    MONITORING ALAT PENGUKUR SUHU RUANG UNTUK PENYANDANG TUNANETRA DENGAN SISTEM KELUARAN SUARA BERBASIS MIKROKONTROLER ATMEGA328

    This research results in the design of a room temperature measuring device for the blind using the Atmega328 microcontroller. The design of the tool uses the Thermistor NTC 3950 temperature sensor. The sensor input is converted into a digital signal and processed by the Atmega 328 microcontroller using the Arduino Nano programming language. The results of measuring the temperature value of a classroom with an area of 6.8 x 5.5 m for the blind in SLB show that the temperature value is in the range of 26 – 29o. The accuracy of the instrument is measured by comparing a standard measuring instrument with a digital thermometer TPM-10. Observation of room temperature values was carried out for 10 hours in the reading range of values per 1 hour. From the results of a comparison with the standard digital thermometer TPM-10 measuring instrument, it shows that the accuracy of the tool is 98.35%

    Abstrak: Deteksi Defect Produk As Hidrolis Berbasis pendekatan  Failure Mode and Efefct Analysis. Pertumbuhan kendaran niaga jenis truck menimbulkan inovasi adanya penambahan sistim hidrolis. UD. RZ merupakan pemasok komponen as hidrolis dump tuck.   Manajemen UD. RZ saat ini berupaya menemukan solusi menyeluruh guna mengurangi defect pada proses produksi as hidrolis.  penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kegagalan di sepanjang proses  produksi as hidrolis menggunakan pendekatan Failure Mode  and Effect Analysis. Penelitian ini diawali dengan pemetaan alur proses produksi guna untuk mengidentifikasi produk defect, penentuan skala occurence, severity, dan detection oleh karyawan dan pemilik usaha, perhitungan  perioritas risiko, dan diakhiri dengan pemetaan sebab akibat timbulnyadefect berbasis 5M.. Hasil penelitian menujukan dua defect yang teridentifikasi yaitu kesalahan ukuran dengan nilai Risk Priority Number 224, kesalahan titik pengeboran dengan nilai Risk Priority Number 147. Faktor penyebab kegagalan yaitu   pekerjan kurang teliti dan dan tidak adanya alat bantu titik pengeboran. Adapun solusi yang bisa dilakukan dengan pembubutan ulang jika dimungkinkan, meningkatkan ketelitian pekerja, menamba SOP pekerja, dan adanya alat bantu titik pengeboran solusi tersebut diharap bisa mengurangi defect pada produksi as hidrolis damp truck. The growth of truck-type commercial vehicles has led to innovation in adding a hydraulic system. UD. RZ is a supplier of dump truck hydraulic spare parts. The producer has been observing a comprehensive solution to reduce defects in the production process of hydraulic spare-part. This study aims to evaluate failures along the production process of hydraulic axles using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis approach. This study begins with mapping the flow of the production process in order to identify product defects, determining the scale of occurrence, severity, and detection by employees and business owners, calculating risk priorities, and mapping the causes and effects of 5M-based defects. This study result distinguished the two topmost Risk Priority Numbers, which scored 224, namely miscalculation in the measurement process and drilling point errors, with a score of 147. The defect has been studied, and found factors such as inaccuracy in work, and the lack of drilling point tools. The solution can be done by re-turning, increasing the accuracy of workers, adding workers' SOPs, and having drilling point tools. The solution is expected to reduce defects in producing hydraulic spare-part of dump trucks. Keywords: FMEA; RPN; Defect; as Hydraulic; Dump Truc

    Olele is one of the villages in the Sulawesi archipelago with excellent potential as a tourist spot. The village, which is located in Gorontalo, is nicknamed "The Hidden Paradise in Sulawesi“ because of its stunning underwater beauty. The aim of the research is to rearrange the marine tourism area in Olele Village and optimally add building functions to improve the tourist area. The method used is descriptive qualitative method, the research location is in Olele Village with the optimal rearrangement of existing buildings and the addition of building functions, with survey and interview research types.The results of this study are (1) the concept of structuring the marine tourism area (2) the optimal addition of building functions for the previous building. The conclusion from the research conducted is that there are differences in the layout of the building from the old building in addition to creating an optimal building function to improve the tourist area. The results of the research will be material for corrections for the local government. For the benefit of building design it is necessary to criticize k architecture from architects together with the community, so that discussions and inputs are given to pay more attention to the condition of the marine tourism area site

    Abstrak: Analisis Kualitas Kemasan Minyak Goreng Dengan Metode Seven Tools Guna Mengurangi Kegiatan Repack di PT.WINA Gresik. PT WINA Gresik ialah satu diantara perusahaan dengan berfokus pada industri agroindustri. Pada dunia bisnis, kualitas adalah faktor yang sangat penting terhadap minat beli dari konsumen. Banyaknya kompetitor pada bisnis ini, PT WINA Gresik harus selalu menjaga bahkan meningkatkan kualitas produknya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini antara lain : (1) Mengidentifikasi dan mengetahui faktor penyebab defect yang paling berpengaruh terhadap proses pengemasan kemasan minyak goreng. (2) Memberikan sejumlah alternatif solusi untuk perbaikan terhadap proses pengemasan produk kemasan minyak goreng. Metode yang hendak dipergunakan dalam menganalisa kualitas ialah metode seven tools. Berbagai instrumen statistik yang dipergunakan pada metode ini guna pengendalian kualitas ialah, Control Chart, Histogram, Flow Chart, Pareto Chart, Fishbone Diagram, Stratification, Check Sheet. Hasil pengolahan data dari tabel peta kendali p-chart, didapat nilai p (proporsi cacat) dengan rata-rata senilai 0.000317,  Upper Control Limit (UCL) adalah 0.00032, Lower Control Limit (LCL) adalah 0.00011 dan Central Line (CL) adalah  0.00021. Diharapkan aksi cepat tanggap dari mekanik agar jika ada terjadi kerusakan atau trouble pada mesin bisa cepat teratasi, sehingga dapat meminimalisir jumlah cacat dan dapat memaksimalkan hasil produksi. Kata kunci: Analisis Kualitas; Minyak Goreng; Metode Seven Tools Abstract: Quality Analysis of Cooking Oil Packaging Using the Seven Tools Method to Reduce Repack Activities at PT.WINA Gresik. PT WINA Gresik is a company engaged in the agroindustry. In the business world, quality is a very important factor in buying interest from consumers. With the large number of competitors in this business, PT WINA Gresik must always maintain and even improve the quality of its products. The aims of this study include: (1) Identifying and knowing the factors that cause defects that most influence the cooking oil packaging process. (2) Provide a number of alternative solutions to improve the packaging process for cooking oil packaging products. The method that will be used to analyze quality is the seven tools method. The statistical tools used in this method for quality control are Control Chart, Histogram, Flow Chart, Pareto Chart, Fihsbone Diagram, Stratification, Check Sheet. The results of data processing from the p-chart control chart table, the p-value (proportion of defects) is obtained with an average of 0.000317, the Upper Control Limit (UCL) is 0.00032, the Lower Control Limit (LCL) is 0.00011 and the central line or Central Line (CL) is 0.00021. It is hoped that the mechanics will respond quickly so that if there is damage or trouble with the machine can be quickly resolved, so as to minimize the number of defects and maximize production results.     This study describes the calculation of cold storage analysis for planning the preservation of vannamei shrimp in Pohuwato Regency. The purpose of this paper is to calculate the cooling load on frozen fish cold storage, calculate the performance of the vapor compression cycle including mass flow rate, compressor power, and COP. This study uses a theoretical design method. Cold storage design for product storage. The design data was obtained from field observations. The calculation results showed that the Refrigerant used was Refrigerant 12 (R-12), a vannamei shrimp product. The cycle cooling load is 47.33 kW. Cold storage designed for the process of preserving shrimp with a capacity of 13 tons, Cooling temperature in cold storage is 10° C, Superheated temperature is 5° C, Sub cooled temperature is 5° C, Refrigerant temperature in the condenser is 35° C, Refrigerant temperature in the evaporator is 5° C, the pressure in the condenser is 0.8 MPa, the pressure in the evaporator is 0.4 MPa so that a coefficient of performance (COP) of 4.7 is obtained

    Abstrak: Analisis Risiko pada Jembatan Jalur Ganda Jalan Kereta Api Lintas Surabaya – Solo (Paket:JGMS 8). Dalam proyek konstruksi tidak lepas dari adanya risiko yang terjadi. Risiko tersebut bisa saja memengaruhi kelangsungan pekerjaan proyek. Maka dari itu perlu dilakukan analisis manajemen risiko. Tujuan dari manajemen risiko untuk mengetahui risiko yang muncul pada proyek tersebut, menentukan level risiko, serta cara penanganan pada risiko yang dominan, Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini berupa data primer dari hasil wawancara dan kuesioner, dan data sekunder dari hasil studi literatur. Hasil dari identifikasi risiko adalah terdapat 23 variabel risiko yang terjadi pada proyek ini dan hasil dari analisis risiko terdapat 5 variabel yang memiliki level ekstrim yaitu debit air tinggi/banjir, membludaknya sampah di sekitar area proyek, iklim ekstrim, harga bahan bakar naik, kenaikan hara material dan 4 variabel yang memiliki level tinggi yaitu terjadinya longsor saat pekerjaan struktur bawah jembatan, truck mixer telat dating, proses produksi berdampak negatif, dan kerusakan alat berat. Respon risiko pada penelitian ini dilakukan untuk risiko yang memiliki level risiko ekstrim dan tinggi sebanyak 9 variabel. Respon risiko yang dilakukan dengan cara mengurangi risiko dan menghindari risiko. Kata kunci: analisis risiko; jembatan kereta api; manajemen risiko Abstract: Risk Analysis on the Surabaya – Solo Cross Railway Double Track Bridge (Package:JGMS 8). In a construction project, there are risks that occur. These risks may affect the continuity of project work. Therefore its necessary to do a risk management analysis. The purpose of risk management is to find out the risks that arise in the project, determine the level of risk, and how to handle the dominant risks. Data collection techniques in this study are in the form oof primary data from interviews and questionnaires, and secondary data from the result of literature studies. The result of risk identification are that there are 23 risk variables that occur in this project and the results of the risk analysis are that there are 5 variables that have extreme levels, namely high water discharge/floods, overflowing of waste around the project area, extreme climate, rising fuel prices, rising nutrients materials and 4 variables that have high levels, namely the occurrence of landslides during the construction of the under-bridge structure, mixer trucks arriving late, the production process has a negative impact, and heavy equipment damage. The risk response in this study was carried out for risks that have extreme and high risk levels as many as 9 variables. Risk response is carried out by reducing risks and avoiding risks.     This study aims to determine the types of waste in the cheese banana chips production process at Flamboyan UKM and find out how to minimize waste in the production process. This study uses the lean manufacturing method in evaluating the formulation to identify and reduce waste that occurs in Flamboyan UKM. The results of this study are two wastes, namely waiting time where waiting activities occur in the stacking of finished products in the draining process with a time of 247.13 seconds and in the cooling process with a time of 251.77, and waste defects where there are cracked chips, charred chips and packaging processes that are not good , causing the chips to not be crispy. The conclusion of this research is to minimize waste wasting time by adding a spinner machine in the draining process, as well as for the cooling process to minimize waste waiting time for the chips to be separated into several containers. Furthermore, for waste defects, conduct training for employees and carry out product checks or checks. Suggestions for Flamboyan SMEs need training for employees to be more effective in carrying out good work and making continuous improvements in order to get good product result

    Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bangunan pengendali sedimen di Sungai Pohu Kabupaten Gorontalo Provinsi Gorontalo dengan menggunakan Metode pada Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Kegiatan Operasi dan Pemeliharaan Prasarana Sungai Serta Pemeliharaan Sungai sesuai Surat Edaran Direktorat Jendral Sumber Daya Air Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat, Nomor: 05/SE/D/2016.Jenis penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif. Lokasi kegiatan inventarisasi adalah sepanjang Sungai Pohu mulai dari hulu sungai hingga hilir sungai yang bermuara di Danau Limboto. Deskriptif pada penelitian ini merupakan bentuk penjabaran dari hasil survei kinerja Bangunan Pengendali Sedimen yang dilakukan. Pengamatan Bangunan Pengendali Sedimen dilakukan dengan meninjau dari segi fisik, dan segi manfaat bangunan tersebut.     Abstrak: Pengendalian Kualitas Produksi Bibit F2 Jamur Tiram Putih (Pleurotus ostreatus) Menggunakan Metode Six Sigma. Penelitian ini berfokus pada permasalahan pengendalian kualitas selama produksi bibit F2 jamur tiram putih yang kurang optimal selama proses perebusan, pendinginan, dan pengemasan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menerapkan metode Six Sigma dalam pengendalian kualitas produksi bibit F2 jamur tiram putih. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dikatakan bahwa data produksi dan data cacat berdistribusi normal. Adapun untuk hasil perhitungan menggunakan Metode Six Sigma dengan tahapan DMAIC, didapatkan hasil bahwa nilai DPMO sebesar 25470,7 dengan nilai sigma yang didapat senilai 3.452. Dimana setiap melakukan produksi menghasilkan sekitar 13,1273% produk cacat. Usulan perbaikan dalam produksi bibit F2 jamur tiram putih adalah menetapkan metode yang tepat, mengikuti prosedur produksi yang ditetapkan, meningkatkan konsentrasi pekerja, dan melakukan perubahan pada bagian mesin. Kata kunci: DMAIC; Produk Cacat; Quality Control; Six Sigma. Abstract: Quality Control of Oyster Mushroom F2 Seed Production (Pleurotus ostreatus) Using The Six Sigma Method. This research focuses on the problem of quality control during the production of suboptimal white oyster mushroom F2 seedlings during the boiling, cooling, and packaging processes. The purpose of this research is to apply the Six Sigma method to the quality control of white oyster mushroom F2 seedling production. Based on the results of the analysis, it is said that production data and defect data are normally distributed. As for the calculation results using the Six Sigma Method with the DMAIC stage, the results show that the DPMO value is 25470,7 with a sigma value obtained of 3.452. Where each production produces around 13.1273% of defective products. Proposed improvements in the production of white oyster mushroom F2 seedlings include setting the right method, following established production procedures, increasing worker concentration, and making changes to the machine.     Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara dengan kekayaan dan hasil alam terbesar di dunia. Sebagian besar hasil alam di Indonesia dimanfaatkan untuk keperluan masyarakat dan penggerak perekonomian Salah satu hasil alam Indonesia yang menjadi komoditas adalah teh. PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pengolahan daun teh. Produk yang dihasilkan oleh PT. XYZ adalah teh hijau (green tea). Dalam memenuhi permintaan, PT.XYZ mengalami kendala pada waktu-waktu tertentu seperti pada musim penghujan. Di musim penghujan daun teh cenderung mudah terserang hama atau penyakit seperti penyakit cacar daun yang disebabkan oleh Basidiospora Exobasidium Vexans. Parasit tersebut berkembang pada embun (kabut setelah hujan), air hujan, dan pada temperatur rendah sehingga salah satu hal solusi yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan memetik teh lebih awal dan dengan cepat sebelum daun teh terserang hama atau penyakit. Akibat menggunakan alat tradisional saat proses pemetikan daun teh terdapat beberapa permasalahan seperti produktivitas pemetikan dan gangguan yang berisiko menyebabkan Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). Untuk menindak lanjuti hal tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan membuat rancangan alat bantu pemetik daun teh menggunakan metode Ergonomic Function Deployment (EFD) sehingga rancangan alat bantu pemetik daun teh pemetik daun teh yang dibuat dapat meningkatkan produktivitas pemetikan serta rancangan alat yang sesuai dengan aspek ergonomi (ENASE)
