    Sifat Fisik Serbuk Effervescent Ramuan Jamu Antihipertensi

    Background: Physical Test, Effervescent Powder, Antihypertensive Herbal. Data from Basic Health Research reports that the prevalence of hypertension in Indonesia in the population aged> 18 years is 29.8% and shows that the population of Indonesia which consumes 95.60% of herbal medicine has experienced benefits in all age groups and economic status, both in rural and urban areas but its utilization so far is still limited to self-medication and has not been done in health facilities. The scientific formula for herbal medicine for antihypertension includes Apium graveolans, Centella asiatica, Orthosiphon aristatus, Curcuma domestica, Phylantus niruri, Curcuma xanthoriza and has received a certificate from the Saintification National Herbal Medicine Commission and has been proven to be safe and efficacious. The observation authors of the use of antihypertensive herbs so far in the form of decoction preparations, it is necessary to make preparations that are practical and easy to consume and are expected with different dosage forms still have the same efficacy as lowering blood pressure, one of them in effervescent powder preparation and the need physical test for powder to find out quality standards. The aim of the study was to determine the results of the physical test of effervescent powder preparations. Method: The research method is descriptive with the research sample being effervescent powder. Results: The results showed that the results of the physical test of effervescent powder of antihypertensive herbs consisting of pH was 5.1, flow velocity was 6.56, stationary angle 21°, dispersion test was 3 minute 11 second . The moisture content of effervescent powder according to the standard is 1.5% (standard less than 5%), while the organoleptic results of effervescent powder of antihypertensive herbs showed results in fine powder, light brown color, sour taste, distinctive smell of antihypertensive herbal ingredients and homogeneous powder. Conclusion: The conclusion showed that the results of the physical test of effervescent powder was in accordance with quality standards

    Reproductive health is an important part of general health and main characteristic to increase the degree of human health from childhood, and most important is adolescence and adulthood. And determine the level of reproductive health for women dan men. This can affect future generations’ health. Women who have entered puberty will who experienced menstruation, most of women will experience discomfort or painful periods and  usually called by dysmenorrhea. Dysmenorrhea Management can used by pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapy  that have been carried out as an effort to overcome dysmenorrhea such as analgesic drugs, hormonal therapy, non-steroidal prostaglandin drugs, and dilatation of the cervical canal. This therapy can Addiction and Negative Effects and drug side effects is dangerous for patient  while non-pharmacological therapy common is relaxation  therapy with  listening to music, acupuncture, acupressure, sports, and spiritual therapy. One of  non-pharmacological therapy is gymnastics / sports, and spiritual therapy that is usually by dzikir also listening the holy Quran recitation able to provide a relaxing effect because it can activate the relaxing effect because it can activate the hormone endorphin.The research is quasi eksperimental model with  the pretest- posttest two group design. The sample of this research that adolence  in Panti Asuhan Sejahtera Aisyiyah Pangkajene, Sidrap. Respondent recruitment by using purposive sampling. The data analysis used independent t-test.The research result from independent t-test, The results showed there is a significant effect of non farmakologi therapy with  murottal therapy (Al-Qur\u27an) combination  dysmenorrhea gymnastics in reducing pain level..     Background: The nutritional status of children is influenced by two factors, namely the direct factor in food intake and infectious diseases and indirect causes. Nutritional factors are known to play an important role in determining the growth of a child. When experiencing growth, cells in the body need energy to divide, if energy requirements are not met, cell division will be inhibited and the effect will be seen through anthropometric and biochemical parameters. Objective, To determine the relationship between energy intake and nutritional status of preschoolers aged 4-5 years at Al Islam 1 Jamsaren Kindergarten in Surakarta. The research hypothesis, there is a relationship between energy intake and nutritional status of pre-school age children 4-5 years old at Al Islam Jamsaren Kindergarten in Surakarta. Method: This type of research is this study using a cross sectional approach. The target population in this study was the population in this study were all mothers and children aged 4-5 years in Al Islam 1 TK Jamsaren Surakarta totaling 89 people. Samples were taken by purposive technique with a sample of 47 respondents. Analysis of sperman rank test data. Results: Showed that the majority of respondents had a moderate energy intake of 17 (36.2%) respondents and most had good nutritional status 38 (80.8%) respondents. Conclusion: There is a relationship between energy intake and the nutritional status of pre-school children aged 4-5 years in Surakarta Jamsaren Kindergarten with p value 0.02

    Background: In infancy, breast milk is the best food. Since the age of 6 months, babies begin to be given complementary breast milk food (MP-ASI). Giving the wrong MP-ASI will have an impact on nutritional disorders. The Karanganyar Regency in 2016 was 413 (0.8%), while the cases of under-fives were malnutrition which were found in 22 children. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of applying a balanced menu booklet to increasing infant weight at the age of 6-12 months in Karanganyar Regency. The method used in this study is the method in this study. Method: This research uses a quantitative method with a Quasy experiment in the form of pre-post test design. The sample in this study was 6-12 months Mother and Baby in Karanganyar District who had fulfilled the Inclusion and Exclusion criteria as many as 20 samples per group. Data analysis using paired and T independent T test. Results: The results of the control group study showed an average baby weight of 6.74 (0.63) kg to 6.86 (0.62) kg. Similarly, in the intervention group the average baby weight from 6.88 (0.44) kg to 7.25 (0.43) kg. The group given the booklet had a difference in the average increase in body weight higher (0.390 (0.151) kg) when compared to the group given only lectures (0.125 (0.121) kg). Conclusion: The statistical test results ρ value <0.001 which means there is an effect of the Implementation of a Balanced Menu Booklet Against the Increased Body Weight of 6-12 Months Babies in Karanganyar Regency.     The immediate factor causing high maternal mortality rate was bleeding (30,3%), especially post partum bleeding. In addition, hypertension (27.1%), infection (7.3%), and long handled parturition  (1.7%) and based on pre-survey data on 27-4-2018 at public health working regency of Pesawaran occurring 2 people death due to eclampsia. This study aims to determine the effect of giving yogurt to pregnant  women  with  hypertension  in  the  Area  of  Health  Service  District Pesawaran Year 2018. This type of research is quantitative by using the experimental approach (pre experiment) with pretest-posttest approach with control group. The population in this study were all pregnant women with hypertension. Data in this research taken by simple purposive sample with primary data and data analysis using pretest dependent.. The results of this study showed that there was an effect of yogurt on blood pressure reduction, which mean score of sitole blood pressure before yogurt adduction was significantly higher than after yogurt  adduction  (p  value  0,000  <0.005)  and  the  effect  of  yogurt  on  blood pressure   diastole,   where   scores   on   average   diastolic   blood   pressure measurements before yogurt adduction were significantly higher than after adduction of yogurt. There was a significant difference in mean systole and diastole blood pressure in mothers given yogurt than not given yogurt. Hopefully, from this research should be advised so that could prevent the occurrence of pre eclampsia for pregnant women

    Background: Nursing mothers who do not want to get pregnant anymore need safe contraception, do not interfere with the breastfeeding process and do not affect breast milk production. Injection contraception is divided into two, namely combined injection family planning and progestin injection family planning. Combined injection family planning contains the hormone estrogen which can reduce the amount of breast milk production, while injectable progestin family planning contains the hormone prolactin which can stimulate the production of breast milk glands. One of the factors that influence the adequacy of breast milk is the use of contraception. Method: Type of observational research with cross sectional design. The sample in this study were all breastfeeding mothers who used injection contraception in the work area of ​​Sambirejo Health Center Sragen in September to November 2018 as many as 62 people. Total sampling technique, chi square analysis. Results: Characteristics of acceptor age, namely 20-35 years as many as 52 people (83.9%) education namely high school as many as 30 people (48.4%), occupations namely housewives as many as 46 people (74.2%) and parity is primipara 33 people (53.2%). The adequacy of breastfeeding in breastfeeding mothers who use combined injection contraception is mostly 16 people (25.8%) and not enough as many as 12 people (19.4%). The adequacy of breastfeeding in breastfeeding mothers who use the progestin injection contarction is mostly 32 people (51.6%) and not enough as many as 2 people (3.2%). The chi square test results p = 0.001 (p <0.05). Conclusion: There is a difference in the adequacy of breastfeeding between family planning injection acceptors combined with Progestin injections in breastfeeding mothers 0-6 months in the working area of ​​Sambirejo Sragen health center

    Jamu can improve health for the body empirically. The use of jamu has a tendency to back to nature. Jamu is a traditional medicine of Indonesia. Based on preliminary study about attitude and knowledge towards jamu in Yoga First Klaten by interviewing members, there were 5 of 7 members showed positive attitude towards jamu and 3 of 7 members knew about boiled traditional jamu. The goal of this research is to know attitude and knowledge towards jamu in Yoga First Klaten Community. The kind of the research is quantitative descriptive. Samples were taken by using purposive sampling, there were 50 samples and data was gotten from respondens that fill in the attitude and knowledge towards jamu statement form. The result of attitude has shown that 100% repondens were kind towards jamu. The result of knowledge has shown that 90% respondens in a good category and 10% in a enough category towards jamu. The conclusion is 100% respondens were kind and 90% respondens in a good category towards jamu

    Background: Injection contraception is a "primadonna" contraception in the sense that it is chosen by most family planning acceptors in Indonesia. Hormonal acceptor 73.08%. Characteristics of respondents and all things related to acceptors such as knowledge, role of midwives, support, and others are important points to ensure the welfare of acceptors so that complications from various complications arise. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of acceptors related to injection contraception in Klaten. Method: The method used is survey. Total sample of 139 people. Results: The study results of respondents aged < 35 years were 59.7%, using contraception ≤ 2 years as much as 66.9%. has no contraindications to the use of hormonal contraception which is 94.9%. Conclusion: Respondents chose injection contraception because of their own choice of 80.6%, respondents knew about active ingredients in injection contraception as much as 96.4%, respondents knew about the side effects of injection contraception 50.4%, respondents stated that they could use continuous injection contraception for life 34, 5%, respondents did not receive information about injectable contraception from midwives at the first visit of 65.5%, respondents knew contraindications to injection contraception 77.7%, respondents said midwives did not ask complaints every time they visited 71.3%, respondents stated midwives provide health counseling at 65.5% each time, respondents say midwives do not do head to toe examinations including breasts at 67.6, respondents do not plan to replace other contraceptives by 84.9%

    Abstract: Green apples containing antioxidants substance that has beneficial effect in skin health. Green apples containing catechin, epicatechin, ploridzin, quercetin, ellergic acid and chlorogenic acid. One of food processing is hot drying, hot drying can influence bioactive substance in the food. The aim of this study is to measure antioxidant activity of fresh and dry green apple extract. Design of this study is experimental design, independent variable of this study is hot drying, and dependent variable of this study is antioxidant activity level. Extraction method using ultrasonic maseration, hot drying using oven. Antioxidant activity measuring using spectrophotometry method. IC50 level of fresh green apple extract is 31.26 ppm, IC50 of dry green apple extract is 52.36 ppm. IC50 level of fresh green apple extract are less than 50 ppm and IC50 level of dry green apple extract are more than 500 ppm. Conclusion of this study is fresh green apple extract has strong antioxidant activity and dry green apple extract has very strong antioxidant activity

    Background: Relationship Of Complementary Food Intake Of Breast Milk (MPASI) With Baby / Children Growth Ages 6-24 Months The first two years of life is a period that lasts very short and cannot be repeated again, so it is referred to as a "golden period" or a window of opportunity. Inappropriate nutritional intake will also cause children to experience malnutrition, which ultimately increases the incidence of morbidity and mortality. According to a survey of micronutrients in 12 provinces in Indonesia shows that the age group 6-11 months consume nutrients lower than other age group. Purpose of this research is the relationship of Complementary Food Intake of Breast Milk (MPASI) with infants / children growth ages 6-24 months. This study was a descriptive analytic study with a cross-sectional approach. The population is mothers who have babies / children aged 6-24 months. Samples were taken by consecutive sampling method with 18 babies / children. Data analysis using Chi Square with a significance limit of α = 0.05. Respondents with Complementary Food Intake of Breast Milk giving, most of the growth was normal, namely 10 respondents (55.5%), respondents with sufficient Complementary Food Intake of Breast Milk giving, normal growth was 2 respondents (11.1%) and respondents with less Complementary Food Intake of Breast Milk giving were high growth (11.1 %). There was no significant relationship between the provision of complementary feeding and the growth of infants / children 6-24 months in the Gamping Wirastri Integrated Health Center in Sleman
