Hubungan Perilaku Dengan Konsep Diri Pada Pasien Chronic Kidney Diseases Yang Menjalani Hemodialisa Diruang Hemodialisa RSUD Dr. Moewardi
Background. Chronic Kidney Diseases (CKD) is a progressive deviation of kidney, the kidneys are unable to function to maintain metabolic balance , so as to resolve the issue carried out various therapies one of which is dialysis or Hemodialysis (HD). CKD patients undergoing hemodialysis will experience physical and psychosocial problems that affect the behavior and self-concept. This research is to know the Relationship Between Behavior And Self-concept in patients at Chronic Kidney Diseases That Undergoing Hemodialysis In Hemodialysis Unit of Hospital Dr. Moewardi. Methods. This type of research is correlational with the design of cross sectional and analysis the data used is the test Product Moment Pearson. Research Result. The results of this research is there is a relationship between the behavior and self-concept of patients undergoing hemodialysis in Hemodialysis Unit of Hospital Dr. Moewardi. This is evidenced by Pearson Product Moment analysis test which obtained significance value (p value) 0,000 < 0,05 (α = 5 %). Conclusion. Behaviors related to self-concept in patients with CKD undergoing Hemodialysis
Pengetahuan Berpengaruh Terhadap Kepatuhan Dalam Perawatan Kaki Pada Klien Diabetes Melitus Tipe II
Background: An increasing number of people with diabetes mellitus will increase the risk of chronic complications, one of which is neuropathy. Diabetic neuropathy can cause disability and even death. Management of Diabetes Mellitus is intended to prevent the occurrence of complications by educating clients about foot care. it aims to improve the knowledge and adherence of people with diabetes mellitus. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of the knowledge level of foot care with adherence in performing foot care in patients with Type II Diabetes Mellitus. Research Methods. this study was quantitative research using descriptive-analytic method through a cross-sectional study approach. Data analysis used Chi-Square. This research questionnaire used Nottingham Assessment of Functional Footcare (NAFF) to measure knowledge Rnd Diabetic Foot Care Behavior (DFCB) to measure compliance. Results showed a significant relationship between the level of knowledge with patient compliance in performing foot care (p = 0.001). Conclusion, Based on these results can be concluded that people with diabetes mellitus who have good knowledge will tend to increase adherence in performing foot care
Model Transformational Service Dengan Pendekatan Teori Sistem Interpersonal Imogene King Terhadap Mutu Pelayanan Kesehatan Dipuskesmas Tanjung Palas Kabupaten Bulungan Kalimantan Utara Tahun 2018
AbstrackBackground : There are issues that Health Center is still considered as a middle to lower health service, unsatisfactory service, and the attitude of officers who arbitrarily provide services that cause the Health Center got a bad view. Observations on 5 nurses were still found the nurses who were still passive towards work, rarely smiled, and did not care about their appearance. Transformational service as a service at the highest level that is expected to be able to change customer character because it is able to provide solutions to customer problems. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to know the Transformational Service with Imogene King interpersonal system approach and the effect to the quality of health service at Tanjung palas Health Center, Bulungan District, North Kalimantan in 2018 2018. Method: This was a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental research method with pre-post and control group design. The sample of this study were patients at Tanjung Palas Health Center and Bumi Rahayu Health Center, with total sample in the intervention group were 40 respondents and in the control group were 40 respondents, used a simple random sampling technique and analysis method of General Linear Model Repeated Measure (GLM-RM). Result: The results of this study showed that there were significant figures at the level of health services at Tanjung Palas Health Center. The mean values from measurement 1 to 4 were 76.20 from measurements 1 and d 88.29 in measurement 4 with a difference of 12.09. While the average value in the control group between measurements 1 and 4 were 75.93 and 83.44 with a difference of 07.51. From the difference in the average value between the differences in quality of health services in measurements 1 and 4 in the intervention group compared to the control group made conclusion that Ha accepted. Conclusion: The Transformational Service model with Imogene King interpersonal system approach was effective to improve the quality of health service at Tanjung palas Health Center, Bulungan District, North Kalimantan in 2018. Keefektifan Pemberian Nebulizer Terapi Combivent Dan Terapi Bisolvon Terhadap Patensi Jalan Nafas Pada Pasien Asma Bronkial Diruang IGD BBKPM Makassar
Abstract Background : Asthma is a worldwide health problem. People with asthma in the world today was estimated at 300 million peoples, and expected in 2025 reached 400 million peoples. In Indonesia, there were currently about 12.5 million peoples. In BBKPM Makassar, the number of people with asthma who visit in 2009 were 291 patients, in 2010 to 292 patients, and in 2011 starting from January to November, as 243 patients. It shows the number of people with asthma who visit the BBKPM Makassar each month has increased. Therapy of asthma treatment often used was nebulizer using combivent and bisolvon. Purpose this study to determine the effectiveness of provision nebulizer of combivent and bisolvon therapy to airway patency in asthma bronchial patient at ER of BBKPM Makassar. Method: used was quase experimental with two groups pretest and posttest design. Sample of 40 patients who met the criteria were randomly selected to be divided into two groups, 20 samples for nebulizer of combivent therapy, and 20 samples for nebulizer of bisolvon therapy. Method: Technique of data analysis used was paired t test. the Research result conducted on two groups of respondents, obtained t count value frequency of respiratory and pulmonary physiology in the treatment group of nebulizer using combivent obtained t count of the frequency of respiratory physiology was 15.601 and pulmonary physiology was 23.083, while the treatment groups of nebulizer using bisolvon obtained t count value was 7.701 and pulmonary physiology was 12.606. Result: were both higher than the t table value 1.725 at significant level 95%. Conclusion: Provision nebulizer of combivent therapy provide greater effectiveness in reducing airway obstruction in asthma bronchial patients at ER ofBBKPM Makassar in 2012
Gangguan Pola Nafas Tidak Efektif Pada Pasien Congestive Heart Failure (CHF)
Abstract Background: Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) is the heart failure in pumping blood so that the blood supply containing oxygen and nutrients to the entire body tissues is inhibited and causes shortness of breath. Problems that arise that the breath pattern is not effective and can be arranged intervention one of them assess the frequency of breath depth. Acquire a real picture and experience in patients with Congestive Heart Failure (CHF). Methods: The type of research used in the preparation of scientific papers is the type of descriptive research and case study design with the approach of nursing care. The number of patients who became the study respondents amounted to two people. Result: Based on observation result, it is concluded that with the same nursing diagnosis and done the same implementation there is difference of result and response between group of intervention with control group. Suggestion. Suggestions put forward in this study is the need to pay attention to the accuracy of the assessment to determine the priority problems that occur in patients and the principle of ONEC (Observation, Nursing Treatment, Education, Collaboration) on the intervention
Gambaran Serum Elektrolit Pada Pasien Acute Miocard Infark (AMI) Di Ruang Intensive Cardiovaskuler Care Unit (ICVCU) RSUD Dr. Moewardi Di Surakarta
Abstract Background: AMI is a myocardial necrosis caused by inadequate blood supply.The cardiac muscle contractility has very important role in pumping blood. Contraction of the heart in pumping blood is regulated by cardiac action potential,such as role is sodium (Na +) and potassium (K +). AMI is a myocardial necrosis caused by inadequate blood supply. Objective of this research to describe the serum electrolytes such as sodium (Na +) and potassium (K +) in patients with AMI who undergoes treatment in ICVCU of Regional General Hospital Dr. Moewardi Surakarta in 2016.Reasearch Methods: This research uses descriptive research. The subject of this research is the patients who is treated in ICVCU of Dr. Moewardi hospital with Acute Myocardial Infarction a number of 57 respondents. The researh was conducted in two months. The sampling techniques is by total sampling. The data collection method uses observation technique. Results: The average of AMI respondents are 41-60 years old in which as much as 57.9%, male respondents are as much as 75.4%, the highest classification of AMI STEMI are 75.4%, the majority of respondents whose the results of sodium levels are in <136 mmol / L (low) are 71.9%, the result of potassium levels which are between 3.3 to 5.1 mmol / L (normal) are 82.5%. Conclusion: Average AMI patients are 41-60 years, the majority of respondents is male with the highestclassification of AMI STEMI and have the level of sodium is <136 mmol / L (low
Analisa Faktor Risiko Penyebab Kejadian Penyakit Gagal Ginjal Kronik (GGK) Di Ruang Hemodialisa RS Dr. Moewardi
Background: Chronic renal failure is a disease that affects many people of Indonesia. CRF is caused by several risk factors such as age, sex, smoking history, history of hypertension, history of diabetes, history of consumption analgesic / NSAID, history of energy drink supplement consumption. Based on medical record data RS Dr. Moewardi Surakarta number of patients with chronic renal failure in 2015 was 1023 patients. The purpose of this research was to analyze the risk factors associated with disease occurrence of CRF in RS Dr. Moewardi. Method: Research design used in this study design was descriptive analytic with cross-sectional design. The total sample of 60 respondents from patients with CRF in Space Hemodialysis in RS Dr. Moewardi in March and April 2016 used univariate frequency distribution, bivariate chi-square, multivariate logistic regression. Result: this research showed the highest frequency distribution is equal to the age of more than 60 years of 91,7%, male gender 53,3%, 53,3% smoking history, history of hypertension of 75,0%, a history of DM 55 %, a history of consumption of analgesics/NSAIDs 53,3%, a history of consumption of 90,0% supplement drink. Bivariate analysis showed significant association between the occurrence of CRF stage 5 with age (p-value 0.039), gender (p-value 0.036), history of smoking (p-value 0.036), hypertension (p-value 0.021), DM (p-value 0.016), consumption of analgesics/ NSAID (p-value 0.001), supplement beverage consumption (p-value 0.008 ). Results of multivariate analysis found the most dominant factor in the incidence of CRF stage 5 is a history of consumption of supplement drink with OR = 35.791. risk factors most dominant factor is a history of consumption of beverage supplements
Kecemasan Dan Depresi Pada Penderita Diabetes Mellitus Tipe 2 Yang Mengalami Disfungsi Seksual Di Puskesmas Sibela Kota Surakarta
Background: The various symptoms will be experienced by patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 following they suffer from the disease. The symptoms include symptoms of anxiety and depression. During suffering from diabetes mellitus type 2, the patients also experienced the complication of the disease that effects the quality of life. Good management of the disease is very important to decrease mortality and morbidity. WHO stated that there is an increase of prevalence of diabetes mellitus type 2 in developing countries including Indonesia. This research aims to know the relationship between anxiety and depression to sexual dysfunction among woman with diabetes mellitus type 2 in Sibela Public Health Centre in Surakarta City. This research was also conducted to describe the level of anxiety, depression and sexual dysfunction among women with diabetes mellitus. Method: this research is non-eksperimen with a descriptive correlational design that describes research based on the distribution and then finds a correlation between one variable and other variables. Chi-Square SPSS (Statistical Program For Social Science) version 18 was utilized to analyze the data. Result: showed that there a correlation between anxiety and sexual dysfunction among women with diabetes mellitus with p-value = 0,002 ( p< 0,05). Conclusion: There was also correlation between depression and sexual dysfunction among women with diabetes mellitus with p-value = 0.000 (p < 0,05). Identification of the symptoms of anxiety, depression, sexual dysfunction is important in order to plan appropriate intervention to deal with the problem
Pengaruh Terapi Slow Stroke Back Massage (SSBM) Terhadap Perubahan Tekanan Darah Pada Pasien Stroke Non Hemoragik Di Ruang Melati 4 RSUP. Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten
Background. Almost 50% of stroke caused by blood pressure increase. Management Non-Haemorrhagic Stroke patients in non-critical phase to lowering blood pressure can be done with non-pharmacologic therapy and pharmacologic therapy. Slow Stroke Back Massage is one of the non-pharmacological therapy relaxations which can lower blood pressure. The purpose of this research is to 1) Determine the effect of slow stroke back massage therapy to changes in blood pressure in patients with non-hemorrhagic stroke. 2) To describe characteristics of patients with non-hemorrhagic stroke 3) Determine the change in blood pressure in patients with non-hemorrhagic stroke before and after the slow-stroke back massage therapy. Methods. Type of this research is quasi-experiment with the design of One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The Results. The result of this research is their influence of Slow Stroke Back Massage therapy to changes in blood pressure in patients with non-hemorrhagic stroke in Melati 4. This is evidenced by the results of the Wilcoxon test analysis where the systolic blood pressure before and after therapy SSBM ρ = 0.000 and a significance value of diastolic blood pressure before and after therapy SSBM ρ = 0.003. Because the value of ρ <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, Conclusion. There is the influence of Slow Stroke Back Massage therapy to changes in blood pressure in patients with non-hemorrhagic stroke in Melati 4 Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro, Klaten General Hospital
Pengaruh Senam Diabetes Melitus (DM) Terhadap Perubahan Tekanan Darah Pada Pasien DM TIPE 2 Di Persadia Unit RSUD Dr. Moewardi Di Surakarta Tahun 2015
Abstract : Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, Blood Pressure, Gymnastics Diabetes. Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic metabolic disease or disorder with multiple etiologies is characterized by high blood sugar levels. World Health Organitation (WHO) said Indonesia ranks the seventh in the world as a country with the number of people with diabetes mellitus. More than 50% of patients with type 2 diabetes have hypertension (Sweetman, 2009). Management of diabetes disease that has been known there are three ways, namely arranging food, exercise, and medication. Exercise can cause the growth of new capillary blood vessels so as to reduce the blockage in the blood vessels which means it can lower blood pressure. The Objective of the research is to explain the influence of diabetes mellitus exercise to changes in blood pressure in patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus in Persadia Hospital Dr. Moewardi Surakarta 2015. This type of research is quasy exsperiment to design one group pre and post test design, and data analysis used is frequency distribution univariate and bivariate test with paired samples t-test. Results of this study had a effect of diabetes mellitus exercise to changes in blood pressure in patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus in Persadia Hospital Dr. Moewardi Surakarta. This is evidenced by paired sample t-test which obtained p value systole 0.01 and diastole 0.018 (p <0.05).The conclusion of the research there is the influence of diabetes mellitus exercise to changes in blood pressure in patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus in Persadia Hospital Dr. Moewardi Surakarta
