PERANCANGAN DESAIN UI WEBSITE PENGUMPULAN DAN PENILAIAN TUGAS (TUGAS ON TIME) MENGGUNAKAN METODE DESIGN THINKING
Full text linkPenggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi berkembang dengan sangat cepat dari masa ke masa, yang mempermudah manusia untuk menampilkan informasi dan berkomunikasi. Salah satu bidang yang memperoleh dampak yang cukup berarti adalah bidang pendidikan. Media pembelajaran berbasis website seperti e-learning merupakan contoh media dalam dunia pendidikan. Seperti yang dilakukan perguruan tinggi di Surabaya yaitu UKDC, dengan menghadirkan sebuah website dengan nama e-Learning UKDC yang berfungsi untuk media pemberian materi, pengumpulan tugas, dan ruang diskusi pada proses perkuliahan. Namun berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan salah satu dosen dan mahasiswa di UKDC, masih terdapat beberapa tantangan seperti kurangnya transparansi dan komunikasi, kurangnya efisiensi waktu dalam mengumpulkan tugas, dan dosen masih merasa kesulitan dan kebingungan dalam menggunakan fitur-fitur di e-Learning UKDC. Oleh karena itu, perlu dibuat suatu rancangan user interface website untuk pengumpulan dan penilaian tugas dengan tambahan fitur transparansi nilai dan rancangan user interface yang mudah digunakan, ramah pengguna, dan mengutamakan efisiensi waktu. Metode penelitian yang akan dipakai adalah metode design thinking. Hasil yang diperoleh berdasarkan pengujian prototype yang telah dilakukan menunjukan 60% setuju jika rancangan desain user interface yang sudah dibuat mudah digunakan, ramah pengguna, dan transparan.

K-Means Klastering Tanaman Biofarma Zingiber officinale Indonesia Tahun 2023
No full textIndonesia merupakan negara yang banyak memproduksi tanaman biofarma, Biofarma adalah tanaman yang bermanfaat untuk mencegah penyakit dan banyak di gunakan pada industri farmasi. Salah satu tanaman biofarma adalah Zingiber officinale atau dikenal dengan jahe yang banyak tumbuh di seluruh provinsi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini berfokus dalam melakukan pengelompokan penghasil tanaman biofarmaka dengan menggunakan teknik k-means klastering dengan menggunakan 2 variabel yaitu jumlah panen dan luas lahan dengan menggunakan 4 klaster untuk 38 provinsi di Indonesia. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa bahwa terdapat 9 provinsi pada klaster 1, 3 provinsi pada klaster 2, 2 provinsi pada klaster 3 dan 24 provinsi pada klaster 4. Klaster 1 yang berjumlah 3 provinsi adalah penghasil jahe yang paling banyak di Indonesia dan memiliki luas lahan yang paling besar dibandingkan dengan provinsi lainnya
Real-Time Temperature Monitoring VHMS Dashboard Development to Reduce Component Unscheduled Breakdown
Full text linkThe coal mining industry relies on heavy equipment such as excavators and bulldozers and their efficiencies are critical for the productivity. This paper addresses the issue of unscheduled breakdowns due to high operational temperatures which impacts productivity, equipment availability and maintenance costs. The existing Vehicle Health Monitoring System (VHMS) from Komatsu Original Manufacturing lacks of real-time data for coolant temperature. The data recording is only every 20 hours and data reporting to the monitoring system is transferred daily. This lack of data is leading to unable for identifying the causes of problems. This study proposes a real-time temperature monitoring dashboard for the VHMS to track and manage Komatsu equipment temperature limits and to upgrade the existing system to record temperature data in every second instead of every 20 hours. This fine data collection provides enough information for a comprehensive analysis of machine conditions. This allows for quick identification of abnormal temperature trends, leading to timely maintenance and failures prevention. The new dashboard system provides immediate access to detailed temperature data, facilitating prompt decision-making in maintenance process. It also involves setting new temperature limits to prevent overheating and reduce unscheduled component breakdown from 25% in 2019 to 0% in 2023 and 2024. Implementing a real-time temperature monitoring dashboard is expected to improve equipment availability, reduce breakdowns, optimize maintenance schedules and lower operational costs in the coal mining industry
Store Novelty dan Loyalitas Toko: Pengaruh Mediasi Store Design Complexity dan Store Design Pleasure
Full text linkOne of the biggest challenges faced by the retail sector in the digital era is maintaining customer loyalty to stores. This study aims to analyze the effect of store novelty on store loyalty, with store design complexity and store design pleasure as mediating variables. The study employed a purposive sampling method, involving 120 respondents who were customers of fashion stores in Surabaya. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire distributed online via Google Forms. The collected data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) technique with the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results show that store novelty does not have a direct effect on store loyalty; however, it has an indirect effect mediated by store design complexity and store design pleasure. These findings provide significant contributions to the retail management literature, particularly regarding strategies for building and maintaining customer loyalty. From a managerial perspective, the study recommends that store managers focus on innovative designs emphasizing variety and comfort to create a unique and enjoyable shopping experience for customers. Effectively managing engaging and complex store design elements can serve as a powerful strategy to enhance customer loyalty amidst the increasing competition in the retail industry
Keputusan Pembelian Generasi Z Atas Ponsel Pintar: Peran Brand Consciousness, Price Consciousness, dan Gender
No full textSmartphones have become a significant element of Generation Z's life as they are heavily reliant on technology. Nowadays, Generation Z tends to be involved in making purchasing decisions for electronic products. As a result, it is critical to understand better how they make smartphone purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the influence of brand and price consciousness on Generation Z's smartphone purchasing decisions. This study also tested the role of gender in the relationship between brand and price consciousness in purchasing decisions. This research design used a survey by distributing Google Form questionnaires to respondents with a Generation Z profile in Surabaya Raya (Surabaya, Sidoarjo, and Gresik). One hundred eleven responses were collected and analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0 software to perform Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The test results show that brand consciousness and price consciousness can enhance purchase decisions. Testing with multigroup analysis (MGA) shows that the influence of brand consciousness on purchasing decisions depends on gender. However, on the contrary, the influence of price consciousness on purchasing decisions does not depend on the gender of the smartphone consumers who participated as respondents in this study. The findings of this study provide an understanding of the importance of organizations comprehending the profile of this new generation and their expectations regarding smartphone products
Analisa Kesesuaian Fasilitas Stasiun Kereta Api Di Kota Lamongan Dengan Standart Nasional
Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesesuaian Stasiun Kereta Api di Kota Lamongan dengan standart nasional yang sudah ditetapkan oleh Kementrian Perhubungan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei Lapangan dan observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian fasilitas yang ada di Stasiun Lamongan belum memenuhi standart yang ditetapkan. Terdapat kekurangan beberapa fasilitas seperti ruang tunggu yang kurang memadahi jumlah penumpang, aksesibilitas keamanan antar penumpang dan kendaraan, belum adanya fasilitas yang mendukung penyandang disabilitas, yang dimana akan berdampak pada kemanan dan kenyamanan penumpang. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi dampak negatif dari fasilitas yang tidak sesuai standart terhadap pengalaman pengguna, yang dapat mengurangi minat masyarakat untuk menggunakan transportasi kereta api, oleh sebab itu peneliti merekomendasikan perbaikan infrastruktur dan peningkatan pelayanan untuk memenuhi standart nasional serta untuk meningkatkan kualitas transportasi publik di Kota Lamongan. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu merumuskan langkah-langkah strategis guna meningkatkan kualitas layanan transportasi publik di Kota Lamongan, sehingga dapat memberikan manfaat bagi pengguna transportasi publik

Dalam 1 waktu, penulis melakukan sosialisasi terkait pemanfaatan AI generatif meliputi: persiapan dan pembuatan akun sosial media Meta dan channell Youtube, pengenalan dan pembuatan konten sosial media menggunakan aplikasi - aplikasi online AI generatif seperti: chatGPT, HailuoAI dan lainnya. Dalam pembuatan konten berupa video, bahan - bahan hasil AI generatif yang telah didapatkan kemudian dimerger menggunakan aplikasi mobile capcut, dan kemudian berlanjut hingga strategi monetisasinya di sosial media dan Youtube. Comparative Analysis of Local Taxes in The Surabaya City Area
Full text linkThe Regional Government requires funding from Regional Original Income (PAD) to carry out equitable development in order to improve community welfare. Funding can come from regional taxes such as Hotel Tax, Restaurant Tax, Entertainment Tax, Street Lighting Tax which can be allocated evenly for regional development. Taxpayers are still not fully aware and contribute to paying regional taxes. This study aims to determine the comparison of regional taxes in the Surabaya City area for the period 2019-2023. This research approach uses a descriptive qualitative approach method through case studies by collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results obtained from this study are that the highest regional tax revenues are in the Central Surabaya area, followed by the second in the East Surabaya area, followed by the South Surabaya area, West Surabaya and the smallest tax is in the North Surabaya area. The types of taxes with the highest revenues in the City of Surabaya can be ranked as follows, the first is restaurant tax, the second is hotel tax, the third is parking tax, the fourth is entertainment tax, and the smallest is street lighting tax for the Surabaya city area

No full textPT. Intidaya Dinamika Sejati adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi dan distribusi peralatan industri, dengan salah satu produk utamanya adalah Medical System Vacuum. Studi ini menganalisis permasalahan di Departemen Purchasing terkait proses produksi, dengan mengidentifikasi tantangan utama seperti keterlambatan dalam pembuatan Bill of Materials (BOM) akibat antrean analisis kerusakan serta ketidakefisienan dalam alur kerja dari Sales Order (SO) ke Work Order (WO). Melalui pengamatan langsung,analisis data kegagalan, dan wawancara dengan ahli, ditemukan bahwa waktu produksi normal per unit adalah tiga minggu. Untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, beberapa solusi diusulkan, termasuk digitalisasi dan otomatisasi analisis BOM, optimalisasi pengadaan material melalui kerja sama dengan pemasok, penerapan sistem persediaan Just-In-Time (JIT), serta pemantauan pengiriman material secara real-time. Peningkatan koordinasi antar divisi juga menjadi faktor penting melalui penyederhanaan prosedur, penerapan sistem komunikasi digital, dan pelatihan lintas divisi. Selain itu, untuk mengatasi keterlambatan proyek, diperlukan penjadwalan ulang dengan waktu buffer yang lebih realistis, pemantauan progres secara berkala, dan penerapan analisis risiko secara proaktif. Langkah-langkah ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi produksi, mengurangi biaya dan waktu, serta meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, sehingga pada akhirnya memperkuat posisi kompetitif PT. How Managerial Ability and Board Profiles Drive Sustainability Perfomance: Evidence From Indonesia Manufacturing Firms
No full textThis study examines the influence of managerial competence and board characteristics on corporate sustainability performance, emphasizing the moderating role of green-oriented chief executive officers (CEOs). The research focuses on manufacturing firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2018 to 2022, using a purposive sampling technique to obtain 39 firm-year observations. Managerial ability is measured through efficiency-based financial indicators, while board characteristics are represented by directors’ accounting backgrounds and international experience. The study employs panel data regression analysis using EViews to test the proposed hypotheses. The empirical findings indicate that managerial ability and directors with international exposure significantly enhance corporate sustainability performance. In contrast, the proportion of board members with accounting backgrounds does not show a significant effect. Moreover, the moderating analysis reveals that the presence of green-oriented CEOs strengthens the positive association between managerial competence and sustainability outcomes. These results highlight the importance of leadership quality and global experience in fostering sustainable business practices within emerging markets. The study contributes to the growing literature on sustainable corporate governance and provides practical implications for firms aiming to integrate managerial capability and eco-conscious leadership into their strategic agend
