maintaining harmony between religious communities. This study uses a qualitative method. The results of the study concluded that the Harmonization that occurred in Rama Agung was maintained because of the values ??of harmony instilled by the community in inter-religious life, namely the existence of open communication between fellow believers, mutual respect for other religious celebrations and mutual respect for the rules of other religions. The communication management carried out by the Rama Agung community in maintaining harmony in inter-religious life is in accordance with the convergence and divergence approaches.     Creativity is an ability to generate new ideas that are useful in solving problems or challenges faced in everyday life. Learning Islamic religious education is learning that is done by connecting several subjects related to everyday life. Learning outcomes are changes in behavior as a result of the educational process in accordance with educational goals. The aims of this study were to: (1) determine teacher creativity which can improve student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education class IV Lubuklinggau State Special School, (2) determine student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education learning class IV Lubuklinggau State Special Special School. To achieve some of the above objectives, researchers used field research with a qualitative descriptive approach and data sources were primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that, (1) teacher creativity that can improve student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education learning includes: in opening lessons in class doing ice breaking, presenting learning using learning media, appreciating student work by displaying it in class, and when closing learning motivate students. (2) Student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education class IV Lubuklinggau State Special School, previously the average student daily test score was 77,38 and now has increased the student's average daily test score to 80,3

This publication aims to investigate the significance of critical thinking in the context of learning, with a particular emphasis on educational philosophy views. This article examines the philosophical perspectives underpinning critical thinking, defines the relationship between those perspectives and academic goals, and assesses the impact these perspectives have on pupils' intellectual and moral growth. A method of research that takes a qualitative approach. Examining the ideas of epistemology, logic, and methodology that form the basis of critical thinking is accomplished through applying a philosophical perspective. To provide theoretical contributions to the debate over the function of critical thinking in the educational process, the discussion encompasses perspectives from ancient and modern philosophers. Additionally, the practical consequences of an educational philosophy perspective on the creation of curricula and teaching methods that support the development of critical thinking in students are discussed in this article

    The principle of the rule of law has been widely recognized as a crucial foundation for good governance and social justice in Indonesia. However, its implementation still faces various challenges that affect its effectiveness in improving good governance. This research aims to investigate the implementation of the rule of law principle in enhancing good governance in Indonesia. The methodology used is a qualitative approach with a literature review involving analysis of various related literature and documents. The research findings indicate that the rule of law principle plays a significant role in building good governance, yet it is confronted with challenges such as weak institutional capacity, legal uncertainty, and limited community participation. The conclusion of this research underscores the need for sustained efforts to strengthen institutional capacity, promote community participation, and overcome cultural and political barriers in realizing an effective rule of law principle to enhance good governance in Indonesia
